Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of entrepreneurial knowledge and self-efficacy on entrepreneurial intention in SMK Serba Bakti, Tasikmalaya. Technically, the method used in this study is a form of quantitative research with post facto research design. The study participants were students of class XI SMK Serba Bakti, Tasikmalaya. The data used in this study was collected through questionnaires. The data collected, then analyzed by using multiple regression analysis with a significance value of 5%. The findings of the study show that entrepreneurial knowledge and self-efficacy have a positive effect on the entrepreneurial intention in SMK Serba Bakti, TasikmalayaKeyword: Entrepreneurial Knowledge, Self-Efficacy, Entrepreneurial

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of communication climate and communication style and also the performance of employees in SMA Dwijendra Denpasar.Communication plays an important role in all aspects, including to the school organization. In the school organization education is the important thing and as the major position in development because it is oriented towards improving the quality of human resources. The quality of human resources is influenced by employee performance (teacher) itself. The communication climate approach and communication style also influenced employee performance marked by an increase in the number of new student enrollments from year to year.  This type of research is explanatory or confirmatory research. While the population in this study was employees in SMA Dwijendra and samples using saturated sample technique with total sampling is 70 peoples. Collected data were using questionnaire with Likert scale model, while the analysis used multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS 22.0 for windows software. The results of this study obtained Fcount of 73.827 where Ftable 3.132, then Fcount> Ftabel. This shows that simultaneously communication climate and communication style significantly influence employee performance in SMA Dwijendra. Results coefficient of determination or R square is 0.688 its means that communication climate and communication style variables effect the performance is 68.8%, while the rest influenced by other variables not examined in this study. Based on these findings, it can be concluded that the communication climate and communication style together significantly influence the performance of employees at SMA Dwijendra Denpasar. Keywords: communication climate, communication style, employee performance.

Abstract

 The teacher learning process plays a role to determine an effective learning method and supports students to gain valuable experience. The method has a significant contribution in teaching and learning activities. Achieving the right learning goals can be achieved with the right method. The purpose of this study is 1) to find out whether there are differences in the average economic learning outcomes using a guided inquiry learning model and TAI type Cooperative Learning Model at the X grade of SMA Negeri 1 Sekincau 2017. 2) What is the average economic learning outcomes using the guided inquiry learning model is higher than the TAI type Cooperative Learning Model for X grade students of SMA Negeri 1 Sekincau 2017. This research is ex post facto experimental research which is the influence of guided inquiry learning model and TAI type Cooperative Learning Model at the X grade of SMA Negeri 1 Sekincau Year 2017. The population in this study is X grade students of SMA Negeri 1 Sekincau with totaling 32 students and those who were sampled in this study of X14 grade with totaling 30 students. Based on the results of the research data analysis at the level of 5% is 1.67 shows that thit > tdaf thus the conclusions obtained that H0 was and H1 was accepted, which means that the learning uses a guided inquiry model is greater than learning using the TAI type cooperative learning model. Based on the research conducted, it is known that the use of the guided inquiry model (69.40) further improves student learning outcomes when compared with the use of the TAI type cooperative learning model (61.15). Keywords: Comparison of real economic learning, Guided Inquiry Learning Model and Cooperative Learning Type Teams Assisted Individualization (TAI).

Abstract

The problem in this study is "There are still many students who have not completed the Integrated Social Studies learning outcomes of class VIII in the odd semester of SMP Negeri 1 Punggur 2018/2019 Academic Year". The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of using the Model Visual Based Learning Problem on Integrated Social Studies Learning Outcomes of Class VIII Odd Semesters of State Middle School 1 Punggur Academic Year 2018/2019. Then the hypothesis in this study is as follows: "There is a positive influence on the use of the Model Problem Based Learning Helps Visual Images of Integrated Social Studies Learning Outcomes of Class VIII Odd Semesters of State Junior High School 1 Punggur 2018/2019 Academic Year". The design used in this study was an experiment. Experimental research methods can be interpreted as research methods that will be used to find the effect of certain treatments on others under controlled conditions. The experimental method used was quasi experimental design in the form of nonequivalent control group design. Because in this design it cannot control the external variables that affect the implementation of the experiment. Based on the results of these studies, the hypothesis is accepted, because the value of tcount> t table can be seen in the list of G, on the list of significant 5% which is 4.30> 1.70. Thus the results of the calculation in this study by using visual aided problem based learning model were 43%. Students who were declared complete with KKM (70) after treatment were 28 students or 82.35% and students who were declared incomplete were 6 students or 17.65%. Thus it shows that the Visual Image-Assisted Problem Based Learning Model has a positive influence on the Integrated Social Studies learning outcomes of class VIII Odd Semesters of State Middle School 1 Punggur Academic Year 2018/2019. Keywords: Visual Assisted Problem Based Learning Models, Learning Outcomes of Social Sciences Students.

Abstract

Competition in gaining public trust is an important factor that must be considered by all available resources in each vocational school. The statement is based on the 2015 Central Bureau of Statistics data which shows that the number of Vocational Schools throughout Indonesia has shown 12,421. This study aims to collect data on information among members of the Vocational Team in meeting national education standards. Furthermore, the data is used to analyze the integration process of work team members in accredited C and vocational high school vocational high school A. The approach used in this study is an inductive approach where the results of research are generalized to more general events. The results of the analysis obtained the results of Sig. (2-tailed) A1 of 0.004 <0.05, A2 of 0.003 <0.05 and A3 of 0.001 <0.05, so according to the decision making in the independent t-test, there were differences between Integration of members of the Vocational Work Team is accredited A and accredited C. Based on the results of data processing, it can be concluded that the integration process of the work team members in C-accredited Vocational Schools is not maximal. Keywords: Accreditation, Member Integration, National Education Standards

Abstract

His study aims to determine the relationship between the amount of pocket money and hedonic lifestyle in the city of Madiun. The sampling technique uses probability sampling. The number of samples in this study were 355 students. Research is a quantitative research developed with causality design where data analysis techniques use simple regression analysis. The results showed that there was a significant positive relationship between the amount of pocket money and the hedonic lifestyle of students taking study at Madiun City College. Keyword: Hedonic Lifestyle, Pocket Money

Abstract

Martopan Abdullah. Drivers of School Facilities and Motivation of Teachers on the Effectiveness of the Teaching and Learning Process at Bontang DDI Madrasah. The teacher is one component that deals directly with the subject of students, must have the ability / compotency because it determines the quality of the learning process and the learning outcomes of students. Based on this, researchers are encouraged to analyze the teacher's potential by looking at the differences in the average teacher's composition in terms of motivation the teacher addresses the effectiveness of the teaching and learning process especially the teacher who teaches at Bontang DDI Madrasah Aliyah. This type of research is quantitative with 34 sample teachers in Bontang DDI Madrasah. from 34 populations. Data on teacher potency were collected using instruments in the form of tests developed on a Likert scale and questionnaire techniques. The data were analyzed using quantitative analysis, ie with multiple regression and ANOVA (SPSS 20) in one pathway at a 5 percent level of significance (5% ). The results of the study showed that there was an influence of facilities and teacher motivation on the effectiveness of the teaching and learning process in Bontang DDI Madrasah. In terms of training and experience in presenting material. Scientific facts found in this study indicate that the influence of school facilities and teacher motivation on the effectiveness of the learning process is enhanced by training. Abstract

This study aims to determine how much influence the preparation of learning programs, attitudes toward the teaching profession towards teaching efficacy of prospective teachers. The method used in this study is the explanatory survey method. The subjects in this study were level IV students of the Siliwangi University Teaching and Education Faculty (FKIP). The sampling technique used was proportionate random sampling (proportional random sample). The data analysis technique in this study is multiple linear regression using the SPSS 23.0 statistical tool to determine the effect of the preparation of learning programs, attitudes toward the teaching profession towards teaching efficacy of prospective teachers. Based on the results of the study, simultaneous preparation of learning programs and attitudes towards the teaching profession has a positive influence on teaching efficacy. That is, if there is an increase in the preparation of learning programs and attitudes towards the teaching profession simultaneously, it will improve the teaching efficacy of prospective teachers. Partially the preparation of learning programs has a significant effect on teaching efficacy of 0.271. That is, if there is an increase in the preparation of the learning program by 0.271 units then teaching efficacy will increase by 0.271 units, and attitudes towards the teaching profession have a significant influence on teaching efficacy of 0.459. This means that if there is an increase in attitudes towards the teaching profession by 0.459 then teaching efficacy increases by 0.459 units.Keywords: Factors Affecting Teachers' Teaching Efficacy

Abstract

The development of science and technology is growing rapidly. This requires the existence of quality human beings so as to be able to create new innovations and be able to face competition. Education is a pursuit of school for children and adolescents who are handed over to them to have perfect skills and full awareness of their social relationships and tasks. The 2013 curriculum goal is to prepare Indonesian people to have the ability to live as the individu and citizens who are faithful, productive, creative, innovative, and affective and able to contribute to the life of society, nation, state and world civilization. The problem formulation of this class action research is how is the effect of the application of PQ4R learning methods to improve learning outcomes of economic subjects at XI grade students of Senior High School Muhammadiyah 1 Metro". The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of the application of the PQ4R learning method and to improve learning outcomes of economic subjects in class XI of Muhammadiyah 1 Metro High School "and the benefits of classroom action research were seen from two parties in terms of theoretical and practical aspects. The action hypothesis in this class action research through the use of PQ4R learning methods (preview, question, read, reflect, recite, review), to improve the economic learning outcomes of class XI students of Muhammadiyah 1 Metro High School. The application of the PQ4R method in learning economics at XI grade of Senior High School Muhammadiyah 1 Metro can increase teacher and student activity. It can be seen from the average score of teacher activity in cycle I, namely 41.16 with the category "sufficient", in the second cycle increased to 45.83 with the category "good" with a difference of 4.67. Likewise, the average score of the first cycle of student activity is 41.16 with the category "enough", in the second cycle increased to 46, 99 with the "good" category with a difference of 5.83. So it can be concluded that by applying the learning model Preview, Question, Read, Reflect, Recite, Review (PQ4R) can increase student learning outcomes of economic subjects at XI grade of Senior High School Muhammadiyah 1 Metro.Keywords: PQ4R Learning, Learning Outcomes

Abstract

The fundamental problem of IIS 12th grade students in understanding accounting lessons is that they start from not being well understood how to record transactions in a journal. Difficulty understanding the accounting material for these students can be seen from the initial test conducted on July 24, 2018 in 12th grade IIS turned out in completing the journal of the number of students 32 people there were 26 (81.25%) students had not reached the KKM and who had only reached 8 (18.75%) students with minimum completeness criteria (KKM) of 70.  In the initial test before using an analysis guided discussion,  student learning outcomes obtained an average of 32.14. Whereas in the first cycle test has been applied an analysis guided discussion obt79ained an average of 54.43. In the second cycle the results obtained were an increase in the average score of a fairly high class that is to be 75.94 Although in the second cycle has reached a fairly high average of 75.94, but the researchers still proceed to cycle III because the percentage of completeness is only amounting to 62.5.
