<![CDATA[Human resources (HR) is one of the important assets of the company. Human is an important factor in achieving the targets or goals the agency / company. The programs planned by the company an implementation of the vision and mission of the institution. In order to be sustainable, it must be ensured that the program can be applied either by the offender institution. The percentage achievement of performance at the Department of Labor and Transmigration of West Java Province as a whole can be categorized as very good because it can achieve the target of more than 100% and has increased every year even though there are still some elements that have not been able to achieve the targets. Success or failure of purpose agencies / companies are realized can be seen from the process and the factors that affect the performance of employees one of which is the motivation to work. The purpose of the research is to know how to influence employee motivation consists of the intensity, direction and persistence on the performance of the Civil Service in the Department of Labor and Transmigration West Java Province. This research is a quantitative with descriptive analysis techniques causal, classic assumption test, simple linear regression, hypothesis testing partially (t test) and the coefficient of determination. Analysis of the data used is Non-Probability Sampling methods saturated samples. Respondents were used in this study were 110 people. The results showed that motivation high value with test results the coefficient of determination (R2) of 0.348. It can be concluded that the effect of work motivation on the performance of 34.8%, while the remaining 65.2% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study. <![CDATA[The purpose of this study to make an application advertisement tax calculation in the Dispenda Kabupaten Bandung Barat. Currently the data processing is still done manually which caused some problems and there are also obstacles such calculations fast enough so that takes a long time in the process poses. Therefore it needs to make an application that can handle these problems. To achieve these objectives need to be done in the following steps of conducting systems analysis, design and implement advertising tax calculation application. <![CDATA[Selection process for new employees at the Markas Hobby is still done manually, the application file new candidates will be evaluated by comparing the file contents with the specified criteria. Selection of the files that meet the criteria then continued with the interview process. The series of processes followed by a series written the tests, including psychological tests, tests of academic potential and so on. Statements this thesis aims to build a Decision Support System Selection Recruitment of new uses Simple Additive weighting method (SAW). This method was chosen because it can determine the weight values for each attribute, and then proceed with the ranking process that will select the best alternative from several alternatives, In this case, the alternative is entitled to be accepted as a new employee in accordance with criteria specified. In developing this application writer use the method of RUP (Rational Unified Process), with Descriptive Research Methodology and Action Research Methodology. While the system implementation using PHP programming language and MySQL as the database. The decision support system may help section Recruitment in making decisions for the recruitment process at Markas Hobby more easily and quickly. <![CDATA[The development of trade industry has grown rapidly, especially in online trading that facilitated by some e-commerce websites in Indonesia. With the increase of online transaction each year in Indonesia, then the start-up online businesses are competing to create an intermediary between sellers and buyers so that can conduct activities of these transactions easily. Some of the new websites that has been launched has each characteristic, one of that Kriya.co.id website is one of the e-commerce website for SMEs (Small and Medium Enterprises) in which a container of the SMEs in Indonesia to market products all over Indonesia. Kriya.co.id website is one of E-Commerce website for UKM in Indonesia that has products which have a unique and traditional value. Purpose of this research is for to knowing (1) the influence of E-Service Quality, E-Satisfaction dan Behavior Intentions in Kriya.co.id user. (2) The influence E-Service Quality of Behavior Intentions through E-Satisfaction Kriya.co.id user. This research methodology using a quantitative method consist of 100 respondents with descriptive research and causality. Sampling Technique use nonprobability sampling (purposive sampling). Technique data analysis used the path analysis. While the secondary data in this research has taken from various literature and relevant documents with the same as title and theme with this research. The results of path analysis are E-Service Quality doesn't influence towards Behavior Intentions so E-Service Quality doesn't influence towards Behavior Intentions with E-Satisfaction as a mediator because Behavior Intentions not determined by E-Service Quality of Kriya.co.id website, but E-Satisfaction that has been accepted by user after did the transaction. E-Service Quality has a coefficient of 0,859 towards E-Satisfaction. E-Satisfaction has a coefficient of 0,636 towards Behavior Intentions. <![CDATA[Difabel Punya Karya (DPK) is a social program formed by several people who concern about the equal employment rights for people with disabilities, especially in Bandung, Indonesia. The primary objective of DPK is to empower people with disabilities by providing entrepreneurial expertise starting from producing goods for the marketing process. Furthermore, DPK produces superior products marketed through social media and exhibitions in Bandung. The problem that arises in this social program is the level of consumers’ trust in the DPK’s brand itself. Brands Trust is a challenge for the success of the DPK program. This study tries to discover the effect of social entrepreneurship on brand trust in DPK program based on the social entrepreneurship theory by Shane & Venkataraman (2000) and Ballester (2004)’s brand trust theory. <![CDATA[Nowadays internet has become the important part in the IT. With so many the internet users from the large company to the personal users make a lot of the developing data. With the development of data so many people appeared who wants to know the others data for their own advantage, the are called hacker.This could be avoid with the encryption of data which will be sent so can’t be read by the unimportant people, there’s a few way to encryption data, The writer choose the encryption data with skipjack method. This method is how to encrypt text file which came from an internet application, such as e-mail service which has 32 stage include the permutation pattern and rule A, rule B which are part of this method.With the method the data which will be sent through the internet is encrypt by the sender. Then after it is received, the encrypted data or the chipertext will be decrypted into the previous data or plaintext.The use of skipjack method with the software has been made, the process of encryption and decryption are proved can help to keep the information valid which is come from the sender to the receiver. <![CDATA[AbstractLaptop is needed for students and for office workers because it is better than a desktop computer. In this era, laptops have a variety of brands and specifications that sometimes make people have difficulty in finding, choosing or buying the right laptop for their needs. Therefore there should be a recommendation system that can provide advice or recommendations, based on interest and needs in the search for references.In commonly used algorithm recommendation system is collaborative filtering (CF) and content based filtering (CB). Collaborative filtering is a concept whereby the opinions of other users are used to predict items that a user might like / interest. For content based filtering using the availability of an item's content as a basis for recommendation.In this research, the algorithm for collaborative filtering uses Adjusted-cossine similarity to calculate the similarity between user and weighted sum algorithm for prediction calculation, for content based filtering algorithm used is tf-idf to search availability of existing content.This recommendation system combines collaborative filtering and content based filtering methods using mixed hybrid techniques, the system has also been tested using the blackbox method. The result of the required execution time is influenced by the number of items and content based filtering method has the fastest execution time compared to collaborative filtering and mixed hybrid methods.
