Abstract

In vegetable production, farmers face many obstacles, such as the problems related to seeds, pest and disease control, commodity prices, and marketing of produces. There is almost no useful information and technology easily accessible to improve the situation. With the better penetration of the Internet to the villages and the wide availability of inexpensive mobile devices, mobile learning provides a good solution. This study is aimed to create a mobile learning framework that provides information and interactive communication about vegetable production needed by farmers. The method used was instructional design of ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation). Usability surveys of the proposed prototype to farmers, extension agents (field technical assistants), and researchers, result in 79.4%, 87.3%, and 87% satisfaction testing, respectively, in information needs fulfillment. Summative Testing in the aspect of User Acceptance Testing of validity and reliability indicated that the prototype could be used by farmers. Abstract

In order to improve the quality of human resources performance, usually performed performance appraisal of human resources. This performance appraisal refers to several aspects of the assessment that have been determined by the institution. Performance appraisal criteria generally include aspects of discipline, the ability to perform tasks, attitudes and behaviors in the workplace, cooperation and some other aspects that have been determined. Seeing the number of employee performance appraisal criteria that exist in Itenas Bandung required a system that can help the human resources bureau in the assessment. The system required under these conditions is a decision support system. One method that can be used in this performance appraisal system is the SAW (Simple Additive Weighting) method. The calculation result with SAW method is suitable to solve the problem of calculation of performance appraisal result of employee because result obtained according to system that is running. Abstract

Software is the backbone of business processing in all aspects that require automation. Software Development must be supported by choosing the right Software Development Method. Many methods can be chosen by the user, but most of the methods used were 20 to 30 years ago, so they do not meet current needs. In this research, software development using Agile Development Methods with the chosen model is SCRUM, where the software development methodology is based on the same principles and is a short-term system development that requires rapid adaptation from developers to changes in any form. Abstract

Online Report Card Application is a Web-based application that is used to facilitate the delivery of student learning outcomes, thus helping speed and quality in delivering information. The problems that occur in the processing of grades at SMK Angkasa 1 Margahayu at this time are that every subject teacher cannot see the report card grades before being given to students, it is feared an error will arise by the homeroom teacher in filling out report cards and also parents of students who are unable to be present when submitting report cards will not be able to see the results of their children's learning and data storage that has not been organized. This study aims to build a value application that makes it easier to check, record and report computerized student grade data. Also with web-based data information can be accessed at any time. The research methodology used is descriptive method. The system development method used is to use the OOSE Method, the Programming Language used is PHP, widely used to program dynamic websites. The framework used is Codeigniter is an open source application in the form of a PHP framework with the MVC model (Model, View, Controller). This application uses a multiuser consisting of admin, teacher, principal, guardian and guardian of students. in the login section when opening an application so that the security of the program is there. This application works to enter and store data reports on grades and absences so that it is easier to find out information on values. Abstract

Accountability of a financial report is one of the foundations for the creation of good governance, prioritizing the use or management of finance that requires public funds. By fulfilling the basics of financial reporting which is a principle of good governance, the government as the manager of regional finance will automatically increase accountability and trust from the community.With the application of good internal control, it is expected to be able to create financial reports that are accountable, resolved with good governance. This study used descriptive analytical research method. Based on statistical analysis of the obtained coefficient of determination 64,1%. with a significance level of 5%. Abstract

Job satisfaction is one of the goals to be achieved by organizations. This goal is to support the desire of employees to work better and can have a strong commitment to completing their duties. This study investigates the effect of job satisfaction on employee job performance mediated by affective commitment. The survey method used in answering research formulations. Non-parametric suppressors with Partial Least Square (PLS) are used to prove the purpose of the study. The survey conducted at one government office in the city of Bandung by distributing questionnaires to 70 employees. The results showed that the affective commitment of employees could improve the completion of their tasks better. This factor will encourage them to work harder. Abstract

To continue to be able to manage the company's operations effectively, management must be subjected to various types of reporting and analysis. Of course, this contains risks that are caused by errors (errors) that may arise in the process of presenting multiple types of reports. Management requires control tools in the form of internal control. Control is the power to govern the financial and operational policies of an entity to benefit from the activities of that entity. The research method uses a survey approach with a sample of fashion companies in the city of Bandung. Abstract

The development of E-commerce makes "PayLater" at Traveloka become popular among Indonesians. "PayLater" at Traveloka has proven to have great benefits for the community because it provides convenience in the affairs of use at Traveloka it self . The purpose of this study is to find out and explain the influence of performance expectations, effort expectations, social influences, and facilitating conditions on behavioral intentions using the UTAUT model with a test descriptive, validity, reliability, classical assumptions and multiple linear regression. The population in this study were "PayLater" users at Traveloka who were in the Bandung City area, and determined 100 members as the study sample. From the results of multiple linear regression analysis it can be concluded that the variable performance expectancy has a significant positive effect on behavioral intention, the effort expectancy variable has a positive significant effect on behavioral intention, social influence has a positive significant effect on behavioral intention, and facilitating conditions have a positive significant effect on behavioral intention with an influence (coefficient of determination) of 51.1% and correlation value (R) that is equal to 0.639 which is categorized as very strong. Keyword : UTAUT, PayLater, Performance Expectancy, Effort ExpectancyDOI : http://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.3631049

Abstract

The critical role of employee management in organizational development is one of the goals of the organization. This study aims to validate the Intellectual, Social, Affective Engagement Scale (ISA Engagement Scale) instrument developed by Soane et al. (2012) using local samples and the manufacturing and service sectors. Participants in this study were 112 employees who filled out the questionnaire. Determination of a random sample by giving an instrument statement to respondents who are willing to fill in instruments that have been provided by researchers. The data testing method uses exploratory factor analysis (EFA) by first testing the validity and reliability of the instrument. The results showed that it proves that the ISA instrument had three unique factors, namely the cumulative variance extracted rate of 65%. Abstract

This research was conducted at a micro finance company in the city of Bandung which focuses on the effectiveness of supervisors that influence employee empowerment. Quantitative research methods with a cross-sectional survey approach. The sampling technique uses simple random sampling on 100 employees. Data processing analysis techniques using simple regression analysis. The results of the study support the initial assumption that there is a influence of the effectiveness of supervisors on employee empowerment at financial institutions in the city of Bandung. Keywords: effectiveness, supervisior, employee empowerment.
