Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the work environment (X1), motivation (X2) and job satisfaction (X3) on employee productivity (Y) at CV Angkutan Mandiri (ATM) Palembang. The analytical tool used with SPSS, the data source used is primary data and secondary data with respondents as many as 75 people on CV employees. Bright Independent Transport (ATM) Palembang. Based on the results of the analysis of this study, it can be concluded that there is a simultaneous significant effect on employee productivity as indicated by a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. While partially the work environment variable has no effect on employee productivity as shown by the significant value of the t test (0.542 > 0.05). The motivation variable partially has no effect on employee productivity with the results of a significant value of the t test (0.365 > 0.05). While the job satisfaction variable partially has a significant effect on employee productivity with the results of a significant value of the t test (0.000 <0.05).Keywords: Work;Environment; Motivation; Job Satisfaction, and Employee Productivity.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the standard time for making letters and to analyze the procedures for measuring the standard time of making letters at the Makati Jaya Subdistrict Head Office so as to build the effectiveness of the work of employees in the office in the end to improve services, especially in administrative activities. The implementation of the research uses liberary research and field research methods, the data used are primary and secondary data with data analysis techniques using standard time measurements. The results obtained The normal time per work element for planning the concept of outgoing letters is 0.567 minutes and the next standard time is 0.646 minutes. The normal time for letter approval is 0.561 minutes and the standard time is 0.631 minutes. The normal time of letter numbering takes 0.638 minutes and produces a standard time of 0.717 minutes. The normal time for typing letter drafts is 0.541 minutes and the standard time is 0.617 minutes. Normal time Signing a letter takes 0.597 minutes and creates a standard time of 0.671 minutes. Normal time Stamping takes 0.595 minutes and produces a standard time of 0.678 minutes. Normal time Scheduled a letter for 0.541 minutes and resulted in a standard time of 0.617 minutes. From the results of observations and various data that have been obtained, the process of making outgoing letters obtains a standard time of 4,577 minutes.Keywords: Normal Time; Standard Time; Measurement

Abstract

The company's competition will be sharper along with the increasing number of companies that produce the same product. In carrying out its activities, companies need marketing in order to achieve their goals because marketing activities are one of the activities carried out by companies that aim to provide goods and services for consumers. Likewise PT. Sinar Sosro Palembang which is a private company engaged in the sale of ready-to-drink beverages. If the company does not use good marketing, the company will experience various difficulties in marketing its products. To be able to increase sales volume is not easy, given the increasingly fierce competition between companies. Companies can anticipate from the start in implementing the right product sales strategy to face competition between companies, especially in similar companies. Abstract

This study aims to determine, analyze and prove the effect of Current Ratio and Return On Equity on Dividend Policy in plantation sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The population in this study was 16 plantation sub-sector companies listed on the IDX for the period 2010 - 2019. However, only 3 companies were used as samples using purposive sampling, because they met the criteria: consistently listed on the IDX and distributed dividends to shareholders. from 2010 – 2019. Based on the data that has been processed, a multiple linear regression equation is obtained: = 0.364 + 0.349X1 - 0.184X2 + e, where the constant value of 0.364 states that if there is no influence from Current Ratio and Return On Equity, then Dividend Policy score is 0.364. The regression coefficient of the Current Ratio is positive 0.349, meaning that every 1% increase in the Current Ratio will increase the Dividend Policy by 0.349 or 34.9%. The regression coefficient of Return On Equity -0.184 is negative, meaning that every 1% increase in Return On Equity will cause a decrease in Dividend Policy -0.184 or 18.4%. The value of the coefficient of determination (R2) = 0.345% indicates that the contribution of the influence of Current Ratio and Return On Equity together to Dividend Policy is 0.345 or 34.5%, the remaining 65.5% is influenced by other factors not examined. The results of hypothesis testing prove, Current Ratio and Return On Equity together have a positive and significant influence on Dividend Policy as evidenced by the value of sig F = 0.002 < 0.05. Partially, the effect of Current Ratio on Dividend Policy is significant and has a positive sign on Dividend Policy as evidenced by the value of sig t = 0.031 < 0.05. Likewise, Return on Equity has a significant but negative effect on Dividend Policy which can be proven by the value of sig t 0.002 < 0.05.Keywords: Divided Policy, CurrentRasio and ReturnOn EquityRatio

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is a significant effect of employee involvement, organizational culture and organizational support on employee performance at PT. Bhanda Ghara Reksa (Persero) Palembang Branch. The sample in this study were 32 respondents. The types of data in this study are primary data and secondary data. The primary data obtained by the authors by distributing questionnaires to respondents, by conducting validity and reliability tests. While the hypothesis test is done with the F test and t test. Based on the F test or simultaneous test of Employee Engagement, Organizational Culture and Organizational Support have a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance at PT. Bhanda Ghara Reksa (Persero) Palembang Branch with a value of 15.135 with a significance of 0.000. Based on the results of data processing with SPSS 16 on the t-test of Employee Involvement, it was obtained tcount of 5.052 with a significance of 0.000, Organizational Culture obtained tcount of 4.269 with a significance of 0.000 and Organizational Support obtained tcount of 3.383 with a significant 0.002.Keywords: Employee Engagement, Organizational Culture, Organizational Support and Employee Performance

Abstract

In order to increase Regional Original Income from Vehicle Tax in Palembang City. The data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, Library Research and documentation. The sample chosen by the author is Motor Vehicle Tax 2016 until 2018 in the city of Palembang using the purposive sampling method. From the results of the study that motor vehicle tax revenues seem to tend to decline, the causes are the low quality of the human resources of the tax apparatus, the weak supervision of motor vehicle taxes and the lack of awareness of taxpayers in paying taxes. From the analysis that motor vehicle tax revenue still does not meet the revenue target because the target setting is not quite right. The strategy that should be implemented is to increase the capacity of human resources for motor vehicle tax management. The contribution of motor vehicle tax in Palembang City shows that the contribution of motor vehicle tax is still above 30%, this indicates that motor vehicle tax is a large part of regional income through the regional tax sector.Keywords: Regional Original Revenue; Motor Vehicle Tax

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of advertising and personal selling on consumers' buying interest in prenagen milk (pregnant). The data used were sourced from buyers of prenagen milk products at RSIA YK Madira Palembang with a sample of 40 people. Analysis of the data used to determine the effect either simultaneously or partially is to use multiple linear regression analysis. From the results of simultaneous research analysis that advertising and personal selling have an effect on buying interest in prenagen milk, this can be seen from the results of the F test which has a significance of 0.000. and partially the advertising variable has a significant effect of 0.000, with a regression coefficient of 0.583 on buying interest while the personal selling variable has a significant effect on 0.001 on buying interest with a regression coefficient of 0.306 and both show a significant level below 0.05. Furthermore, seen from the coefficient of determination or R square of 0.932, which means that 93% of buying interest is influenced by advertising and personal selling and the remaining 6.8% or 7% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study. Keywords: Advertising; Personal Selling; Buying Interest

Abstract

The purpose in this research is to explain the influence the effect of Earning Pershare, Return on Equity, Debt on Equity and Book Value Pershare on stock prices in government banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI). The sample used in this study were 4 companies in the government banking sector in the 2014-2018 period. The sample collection technique in this study used the documentation method. The data analysis method in this study used panel data regression. The results showed that; Earning per share (EPS) has no effect on stock prices, Return on Assets (ROE) has a positive effect on stock prices, Debt to Equity (DER) affects stock prices in a negative direction and Book Value Equity (BVS) affects prices stocks in a negative direction. EPS, ROE, DER, and BVS have an effect on stock prices, with an effect of 90.55%, while the remaining 9.45% is the fact by other variables outside the research.Keywords : Earning Per Share (EPS); Return on Equity (ROE); Debt to Equity (DER); Book Value Equity (BVS) dan Stock Price

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of providing incentives, work motivation of providing incentives and work motivation together on the performance of employees of PT. Margi Wahyu Palembang Branch. This study uses a survey method with a saturated sample of 53 employees as respondents. The data taken are primary data and secondary data.The results of the study show that there is an effect of providing incentives on employee performance, this is indicated by the value of sig t <0.05. If employees always get piecework, always get production bonuses, always get commissions, and have people skills, then employee performance will be better. There is an influence of work motivation on employee performance, this is indicated by the value of sig t <0.05. Employee Performance PT. Margi Wahyu Palembang Branch is influenced by the work motivation of the employees themselves, meaning that the better the fulfillment of physiological, security, sociological, esteem, and self-actualization needs of employees, the higher their performance. There is a joint effect of providing incentives and work motivation on employee performance, this is indicated by the value of sig F < 0.05. Employee performance is influenced jointly by the provision of incentives and work motivation. This means that if there is an increase in the provision of incentives and work motivation, it will increase employee performance.Keywords ;  Incentives; Work Motivation; Performance

Abstract

This research is motivated by the author's curiosity about the Productivity of Songket Weaving in Improving the Family Economy in Talang Prince Ulu Village, West Pemulutan District, Ogan Ilir Regency. This study aims to find out about the productivity of songket weaving and the family economy in Talang Prince Ulu Village, West Pemulutan District, Ogan Ilir Regency. This study uses a qualitative approach that is descriptive and uses an inductive analysis approach. The source of the data in this study were the songket weaving craftsmen of Talang Prince Ulu Village with a total sample of 25 people. Data collection techniques using observation and interviews. While data analysis techniques with data reduction, data presentation, conclusions and verification. The results of the Productivity Research on songket weaving in Talang Prince Ulu Village, West Pemulutan District, Ogan Ilir Regency use several productivity methods, including choosing the right songket motif, choosing high-quality yarn, working hours and the age of productive craftsmen. The family economy in Talang Prince Ulu Village, West Pemulutan District, Ogan Ilir Regency, from the results of songket weaving varies widely in terms of income ranging from IDR 1,000,000 to IDR 2,250,000. Songket weaving craftsmen in Talang Prince Ulu Village, West Pemulutan District, Ogan Ilir Regency should further improve their understanding and knowledge in terms of songket weaving productivity so that the income level of songket weaving craftsmen increases and the family economy is even better. It is also hoped that the government should increase the intensity of outreach to songket woven craftsmen to increase the knowledge of craftsmen on how to produce high quality songket cloth, so that it has a high selling value for the family economy.Keywords: Productivity, Songket Weaving, Family Economy
