Abstract

The objective of the study was to create the digipreneur educational model for SMEs and analyzed its relationship with the more developed digital business world.  It used the descriptive analysis to explore and clarify a phenomenon. One of the analyses was SWOT analysis method which helped to arrange the plan for achieving both short term goals and long term goals. Based on the constructed model of Digipreneur educational model which emphasized on business skills aspects where modern financial skill components and all transactions today were using e-banking. Digital marketing aspect should be given to SME owners since they needed to know that marketing today did not just rely on the physical real world, but in the fierce competition in digital media as the effective and efficient marketing means. SMEs were resilient business units in anything economic conditions because of their local resources and they had more significant marketing opportunity if their creative products or services were known through the information technology; thus, they needed to get the information technology education.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami dan mengaplikasikan dalam bentuk model pendidikan kewirausahaan keluarga Tiong Hoa, efektivitas model pendidikan kewirausahaan, memecahkan permasalahan hambatan penerapan model pendidikan kewirausahaan dan membuat model alternatif pendidikan kewirausahaan dari keluarga Tiong Hoa. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini, adalah mixed method. Tahap selanjutnya menentukan sumber data dan teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis data kualitatif yang meliputi reduksi data, penyajian data dan kesimpulan, kemudian dilakukan analisis data kuantitatif dengan deskriptif persentase. Model pendidikan kewirausahaan keluarga diletakkan paling awal karena menjadi ukuran dasar sukses tidaknya proses di keluarga Tiong Hoa. Proses selanjutnya tahap Input, hal ini individu atau anak (Etnis Tiong Hoa) yang belum terpengaruh apapun dalam proses pendidikan kewirausahaan di keluarganya. Tahap selanjutnya proses individu berperan sebagai penerima didikan dan keluarganya berperan sebagi motivator, pengajar, dan sekaligus orang tua sebagai mana mestinya. Semua tahap proses diharapkan dapat menciptakan output individu yang memiliki kemampuan, pengetahuan dan kompetensi berwirausaha ala Tiong Hoa. Tahap akhir maka akan ada outcome yang mencerminkan berfungsinya keluaran. Hasil output yang diharapkan individu tersebut memiliki kemampuan berwirausaha dan tahap akhir individu sudah dibekali dengan kemampuan dan pendidikan kewiraushaan ala keluarga Tiong Hoa akan dapat mengambil keputusan untuk melanjutkan usaha orang tua atau bekerja sendiri. This study aims to understand of family entrepreneurship education model Tiong Hoa, the effectiveness of entrepreneurship education model, solve the problem of implementation of the educational model of entrepreneurship and entrepreneurial education create alternative models of family Tiong Hoa. The approach used in this study, is a mixed method.The next stage determines the source of data and analysis techniques used are qualitative data analysis that includes data reduction, data presentation and conclusion, then performed a descriptive analysis of quantitative data by percentage. Family entrepreneurship education model placed the earliest since become a basic measure of success or failure in the family Tiong Hoa. The next process in this case the individual or the child which has not been affected whatsoever in the process of entrepreneurship education in the family. The next stage is an individual process acts as a receiver and his family plays a role as a motivator, teachers, and parents as well as it should. Results expected output the individual has the ability to entrepreneurship and the final stage is equipped with the capability of individual and family-style education kewiraushaan Tiong Hoa will be able to take a decision to continue the business or self-employed parents.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis prospek kerja mahasiswa pendidikan ekonomi UPGRIS dalam berbagai bidang keahlian dan kemampuan di pasar tenaga kerja global menggunakan analisis work skill development (WSD). Work Skill Development terdiri dari enam aspek keterampilan inisitaif, teknologi, belajar, manajemen, problem solving dan komunikasi. Total partisipan / responden dalam penelitian ini dengan menggunakan rumus Slovin sebesar 96 mahasiswa dari 126 mahasiswa semester 7. Hasil menunjukkan hasil analisis berdasar gender dengan jumlah perempuan 84 dan laki–laki 12. Secara deskriptif menunjukkan hasil bahwa kecenderungan kesiapan kerja lebih besar pada perempuan dengan skor tertinggi adalah 35, skor terendah 9. Berdasarkan skor empiris, skor tertinggi pada responden laki – laki adalah 23 dan skor terendah 17. Independent Sample T-test menunjukkan nilai signifikansi 0,002 lebih kecil dari taraf signifikansi 5 % bahwa terdapat perbedaan kesiapan kerja pada responden perempuan dan laki - laki. Berdasarkan nilai mean kesiapan kerja responden perempuan lebih tinggi jika dibandingkan responden laki - laki, nilai mean perempuan lebih besar dari laki - laki 32,3> 28,6. Kesiapan kerja responden berada pada poin tinggi, yang artinya responden/ mahasiswa perempuan dan laki - laki dianggap siap kerja, walaupun pada perempuan memiliki kesiapan kerja yang lebih tinggi. Prospek dari calon mahasiswa sebetulnya sudah mulai terbentuk ketika mereka menjajaki bidang keahliannya, kebutuhan akan pengajar atau pendidik sekolah menengah khususnya dalam bidang kejuruan masih sangat besar. Kemampuan kesiapan kerja mereka dikatakan masih memerlukan banyak pembelajaran dalam bidang soft skill.Kata Kunci : Work Skill Development, soft skill, kesiapan kerja

Abstract

 The purpose of this study is to introduce strategies and develop digital businesses on an ongoing basis that remain Islamic based to be able to continue to compete in the current era of digital disruption. The methods used are Literature review papers (LRPs). The results of the study explain that there are several appropriate strategies to be used as a reference for digital sharia business, namely products sold, product promotion, alternative payments that are in accordance with rules and do not violate religious prohibitions (riba, gharar, maysir, and haram). The development of the right strategy of the selected sharia products must be precisely in accordance with market demand. The pricing strategy that is set must also meet the requirements, namely the need for openness from the seller to the buyer, which is explained in detail the price components on the online trading platform, or on the online marketplace. The sustainability of the digital sharia business sector in the next few years is a matter of great interest, and this research can be used as a reference for strategies to continue to survive and develop.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to provide a broader and deeper view of the readiness of family businesses in the face of the era of digital disruption 4.0. The sample used in this study was 93 family business units, with the method of Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA) assisted by SMART-PLS. Based on the results of the hypothesis proposed that directly entrepreneurial and managerial competencies in the family business have a positive and significant effect on industry 4.0 readiness. Competence, especially in the implementation of managerial competencies for business owners. The managerial competency indicators is known as professional, social and personal. Indirectly, family businesses can implement business strategies that are by the characteristics of their business so they can adapt to rapidly changing conditions.Implementation of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) is considered to be crucial in facing the Industry 4.0.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the factors that push small businesses to survive during the Covid-19 pandemic and the factors that influence it. The method used in this research is the Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA) uses PLS-SEM with a moderating effect. A total of 162 small-scale business units in Semarang participated in this research by filling the online research instrument. The result of this study indicates that Business Performance, Government Policy, and Stress processes have a positive influence on Business Resilience. The process of maintaining a business is weakened by the characteristics of a business vulnerability that will continue to overshadow the owners to keep the business. It is hoped that small business owners in Semarang could improve business performance by expanding market orientation by producing goods that are at lower prices with the same quality and possibly reducing quantity. Input Materials must switch to using local raw materials even though the price is quite high compared to those that often used imported raw materials to continue to meet the basic needs of the community, such as in the grocery / wholesale business. As for small businesses to be able to survive, the government's participation amidst the threat of recession at this moment should come with more flexible policies, one of them is making policies on integration between SMEs that can be interconnected with one another to keep the demand and supply on the run. Besides, business owners must be able to do a variety of ways related to resource management that can do from the investment of resources and, most importantly, ready to prevent excessive loss of resources. Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian untuk menganalisis potensi kewirausahaan yang di miliki oleh Kewirausahaan di Morodemak Kecamatan Bonang Kabupaten Demak (a) mengetahui potensi kewirausahaan masyarakat Desa Morodemak Kecamatan Bonang Kabupaten Demak (b) mengetahui potensi unit usaha (produk/jasa) Morodemak Kecamatan Bonang Kabupaten Demak. Analisis deskriptif digunakan sebagai metode dengan teknik survey dan studi kasus. Kuesioner diberikan kepada 86 responden yang sebagian besar bekerja sebagai nelayan dan pemilik usaha kecil hasil laut. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa potensi kewirausahaan masyarakat Morodemak Kecamatan Bonang kabupaten Demak sudah cukup baik namun belum ditunjang dengan skill dan pengetahuan yang cukup, dikarenakan dari sebagian masyarakat hanya bekerja sebagai nelayan dan belum banyak memiliki kemampuan berinovasi terkait potensi desanya. Tindak lanjut yaitu menjalin kerjasama dari pihak pengelola desa untuk bersinergi dalam membangun potensi dengan perguruan tinggi yang akan dijadikan menjadi Desa Vokasi. Sedangkan potensi unit usaha produk dan jasa di Desa Morodemak dianggap masih terbatas hanya pada hasil olahan kerupuk ikan dan terasi yang dipasarkan disekitar Kecamatan saja.

Abstract

Competition in gaining public trust is an important factor that must be considered by all available resources in each vocational school. The statement is based on the 2015 Central Bureau of Statistics data which shows that the number of Vocational Schools throughout Indonesia has shown 12,421. This study aims to collect data on information among members of the Vocational Team in meeting national education standards. Furthermore, the data is used to analyze the integration process of work team members in accredited C and vocational high school vocational high school A. The approach used in this study is an inductive approach where the results of research are generalized to more general events. The results of the analysis obtained the results of Sig. (2-tailed) A1 of 0.004 <0.05, A2 of 0.003 <0.05 and A3 of 0.001 <0.05, so according to the decision making in the independent t-test, there were differences between Integration of members of the Vocational Work Team is accredited A and accredited C. Based on the results of data processing, it can be concluded that the integration process of the work team members in C-accredited Vocational Schools is not maximal. Keywords: Accreditation, Member Integration, National Education Standards

Abstract

The existence of the computer lab is one thing that is essential to support the improvement of students’ competence. Some other researcherssaid that some of the characteristics of PBL and its influence on motivation and learning outcomes, however, these studies can not describe the improvement of the activity in utilizing a computer lab. This study aimed to analyze the differences in the use of computer labs and student learning outcomes at the accounting program to operate accounting computer before and after the implementation of project based learning (PBL). The population of this study was all students of XI class and XII class in accounting programof SMK Al Falah Winong. Sampling in this study is using proportionate stratified random sampling. Data collected through observation. Hypothesis testing is done through t test with two independent samples. The results showed that the application of PBL was able to increase the activity in computer lab and student learning outcomes in the competence particularity on operate computer accounting application. Keywords: Project based learning, computer lab, Student learning outcomes
