To realize the pattern of a positive relationship is basically a shared of responsibility religious communities, local governments and government. With the enactment of Joint secretary of Religious Affairs the Ministry of home affairs on Guidelines for Task Regional Head / Deputy Head of the Maintenance of Religious Harmony, and the constuctions of Houses of Worship in the emporverment forum on religious harmony and the constructions of houses of Worship is in the public and the government has new rules in an effort embodiment religious harmony , In terms of the hierarchy of laws, regulation and Minister for home Affairs joinr MORA about guidelines Regional Head of religious harmony, FKUB role and establishment of houses of worship, if it is related to the type and hierarchy of legislation decree or regulation of the minister usually not binding outside the existing institutions in Under the authority of the ministry. In addition, based on the type and hierarchy of applicable legislation or regulation can not find the decree of the ministter in the herarchy of exiting legisltaion. Based on the various articles in the joint rules be be understood that the issue of the establishing a houses of worship was the basis of teh legal arrangments attempt to achieve religious harmony. However, this should not binder or distort the purpose of the enactment of licensing policy the establishment of houses of the synagogue , however, principally because it is done it primarily for protect the human rights, particularly freedom of religion]]>

<![CDATA[Tulisan ini mendiskusikan akan pentingnya upaya mereformasi pendidikan Islam dengan menampilkan wajah Islam toleran dapat dijelaskan dari sudut pandang filsafat perenialisme, esensialisme dan progresifisme. Dalam pandangan perenialisme kurikulum adalah "construct" yang dibangun untuk mentransfer apa yang sudah terjadi di masa lalu kepada generasi berikutnya untuk dilestarikan, diteruskan atau dikembangkan. <![CDATA[Ummah has various connotations which depend on perspectives from various sources. In Islam, ummah has certain element and criteria and especially if related to Islam as “a way of life”. Currently, ummah is facing tough challenges from within and outside. Challenge from within is represented by many perspectives, as well as from outside. Both challenges could not be easily wiped away and at certain level, can damage the ummah if they are not handled carefully. Obviously, challenge from outside is clearer than from within. To know the challenges fundamentally can easily help to find the fair solution. It is indeed a must to differentiate the secondary challenge that is produced by fundamental challenge. Historical perspective could also be examined to see the change that happened from the earlier stage until now in order to observe the solidarity of the ummah themselves throughout the stages. The strength and weakness from fundamental aspect can determine the identity and survival of the ummah in the globalised world. This paper, as it is presented here tries to see, to elaborate and to observe the strength and weakness of ummah fundamentally and its relation to the survival of ummah themselves. ]]>

<![CDATA[Tulisan ini dilatarbelakangi oleh fenomena kehidupan antar umat beragama di Desa Lubuk Muda. Kajian tentang interaksi antar umat Islam dan Budha di Desa Lubuk Muda meliputi potensi-potensi konflik yang mungkin ada dalam hubungan kedua kelompok agama tersebut yang dalam komposisi menempati persentasi utama dalam demografi Desa. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan mengandalkan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi sebagai teknik pengumpulan data dengan penetapan informan kunci yang terdiri dari tokoh masyarakat dan tokoh agama baik dari kelompok Islam maupun Budha. Lokasi penelitian adalah Desa Lubuk Muda Kecamatan Siak Kecil Kabupaten Bengkalis. Faktor-faktor pendukung dalam pola kerukunan antara umat Islam dan Budha di Desa Lubuk Muda adalah sikap saling menghargai dan bertoleransi pada umat lain dalam pelaksanaan ibadah, adanya sikap saling menolong, sikap tidak memaksa umat lain untuk pindah ke salah satu agama, keikutsertaan dalam kegiatan sosial; gotong royong desa, musyawarah desa, saling menghadiri undangan pesta dan saling berbela sungkawa ketika salah satu kelompok sedang mendapat musibah, dan saling bekerjasama dalam bidang ekonomi untuk mensejahterakan penduduk Desa Lubuk Muda tanpa memandang golongan atau agama. Dari hasil penelitian yang telah dilaksanakan dapat disimpulkan bahwa pola interaksi umat beragama di Desa Lubuk Muda adalah dalam bentuk agree in disagreement (setuju dalam perbedaan) serta tumbuhnya solidaritas sosial yang kuat diantara mereka.]]>
