Abstract

This study focuses on three variables that serve as a framework of thinking of Customer Relationship Management as independent variables, Service Innovation Capabilities and Agencies’ Sales Performance  as a dependent variable. The object of the research is the marketing agency TIKI Bandung in Bandung Raya area with a sample of 32 marketing agencies. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and then processed with data analysis techniques structural equation modeling (SEM) using Smart PLS 3.0 software. Abstract

AbstractThe development of science and information technology at the present time has been more advanced and growing. This is already a lot of products from science and information technology created and used by humans at this time. These products are usually used with the aim of helping to alleviate human work and also to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of a job.A store that provides a variety of products hijab clothes or moslem clothing at an affordable price. However, the objective conditions that exist in the store in the process of marketers still use the manual system. In the process of processing sales data is still manual with written in the book sales or reports only. At the time need information about the stock of goods in the warehouse must check one by one. Therefore it takes a long time.As a solution of the existing problems in the store then the authors create a new system so that problems about data processing sales can be overcome. Abstract

Increasingly intense competition among universities demands good knowledge and strategy from all universities to attract prospective students. For use in the education industry, reference is required on the values consisting of three factors, namely: Quality, Price, and Service. This research is the satisfaction and loyalty of students by several factors, namely price equity and SERQUAL. The results of the study showed that the sensation of sensitivity to loyalty and attitude as mediation by perception of the price of justice, and SERQUAL. Abstract

This research aimed to develop a cross domain content based image retrieval system by using Histogram of Oriented Gradient (HoG) features. To compute visual similarity, we use Gaussian Approximation for Fast Image Similarity (GAFIS), Online Algorithm for Scalable Image Similarity Learning (OASIS), and Hybrid method that combine both of GAFIS and OASIS. The results show that the hybrid method outperforms the others, it is because the methods could extract uniqueness of each image query and image database by utilizing Gaussian parameters from negative-set and combine it with OASIS parameters Keywords : Image Retrieval, CBIR, Gaussian Approximation, OASIS.

Abstract

This research conducted with the aim to determine the effect of work climate and work discipline on employee performance and this study also aims to analyze the most dominant factors of influence between work climate and work discipline on employee performance. The object of his research was that 87 employees used a questionnaire aimed at employees registered at one of the 3-star hotels in the city of Bandung. Based on research using path analysis, it can be seen that the working climate variable (X₁) has a direct influence of 24.1%, indirect influence through relations with work discipline (X₂) of 14.3%, the total effect of 38.4%. Work discipline variables (X₂) have a direct influence of 15.3%, and indirect effects through work motivation (X₁) are 14.3%, the total effect is 29.6%. The results of the correlation coefficient of determination (R squared) expressed in percentages illustrate the contribution of all independent variables namely work motivation (X₁) and work discipline (X₂) in determining the performance variable is 0.679 or 67.9% while other factors that affect performance not examined indicated by the value of 0.321 or 32.1%. The conclusions of the suggestions that can be considered in connection with the results of the study are that management should be able to maintain and improve the two variables above. Keywords: Work Climate, Work Discipline, Employee PerformanceDOI:10.5281/zenodo.3232926

Abstract

In order for Higher Education to get maximum benefits and benefits, it is necessary to have a well structured Information Technology management. The implementation of information technology at STMIK Mardira Indonesia is one of which is the Academic and Student Management Information System that has been running from 2002 and continues to develop along with the increase in data managed and its functions.Maturity Level shows the condition of the success of IT governance and recommendations that can improve IT governance in accordance with the main objectives of STMIK Mardira Indonesia. The COBIT 4.1 domain used is the DS domain (delivery & support) and the focus of control objectives is DS8-Manage Service Desk and Incidents, the results of the DS8 maturity level calculation, as-is maturity level 2. Abstract

The objective of research is to find out influences of the Values and Trust toward the teachers affective in Sekolah Bogor Raya. The research using a survey method with causal technique. This research used as a sample of 94 teachers as respondents. The samples are selected based on standard error technique. The study was a causal survey using path analysis. Technique data collecting was using the instrument in the form of questionnaire. The result showed that, 1) there is a direct influences of values toward affective commitment, 2) there is a direct influences of trust toward affective commitment, 3) there is a direct influences of values toward trust, 4) there is undirect influences of values toward affective commitment by the trust. Abstract

Information needed in life, to get information and exchange information needed is easy to do anytime and anywhere. File and data information, computer network is one of the important things for transfer information. One of the media that can be used is FTP (File Transfer Protocol), an application to exchange data between clients and servers on a network, by means of clients uploading files stored on the server hard disk and accessible through clients connected to the internet network.Through the development of current technology, important files that are uploaded and downloaded are very vulnerable to the world of the internet such as the wireshark tool that can be read username, password, and files that are uploaded and downloaded by the client. Therefore an FTP server was created with a data transfer security system. FTP servers that have activated the TLS (Transfer Layer Security) feature can provide user name information, passwords, and files that are uploaded and downloaded by the client that cannot be read by the Wireshark tool.In full capacity, use the hard disk server, then use the Quota Disk used to provide the client quota in uploading. Thus, FTP servers that have not used TLS are user names, passwords and files can be read by the Wireshark tool. Abstract

Designing information system for collecting data at PT. Serdang Hulu is done to help simplify data collection and recording data on incoming and outgoing goods at the company. PT. Serdang Hulu which is a subsidiary of PT. Sumatra Sarana Sekar Sakti or what is often referred to as Sumatra Sarana Sekar Sakti Group (SSSS Group) is a company that distributes palm oil. In carrying out their daily activities, data on goods that come in and out at PT. Serdang Hulu is still manually recorded in the book listing incoming and outgoing goods. Recording of incoming and outgoing goods that are carried out manually results in the work of collecting data taking a long time so that it is not efficient in presenting the report and is not effective at work. With the design of the Data Entry and Exit Data Collection System, recording data on incoming and outgoing goods at PT. The process of ordering goods takes a long time, by submitting an order form that will go through several parts. As for some of the possibilities received in this order, the items ordered do not exist, or the forms that have been made are lost, or when the goods received are not in accordance with the order.The use of information technology is very helpful in providing information that is quite effective. Internet technology is an effective medium of information in disseminating information. The internet can be accessed anytime, anyone and anywhere as long as there is a connection. Internet technology has a considerable impact on the business world, this makes it easier for people in commerce to be more practical, cost-effective and time efficient. With the advancement of technology today, it is easier for people to transact without having to meet face to face with the seller.
