<![CDATA[This study discusses the performance of employees of the Supreme Audit Agency (BPK) Representative of the Province of South Sumatra during the Covid-19 pandemic. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the work environment and work form home on employee performance. The data was obtained by distributing questionnaires using google form to 54 employees using the Saturated Sampling technique. In data processing used SPSS software. The method used is qualitative analysis which is quantified and analyzed using multiple regression analysis. The results of research conducted simultaneously between all the variables studied illustrate that there is a significant positive influence of the work environment and work form home on employee performance. The results of the study prove that the work environment has a significant positive effect on work, work from home has a significant positive effect on employee performance during the Covid-19 period.]]>

<![CDATA[Effect of Emotional Intelligence and Job Stress on Employee Performance at PT Laju Perdana Indah in East Oku. The aims of this study are (1) to determine the effect of emotional intelligence and work stress together on employee performance at PT Laju Perdana Indah in East Oku. (2) To determine the effect of emotional intelligence on employee performance at PT Laju Perdana Indah in East Oku. (3) To determine work stress on employee performance at PT Laju Perdana Indah in East Oku. The results of the study show that simultaneously or together there is an influence of Emotional Intelligence (X1) and work stress (X2) on Employee Work Performance (Y) this can be seen from the results of the F test (ANOVA). 0.05. From the results of the simple Correlation Coefficient Test analysis, the correlation value between the Emotional Intelligence variable and the employee work performance variable is 0.811, this number indicates that there is a strong correlation between the Emotional Intelligence variable and the employee work performance variable. Likewise, the correlation value between the work stress variable and the employee work performance variable is 0.811. This number also shows that there is a strong correlation between the work stress variable and the employee work performance variable.]]>

<![CDATA[This research is aimed at knowing the influence of the family environment on the entrepreneurship interests of high school students Aisyiyah I Palembang. The number of respondents in this study was 58 students.The results showed a correlation coefficient value of 0.683 meaning a strong and positive relationship between the family environment and entrepreneurship interests. The coefficient of determination of 0.466 means that 46.6% of werwirausah interest is influenced by the work environment and the remaining 53.4% is influenced by other variables not studied in the study.The regression equation obtained Y = 15.927 + 1,147 X which means the constant of 15,927 states that if there is no value of the family environment then the value of entrepreneurship interest is 15,927. The regression koofisien X of 1,147 states that every addition of one unit of family environmental value, the value of entrepreneurship interest increases by 1,147 units.Test t with significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. So it can be concluded that there is a significant influence of the family environment on entrepreneurship interests.]]>

<![CDATA[The stock price is the price that is formed according to supply and demand in the stock market and is usually in the form of a closing price or known as the closing price. Stock prices are influenced by many factors, both micro and macroeconomic. For this reason, it is necessary to do research on the factors that affect stock prices. The aim of this research is to find out how much influence sales growth and liquidity have on stock prices in manufacturing companies, various industrial sectors listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2015-2019 period. Data collection techniques are carried out with documents, namely by downloading the financial statements of manufacturing companies in the various industrial sectors from 2015 to 2019 and then further processing them to be used as research samples. The population in this study found 24 companies and 9 samples of manufacturing companies in the various industrial sectors. The results of this study indicate that the coefficient of determination (R square) is 0.116 or 11.6%, meaning that the effect of sales growth (X1) and liquidity (current ratio) (X2) on stock prices (Y) is 11.6% while the rest is 88.4% is influenced by other variables not mentioned in this research model. The statistical results also show that sales growth (X1) partially has no significant effect on stock prices (Y), liquidity (current ratio) (X2) partially has a significant effect on stock prices (Y). Simultaneously, sales growth (X1) and liquidity (current ratio) (X2) have no significant effect on stock prices (Y). This can be proven through the F statistical test, where F. sig 0.074 (7.4%) which means the value is greater than the significance level of 0.05 (5%) then accepts H0 and rejects Ha.]]>

<![CDATA[This research aims to analyse the factors that affect the performance of employees in the DPRD office of South Sumatera Province, the factors in this research are limited to the motivation of work and work discipline towards employee performance. This method of study uses quantitative methods that are methods in the form of data and numbers with a descriptive approach that is to formulate and interpret the existing data and methods of collecting it by spreading the questionnaire (poll). The samples in this study were as much as 50 employees. The data analysis in this research is using SPSS program (Stasistical Product and Service Solution) version 23. The instrument testing techniques in the study covered the validity test and the reliability test and the hypothesis testing criteria is the T test and F test.Based on data management, it is obtained that the multiple linear regression equation is Y = 77.076 + 0.262X1 + (-0.684)X2 + e. Based on the hypothesis test with the t test, the results showed that partially work motivation had no significant effect on employee performance, while work discipline had a significant effect on employee performance. <![CDATA[The Effect of Product and Sales Promotion on Sales Volume at PT Delamibrands Kharisma Busana Palembang Branch”. PT Delamibrands Kharisma Busana Palembang Branch In conducting this research, the authors used data collection techniques by means of interviews (interviews), questionnaires (questionnaires) and observations (observation). The questionnaire was distributed to 40 respondents who represent the population or who are the samples of this study. The data analysis techniques that the author uses are quantitative and qualitative analysis. For quantitative analysis, the author uses SPSS for Windows version 20.0. as a tool in calculating the questionnaire in order to get accurate results. From the results of the research that the author did, it was concluded that the Product variable ( ) as a variable that had a significant effect on Sales Volume at PT Delamibrands Kharisma Busana Palembang Branch with a tcount of 4,067 with a significant level of 0.000. While the other independent variable is Sales Promotion ( ) which also has a significant effect on Sales Volume with a tcount of 5.485 with a significant level of 0.000. For the overall independent variables which include Product ( ) and Sales Promotion ( ), then the Adjusted R square of 0.983 or 98.3% is obtained, which means that the correlation between X and Y is included in the strong category.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine, analyze and prove the effect of product and place completeness simultaneously and partially on repurchase at the Building Supermarket. The research site is located at the Cemerlang Jaya Building Supermarket. In this study, the population was all consumers who shopped at the supermarket of Gedung Cahaya Jaya totaling 50 consumers and the sample used was 50 consumers with the sampling technique used was saturated sampling. The results obtained from this study are that there is a significant effect of the place variable and the completeness of the product together on the repeat purchase variable as evidenced by the F test table which can be seen that sig is 0.001 from the significant level it means sig <0.05 which has the influence of place and completeness of the product together against repeat purchases. Meanwhile, partially obtained that there is a significant effect of the place variable on repeat purchases, as evidenced from the t-test analysis table it can be seen that for the place variable with a sig value of 0.003 From a significant value level (sig) <0.05, which means the place variable has an effect on purchases repeat. Furthermore, there is also a positive and significant effect of the product completeness variable on repeat purchases, as evidenced from the t test analysis table, it can be seen that for the product completeness variable, the sig value is 0.000. from the significant level value (sig) <0.05, which means that the product completeness variable has a significant effect on repeat purchases.]]>

<![CDATA[The research aims to find out whether Return On Equity (ROE), Price Earning Ratio (PER) affects both partial and simultaneous to the stock price of the Manufacturing Company with Pharmaceutical sub sector in the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The research population is the Manufacturing Company with Pharmaceuticals Sub Sector listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in 2021 amounted 12 companies. The sampling technique was purposive sampling, so based on these criteria,the sample is 8 companies from 2015 to 2018.Following the analysis of multiple Linear Regression, also normality test, classic test, as well as hypotheses test both partially and simultaneously, the result is that the variable Return on Equity (ROE) and Price Earning Ratio (PER) significantly affect the Stock Price of Manufacturing Corporation of the Indonesian Stock Exchange. As a consideration for investors who will invest in stocks can observe the company's financial performance first, one of which is through analysis of financial statements. Thus it can maximize the benefits and minimize the risk in investing. Investor who will invest in stock should consider stock price because It is one of success indicator for company in managing its business.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of capital adequacy level on profitability, the effect of liquidity levels on profitability, the effect of operational efficiency on profitability and to determine the effect of credit risk as a moderating variable on the relationship between the level of capital adequacy and profitability, the effect of credit risk as a moderating variable on the relationship between the level of liquidity and profitability, the effect of credit risk as amoderating variable on the relationship between operational efficiency and profitability. In this study, there were 26 samples of conventional banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2015-2019 based on the purposive sampling method. The data obtained were then processed using SPSS tools. This analysis included the classical assumption test, moderation analysis with the residual test and t test. The results showed that the capital adequacy level did not have a significant effect on conventional bank profitability listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, the liquidity level had no significant effect on conventional bank profitability listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, operational efficiency had a significant negative effect on conventional banks profitability listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange and credit risk were able to moderate the relationship between capital adequacy level and profitability, credit risk was able to moderate the relationship between liquidity evel and profitability, credit risk was able to moderate the relationship between operational efficiency and profitability.Keywords: Capital adequacy level; liquidity level; operational efficiency, profitability and credit risk.]]>
