Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the variables that influence the adoption of m-banking customers of the Bank BRI Syariah Solo. The study also describes the relationship between the studied variables determine the effect perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, relative advantage, customer awareness trust and attitude towards to adoption m-banking Bank BRI Syariah Solo with TAM (technology acceptance model) methods. Survey method chosen for data collection. The samples in this study were 173 customers who have the intention to adopt m-banking Bank BRI Syariah Solo. Purposive sampling was chosen to facilitate sample collection. Validity and reliability to ensure data quality. Statistical methods used are Structural equation model. The test results indicate that of the seven hypotheses were tested six hypotheses have significant among variables perceived usefulness to positively influence attitudes, perceived ease of use to positively influence attitudes, relative advantage affects positively the adoption of m-banking, trust positively affects the adoption of m-banking, trust positively affects the perceived usefulness and a positive attitude toward m-banking will lead to the intention to use m-banking. In this study, limitations and implications of the study are also described to provide guidance on the practical aspects, theoretical, and future studies. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of the sale price to sales volume of motor honda beat the dealer Anugerah Kencana Motor Lahat, the objectives of this research is to see and know the effect of the sale price to increase sales volume of motor honda beat the Dealer Award Motor Kencana (AKM) Lahat. As well as to see and know the relationship between the selling price and sales volume of motor honda beat the Dealer Award Kencana Motor (AKM) Lahat. In explaining and objectively portray the formulation of the problem, the writer uses the method of data collection in the form of Library Studies, Field Study consisting of: Interviews, observations and questionnaires. Data analysis technique used is the qualitative and quantitative analysis techniques . Based on analysis of the correlation coefficient (r) value of 0.39 means indicates that there is a weak correlation between the variable sales price to sales volume variables. To test the hypothesis that has been formulated rejected or accepted use tool t-test analysis and the obtained results are: the value of the t-table (0.05: 5), namely 3.182 and 0.79 t-test thus t-value

Abstract

Tinjauan Kualitas Pelayanan Di Tjokro Resto Pada Grand Tjokro Hotel Yogyakarta. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sequence of service (tata urutan pelayanan), product knowledge yang dimiliki waiter/waitress dalam meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan yang baik dan untuk mengetahui pemahaman waiter/waitress tentang kualitas pelayanan yang ada di Tjokro Resto pada Grand Tjokro Hotel Yogyakarta. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian yang peneliti lakukan makan peneliti dapat menarik kesimpulan Pemahaman tentang sequence of service (tata cara pelayanan) antara teori dan wawancara itu sama, data yang diperoleh peneliti valid karena tidak ada yang membedakan antara tata cara pelayanan secara teori dengan tata cara yang ada di Tjokro Resto Grand Tjokro Hotel Yogyakarta. Product knowledge antara teori dan hasil wawancara yang diperoleh peneliti hampir sama pengertiannya tetapi berbeda didalam pengerjaan/terjun langsung di lapangan. Waiter/waitress yang ada di Tjokro Resto memiliki pemahaman dalam meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan yaitu dengan memberikan pelayanan yang memuaskan kepada tamu, membuat tamu merasa aman dan nyaman saat berada di Tjokro Resto. Kata Kunci : kualitas pelayanan, sequence of service, product knowledge, waitress.

Abstract

The paper investigates dan analyzes the factors that become antecedents of Relationship Quality: Client Knowledge, Customer Orientation, Expertise, Similarity, and Communication, and the consequences of the implementation of marketing strategies based on Relationship Quality, consisting of the formation and development of customer’s Purchase Intention and positive Word Of Mouth for the company. The sample in this study is the customer who have used the product of Telkomsel for 2 years or more, been visiting to the office of Grapari Solo, and been interact directly with the customer services. The respondents of this study totaled 179 respondents. The sampling method used was non probability sampling where as the technique used is purposive sampling. By using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis, the findings indicate that: Client knowledge is positively related to Relationship Quality; 2) Customer Orientation is positively related to Relationship Quality; 3) Expertise is positively related to Relationship Quality; 4) Similarity have no effect on Relationship Quality; 5) Communication is positively related to Relationship Quality; 6) Relationship Quality is positively related to Purchase Intention; 7) Relationship Quality is positively related to Word Of Mouth. Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian sepatu Adidas imitasi di wilayah Jatiyoso. Faktor-faktor yang diteliti adalah harga, citra merek, gaya hidup dan pengetahuan produk sebagai variabel bebas dan keputusan pembelian sebagai variabel terikat.Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah orang-orang yang menggunakan atau membeli sepatu Adidas imitasi di wilayah Jatiyoso. Metode pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik accidental sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 100 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dengan skala likert skor 1 sampai 5. Data diolah dengan program SPSS 19. Alat uji yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah uji instrumen yang meliputi uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas, sedangkan analisis data dilakukan dengan uji analisis regresi linier berganda, uji parsial (uji t), uji simultan (uji F) dan uji koefisien determinasi untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel harga, citra merek, gaya hidup dan pengetahuan produk terhadap keputusan pembelian. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa harga, citra merek dan gaya hidup berpengaruh secara signifikan tehadap keputusan pembelian sedangkan pengetahuan produk tidak berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian sepatu Adidas imitasi di wiayah Jatiyoso. Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan media sosial terhadap kinerja bisnis yang dimediasi oleh biaya dan pemasaran berbasis output. Penelitian dilakukan pada 156 pelaku UKM di Karesidenan Surakarta yang menggunakan media sosial dalam menjalankan bisnisnya dengan metode convenience sampling dalam pengambilan sampel. Analisis data menggunakan Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) dengan bantuan program AMOS 21.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa biaya dan pemasaran berbasis output memediasi pengaruh antara media sosial pada kinerja bisnis. Implikasi penelitian ini adalah bagi pelaku UKM penting untuk mengaplikasikan media sosial untuk menekan biaya dan menunjang pemasaran berbasis output yang memiliki tujuan akhir yaitu meningkatnya kinerja bisnis yang dijalankan oleh pelaku UKM. Kata Kunci: Media Sosial, Pemasaran Berbasis Output, Biaya, Kinerja Bisnis, UKM.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of regional financial independence, effectiveness of PAD, efficiency of regional expenditures and harmony of expenditure on the allocation of capital expenditure. The sample used in this study is the entire population, namely 19 regencies / municipalities covering 12 regencies and 7 municipalities in West Sumatra Province. The research period is 2013-2016, so the total sample data is 76 sample data. The analysis is carried out using Eviews 8. The results of testing of the four factors that influence the allocation of capital expenditures show that regional financial independence and effectiveness of PAD do not affect the allocation of capital expenditure, while regional financial efficiency and harmonious regional expenditure have a significant positive effect on the allocation of capital expenditure . Abstract

This study aimed to determine the effect of capital, long effort, time business, labor, and the distance effort against HIK trader profits in Boyolali. In addition, this study aims to examine whether there is a significant difference between the variable status of the business and location of the business to the HIK trader profits in Boyolali for a month. The data used in this study are primary data analysis tool that is used by multiple linear regression, the two mean difference test independent and different test one-way ANOVA. There is a single dependent variable is profit and seven independent variables is the variable capital, long effort, time effort, the amount of labor, business status, and location of the business. Results of regression with a significance of 10% indicates that the capital, experience, time business, labor, and the distance effort positively affects on traders' profits, while the time of the attempt shows a negative effect on HIK trader profits in Boyolali. From the test results mean difference two independent and one-way ANOVA showed that the status of the business does not have a significant difference to the traders' profits, while the location of the business has a significant difference to the HIK trader profits in Boyolali.The government is expected to provide some capital and licensing, other than that the government must pay attention to equitable regional development, so as to form the center of the new economy will be beneficial to the business continuity HIK stalls.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the mediating effect of trust in the pattern of relationships between service quality, corporate image, word of mouth, and customer interest. The research design used was a survey design. The number of samples involved was 80 customers of DPLK Setia Bank in Central Java, Branch Office Simo Boyolali. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling with a limitation has been a customer for 1 to 5 years. Methods of data analysis using testing of research instruments, classical assumption tests, and hypothesis testing using path analysis. The results of this study there is a direct relationship between service quality, company image, word of mouth, and trust in customer interest, and there is an indirect relationship between service quality, company image, and word of mouth to customer interest through trust. Based on the results of this study, it is better for the Central Java Bank's Branch Office Simo Boyolali to be able to provide the best service, strengthen the company's positive image, and implementing effective marketing strategies through word of mouth. So that it increases trust and can attract customer interest.

This study examines the significance of the influence to work discipline, job training and job stress on employee performance, and knows the variables that most influence the performance of PT Pan Rama Vista Garment in Sukoharjo as well. The number of samples is 50 people with sampling techniques using convenience techniques. The analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis with SPSS 23. Analysis on t test obtained t count> t table for work discipline variables and job stress which means that each of these variables individually influences employee performance, but for work training variables t count
