Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperbaiki atau meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa dalam pembelajaran lay-up bola basket di SMA Negeri 12 Jakarta kelas X, pada bulan Februari 2010, dilaksanakan sebanyak 4 (empat) kali pertemuan, metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian tindakan kelas (classroom action research) dengan gaya mengajar latihan, penelitian ini menggunakan dua tahapan siklus. Pada tahap pertama mengidentifikasi dan memberikan konsep pembelajaran lay-up bola basket melalui gaya mengajar latihan. Siklus ke dua yaitu pemilihan gaya mengajar latihan yang diarahkan pada aktifitas gerak pembelajaran lay-up bola basket dan efektifitas kebenaran teknik sesuai dengan teori, Standar ketuntasan belajar yang ditetapkan oleh SMA Negeri 12 Jakarta untuk mata pelajaran pendidikan jasmani adalah 60. Perubahan atau peningkatan hasil belajar siswa dalam pembelajaran lay-up bola basket dengan gaya mengajar latihan terjadi pada saat Final Test. Data yang ada pada nilai test awal lay-up bola basket sebesar 27,5% atau sebanyak 11 siswa dan nilai test akhirnya 100 % maka pembelajaran dengan materi lay-up bola basket dengan gaya mengajar latihan mengalami peningkatan sebesar 72,5%. Jadi hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa, gaya mengajar latihan dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar lay-up bola basket di SMA Negeri 12 JakartaThis study aims to correct or improve the learning outcomes of students in basketball a lay-up at SMAN 12 (Senior High School) Jakarta class X in February 2010, held as many as four (4) meetings, the research method used is the method of action research in the style of teaching practice. In practice, this study uses two stages of the cycle. In the first cycle are identifying and providing learning concept lay-up basketball through the practice teaching styles. Cycle to two, the choice of practice teaching style aimed at learning the motion activity lay-up basketball and effectiveness of the technique in accordance with the theory. Mastery learning standards set by the SMAN 12 (Senior High School) Jakarta for physical education subjects is 60. Alteration or improvement of student learning outcomes in learning the lay-up basketball with the teaching style of practice occurs during the Final Test. Existing data on the value of the initial test basketball lay-ups by 27.5% or as many as 11 students and test scores finally 100% then learning the material lay-up basketball with the teaching style of practice increased by 72.5%. So it can be concluded that the results of research, teaching style of practice can improve learning outcomes lay-up basketball at SMAN 12 Jakarta.

Abstract

Permainan olahraga merupakan salah satu materi permainan dan olahraga yang bertujuan untuk mengembangkan koordinasi gerak peserta didik melalui aktivitas permainan beregu. Tidak semua sekolah dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran Penjasorkes mengajarkan semua materi dalam permainan bola besar. Berdasarkan hal di atas, perlu dilakukan pengembangan permainan bola besar yang dapat mengembangkan keterampilan koordinasi gerak peserta didik. Prosedur pengembangan yang digunakan; 1) menganalisis produk yang akan dikembangkan, 2) mengembangkan produk awal, 3) validasi ahli, 4) uji coba lapangan, 5) revisi produk, dan hasil produk pengembangan. Instrumen yang digunakan 1) data pengambilan denyut nadi, (2) kuesioner respon psikomotorik, kognitif, afektif peserta didik dengan angket, (3) pengamatan keefektifan teknik dasar yang digunakan dalam produk. Hasil penelitian ini telah ditemukan (1) produk permainan basketball and football combination, (2) keefektifan produk permainan dapat meningkatkan aktivitas fisik peserta didik, (3) permainan basketball and football combination ini dapat mengatasi keterbatasan alokasi waktu pembelajaran yang tersedia, (4) kompleksitas keterampilan koordinasi gerak. Simpulan penggunaan produk permainan basketball and football combination dalam pembelajaran memberikan pengaruh terhadap intensitas fisik, dapat mengatasi masalah keterbatasan sarana dan prasarana, dapat mengatasi keterbatasan alokasi waktu pembelajaran serta memberikan pengalaman koordinasi gerak kompleks. Saran bagi guru Penjasorkes di SD dapat menggunakan permainan ini di sekolah, dalam pembelajaran permainan bola besar.Sports game is one game and sport material that aims to develop motor coordination learners through team play activity. Not all schools in the implementation of learning Penjasorkes teach all the material in a big ball game. Based on the above, is necessary to develop a great ball game that can develop motor coordination skills of learners. Development procedures used; 1) analyzing the products that will be developed, 2) develop initial product, 3) expert validation, 4) field trial, 5) revision of the product, and the results of product development. Instruments used 1) the data capture pulse, (2) the questionnaire responses psychomotor, cognitive, affective learners with a questionnaire, (3) observation of the effectiveness of the basic techniques used in the product. The results of this study have been found (1) products games of basketball and football combination, (2) the effectiveness of the products games can increase physical activity of students, (3) the game of basketball and football combination can overcome the limitations of the allocation of instructional time available, (4) the complexity motor coordination skills. Conclusion The use of the products games of basketball and football combination in learning to give effect to the physical intensity, can cope with limited facilities and infrastructure, can overcome the limitations of the allocation of time learning and experience, coordination of complex motion. Suggestions for teachers in primary Penjasorkes can use this game at school, learning a great ball game.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui apakah penerapan teknik modelling dan latihan dapat meningkatkan keterampilan senam aerobik dan senam lantai kelas 3 K-1 SMK Negeri 1 Temanggung pada semester genap tahun pelajaran 2012/2013.Dalam pengumpulan datanya menggunakan teknik tes untuk mengetahui hasil belajar siswa dan teknik non tes berupa lembar observasi melalui pengamatan untuk mengetahui proses pembelajarannya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas dengan melakukan dua tindakan dalam dua siklus. Dari hasil penelitian ini diketahui adanya peningkatan pada hasil belajar dan proses pembelajarannya. Dari kondisi awal ke siklus 1 terjadi peningkatan nilai rata-rata dari 74,77 ke 78,83 atau meningkat sebesar 5,43 persen. Pada siklus dua yang merupakan siklus terakhir nilai rata-ratanya adalah 85,26 yang berarti meningkat sebesar 14,03 persen dari kondisi awal. Begitu pula pada proses pembelajarannya menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pada aktifitas dan kreatifitas siswa maupun guru. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan teknik modelling dan latihan dapat meningkatkan keterampilan senam aerobik dan senam lantai kelas 3 K-1 SMK Negeri 1 Temanggung pada semester genap tahun pelajaran 2012/2013.The purpose of this study was to determine whether the application of modeling and exercises techniques to improve aerobics and floor exercise in gymnastics on 3 K - 1 SMK Negeri 1 Temanggung in the 2nd of academic year 2012/2013 . data collected by using test techniques to determine student learning outcomes and non- test techniques by using observation sheets to determine the learning process. The research method used was Classroom Action Research to perform two actions in two cycle . The results of this research note that there were improvement in learning outcomes and learning processes. The first cycle increase students performance in the average value of 74.77 to 78.83 (5.43 %). In second cycle, the average value is 85.26 which means an increase of 14.03 % from the initial conditions . Similarly, the learning process showed an increase in activity and creativity of students and teachers . It can be concluded that the application of modeling techniques and exercises to improve aerobics and floor exercise in gymnastics on 3 K - 1 SMK Negeri 1 Temanggung in the 2nd of academic year 2012/2013

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu mengetahui pengaruh pengulangan teknik permainan tradisional kasti terhadap peningkatan kemampuan motorik kasar anak tunagrahita ringan SLB N Ungaran. Metode penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode eksperimen. Rancangan yang digunakan adalah Pretest Posttest One Group Design. Metode analisis data menggunakan uji t. Populasi dan sampel adalah sampel acak dari anak tunagrahita ringan SLB N Ungaran yang berjumlah 7 anak. Semua sampel diberikan perlakuan pengulangan teknik permainan kasti. Hasil penelitian motorik kasar dengan uji t terdapat pengaruh dari rata-rata hasil penghitungan hipotesis anak tunagrahita ringan menggunakan tes berjalan 1.43 (pre-test) dan 2.57 (post-test), berlari 1.43 (pre-test) dan 2.57 (post-test), melempar 1.29 (pre-test) dan 2.71 (post-test), menangkap 1.43 (pre-test) dan 2.43 (post-test), memukul 1.29 (pre-test) dan 2.14 (post-test). Aspek yang tidak terdapat pengaruh yaitu melompat 1.71 (pre-test) dan 1.57 (post-test), meloncat 1.43 (pre-test) dan 1.29 (post-test), menendang 1.71 (pre-test) dan 1.29 (post-test). Selain setiap aspek, rata-rata pada keseluruhan tes motorik kasar terjadi peningkatan dengan rata-rata 1.44 (pre-test) dan 2.07 (post-test). Simpulan dalam penelitian adalah pengulangan teknik permainan kasti berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan kemampuan motorik kasar anak tunagrahita ringan SLB N UngaranThe purpose of this research is to know the influence of the traditional game of rounders repetition techniques to increase gross motor skills of children SLB N Ungaran mild mental retardation. The method used in this study is the experimental method. This research is pretest posttest One Group Design. Methods of data analysis using the t test. Population and sample is a random sample of mild mental retardation children SLB N Ungaran totaling 7 children. All samples were given treatment repetition rounders game techniques.Gross motor research results with the t test there is the influence of the average results of a calculation using a mild mental retardation child hypothesis tests to run 1:43 (pre-test) and 2:57 (post-test), running 1:43 (pre-test) and 2:57 (post-test) , throws 1:29 (pre-test) and 2.71 (post-test), capturing 1:43 (pre-test) and 2:43 (post-test), hit 1:29 (pre-test) and 2:14 (post-test). Aspects that there is no influence, namely jumping 1.71 (pre-test) and 1:57 (post-test), jump 1:43 (pre-test) and 1:29 (post-test), kicking 1.71 (pre-test) and 1:29 (post-test) , In addition to every aspect of the average in the overall gross motor tests increased by an average of 1:44 (pre-test) and 2:07 (post-test). Abstract

This study aimed at describing: 1) validity, 2) practicality, and 3) effectiveness of long jump hang style learning tools in vocational high schools through problem-based learning approach in terms of the learning outcomes and attitudes towards physical education learning. This research used the 4D model development research. The product trials were conducted in SMK N 1 Cangkringan at X class of APHP 1 and APL 1. The instruments employed 3 types to measure: a) its validity, b) its practicality, and c) its effectiveness. The results of the research showed that 1) the long jump hang style learning model with the problem-based learning approach in the form of syllabus, lesson plans, worksheets, and evaluation instruments respectively fulfilled the category of “very valid”. 2) The learning tools also fulfilled the category of “very practical”. 3) The passing rate of learning outcomes reached more than 75% in X class of APHP 1 and 80.65% in APL class X 1. The students’ attitudes towards physical education learning obtained the high minimum category of more than 80%, namely for X class of APHP 1 and 90.32% for class X APL 1. Thus, the device can be declared as effective based on the learning outcomes and attitudes towards physical education learning

Abstract

Basketball requires a good physical fitness condition, a good physical fitness needs an adequate exercise program, one of the popular exercise program is fartlek method. The purpose of this study is to know the effect of fartlek method that have had done for eight weeks (twice in a week) towards the VO2max of SMP Kristen Satya Wacana’s male basketball extracurricular. Based on the previous study about physical fitness, the participants of SMP Kristen Satya Wacana’s basketball extracurricular had a poor physical fitness proven by the result of cooper test that shown the VO2max on SMP Kristen Satya Wacana’s male basketball extracurricular was 29,19 ml⸱kg-1⸱min-1 (very poor).The VO2max was calculated using cooper test. The VO2max’s result on this research is 53,49 19 ml-kg-1-min-1, which is very good. T-tests were used to determine the result of pretest and postest, and the result of the vo2max is 26,03111±7,5 ml∙kg-1∙min-1 (p<0,05). Based on the result of this research, fartlek could be used to increase the VO2max of basketball male athletes of SMP Kristen Satya Wacana Salatiga.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui perkembangan terapi massage terhadap penyembuhan penyakit vertigo dan cara penanganan terapi massage untuk membantu penyembuhan vertigo. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian perkembangan dengan metode silang-sekat (cross-sectional method) dan penelitian kausal komparatif dengan tipe ex post facto. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk meneliti satu jenis peristiwa yang telah terjadi dan kemudian meruntut ke belakang untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang dapat menimbulkan kejadian tersebut. Sampel yang digunakan adalah 11 orang yang memiliki penyakit vertigo dan telah diberikan terapi massage di masa lampau. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan deskriptif persentase. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa perkembangan terapi massage terhadap penyembuhan penyakit vertigo dikategorikan baik. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari skala mengenai perkembangan terapi massage terhadap penyembuhan penyakit vertigo secara keseluruhan yaitu sebesar 92%, artinya persentase tersebut berada pada kategori baik. Implikasinya bahwa penyembuhan penyakit vertigo merupakan variabel yang mempengaruhi hasil penyembuhan terapi massage. Dalam upaya pengembangan terapi massage harus diperhatikan. Keadaan ini disebabkan karena adanya sensasi gerakan atau rasa gerak dari tubuh atau lingkungan sekitarnya dengan gejala lain yang timbul, terutama dari jaringan otonomik yang disebabkan oleh gangguan keseimbangan tubuh oleh berbagai keadaan atau penyakit. Keadaan ini akan berpengaruh terhadap perkembangan terapi massage.The objectives of research are to find out the progress of massage therapist on healing vertigo disease and way handling massage therapist to help healing vertigo. This study belonged to a developmental research with cross-sectional method and a causal comparative research with type ex post facto. The study is done to scrutinize one kind of events that have occurred and than coherent backward to know the factors that could cause of the incident. The whole sample consisted of 11 people who have the vertigo disease and has given massage therapist in the past. Technique of analyzing data employed in this research was a descripstive the percentage. The result of data analysis shows that the progress of massage therapist on healing vertigo disease categorized good. This can be seen from scale on the development of massage therapist on healing vertigo disease overall which is 92%, it means the percentage it is in good category. The implications that the healing of diseases vertigo is variables affecting the results of healing massage therapist. In the effort to develop massage therapist must be considered. This condition caused due to the sensation movement or taste motion from a body or environment surrounding with other symptoms that arise, especially from autonomous tissue caused by a disorder balance of the body by various condition or disease. This condition would affect on the progress of massage therapist.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas pembelajaran permainan Speed Colour terhadap peningkatan hasil belajar lari cepat. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian dengan menggunakan metode penelitian tindakan kelas (Classroom Action Research), dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus. Setiap siklusnya mempunyai empat langkah, yaitu : perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi dan refleksi. Subyek penelitian adalah siswa kelas V Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Dewi Masyithoh 02 Banyumudal Kecamatan Moga Kabupaten Pemalang pada semester II tahun pelajaran 2013/2014, dengan jumlah siswa 30 dengan rincian jumlah siswa putra 16 dan siswa putri 14. Hasil analisis yang diperoleh peneliti, terdapat peningkatan pada hasil belajar siswa dari kondisi awal ke siklus I dan II, baik dari peningkatan rata-rata hasil pembelajaran lari cepat siswa maupun nilai ketuntasan hasil belajar, rata-rata siklus I (73 %) atau nilai ketuntasan rata-rata siswa hanya 22 siswa dari 30 siswa dan rata-rata siklus II (87) atau ketuntasan nilai rata-rata siswa mencapai 25 siswa dari 30 siswa, sehingga peningkatan dari kondisi awal ke siklus II sebesar (63 %), melewati kriteria ketuntasan minimal (KKM) sebesar 75 . Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa dengan pemberian model permainan speed colour dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar lari cepat pada siswa kelas V MI Dewi Masyithoh 02 Banyumudal Kecamatan Moga Kabupaten Pemalang Tahun Pelajaran 2013/2014.This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the learning game Speed Colour to increase learning outcomes run quickly. This research is using classroom action research methods (Classroom Action Research), conducted in two cycles. Each cycle has four steps, namely: planning, implementation, observation and reflection. Subjects were students of 5th Elementary School MI Masyithoh 02 Banyumudal the District Moga Pemalang in the second semester of academic year 2013/2014, the number of students are 16 boys and 14 girls. The results showed that the administration of the game speed color models can improve sprint learning outcomes in 5th MI Masyithoh 02 Banyumudal Pemalang Moga District of academic year 2013/2014. The conclusion of the analysis results obtained by researchers, there is an increase in student learning outcomes from the initial condition to cycle I and II, both from an increase in average sprint student learning outcomes and value learning outcomes completeness. An average of the first cycle (73) or the average value of mastery students only 22 students from 30 students and the average cycle II (87) or the average value of completeness student reaches 25 students from 30 students, so that the increase of the initial conditions to the second cycle of (63%), skip as well as the value of the mastery criteria with 75 points Minimum Mastery Criteria (KKM). Suggestions, the learning needs planning, and preparation of a more mature, so that a modification of the game can run perfectly without any meaningful repetition.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar lari estafet melalui pendekatan saintifik pada siswa kelas VI SDN Salaman 4 kecamatan Salaman Kabupaten Magelang tahun 2016. Penelitian ini adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas. Subyek penelitian adalah siswa kelas VI SD Negeri Salaman IV kecamatan Salaman Kabupaten Magelang yang berjumlah 24 siswa. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi dan tes unjuk kerja, pengolahan datanya menggunakan deskritif persentase. Berdasarkan Hasil penelitian Dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa adanya peningkatan ketuntasan hasil belajar secara klasikal sebesar 29,5 %, dari siklus 1, 58% meningkat menjadi 87,5 % pada siklus 2. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa pendekatan saintifik dapat meningkatkan hasil pembelajaran lari estafet pada siswa kelas VI SDN Salaman 4 Kecamatan Salaman Kabupaten Magelang tahun pelajaran 2015/2016The purpose of this study is to improve learning outcomes relay through a scientific approach in Class VI SDN Salaman Salaman 4 districts of Magelang regency in 2016. This study is a Class Action Research. Subjects were students in sixth grade elementary school districts Salaman Salaman IV Magelang regency amounting to 24 students. Data collection methods used were observation and tests of performance, processing data using descriptive percentage. Based on the research results that an increase in the classical mastery learning outcomes by 29.5%, from cycle 1, 58% increased to 87.5% in cycle 2. Thus we can conclude that the scientific approach can improve learning outcomes relay in class VI SDN Salaman Salaman 4 subdistrict of Magelang regency in the academic year 2015/2016

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh metode latihan pliometrik dan metode latihan beban terhadap daya ledak tendangan dollyo chagi Taekwondo. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada mahasiswa PJKR FKIP Universitas Pattimura Ambon, 2012 dengan menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan disain faktorial 2 x 2. Data dianalisis menggunakan Analisis Varian (ANOVA). Hasil penelitian menunjukan, bahwa: (1) Secara keseluruhan terdapat perbedaan daya ledak tendangan dollyo chagi Taekwondo antara metode latihan pliometrik dengan metode latihan beban, (2) Terdapat interaksi antara metode latihan dengan kemampuan motorik terhadap daya ledak tendangan dolyo chagi Taekwondo, (3) Bagi taekwondoin yang memiliki kemampuan motorik tinggi, metode latihan pliometrik lebih baik dibanding metode latihan beban terhadap daya ledak tendangan dollyo chagi Taekwondo, (4) Bagi taekwondoin yang memilki kemampuan motorik rendah, tidak terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara metode latihan pliometrik dengan metode latihan beban terhadap daya ledak tendangan dollyo chagi Taekwondo.This study aims to determine the effect of plyometrics and weight training methods toward the explosive power on dollyo chagi Taekwondo kicks. Research conducted at the University of Pattimura FKIP PJKR Ambon on 2012 using an experimental method with a 2 x 2 factorial design . Data were analyzed using analysis of variance (ANOVA) . The results showed that: (1) Overall there was a difference in explosive power on the kicks, between plyometrics exercises and weight training methods , (2) There is an interaction between training method and the explosive power on dollyo chagi Taekwondo kicks, ( 3 ) for taekwondoin which has a high motor skills, plyometrics training method is better than explosive power weight training method on dollyo chagi Taekwondo kicks, (4) for those who have low motor skills, there was no significant difference between plyometrics exercises and weight training method on the explosive power of dollyo chagi Taekwondo kicks .
