Indonesia’s participation as a member of the World Trade Organization (WTO), brings Indonesia implement the Agreement Establishing the World Trade Organization. In the WTO there are sub topics that regulate agricultural trade, namely the Agreement on Agriculture (AoA). AoA implementation in Indonesia has positive and negative impacts on food security in the case of sugar commodity in Indonesia. This thesis approaches the international regime theory to explain the AoA impact on food security in the case of Indonesian sugar commodities in 2009 - 2014. The aim of this paper is to explain how the AoA impact on food security in the case of Indonesian sugar commodities in 2009 - 2014. The positive impact and negative impacts arise from the application of AoA’s clauses, i.e. market access, domestic subsidies (domestic support) and export subsidies, into the domestic policies related to food security and sugars.

Bureaucratic reformation ultimately seen as part of an overall reform of the post New Order government. First of all, to establish a neutral bureaucracy of politics. Second of all, to improve services as a public service institution. In the case of a neutral bureaucratic, politics has brought signi cant results. In the general election three times (in 1999, 2004, and 2009), the involvement and mobilization of political support through the bureaucracy was lesser compare to what happened during the New Order government. However, the attempts to do politicized bureaucracy snaking is unavoidable. Firstly, with regard to the nature of bureaucracy that can not be separated from the need to ght for its own interests—in addition to providing public services. Secondly, there is an involment from the political of cials. On the other hand, the attempts to perform public service continued through the decentralization policy. Although in general, decentralization policies have not been able to encourage or strengthen the public services carried out by the bureaucracy. Bureaucratic reformation in Indonesia, requires a long time to complete. Wishing that in order to have a professional bureaucracy and enabling better public services, may not be realized in a short time.

Berdasarkan pada pengalamn yang ada pada saat terjadinya gempa bumi di Yogyakarta pada tanggal 27 Mei 2006 semua sarana komunikasi public lumpuh total kecuali rasio komunikasi/ radio pancar, artinya radio komunikasi mampu bertahan di saat infrastruktur komunikasi public dalam kondisi rusak atau hancur. Berdasarkkan pada pengalaman pula penggunaan radio komunikasi ini juga banyak membantu suatu keadaan darurat (disaster) baik dalam skala kecil, menengah dan besar, bahkan dapat digunakan dalam suatu operasi penyelamatan (search and rescue) dan pengerahan bantuan penanganan serta penanggulangan terhadap kejadian musibah/bencan. Untuk kepentingan pembangunan jaringan system komunikasi terpadu radio komunikasi/ pancar yang mendukung system komunikasi PEMPROV DIY maka diperlukan suatu kajian khusus untuk mendalami berbagai kemungkinan pembangunan jaringan komunikasi tersebut melalui pengumpulan data, observasi dan survey di lapangan serta analisis data untuk memberikan rekomendasi bagi penyediaan saran dan prasarana serta peralatan yang digunakan dalam system komunikasi terpadu melalui meda radio komunikasi/ radio pancar yang mendukung system komunikasi PEMPROV DIY maka diperlukan suatu kajian khusus untuk mendalami berbagai kemungkinan pembangunan jaringan komunikasi tersebut melalui pengumpulan data observasi dan survey di lapangan serta analisis data untuk memberikan rekomendasi bagi penyediaan sarana dan prasarana serta peralatan yang digunakan dalam system komunikasi terpadu melalui media radio komunikasi/ radio pancar

This study has the objective to create a model for the development of agro-industry Gondangan considering it has potency to be developed as a regional agro-industries. Gondangan village has many of home industries in the eld of snacks made from agricultural products. During the domestic industry is capable of providing welfare for the culprit. The development of agro-industry area is expected to provide greater added value for agricultural products, as well as increasing incomes. The method used is the Research and Development. This method is used to produce a particular product, and test the effectiveness of a particular product. The results showed that there were three main components in the agro-industry models consist of the main actors, supporting institutions, and related industries. Respondent of this study are home-industries owner as the main actor. The result show that home-industries owner business need assistance because, they do not have the characteristics of attitudes needed to develop a greater business. Ability and knowledge in the business also need to be developed through partnership program. Supporting institutions also need to be strengthened and involved in the partnership. Institutional support in this case is local government and cooperative. The related industry is a supplier of raw materials and distribution channels, agents and distributors, should be involved in the partnership program to ensure smooth supply to produsen. The three component of agro-industries should run well so that the model can be implemented well too.

Since 2004, Japan used public diplomacy focusing in pop culture. Japan also conducted a kind of public diplomacy that using cuisine to promote the uniqueness of Japan culinary which known as gastrodiplomacy. Japan used washoku as an icon of its gastrodiplomacy. Washoku is chosen for its uniqueness, so it will increased the popularity of Japanese brand in the world. Japan selected United State to promote washoku for it is one of the washoku’s biggest market . This article is to provide the strategy, effort and effectiveness gastrodiplomacy washoku of Japan to United States that using many actors such as government, non state actors, businesses, private citizens, education sectors, and medias.

Culture corruption in Indonesia happened since the former kingdom until now. In 2010, Indonesia becoming a nation most corrupt in the Asia Paci c region. Corruption ourished in Indonesia because of politics and economic factors, and Javanese culture. Corruption is differentiated into grand corruption, state capture and petty corruption. In addition to the effect on economic growth and investment, corruption also weakens the ability of the Government in carrying out its development programs. Iran considered as one of nuclear country since they have an advanced nuclear technology. With geographical position closed to Israel whose friend of United States (US). Iran becomes a threat to those states. Claiming the nuclear technology is only for peaceful purpose; Iran continues the development of nuclear technology. They allowed staff from International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) to check all the nuclear facilities in the country. Meanwhile, United States continue to accuse Iran of having nuclear weapon or facilities to build it. Using their power, US succeed to ask United Nation to push economic sanction against Iran. Resolutions were made to push Iran to stop nuclear program. In the other side, Iran persisting on using nuclear energy, since it has so many advantages compare to oil based energy.

Minyak adalah mesin untuk pertumbuhan ekonomi dan langkah dari pembangunan dunia dimana di abad yang lalu telah terbukti. Menggantungkan nasib pada minyak, bagaimanapun, akan mengatar kepada penghancuran pertumbuhan karena minyak bukanlah sumberdaya alam yang dapat diperbarui. Secara umum, makalah ini berusaha untuk menampilkan persoalan produksi dan konsumsi minyak Indonesia dimana persoalan minyak dapat dilihat sebagai persoalan kehabisan sumberdaya alam dengan Indonesia sebagai studi kasus. Dengan menggunakan kerangka kerja keadilan lingkungan, makalah ini terutama memfokuskan pada bagaimana industri minyak berdampak pada keadaan lingkungan dan kehidupan sosial politik masyarakat.

Present Turkey political situation indicates instability since the promulgation of Turkey legislative general election 2015 in which breaking AKP party domination in attaining votes of most electors since it has participates in Turkey political area in 2001. The interesting matter is that AKP is the only one party founded by Islamic gures that can ght in Turkey politic for more than one decade since the Republic system triggered by Mustafa Kemal Ataturk in 1923 and the multi parties system has been implemented since 1940s. It should be noted that Islamic political parties often face intervention both from government and military in which it forces them to be dissolved, even more tragically their administration is carried out a coup d’etat by military after those Islamic parties obtained victory and build their administration as welfare party built by Mohammad Erbakan. The wisdom is drawn from bitter experiences faced by this Islamic Party and become reference in formulating, shaping and running more polite polici towards Turkey Arbiter and administration institution known as “secularism” watchman, by their young gures which are incorporated in a party known as Adelet ve Kalkinma Partisi (AKP). The courageous and dignity of AKB for 13 years on Turkey administration through the main actor, Racep Tayyib Erdogan that suddenly must collapse after the result of Turkey legislative general election 2015 is promulgated. Although during this party dominance has showed very excellent achievement in various life aspects, it can’t be a guarantee for AKB and Erdogan to continue its dominance as a single dominant party in Turkey. It becomes very crucial with Turkey constitution system change discourse that will be changed by Erdogan from parlementary to presidential with a prerequisite such as the majority victory of the general election. This dream must nally be “postponed” for a certain period which is dif cult to determine because of the reality. It is important to note about factors cause them occur are. Therefore, this paper will discuss AKB and the cause of this party dominance reduces.

Corruption and money laundering are two of many criminal acts conducted by state official. Realizing this, United Nations creates a convention that can handle such problem. The convention, UNCAC, took into action in the year of 2003. Indonesia, the corruption conducted by Neloe, the director of a state owned bank, can’t easily be solved. General attorney can hardly going back and forth to Switzerland where money put at, and bring the case to International Criminal Court in Den Haag. Indonesia has reformed its law system just like suggested by UNCAC, but there are so many domestic problems that cause the difficulties of bringing back the asset. The Indonesian Law system seems doesn’t support the effort, human resources are not so good, and Indonesian state official lack of technical skill. In the other side, there’s no good coordination among Indonesian Law apparatus which also can be regarded as the main factor of the failure for taking back the asset.
