This study aims to determine the effect of the company's financial condition on the acceptance of going concern audit opinions in mining sector companies listed on the IDX in 2016 – 2020. The research method used in this study is a descriptive method with a quantitative approach. The population used in this study are mining companies listed on the IDX in 2016 – 2020, totaling 49 companies. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling, totaling 24 companies based on predetermined criteria. The data used in this study is secondary data in the form of the company's annual report. The results of the analysis of this study are (1) the company's financial condition has a negative effect on acceptance of going-concern audit opinion with a significant level of 0.001 <0.005, (2) the results of data processing through logistic regression show Y = -1.035 - 1.147, which means that if the financial condition is increased by one - unit, the going concern audit opinion value will likely decrease by -1.147.

The present research examined the influence of work motivation and discipline on employee performance within a governmental organization in the West Java province. The study investigated the predominant factor affecting job performance in the agency above. Specifically, the research examined whether motivation or discipline has a more significant impact on employee performance. The sample size for the study consisted of 58 employees who were surveyed using a questionnaire. The research utilized path analysis to establish the authenticity of motivation and work discipline variables in a government agency in West Java Province. The results highlight the importance of prioritizing work motivation and discipline to improve employee performance. The research findings underscored the substantial impact of motivation (X1) and work discipline (X2) on the performance of employees (Y). The results indicate that motivation contributed more significantly than the other factor. This suggests that the organization could enhance employee performance by promoting motivation and addressing their needs, which would positively impact their performance. Although motivation has a more significant impact than work discipline, the latter still holds significant importance as a fundamental component. The agency can achieve the enhancement of employee performance through the implementation of regulatory compliance, the reevaluation of existing protocols, the imposition of penalties for non-compliance, and the provision of incentives for those who exhibit work discipline. Cultivating a solid work ethic is of utmost importance as it reflects adherence to workplace regulations and individual accountability, thereby directly influencing achieving maximum employee productivity. As a result, a positive correlation exists between high levels of discipline and maximum work productivity.

This study investigated the potential mediating role of commitment continuance in the relationship between achievement motivation and task performance. This study aims to examine the direct and indirect impacts of achievement motivation and task performance. The research methodology involved surveying 33 individuals currently employed in repair shops located within the city of Bandung. The researchers employed a survey instrument to gather employee data through direct distribution. The study's findings, which utilized structural equation modeling-PLS, suggest that a strong inclination towards achieving goals and a persistent sense of dedication is crucial in promoting employee excellence in job performance and maintaining allegiance to their respective employers. Furthermore, providing a conducive work environment, recognition, and assurance of job stability are crucial determinants in fostering elevated employee motivation and commitment levels. Therefore, organizations prioritizing and fostering these factors are more likely to attain exceptional performance results and favorable employee retention rates.

Employees are an important subject in an organization. One of them is part of Human Resource which is responsible for managing personnel data. Management of personnel still manual So that the company is struggling to get information related to personnel employee. The other problems are not optimal to create of employee salary report. For solve with these problems, human resource application that can help the HRD and supervisor to perform the task. The creation of this web-based application uses waterfall methods that include: analysis, design, coding and testing using the PHP framework Codeigniter and MySQL as the database. From the results of the research was obtained that Human Resource information system makes information received faster, management of personnel data, Payroll data is easier and the process of creating employee salaries can be done quickly and according to the schedule.

This study aims to find out and test how the relationship and the extent influence of the variable letter of reprimand on the disbursement of tax arrears. The data analysis model used in this study is a descriptive analysis to test and provide an overview of how the effect of a letter of reprimand on the disbursement of tax arrears in 2018-2020 at one of the Primary Tax Service Offices in the City of Administration in West Java. Based on the study results, the results of simple linear regression obtained the equation Y = 17.815 + 0.729; this shows that tax collection with a letter of reprimand has a positive effect on the disbursement of tax arrears. In the Pearson Product Moment Correlation test results from the research, it is 0.373 or 37.3%, which means that there is a low but still influential correlation between tax collection and a letter of reprimand on the disbursement of tax arrears. The coefficient of determination shows the number 0.139 or 13.9%, which means that tax arrears' disbursement is influenced by tax collection with a warning letter of 13.9%. In contrast, the remaining 86.1% disbursement of tax arrears is influenced by other factors not examined. Therefore, recommendations from research results should continually evaluate the tax collection action with a warning letter which refers to the number of warning letters issued that have never reached the maximum number of warning letters paid. The purpose of the evaluation is to reduce the amount of tax arrears each year.

The writing of this paper discusses the process of monitoring strawberry plants implemented in strawberry gardens which will later become a reference to be able to design a tool for monitoring strawberry plants through Internet of Things (IoT) technology. There are several tools used, one of which is Arduino IDE as programming software to connect the Esp 8266 MCU Node, DHT 22 Sensor. Soil moisture Sensor, and other electronic components. Some of these tools are programmed using Eagle Software as a hardware board printing to form a PCB (Printed Circuit Board) or printed circuit board and become an interconnected hardware device. The use of the Bylink Application as its control and monitoring. Empirically and according to several farmers in Ciwidey, Bandung Regency, strawberry is a plant that is susceptible to changes in temperature and climate. With this tool, it is hoped that it will make it easier for farmers to determine soil moisture, identify plants that have not been watered and have not been given anti-pests or vitamins, and that their use can be extended both on a small scale in plantations to large scale that is able to take advantage of several agricultural industries. In addition, this system can be a modern digital technology that is able to reduce the percentage of crop failure due to lack of air or exposure to pests and temperature changes so that growing strawberries is easier and more efficient.

Motivation and work discipline are several factors that can affect employee performance; therefore, this study aims to examine motivation and work discipline on employee performance at one of the telecommunications equipment vendors in Bandung. Sources of data used in this study are primary data in the form of questions (questionnaires) which shows to employees of telecommunications equipment vendor companies in the city of Bandung. The respondents used in this study used a population of 65 people or respondents. Statistical methods used in this research are descriptive and verification methods. The results of this study indicate that all independent variables, namely, motivation and work discipline, positively influence the dependent variable, namely, employee performance. Motivation has a total effect of 36.96%, consisting of a direct influence of 21.97% and an indirect influence through work discipline of 14.99%. Work discipline has a total effect of 28.74%, which consists of a direct effect of 13.84%. An indirect effect through the motivation of 14.99%, testing the coefficient of determination analysis shows that motivation and work discipline simultaneously affect performance by 65.7%. In comparison, at 34.3%, the rest can influence by other variables not examined in the study. The implications of the study recommend that companies improve employee performance. To achieve better work results, management should further improve employee work results and pay attention to employee work needs.

In order to maintain the sovereignty and stability of the State of Indonesia, Indonesia must build a reliable national defense force. One of the requirements in building a national defense force that must be met by the Indonesian Armed Force is the availability of defense equipment that is in accordance with the operational needs of the Indonesian Armed Force. Indonesian Air Force as the guardian of sovereignty in the air, the defense equipment must always be updated and maintained properly. With the limited defense budget allocated by the government to the Indonesian Air Force, Indonesian Air Force is trying to meet the needs of defense equipment by empowering the domestic defense industry, in this case Indonesian Aerospace Industry as the only aerospace industry in the country. The problem that exists today is Indonesian Aerospace Industry has not been optimally empowered in increasing the readiness of the Indonesian Air Force defense equipment. With the increasing need and readiness of defense equipment as well as to avoid the dependence of the Indonesian Air Force on foreign defense equipment products in an effort to meet and maintain defense equipment readiness, it is necessary to have cooperation between the Indonesian Air Force and Indonesian Aerospace Industry. Empowerment of Indonesian Aerospace Industry can be achieved if there is a real effort in realizing the resolution of existing problems by reviewing the institutional and management levels of cooperation, integrating technological research capabilities between the Indonesian Air Force and Indonesian Aerospace Industry, and synergize existing resources. If these efforts can be realized then the empowerment of Indonesian Aerospace Industry in increasing the readiness of the Indonesian Air Force defense equipment can be realized so that the stability of the Indonesian State can be maintained.

This study aims to determine the effect of employee engagement and continuance commitment on employee performance. To find out the magnitude of the effect of employee engagement and continuance commitment on employee performance, the researchers used a survey approach to employees who work in two government agencies in Bandung. The number of respondents involved in the study were 71 employees. Researchers used path analysis to analyze research data. The results showed that employee engagement has a direct effect of 36.3%, the indirect effect through continuance commitment is 11.1%, so that the total effect is 47.4%. Continuance commitment has a direct effect of 13.5%, an indirect effect through its relationship with employee engagement of 11.1%, so that the total effect is 24.6%. And the total influence of employee engagement and continuance commitment on employee performance is 72% with other factors of 28%. The implications of the study indicate that the presence of employee engagement and continuance commitment will have an impact on increasing employee performance.

The TNI is a state instrument that has the duty and function to maintain the sovereignty and stability of security in the country, therefore it is necessary to have strong support for the TNI, especially in supporting the fulfillment of defense equipment needs. The perceived budget limitations in the defense sector make the TNI must be able to carry out its duties and functions by taking advantage of the existing Alutsista and its periodic additions. The Indonesian Navy is one of the three dimensions of the Indonesian National Armed Forces which can be said to have yet to fully possess an adequate Alutsista, so it can be said that the status of the Indonesian Navy's Alutsista is still lagging behind other countries in Asia in general. Therefore, it is important for the Navy to build strategic cooperation with the domestic defense industry such as PT Pindad, especially cooperation in an effort to improve the technological capabilities of state industrial companies so that they are able to produce defense products that are able to meet the needs of the TNI absolutely so that they no longer depend on imports of defense equipment from companies. - foreign defense industry companies. In this study, the method used is descriptive qualitative where data analysis is carried out using SWOT analysis by determining external and internal factors which are then formulated strategies for both short-term, medium-term and long-term strategies. The results of the study show that external factors are more dominant in determining the strategy that is set so that policy steps are needed that support existing opportunities so that they can be utilized properly and suppress threats that can occur by making existing threats as opportunities.
