ABSTRACTBackground: Colon in loop is a radiological examination to observe the intestinal organs using contrast media. Based on observation, examination of colon in the loop is more often done in mature patients. While in elderly patients occurs incontinence alvi that the anus function does not work well, so that when examined colon in the loop, the contrast media that was injected is go out of the intestine before the colon was photographed. It is intended on the results of the radiograph so that the value of image diagnose is not in the best condition. Objective: Holding device can clog the anus so that the contrast media is not to come out of the intestine during the examination. The population in this study is the patients who perform the examination of colon in loop at age above 50 years. Contrast media holding tool is expected to help the process of examination of colon in loop for maximum radiograph results so as to get the best diagnosis.Method: The type of research is explorative experimental research by making contrast media holding tool at the examination of colon in loop. Data collection method used is by filling sheets of questionnaires in the form of check list by the respondents in the hospital Radiology Installation concerned. The data collected and performed data processing and presented in the form of percentage so that it can be taken conclusions and suggestions.Result: Contrast media holding tool on Colon in Loop examination with patient over 50 years old can prevent contrast media to reflukss. Based on the calculation of recapitulation of questionnaire results on 10 respondents in Radiology Installation RSI Sultan Agung and RSUD Pandan Arang Boyolali, get the percentage of 94%.Conclusion: Based on the percentage of questionnaire results, it can be concluded that the tool is very feasible to use and able to hold the contrast media.

Hypertension is often suffered by older adults, which directly can impact their health and quality of life. One of the non-pharmacological management for patients with hypertension is through acupressure to accelerate blood-flow circulation and to reduce blood pressure. This study aims to determine the self-acupressure effect on the elderly with hypertension in Cilincing Health Center in North Jakarta. This research used a quasi-experimental involving control and intervention group. Thirty-six elderlies were involved in this study divided into two groups. Findings showed that there were significant differences in the intervention group between the results of systolic and diastolic measurements before and after acupressure (p-value=0,000). The findings suggest that families can apply self-acupressure as a support system for older adults with hypertension.

Blockchain first introduced and implemented in digital currency management and transactions. Its application to medical records data management is a novelty. This paper described the implementation of blockchain technology in the healthcare industry, especially in medical records data management A literature review was conducted on three popular databases, ScienceDirect, SpringerLink, and IEEE Xplore with the keywords "health", "medical record" and "blockchain" with "research article" and "conference proceeding" filters. There are a few articles that meet the criteria to review indicated that the implementation of blockchain technology in medical records data management is a novelty and still in the early phase. Blockchain is a potential technology in supporting the implementation of electronic medical records, especially related to data integration and privacy. Several scientific publications related to the implementation of blockchain for medical records data management shown that the implementation of this technology will make the patient have full control over their health data. Yet there are still many challenges in the implementation both from the user side and the technology infrastructure.

Tuberculosis (TB) is an infectious disease caused by Mycobacterium tuberculosis which usually attacks the lungs. The increasing number of TB patients will result in an increase in TB transmission in the community. The lack of prevention measures of TB transmission occurs because the patient has less motivation in preventing the transmission of disease. This study aims to determine the relationship of family social support with patient motivation in preventing transmission of pulmonary TB in Negara Sub-district 2019. This study is quantitative study and used a cross-sectional design. The population in this study was pulmonary TB patients in the Negara sub-district with a total sample of 43 respondents. The research sample used a Simple Random Sampling technique. Analysis of the study using Spearman’s Rho. Family social support the most lung TB people are in good category 37 (86%). The motivation of patients in preventing the transmission of the most lung TB in the category of good 40 (93%). The results of the research analysis state P = 0.005 (P = less than 0.05). There is a relationship between the social support of the family with the motivation of the patient in preventing the transmission of lung TB.
