Abstract

Indonesian government gives obvious support for a progress of The Indonesian capital market because one of indicators that show a growth of Indonesian economy is a progress of capital market. Share is an object of investment, it has various characteristics that can be chosen by investors, one of them is Blue Chips share . So the research is needed for the Blue Chips shares by considering five variables to determine its value and the fairness of the value can be revealed as well. The purpose of this research is to know the valuation of share with price earning ratio approach (PER). The object of this research is a firm that include in the index valuation LQ 45 and known as a big, capable, and stable firm. So the result is not applicable for the firms that do not use Blue Chips. The population is 45 firms and 30 firms  that use Purposive Sampling for the year 2006-2011 are taken as sample. Multiple Regression is used as model analysis. Clasical assumption test: BLUE has been done before, the prediction result is profit growth, dividend payout ratio, profit growth standard deviation, financial leverage, and return on equity can be analized. The analysis result shows : 1) partially there are two variables that has real impact on price earning ratio variability, and simultaneously all explanatory variables are influential ; 2) Financial leverage is explanatory variables that has the most influence on price earning ratio ; 3) The Blue Chips share in Indonesian Stock Exchange has not showed fair result based on Price Earning Ratio (PER) analysis. Other researchers can develop another variables besides those variables, because there is still 77% factors that can influence the Price Earning Ratio on this research.Key Word :  The Blue Chip Shares,  Fundamental Factor, Price Earning Ratio , The Indonesian Stock   Exchange

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of Organizational Culture  and Job Loyalty  as independent variables to be examined for their effects on employee performance either jointly or simultaneously or partially. After conducting a literature review and hypotheses, data was obtained from the distribution of questionnaires for 60 employees of PT PLN (Persero) South Sumatra Main Generation Unit, and then analyzed the data obtained using quantitative data analysis.The results of this study showed that the influence of Organizational Culture  and Job Loyalty  simultaneously obtained a significant value of F of 0.000 which is smaller than α of 0.05 (0.000 <0.05) so that Ho is rejected and H1 is accepted, meaning that there is an influence. significantly between Organizational Culture  and Job Loyalty  together on Employee Performance at PT PLN (Persero) South Sumatra Generation Main Unit. The partial test for the Organizational Culture variable obtained a significant t value of 0.000 which is smaller than α of 0.05 (0.000 <0.05) meaning that partially Organizational Culture  has an effect on Employee Performance and the results of the Work Loyalty variable) has a significant value of 0.000 which is smaller than α of 0.05 (0.000 <0.05) which means that partially there is a significant influence between commitment to employee performance.Keywords :Employee Performance, Organizational Culture and Work Loyalty.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe objective of this research is to observe the impact of working situation ( X1 ) and working satisfaction ( X2 ) to employe performance ( Y ) of Regional Library Board Sout Sumatera Province..The population of this research is 73 employees of Regional Library Board South Sumatera Propince, Which 40 sample taken using proportional random sampling technique and another 18 sample for instrument sampling. Data collecting instrument using questioner with likert scale from various theory and form it into operation variable, which validity and reliable test taken to define the original of instrument. From inferential statistic analysis, correlation coefficient between working situation ( X 1 ) and employee performance variable ( X2 ) is 0.694, while 0.662 for correlation coefficient between working satisfaction variable ( X2 ) and employee performance variable ( Y ).  Correlation coefficient between working situation variable ( X1 ) and working satisfaction ( X2 ) to employee performance is 0.9844, which show that there is a positive and strong relation. 0.713 determination coefficients means 71.3 % of  X1 and X2 variable form Y variable, result doubling linier regression: Y = 15.570 + 0.303X1 + 0.448X2 + E . On other word, empirically prove that employee performance improvement linier with improvement of working situation and satisfaction, partially or simultaneously. Keywords: working situation, working satisfaction, employe performance

Abstract

This research basically discusses how PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. Branch Office Ampera Palembang in addressing the frequent accumulation of queue is quite a lot and customers need a long time to wait for turn to get service at PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Pesero) Tbk. Branch Office Ampera Palembang. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to know the performance of queue sistrem currently applied to PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Pesero) Tbk. Palembang Ampera Helper Branch Office.Based on the research results, the M / M / S (Multiple Channel Query System) model established by PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Pesero) Tbk. Branch Office Ampera Palembang is good because the longest time required by a customer in the queue for only 2.2366 minutes and the longest queue only as much as 2.3875 people and this occurs only in the period of time at 10:00 to 11:00 every day.But sometimes at certain times there are only three tellers that operate because there is one teller that is used to serve customers who will pay taxes and salary and special salary this channel does not use a queue card. This has resulted in an increase in the average number of customers queuing over the 10.00 - 11.00 period as much as 10,5215 customers. This can be proven based on the above calculation that during the peak hours of 10:00 to 11:00 the number of customers who queue as much as 2.3857 and when there is the assignment of one person teller then the customer queuing up to 12,9027, and an increase in the average amount of time required by customers in The previous queue is 2.2366 menint to 12,1005. Therefore PT. Bank Negara Indonesia (Pesero) Tbk. Branch Office Ampera Palembang needs to consider the arrival rate of customers and the level of queues that occur every day, so that the operational performance of PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Pesero) Tbk. Branch Office Ampera Palembang as a whole is not disturbed and the transaction process can run optimally so as not to make the customer queuing for too long in the transaction.Keywords: Customer Satisfaction

Medco  Sumatera BlockE & P Indonesia South Sumatera Block. The research of this case study aims to know the influence of Training and education, Discipline and Motivation toward Employee at PT. Medco  Sumatera BlockE & P Indonesia South Sumatera Block either through parsial and also together. The population In this research are the Officer at PT. Medco  Sumatera BlockE & P Indonesia South Sumatera Block, totally 120 people and sampling 119 people.From data-processing result known that regression coefficient for variable of Training and education (X1) equal to 0,416 with significant level equal to 5%, Discipline     ( X2) equal to 0,574 with significant level equal to 5%, regression coefficient for variable of Motivation ( X3) equal to 0,180 with significant level equal to 5%, while value of constant inset equal to 10,636, so that doubled regression equation of this research is : Ý = 10,636 + 0,416X1 + 0,574X2 + 0,180X3  Keyword : Training and education, Discipline, Motivation and Employee

Abstract

The research basically discusses the effect of Career Training and Development on employee Productivity at the Palembang Social Security Agency (BPJS) Branch. This study uses a correlation coefficient analysis, determination, and hypothesis testing partially and simultaneously. The sample of this study used a saturated sample of 45 people who were employees of the Employment Social Security Agency (BPJS) Palembang Branch.From the results of research between training (X1) and career development (X2) on employee productivity (Y) the value of correlation (R) is 0.685 because the value of multiple correlation is in the range 0.600 - 0.799, meaning that there is a positive relationship between training (X1 ) and career development (X2) together towards employee productivity (Y), where the equation obtained from the results of multiple linear regression is Y = 4.176 + 0.193 X1 + 0.899 X2 + e. The coefficient of determination (R2) is 0.470 or equal to 47%, which means that 47% of employee job satisfaction is influenced by career training and development. While the remaining 53%. influenced by other factors not examined in this study, such as work environment, education, income, social security, employment opportunities, capacity building, and production facilities. The results of the F test show the influence of career training and development on employee productivity at the Palembang Social Security Agency (BPJS) Branch. The results of the t-test of Training have an effect on employee productivity at the Palembang Branch of the Social Security Agency (BPJS) and career development has an effect on Employee Productivity at the Palembang Social Security Agency (BPJS) of the Palembang Branch.Keywords: Productivity, Training and Career Development.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the effect of physical tangible, reliability, and responsiveness, assurance, and empathy on the decision of customers staying at the Hotel Amaris Palembang, to analyze the dominant variables affecting the decision customers who stay at Amaris Hotel Palembang, so the analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis, as well as hypothesis testing consisting of partial tests and simultaneous tests. The results of multiple linear regression analysis showed that the value of sig <0.05. this means that the five dimensions of service (physical evidence, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy) significantly influence customer decisions. From the results of the analysis of the dimensions of service namely physical evidence, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy show that the dimensions of service provided by Amaris Hotel Palembang can provide decisions to customers, the results of an analysis of the five dimensions of service then the dominant variable affecting customer decisions is assurance ( guarantee). This appears in the value of the regression coefficient = 0.192 and the value of t arithmetic = 3.640 which is greater than the other variables, besides that the smallest value of reliability sig is equal to 0,000. It can be said that the smaller the value of pvalue, the greater the effect on customer decisions. Keywords: Service Dimensions, Customer Decisions

Abstract

This study reviews the evaluation of financial management in particular financial management area Prodexim Palembang. The studies carried out in the Company's area of Palembang Prodexim as for the issue raised in this study is how the picture of the Company's financial performance Prodexim Palembang area from 2005 till the year 2009. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the financial performance measured by financial ratios (liquidity ratios, activity ratios, leverage ratios and profitability ratios). The data of this study uses quantitative and qualitative data. The instrument is used to analyze the company's financial statements, the financial ratio analysis techniques.The results of this study showed a rise and fall of the level of health Prodexim regional companies from 2005 till 2009, where in the last three years shows an increase in the liquidity ratio for the better, while the activity ratios, leverage and profitability ratios showed a decline of four years with less status.The conclusion of this study of the company's current ratio in 2007, 2008 and 2009 were good enough significant preusan ability to pay short-term debt is illiquid. Judging from the activity ratios, leverage and profitability ratios Raio is not good, it means the company is less efficient in managing their assets, companies are less able to meet the long-term debt as well as the company's ability to capitalize on low. Suggestions on research companies maintain corporate liquidity ratio, more efficiently manage its assets primarily current assets, debt collection should be optimized. From the processing of the data obtained coefficients regression for Variable Leadership (X1) is 0,542, the coefficients regression for Work Motivation (X2) is 0,583, and the coefficients regression for Work Training is 0,255, while the constant value is -12.940, so the Multiple Regression Equation research are:Y = -12.940 + 0,542X1 +  0,583X2 +  0,255 X3Reseach explains that the Work Motivation is more influential on employee Performance at Batanghari Leko Distric in the Musi Banyuasin Goverment.  So the implementation is that the leader continually increase their leader and increase the work training not only from result and value. Key words : Leadership, Work Motivation, Work Training

Abstract

The capital market is an  appropriate  representation for assessing the condition of the company - a company in a country because almost all industries are represented  in it  and  one of the effective means  to  accelerate  the  development  of a  country  and  the development of capital markets provide a source of investment  for  investors.  One  activity is to invest  in  companies  issuing  shares. To  invest  in  shares  of  analysis  needed to  measure  the value  of  shares,  namely  fundamental analysis and technical analysis. The   purpose  of  this  study   was  to  determine   Influence  Sales  Growth           ( Sales Growth )  And   Assets   On   Stock   Price   On  Consumer  Goods  Industry Company In Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX).           This study used secondary data obtained from the annual financial statements published by the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) using a sample of 12 consumer goods industry during the period 2006-2009. For analysis and hypothesis testing used multiple regression analysis model by using SPSS version 16.0. From the results of the study by using a multiple linear regression showed that in partial sales growth (Sales Growth) t value of -0.122 <t table value of 1.679 with a significance level of more than 0.05 is 0.904. While the variable current assets (Current Assets) t value of -0.222 <t table value of 1.679 with a significance level of more than 0.05 is 0.825, the variable sales growth (Sales Growth) and current assets have no significant effect terhada stock prices, whereas in simultaneously throughout the company's fundamentals: sales growth (Sales Growth) and current assets have a significant effect on stock prices with a level of significance (0.05). Instead, in this study can cover all companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange and more attention to factors - external factors (inflation, exchange rate movements of currencies, interest rates, political conditions) and expectations (regional economic conditions) that more has influence on stock prices.
