Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh protokol hidrasi dan status hidrasi terhadap performa kekuatan otot tungkai bawah, atensi, dan passing atlet futsal. Metode yang digunakan adalah analitik kuantitatif dengan desain pretes (sebelum penerapan protokol hidrasi) dan postes (setelah 3 minggu penerapan protokol hidrasi) 22 atlet futsal Akademi Mayasari Bandung. Protokol hidrasi yang diberikan yaitu subjek mengonsumsi 500 mL air 1–2 jam sebelum latihan, 250–500 mL air 15 menit sebelum latihan, dan 500 mL–2 L air selama 1 jam latihan dengan interval minum setiap 20 menit. Pengukuran berat badan sebelum dan sesudah latihan, dilakukan menggunakan Tanita Body Composition Scales untuk menentukan status hidrasi berdasarkan kategori WHO. Performa yang diukur yaitu kekuatan otot tungkai bawah dengan leg dynamometer, atensi dengan Grid Concentration Test (GCT), dan perhitungan jumlah passing terhadap dinding sejauh 2 meter selama 30 detik. Analisis data menggunakan uji paired t-test untuk melihat perbedaan performa sebelum dan sesudah penerapan protokol hidrasi, selanjutnya untuk mengetahui pengaruhnya dilakukan analisis two-way Anova. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa protokol hidrasi berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan kekuatan otot tungkai bawah (p = 0,012), atensi (p = 0,026) dan passing (p = 0,001) pada atlet futsal, namun tidak dengan status hidrasi. The effect of hydration protocol and hydration status on lower leg muscle strength, attention, and passing of youth futsal athletes  AbstractThe purpose of this study was to determine the effect of hydration protocol and hydration status on the performance of lower leg muscle strength, attention, and passing of futsal athletes. The method used was quantitative analytic with pretest (before the implementation of hydration protocol) and post-test (after three weeks of hydration protocol implementation) 22 futsal athletes at Mayasari Academy Bandung. The hydration protocol given was that the subjects consumed 500 mL of water 1–2 hours before exercise, 250–500 mL of water 15 minutes before training, and 500 mL – 2 L of water for 1 hour of training with drinking intervals every 20 minutes. Bodyweight measurements, before and after training, using Tanita Body Composition Scales to determine hydration status based on WHO categories. The performance measured was the strength of the lower leg muscles with a leg dynamometer, attention with the Grid Concentration Test (GCT), and the calculation of the number of passes (against the wall as far as 2 meters) for 30 seconds. Data analysis used paired t-test and two-way ANOVA to determine the effect of the hydration protocol on the performance. The results showed that the hydration protocol affected increasing lower leg muscle strength (p = 0.012), attention (p = 0.026), and passing (p = 0.001) in futsal athletes, but not with hydration status.

Abstract

Ada kepercayaan umum bahwa minuman istonik berpotensi meningkatkan daya tahan dan aldosterone pada saat latihan dan pemulihan.Namun kepercayaan itu perlu dikaji ulang karena masih bisa untuk diperdebatkan dan lebih banyak lagi bukti empiris. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji minuma isotonik, air dan kontrol pada respon fisiologis, termasuk kapasitas daya tahan dan aldosterone pada saat latihan dan pemulihan pada saat cuaca panas. Dua belas atlet sepakbola prosseional dari Khon Kaen FC, Thailand yang terlibat dalam penelitian ini.  Lari 3000 m, pemulihan 1 jam, dan waktu untuk uji kelelahan dilakukan dalam penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan tidak adanya respon fisiologis selama lari 3000 m dan pada saat pemulihan, denyut jantung lebih rendah dalam uji coba minuman isotonik dibandingkan dengan air dan control. Adanya perbedaan suhu oral, detak jantung, aldosteron, glukosa darah, dan natrium pada saat tes kapasitas daya tahan. Dapat dikatakan bahwa konsumsi minuman isotonik dapat meningkatkan kapasitas daya tahan dan mempertahankan aldosteron lebih efektif daripada dengan atau tanpa air yang mungkin disebabkan oleh peningkatan retensi cairan.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menguji hubungan antara physical activity dengan fine motor skills pada anak usia 4 tahun. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan korelasional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu anak usia 4 tahun yang sedang menempuh pendidikan anak usia dini di PAUD, TK, dan KB di Kota Bandung. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 53 anak dengan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan berupa Accelerometer Actigraph dan 9-Hole Peg Test. Accelerometer Actigraph digunakan untuk mengukur tingkat physical activity atau aktivitas fisik dengan hasil yang menunjukan bahwa anak – anak paling banyak menghabiskan waktu di skor light daripada sedentary, moderate-to-vigorous dan vigorous. 9-Hole Peg Test digunakan untuk mengukur tingkat kemampuan motorik halus atau fine motor skills anak dengan hasil menunjukan bahwa anak lebih terampil dalam menggunakan tangan yang dominan. Data kemudian dianalisis dengan menggunakan Spearman Correlation Test. Hasil analisis data menunjukan tidak terdapat korelasi antara physical activity dengan fine motor skills baik pada tangan dominan (p=0,6780,05) maupun dengan tangan non dominan (p=0,1670,05) yang berarti tidak terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara physical activity dengan fine motor skills pada anak usia 4 tahun. The relationship between physical activity and fine motor skills in 4-year-old children Abstract:The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship between physical activity and fine motor skills in 4-year-old children. The method used is a quantitative research method with the correlation research approach. The population in this study were 4-year-old children who were taking early education in PAUD, TK, and KB in Bandung City. A total of 53 4-year-old children participated in this study by using a purposive sampling technique. The instrumen used were Accelerometer Actograph and 9-Hole Peg Test. The accelerometer actigraph is used to measure the level of physical activity and the results show that children spend the most time on the light score rather than sedentary, moderate-to-vigorous and vigorous score. 9-Hole Peg Test is used to measure the level of fine motor skills of children and the results showing that children are more skilled in using the dominant hand. Data were analyzed using the Spearman Correlation Test. The results of data analysis showed there is no correlation between physical activity and fine motor skills both in dominant hand (p=0.6780,05) and with the non-dominant hand (p=0,1670,05) which meant there are no significant relationship between physical activity and fine motor skills in 4-year-old children.

Abstract

Saat ini sedang berkembang pencatatan waktu otomatis yang dijual oleh beberapa perusahan perlatan olahraga ternama seperti. Namun sayangnya, harga perangkat tersebut sangatlah mahal, dan membuat setiap pelatih ataupun praktisi olahraga terkendala untuk mendapatkannya. Karena fakta dan permasalahan tersebut, maka penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan prototipe sistem pencatatan waktu untuk pengukuran kecepatan secara otomatis pada sprint 60-meter, dengan menggunakan perangkat sederhana dengan harga yang murah, namun memiliki tingkat presisi dan akurasi yang baik. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian research and development, dimana dalam proses pengembangan dan pembuatan pencatatan waktu otomatis, penelitian ini mengambil contoh dari timing gate yang sudah divalidasi sebelumnya. Dalam penelitian ini, kami juga sudah melakukan uji coba kepada 12 atlet sprinter (tinggi badan 172.8 ± 9.31, berat badan 61.05 ± 6.90, BMI 20.38 ± 0.87) terkait kegunaan alat tersebut. Rata-rata kecepatan lari seluruh subjek pada pos 10-meter adalah 2.44 ± 0.23 detik, pos 20-meter adalah 3.71 ± 0.18 detik, pos 30-meter adalah 4.75 ± 0.22 detik, pos 40-meter adalah 6.39 ± 0.31 detik, 50-meter adalah 7.65 ± 0.41 detik, dan 60-meter adalah 9.12 ± 0.49 detik. Penelitian research and development terkait pengembangan pencatatan waktu otomatis dalam penelitian ini, menunjukkan bahwa pencatatan waktu otomatis dapat dibuat dengan harga ekonomis, dan dapat digunakan untuk mengukur kecepatan lari 60-meter.Development of track timer prototype system for automatic speed measurement on 60-meter sprints AbstractCurrently, automatic track timers are being sold by several well-known sports equipment companies. Unfortunately, the price of the device is very expensive and makes every coach or practitioner constrained to get it. Because of these facts and problems, this research was aimed to develop a prototype track timer system for automatic speed measurement on a 60-meter sprint, using a simple device at a low price, but has a good level of precision and accuracy. This study used to research and development research methods, wherein the process of developing and manufacturing automatic track timers, this study takes the example of a timing gate that has been validated before. In this study, we have also tested 12 sprinters (height 172.8 ± 9.31, weight 61.05 ± 6.90, BMI 20.38 ± 0.87) related to the use of the tools. The average running speed of all subjects on a 10-meter post is 2.44 ± 0.23 seconds, a 20-meter post is 3.71 ± 0.18 seconds, a 30-meter post is 4.75 ± 0.22 seconds, a 40-meter post is 6.39 ± 0.31 seconds, 50- The meter is 7.65 ± 0.41 seconds, and the 60-meter is 9.12 ± 0.49 seconds. This research shows that track timers can be made at economical prices, and can be used to measure 60-meter running speed.

Abstract

This research and development aims to produce perceptual motor tests for children aged 5-6 years. The development procedure adapted the Borg and Gall model, namely: (1) the preliminary study and planning stage, (2) the product development stage, (3) the expert validation stage, 4) the trial phase, and (5) product revision. The trial subjects used 10 children aged 5-6 years. The data used in this research are quantitative and qualitative data. Quantitative data were obtained from the results of the validation of the perceptual motor test draft and trials. Qualitative data obtained from the results of a questionnaire in the form of input and suggestions from material experts and practitioners. The data collection instrument used questionnaire guidelines. The questionnaire was used to get input from material experts and practitioners. The product can be said to be accepted and used must be tested for validity and reliability. Material expert validation test based on content validity and reliability testing using observation reliability with Alpha Cronbach. The results of the product developed show that perceptual motor tests for children aged 5-6 years are acceptable and in accordance with aspects of perceptual motor elements. The reliability test result was 0.930.

Abstract

Latihan Interval (LI) merupakan salah satu metode latihan untuk meningkatkan dan mempertahankan kemampuan/kecepatan berlari dalam jarak dan waktu tempuh yang sudah ditentukan. Penelitian ini bertujuan menemukan gambaran respons fisiologis dan biolemis Kadar β-endorfin terhadap LI dengan berbagai macam intensitas latihan (tinggi, sedang, dan rendah) pada sprinter dan non- sprinter Metode. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen semu yang terdiri dari tiga tahap pelaksanaan pengukuran. Subjek penelitian ini adalah sprinter UKM 17 orang dan kelompok non-sprinter 15 orang. Setiap kelompok dibagi menjadi tiga kelompok yang lebih kecil berdasarkan intensitas latihan, yaitu kelompok latihan intensitas tinggi, sedang, dan rendah. Penelitian dilakukan dengan pengukuran karakteristik fisik berupa TB, BB, dan tes kecepatan lari 100 m serta pengambilan sampel darah sebanyak 3 kali 5 ml, untuk mengukur respons β-endorfin pada kondisi intensitas tinggi, sedang dan rendah sebelum. Data diambil sebelum diberi LI, selama LI, dan setelah istirahat 30 menit. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan metode ELISA dengan uji statistik anova. Hasil dan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjuk bahwa dalam kelompok sprinter dan non sprinter dan non-sprinter tidak terdapat perbedaan yang bermakna terhadap peningkatan kadar β-endorfin. Akan tetapi terdapat peningkatan bermakna persentase kadar β-endorfin pada kelompok intensitas tinggi dibandingkan kelompok intensitas sedang dan rendah. Baik untuk kelompok sprinter maupun non-sprinter. Waktu istirahat 30 menit setelah LI belum cukup untuk mengembalikan kadar β-endorfin ketingkat awal. Molecular response endorphins against interval exercise with various intensity in sprinter AbstractInterval Exercise (LI) is one of the training methods to improve and maintain the ability or and speed of running in the distance and the time that has been determined. This study aims to find a depiction of physiological and biochemical responses of endorphins levels to LI with various intensity of exercise high, medium, and low on sprinter and non-sprinter. This research uses a quasi-experimental method which consists of three stages of a measurement implementation. The subjects of this research are the sprinter Activity sports unit of college Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta consist of 17 people and the non-sprinter group of 15 people. Each group is divided into three smaller groups based on the intensity of the exercise are high-intensity group, medium, and low. The study was conducted by measuring physical characteristics in the form of HB, WB, and 100m run a speed test and blood sampling as much as 3 times 5 ml to measure the response of endorphins in high, medium, and low-intensity constancy. The data were taken before being given LI, during LI, and after 30 minutes break. The analysis was done using the ELISA method with an ANOVA statistic test. The result and the conclusion. The results showed that in the sprinter and non-sprinter groups there was no significant difference in elevated endorphin levels. However, there was a significant increase in the percentage of endorphins in high-intensity groups compared to the medium and low-intensity groups, both for sprinter and non-sprinter groups. Rest time 30 minutes after the LI is not enough to restore the level of endorphins to the initial level.

Abstract

Banyak faktor yang mempengaruhi pencapaian prestasi olahraga, salah satu faktor yang mempengaruhi pencapaian prestasi pada cabang olahraga tenis lapangan adalah keterampilan dalam memukul bola. Instrumen tes yang valid dan reliabel diperlukan untuk mengetahui tingkat keterampilan pukulan untuk menentukan dan memantau hasil latihan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui reliabilitas tes akurasi pukulan tenis lapangan menggunakan Dyer Tennis Test Revision. Pemilihan Dyer Tennis Test Revision sebagai intrumen tes pengukuran keterampilan akurasi pukulan tenis disesuaikan dengan subjek penelitian yaitu petenis pemula mahasiswa.  Sembilan puluh tujuh mahasiswa pemula (51 laki-laki dan 46 perempuan) yang mengambil mata kuliah tenis lapangan menjadi subjek dalam penelitian ini. Test retest digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Hasil analisis product moment menunjukkan bahwa nilai r adalah 0,975. Hasil terebut bermakna bahwa Dyer Tennis Test Revision dapat diandalkan untuk mengukur unjuk kerja keterampilan tenis berbasis keakuratan. Dyer Tennis Test Revision juga merupakan alat ukur yang mudah dan murah yang dapat digunakan guru/dosen/pelatih untuk memantau kemajuan pemain.Test-retest reliability for dyer tennis test revisionAbstractMany factors affect sports performance, one of the factors that affect performance in tennis is the skill in hitting the ball. A valid and reliable test instrument is needed to determine the skill level of the stroke to determine and monitor the results of the training. The purpose of this study was to determine the reliability of the hitting tennis accuracy test using the Dyer Tennis Test Revision. The choice of Dyer Tennis Test Revision as a test instrument for measuring the accuracy of tennis strokes was adjusted to the research subject, namely student novice tennis players. Ninety-seven (beginner students (51 male and 46 female) who took tennis court courses were the subjects in this study. The retest test was used in this study. The results of the product moment analysis show that the value of r is 0.975. These results mean that the Dyer Tennis Test Revision can be relied upon to measure the performance of tennis skills based on accuracy. Dyer Tennis Test Revision is also an easy and inexpensive measuring tool that teachers / lecturers / coaches can use to monitor player progress.

Abstract

It is well established that regular exercise has many positive benefits on health. Exercise at the appropriate intensity and level has been shown to improve lipid profile and reduce the risk of cardiovascular disease. This study investigates the effect of swimming training on total cholesterol levels and body weight in male Wistar rats. Thirty rats weighing 150-200 grams were randomly divided into one control (C) and two treatment groups (ST=swimming training, SED=sedentary activity). Rats in control (C) group were fed a standard diet, while rats in both treatment groups were fed high-fat diet-induced hypercholesterolemia for three weeks. Rats in ST were then swim-trained at moderate intensity for 30 minutes/day, six days a week for three weeks, and rats in SED were left without exercise stimuli. Body weight was measured weekly. At the end of the experimental period, intracardiac blood samples were drawn to measure the total cholesterol level. Findings revealed that rats’ bodyweight (p=0,045) and blood cholesterol (p=0,034) in ST group were significantly lower compared to SED. It indicates that swimming exercise is shown to be effective in weight loss and reducing blood cholesterol level in hypercholesterolemic rats.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui teknik yang paling dominan digunakan pada pertandingan futsal putra profesional. Penelitian ini termasuk pada jenis kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Sampel yang digunakan berjumlah empat tim liga futsal putra profesional dengan teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling. Analisis data menggunakan uji frekuensi dan presentase dari teknik yang paling sering digunakan. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa frekuensi penggunaan teknik passing sebanyak 2181 kali, control sebanyak 1853 kali, dribbling sebanyak 422 kali, shooting sebanyak 238 kali, feinting sebanyak 92 kali, heading sebanyak 25 kali, shielding sebanyak 56 kali, turning sebanyak 17 kali, dan chipping sebanyak 37 kali. Sedangkan  presentase penggunaan teknik passing sebesar 44%, control sebesar 37%, dribbling sebesar 9%, shooting sebesar 5%, feinting  sebesar 2%, heading sebesar 1%, shielding sebesar 1%, turning sebesar 0%, dan chipping sebesar 1%. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat dua teknik yang sangat dominan dalam pertandingan futsal putra professional yaitu teknik passing dan control.The most dominant technique in professional men’s futsal matchesAbstractThis study discusses the most dominant technique used in professional men's futsal matches. This research is a quantitative type with survey method. The sample used took four professional men's futsal league teams with the sampling technique used was purposive sampling. Data analysis uses frequency test and percentage of the most frequently used techniques. The results of this study resulted in passing 2181 times, control 1853 times, dribbling 422 times, shooting 238 times, feinting 92 times, heading 25 times, shielding 56 times, turning 17 times, and chipping 37. While the percentage of the use of passing techniques by 44%, control by 37%, dribbling by 9%, shooting by 5%, feinting by 2%, heading by 1%, shielding by 1%, turning by 0%, and chipping by 1%. Based on these results it can be concluded that there are two techniques that are very dominant in professional men's futsal matches, namely passing and control techniques.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbandingan metode pembinaan cabang bulutangkis antara Yogyakarta, Indonesia dengan Ottapalam, India. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif, Desain yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah observasi lapangan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pemain di CSN Badminton Academy India yang berjumlah adalah 32 atlet dan atlet di PB Wiratama Jaya Yogyakarta yang berjumlah 28 atlet.  Pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini dengan menggunakan yaitu human instrument atau yang dikenal sebagai peneliti kualititatif. Peneliti merupakan instrumen itu sendiri, dengan kata lain peneliti juga perlu “divalidasi” seberapa jauh peneliti kualitatif siap melakukan penelitian yang selanjutnya turun ke lapangan (Sugiyono, 2011: 222). Adapun jenis data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu data sekunder dan data primer dari kedua klub. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) PB. Wiratama Jaya Yogyakarta dan CSN Badminton Academy India memiliki jenis latihan shadow yang sedikit berbeda. CSN Badminton Academy India menggunakan teknik lompatan saat kembali ke posisi awal. Sedangkan PB. Wiratama Jaya Yogyakarta tidak menggunakan teknik lompatan. (2) PB. Wiratama Jaya Yogyakarta memiliki atlet yang patuh terhadap peraturan karena persaingan yang ketat. Sedangkan CSN Badminton Academy India memiliki atlet yang kurang patuh terhadap jam berlatih yang disebabkan jauhnya tempat latihan. (3) CSN Badminton Academy India memiliki susunan kepengurusan yang baik serta memiliki bukti fisik. Sedangkan PB. Wiratama Jaya Yogyakarta kurang melengkapi bukti fisik kepengurusan.  AbstractThis study aims to compare the method of developing badminton branches between Yogyakarta, Indonesia and Ottapalam, India. This research uses descriptive method, the design used in this study is field observation. The population in this study were 32 players at CSN Badminton Academy in India and 28 athletes in PB Wiratama Jaya Yogyakarta. Sampling in this study using human instruments or known as qualitative researchers. The researcher is the instrument itself, in other words, the researcher also needs to be "validated" to what extent the qualitative researcher is ready to conduct research which then goes to the field (Sugiyono, 2011: 222). The types of data used in this study are secondary data and primary data from the two clubs. The results showed that (1) PB. Wiratama Jaya Yogyakarta and CSN Badminton Academy India have a slightly different type of shadow training. CSN Badminton Academy India uses the jump technique when returning to starting position. Whereas PB. Wiratama Jaya Yogyakarta does not use jumping techniques. (2) PB. Wiratama Jaya Yogyakarta has athletes who abide by regulations because of intense competition. Whereas CSN Badminton Academy India has athletes who are not obedient to the practice hours due to the training grounds. (3) CSN Badminton Academy India has a good management structure and physical evidence. Whereas PB. Wiratama Jaya Yogyakarta did not complete the management's physical evidence.
