The discussion of the maqāṣid syari'ah is so prominent in the discussion of Islamic law. This is due to the response of Muslim scholars to the current social reality of the ummah. At least there are two opposing camps, first, the revivalists (mujaddid) who want the Shari'a are carried out according to what they are ordered to get mashlahah, while the second group, liberals, only want the substance to be carried out by ignoring the sharia text. Problems that will be studied in this research, that is: model of ta'dib based PAI curriculum policy in improving student learning and its supporting and inhibiting factors. This research is motivated by the problem kuranngnya role of government, parents and teachers in education. Which one puts forward the cognitive domain and puts aside the importance of adab in measuring student success. The purpose of education is to give birth to a perfect human being that is civilized human (kamil man). The ta'dib curriculum can improve students 'learning by two main factors namely learning method (ie using Tauhid Method) and learning materials that are in accordance with the target of Islamic religious education (ie fardu' ain) and rational, intellectual and philosophical (fardhu kifayah).The factors supporting and inhibiting the ta'dib-based curriculum are: 1) Parents who look far ahead, the importance of character and the planting of religious knowledge from an early age, 2) Some of the educators who want the next generation of nation has a noble character and always leading to the norms according to the religious shari'a, 3) Some governments who agree on the ta'dib-based curriculum can be applied in every educational institution. While Inhibiting Factors Policy of PAI Based Ta'dib curriculum, are: 1) Problem of concept or thinking of government which is more concerned with cognitive aspect compared with process or ta'dibnya learners, 2) Purpose of parent who put forward the cognitive domain, so forget about character and the behavior of children, 3) The era of continuous changes and the era of globalization is high, so the child's cognitive importance of the child's character

The purpose of this study is to obtain a formula for Islamic Education in the perspective of al quran. The results of the study found that Character in an Islamic perspective is nothing but morality. Noble character is the fruit that results from the process of applying sharia (worship and muamalah) which is based on a solid foundation of aqeedah. Like a building, character or morals are the perfection of the building after the foundation and the building are strong. It is impossible for a character or noble character to manifest in someone if he does not have the right aqeedah and sharia. A Muslim who has true aqeedah or faith will surely manifest in attitudes and behaviors in daily life based on his faith. For example, people who have good and true faith in Allah SWT, he will always obey and carry out all His commands and stay away from all His prohibitions. He will always do good and stay away from things that are prohibited (bad). Faith is not only to Allah SWT, but also to angels, books, Apostles and so on will make their attitudes and behavior directed and controlled, so that they will manifest noble character or character. Penelitian ini mengetengahkan kajian tentang keadilan Tuhan, sebuah persepsi al-Maturidi atas keterkaitan antara perbuatan manusia dengan kehendak mutlak-Nya. Berangkat dari keyakinannya bahwa Tuhan adalah Maha Adil (al-‘Adl) dan Maha Bijaksana (al-Hakim), al-Maturidi menyatakan bila Dia tidak akan melakukan tindakan sewenang-wenang. Berseberangan dari Mu’tazilah yang dengan tanpa sedikitpun mengakui adanya campur tangan Tuhan pada perbuatan manusia, juga al-Asy’ari dengan pikiran bahwa manusia sifatnya hanya melakoni sebagai garis takdirnya, al-Maturidi mencoba melerai kedua ekstremisme pandangan ini dengan mengajukan konsep masyi’ah dan ridha-Nya. Baginya, Tuhan dan manusia memiliki andil pada perbuatan yang diwujudkan. Jika yang pertama menyediakan ragam potensi dalam diri manusia, maka peran manusia dengan kemauan (masyi’ah) nya adalah memilih antara melakukan kebaikan atau kejahatan. Ketersediaan ruang memilih inilah yang dalam pandangan al-Maturidi menjadikan wajar adanya kewajiban pertanggungjawaban manusia di hadapan Tuhan.

Personality is something that attracts the attention of many parties. Many theories that try to give some concepts and definitions related to the human personality with different points of view. Western psychologists try to provide a definition of personality that is psychological based on the word person, but until now the personality psychologists themselves still do not agree on what the definition of personality actually is. While in Islam, the concept of personality has been thoroughly discussed in various Islamic literature. The Apostle as an example for Muslims has applied the concept of personality and actions and behavior. Thus, the concept of personality according to Islam, that Islamic personality is defined as "a unified integration of the workings of aqliyah and nafsiyah based on Islamic faith which gives birth to actions". Human personality is not shaped and influenced by body shape, face and other accessories. Human personality is formed by aqliyah and nafsiyah.

Syaksiyah Islamiyah is an Islamic Personality. In Muslim scientific literature, the concept of Islamic personality has not been widely developed by Muslim scientific thinkers themselves, so this affects the difficulty of applying Islamic personality and methods of formation. Based on this, this paper contains the thoughts of Muslim leader Syaikh Taqiyuddin An-Nabhani about his views and ideas on the concept of Islamic personality and its method of formation. Islamic personality is formed by Islamic aqliyah and nafsiyah Islam. With the method of instilling Islamic aqeedah and tsaqofah Islam and habituation to always be bound by syara law '. Thus, the formation of Islamic personality is done by means of first compiling a curriculum based on Islamic faith, second, making Islamic theology as the basis of the subject matter, and third using the method of talaqqiyan fikriyan in the teaching process.

This study aims to find out and analyze the role of USG as well as to know and analyze legal determination ah iddah through USG in the perspective of Maqashid Syariah. This study is a library research (Library Research), in this study The type of data used in this study is a type of qualitative data. Based on the results of the author's research, it was concluded that the development of modern technology could not change the provisions of the short length of the Iddah period which had been determined and explained the Qur'an and Hadith. Although there is a belief that the divorced woman's womb is clean and between husband and wife it is impossible to reconcile. Thus, the problem of Iddah in Islamic teachings is ta'abbudi (devotion to Allah) and not ta'aqquli (cause and reason). At certain times when a woman who is divorced falls into the category of ‘Iddah who has an irregular menstrual cycle and a monopouse woman , herein lies the role of USG in determining the length of iddah time’s the woman is.

Saksi yang adil merupakan bagian penting dalam akad nikah. Jumhûr Ulamâ sepakat bahwa sahnya pernikahan salah satunya jika dihadiri oleh dua orang saksi yang adil. Sementara imam Hanafi berpendapat pernikahan tetap sah walaupun disaksikan dua orang saksi fasik.pengertian adil secara umum adalah orang yang istiqomah menjalankan aturan Allah Swt dan menjaga murû’ahnya.Sedangkan fasik adalah orang yang keluar dari ketaatan Allah SWT dan RasulNya. Pendapat Imam al-Syâfi’i masih relevan untuk dipraktekkan pada saat sekarang ini, alat-alat bukti nikah lainnya yang ada masa kini seperti Akta Nikah dan Isbat Nikah tetap diperlukan karena mempunyai banyak maslahat dan untuk menghindari kesukaran dikemudian hari. Dalam tinjauan maqâshid al-syarî’ah nikah yang dihadiri saksi yang adil bertujuan untuk memelihara kemaslahatan dan menolak kerusakan, kemaslahatan yang paling utama untuk memelihara keturunan (hifz al-nasl) dari hak-haknya. Standar minimal adil cukup dilihat secara zahir saja, apabila secara zahir pandangan manusia saksi istiqomah menjalankan syariat Allah dan berprilaku baik maka sudah termasuk katagori adil. Kosep Pendidikan Keluarga dalam bingkai sabda Nabi Muhammad Saw dalam Kitab Hadis Kutub Al-Tis’ah, adalah: 1). Kewajiban suami menjadi pemimpin bagi isteri dan anak dalam rumah tangga dan keluarga dengan cara mengayominya dan memberikan pendidikan kepada anggota keluarga. 2). Kewajiban mengajarkan ilmu fardhu ‘ain (kewajiban pribadi) kepada anak isteri yaitu ilmu tauhid (ilmu al-Qur’an), fiqih (shalat, puasa dll) dan tasawuf (akhlak). Ilmu tauhid diajarkan supaya aqidahnya sesuai dengan aqidah ahli sunnah wal jama’ah. Ilmu fiqih diajarkan supaya segala ibadahnya sesuai dengan kehendak agama. Ilmu taswuf diajarkan supaya mereka ikhlas dalam beramal dan dapat menjaga segala amalannya daripada dirusakkan oleh rasa riya’ (pamer), bangga, menunjuk-nunjuk orang lain dan lain-lain. 3). Kewajiban menghindari perbuatan zalim kepada istri dan anak dalam mendidiknya yaitu dengan cara: a). Memberikan pendidikan agama yang sempurna, jika ilmu agama anak dan istri tidak lengkap, maka hal ini termasuk kezaliman. b). Memberikan nafkah lahir dan batin secukupnya. c). Memberi nasihat serta menegur dan memberi panduan/petunjuk jika melakukan maksiat atau kesalahan. d). Apabila memukul jangan sampai melukai (melampaui batas).
