Abstract

Islamic boarding schools are one of the educational institutions in Indonesia that have been affected since the Covid 19 pandemic. Islamic boarding schools continue to exist with various creative management practices. This article aims to describe the efforts that Islamic boarding schools have made to exist during the Covid-19 pandemic. This research is a library research study using journals and reference books as a focus of the research study. Data were analyzed using content analysis. The results showed that Islamic boarding schools have been facing various challenges since their inception, during colonialism, and during modernization, and now, during the Covid-19 pandemic. As an Islamic educational institution whose presence is very important in society, the Islamic boarding schools have made adjustments to the conditions that occur, including adjustments in the form of economic independence and adjustments in learning using information technology. This was done so that Islamic civilization would not decline, even became an option of other modern schools to create a generation with character, insight, and good morals.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas tentang model kurikulum tahfidz dalam menumbuhkan karakter tanggung jawab. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Pondok Pesantren Darul Muttaqien Bogor. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian kualitatif. Data yang diperoleh menggunakan wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Model kurikulum tahfidz dalam menumbuhkan karakter tanggung jawab sudah berjalan dengan baik. Perencanaan kurikulum dilakukan pada awal tahun pendidikan, kegiatan tahfidz dilaksanakan setiap hari mencakup menghafal Al-Qur’an secara individu, menyetorkan hafalan kepada walikelas, dan mengulang hafalan setiap sore setelah sholat ashar. Santri minimal mampu menghafal 3 juz dengan batasan satu juz per tahun sebagai salah satu syarat mutlak kenaikan kelas. Dengan demikian, melalui kegiatan tahfidz santri memiliki karakter tanggung jawab. Hal ini terlihat pada perilaku santri selama kegiatan menyelesaikan target hafalannya dan kegiatan sehari-hari baik di sekolah mapupun di asrama.

Abstract

This study aims to prove the effectiveness of video tutorial media in making flowers from white crackle bags for deaf children in class X at SLBN Padang Sidempuan. This research is based on the problems found in SLB 1 Padang Sidempuan class X in Tuanrungu which consists of five students, generally deaf children have been taught several skills but the skill of making flowers from plastic bags has never been taught to children.This study uses a type of research, namely the experimental method. The method used to determine whether the media model with video tutorials could be effectively used in making flowers from white plastic bags. The subjects of this study were deaf children in class X at SLBN Padang SidempuanThe results of this study were an increase in children's ability to make flowers from plastic bags after being given treatment using video tutorial media. The results of the comparison of the pretest and posttest percentages showed an increasing ratio of the ability to make flowers from plastic plastic bags for deaf children of class X B at SLB Negeri 1 Padang Sidempuan after being treated using video tutorials. Research with a direct learning model conducted by researchers with the aim of proving that video tutorial media can be effective in flower making skills can be seen by comparing the pre-test and post-test scores and can be proven through the Wilcoxon Sign Rank Test where Zhitung = -2.023b and Asymp. Sig (2-tailed) = .043, meaning Zhitung> Asymp.Sig. (2-tailed) thus Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) mendiskripsikan dan menganalisis persepsi guru terhadap kepemimpinan kepala madrasah,  motivasi kerja guru, kompetensi guru, kinerja guru dan (5) pengaruh kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, Motivasi dan Kompetensi Guru terhadap Kinerja Guru di Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri Se-Kabupaten Sambas. Metode penelitian dengan kuantitatif deskriptif asosiatif kausal (sebab-akibat). Populasi penelitian yaitu kepala madrasah dan seluru guru di MTs  Se-Kabupaten Sambas 133 guru. Pengumpulan data dengan metode kuesioner. Uji validitas instrumen dengan teknik analisis product moment, sedangkan uji reliabilitas dengan koefisien alpha. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian bahwa: (1) terdapat pengaruh persepsi guru terhadap kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru dengan nilai signifikansinya sebesar 0.00 yang ditunjukkan dengan nilai 0.356 artinya mengandung pengertian bahwa 35.60%. (2) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja guru dengan nilai signifikansinya sebesar 0.00, memberikan sumbangan sebesar 47.10%  (3) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan kompetensi guru terhadap kinerja guru dengan nilai signifikansinya sebesar 0.00 memberikan sumbangan sebesar 31.20%. Implikasi penelitian hasil temuan penelitian ini diperlukan upaya-upaya peningkatan kinerja guru diantaranya; membuat perencanaan, mengorganisasikan, mengarahkan, mengkoordinasi dan mengawasi seluruh kegiatan pendidikan yang diselenggarakan di sekolah, memberikan insentif bagi guru yang berprestasi, mengirim guru untuk mengikuti pelatihan-pelatihan diantaranya pelatihan membuat perangkat program pembelajaran maupun pelatihan dalam menggunakan media teknologi, mengikuti  MGBS (Musyawarah Guru Bidang Studi) musyawarah dengan tujuan untuk menyatukan, mengevaluasi dan mencari solusi atas kekurangan  dalam proses belajar mengajar. menambah pengetahuan baru dengan menggunakan media cetak atau media masa

Abstract

Abstract, This study aims to determine the relationship between parenting styles and delinquency class XI at SMK YKTB 2 Bogor.  This research was carried out due to the fact that occurred in the field that many teenagers' behavior was worrying and made people anxious, especially parents.  This research uses quantitative methods.  This study took a sample of 25% class XI, so the sample in this study was 48 students from 190 total population.  Data collection techniques in this study using a questionnaire (questionnaire).  The results of this study are with a df of 46 with a value of r table at a significant level of 5%, it is known that the r table is 5% = 0.291.  Thus the research hypothesis states that Pearson Correlation (0.361)> r table (0.291) so Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted and it can be concluded that there is a positive relationship between parenting styles and juvenile delinquency.

Abstract

This study describes the impact of high school dropout adolescents Madrasah Aliyah and its implications for personality formation efforts with the main problem of impact of dropping out of school adolescents on personality formation, discusses aspects of coaching for high school dropouts / madrasah aliyah in Kampiri village, Pamana district and implications for efforts to shape the personality of adolescents with high school dropouts / madrash aliyah in the village of Kampiri, Pamana sub-district, Wajo district. This problem is deeply rooted and difficult to solve and there is chaos in the community. Therefore, the authors want to know and research further about the impact of adolescents dropping out of high school levels of high school / madrasah aliyah and how aspects of development and implications and efforts in shaping adolescent personality. Answering these problems, the author uses research methods including descriptive qualitative research types, namely by describing, analyzing, the research approach used by researchers, namely the educational educational approach, psychological approach, and sociological approach with data collection methods by means of observation, interviews or interviews, study. documentation and library reseach. The data analysis method used is data reduction, data display (data presentation), conclusion drawing (data verification) combined with inductive and comparative analysis. The results of the research on the impact of teenagers dropping out of school at the high school / madrasah aliyah level on the formation of adolescent personality, namely unemployment, juvenile delinquency and poverty and aspects of coaching teenagers who drop out of school, namely Package C, parent motivation, operational assistance, socialization, operational funding assistance and skills development. Implications for efforts to shape the personality of teenagers who drop out of school at high school / madrasah aliyah levels in kampiri village, pammana sub-district, wajo district with the package C program and operational funds can increase the standard of living independently, and increase knowledge and reduce low economic burdens apart from Package C people's motivation parents and socialization foster enthusiasm for adolescents and better understand the nature of education accompanied by skill development so that unique and valuable works are created.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan Prestasi Belajar Prakarya kewirausahaan siswa yang berwirausaha dan siswa yang tidak berwirausaha di Man 1 kabupaten Bogor. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian Kuantitatif dengan metode ex poct facto. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan Probability sampling. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa yang berjumlah 391 siswa, namun dikarenakan jumlah populasi ini lebih dari 100 maka penulis mengambil 20% jumlah populasi sehingga sampel sebanyak 78 siswa. Kemudian untuk menghitung perbandingan, menggunakan aplikasi SPSS Versi 26.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan yang signifikansi antara prestasi belajar prakarya kewirausahaan siswa yang berwirausaha dan siswa yang tidak berwirausaha. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan hasil analisis yang menggunakan uji T test (Independent Sample Test) akan menghasilkan nilai yang signifikan yaitu 2-tailed (sig.2-tailed) sebesar 0,40 dan 0,45 lebih besar dari probabilitas 0,05 (p= 0,40 dan p=0,45 > 0,05). Kesimpulan penelitian ini adanya perbedaan prestasi belajar Prakarya kewirausahaan siswa yang berwirausaha dan siswa yang tidak berwirausaha. Perbedaan nya adalah bahwa siswa yang melakukan wirausaha prestasi nya cukup tinggi dari pada siswa yang tidak melakukan wirausaha.

Abstract

This research discusses the problems found by the author in Payakumbuh Children's Care Special School. This research describes how learning skills that have not had any new innovations or new skills given to children so that children start to get bored with the same skills that are learned such as gardening, sewing, and making tissue boxes from drink bottles. In connection with these problems, the author tries to provide types of vocational skills in different ways, different forms and by generating selling points that can help deaf students themselves after they finish their education, namely by presenting vocational skills to make Snack Bouquet.This research uses experimental research. The method used to determine whether the demonstration model could be effectively used in making snack bouquet skills. The subjects of this study were deaf children in class XI at Payakumbuh Children's Care School, consisting of 3 girls and 2 boys.The result of this research is that there is an increase in the child's ability to make snack bouquets after being given treatment using a demonstration model proven by the Wilcoxon Sign Rank Test the resulting value is 2.041 with probability and Asymp sign. (2-tailed) = 0.041 so that the probability obtained is 0.041 <0.05, thus Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted so that the demonstration method is effective to improve vocational skills in making snack bouquets for  deaf class XI children at SLB Peduli Anak Bangsa Payakumbuh.

Abstract

Penelitian ini berjudul implementasi pendekatan saintifik dalam pembelajaran guru agama Islam di SMK Negeri 1 Makassar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: 1) merencanakan penerapan pendekatan saintifik dalam pembelajaran guru agama Islam di SMK Negeri 1 Makassar, 2) Pelaksanaan  pendekatan saintifik dalam pembelajaran guru agama Islam  di SMK Negeri 1 Makassar, 3) hasil proses penerapan pendekatan saintifik dalam pembelajaran guru agama Islam di SMK Negeri 1 Makassar.Jenis penelitian ini adalah jenis penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dengan tiga pendekatan yakni sosiologi, fenomenologi dan psikologis. Penelitian ini menggunakan pedoman wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi untuk dijadikan bahan pengumpulan data. Teknik pengolahan data dilakukan dengan 3 tahap yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan teknik analisis data non statistik.Hasil penelitian pada pembelajaran guru agama Islam di SMK Negeri 1 Makassar dengan menggunakan pendekatan saintifik sudah baik, sebagaimana data dan fakta dilapangan menunjukkan bahwa peningkatan nilai akademik peserta didik sudah melewati nilai KKM yaitu 90%, dengan menggunakan strategi pembelajaran yang bervariatif seperti model konstruktivisme, dan model aktif.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze and describe: 1) Implementation of education financing through the management of BOS funds in improving the quality of education; 2) Barriers to the implementation of education financing through the management of BOS funds in improving the quality of education. 3) Efforts made to overcome obstacles in implementing education financing through the management of BOS funds in improving the quality of education. The research method used in the preparation of this scientific paper is descriptive with a qualitative approach. The data collection technique is done through interviews, observation, and documentation study. The informants in this study were the principal, teachers, staff, and other stakeholders in SMA Negeri 1 Kadipaten. The results showed that 1) Implementation of Education Financing through BOS Funds at SMAN 1 Kadipaten Majalengka Regency was effective. This can be seen from several aspects as follows: 1) Planning for Education Budget Compilation is carried out carefully; 2) The education financing is carried out by the operational guidelines and technical guidelines for BOS, and 3) Budget supervision is carried out effectively; 2) There were various obstacles faced in the management of BOS funds in improving the quality of education 3) There were various efforts made to overcome the obstacles faced in implementing the management of education financing through BOS funds in improving the quality of education.
