Abstract

Futsal is played with high intensity (indoor version of football played by 5 people per team). With the dimensions of the playing field 40 x 20 m and the infinite turnover, as well as the task of defense and attack constantly, futsal players perform activities with high intensity such as sprints, acceleration, deakselation and changes in the direction of the game, creating a separate burden to the body's physiological processes involves the aerobic and anerobic metabolic systems. With the fact this game is played with high intensity then the research data found the average pulse rate (HRaverage) reached 174 times per minute, so that it can reach 90% of the maximum pulse rate (HRmaximum) for 72% of game time. This exercise also requires cardiovascular adaptation of 85-90% of the maximum pulse rate per individual. As for aerobic capacity to fulfill oxygen availability alone, the recommended VO2 max value is in the range of 50-55 ml / kg / minute is the recommended range for a minimum of professional futsal athletes. With more and more playing experience, the knowledge and training patterns practiced by futsal athletes make physical and physiological needs to support the performance of the game be fulfilled.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tingkat kondisi fisik dan keterampilan teknik dasar pada atlet tenis meja usia dini di Kota Semarang. Populasi penelitian ini adalah atlet tenis meja di Kota Semarang yang berjumlah 36 orang. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan total sampling, yaitu semua populasi atlet tenis meja di Kota Semarang berjumlah 36 orang. Variabel penelitian meliputi kondisi fisik dan keterampilan teknik dasar tenis meja.Untuk memperoleh data, maka dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode survey dan teknik tes. Untuk instrument kondisi fisik yang digunakan adalah tes: lari cepat (sprint) 30 meter, lari 1.600 meter, lari bolak-balik 4x5 meter, sit and reach, sitting on the wall, loncat tegak (vertical jump), dan angkat tubuh (Flexed Arm Hang). Sedangkan untuk keterampilan dasar tenis meja, tes yang digunakan adalah tes: memegang bed, pengaturan kaki, memukul bola, blok serangan lawan, dan servis. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan deskriptif persentase. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kondisi fisik atlet tenis meja di Kota Semarang termasuk dalam kategori sedang. Sebanyak 64% atlet putra dan 86% atlet putri dalam kategori sedang. Keterampilan teknik tenis meja dalam kategori baik. Sebanyak 73% atlet putra dan 93% atlet putri memiliki keterampilan teknik dasar yang baik.The purpose of this research was to assess the physical condition and basic engineering skills at an early age table tennis athletes in Semarang. The population was table tennis athletes in the city of Semarang, amounting to 36 people. Sampling using total sampling, ie all populations table tennis athletes in Semarang numbered 36 people. Variables include the study of physical conditions and basic technical skills of table tennis . To obtain data, so in this research using survey methods and testing techniques. For the instrument used is the physical condition of the test: sprint (sprint) 30 meter, 1,600-meter run, running back and forth 4x5 meters, sit and reach, sitting on the wall, vertical jump, and flexed Arm Hang. As for the basic skills of table tennis, the test used is the test: grip technique, footwork technique, stroke, block, and service. Data were analyzed using descriptive percentages. The results showed that the physical conditions of table tennis athletes in Semarang included in the medium category. As many as 64% of men and 86% of athletes women athletes in the medium category. Skills table tennis techniques in both categories. A total of 73% men and 93% of athletes women athletes have good basic engineering skills. It was concluded that the profile was moderate physical condition and basic engineering skills in table tennis athletes in Semarang in 2013 in both categories

Abstract

Softball games are one form of small ball games learned at school. In the softball game there is strike zone, which is an imaginary field between the elbow and the knee of a batter, and is above the home base. Students find it difficult to find the strike zone so that when throwing pitchers always “ball”. when the game takes place students have difficulty determining between “strike” and “ball”. The need for learning media that can provide a real form of strike zone for students. This research is a development research that uses the stages of development of Borg and Gall. Based on product testing, the target media strike zone is very suitable with the softball game and can effectively provide information about the real shape of the strike zone in the softball game, as well as helping students to set targets and throw accuracy.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk menganalisis perbedaan pengaruh sport massage dan bekam terhadap penurunan asam laktat; Terdapat perbedaan pengaruh sport massage dan bekam terhadap penurunan denyut nadi. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan metode eksperimen semu. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: (1) Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan sport massage terhadap penurunan asam laktat; (2) Terdapat pengaruh signifikan sport massage terhadap penurunan denyut nadi; (3) Terdapat pengaruh signifikan bekam terhadap penurunan asam laktat (4) Terdapat pengaruh signifikan bekam terhadap penurunan denyut nadi; (5) Terdapat perbedaann signifikan pengaruh sport massage dan bekam terhadap penurunan asam laktat (6) Terdapat perbedaan signifikan pengaruh sport massage dan bekam terhadap penurunan denyut nadi. Berdasarkan analisa diatas, dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh penurunan asam laktat dan denyut nadi untuk masing-masing kelompok eksperimen dan kelompok kontrol setelah diberikan sport massage dan bekam dilihat dari hasil uji-t.The purpose of this study is to analyze differences in the effect of sports massage and cupping to the reduction of lactic acid ; ( 6 ) There are differences in the effect of sports massage and cupping to the decrease of the pulse This type of research used in this research is quantitative with quasi-experimental methods. Research results show: (1) There is a significant effect of sports massage to decrease lactic acid ; ( 2) There is a significant effect of sports massage to decrease the pulse ; ( 3 ) There is a significant effect of cupping to the reduction of lactic acid ( 4 ) There is a significant effect of cupping to decreased pulse rate ; ( 5 ) There is a significant difference in the effect of sports massage and cupping to the reduction of lactic acid ( 6 ) There is a significant difference in the effect of sports massage and cupping to the decrease of the pulse. Based on the above analysis , it can be concluded that there are significant decrease in lactic acid and pulse for each experimental group and the control group after being given a sports massage and cupping seen from the t-test results .

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk memperoleh informasi atau data empiris mengenai faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi motivasi prestasi atlet pada klub bulutangkis Pendowo Semarang Tahun 2014. Jenis penelitian ini kuantitatif. Populasinya 47 atlet-atlet klub bulutangkis Pendowo Semarang. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik acak sederhana dengan sampel 36 orang. Metode pengumpulan data dengan skala likert 4 alternatif pilihan jawaban. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan 5 indikator berpengaruh terhadap motivasi atlet. Indikator faktor kepribadian, kriteria tinggi dengan persentase 78%. Indikator pengaruh situasi, kriteria sangat tinggi dengan persentase 92%. Indikator kecenderungan hasil, kriteria sangat tinggi dengan persentase 89%. Indikator reaksi emosional, kriteria sangat tinggi dengan persentase 84%. Indikator tingkah laku prestasi, kriteria sangat tinggi dengan persentase 86%. Simpulannya faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi motivasi prestasi yaitu, faktor kepribadian, pengaruh situasi, kecenderungan hasil, reaksi emosional, dan tingkah laku prestasi. Faktor paling dominan yaitu faktor pengaruh situasi. Saran untuk pelatih, tetap memberikan program sesuai dengan target. Saran untuk atlet, janganlah cepat berpuas diri. Saran untuk orang tua atlet, senantiasa memberikan dukungan moril maupun materiil.The purposes of this research were to know what are the reasons that affect athletes motivation achievements in Pendowo Badminton Club Semarang. This research used quantitative method. The population is were 47 athletes from pendowo badminton club semarang. Sampling technique were using simple random technique with the number of samples 36. The method of data collection using likert scale with 4 alternative choices answers. The result has shown that from 5 indicators were influential to motivate athletes. Indicators are personality is at high criteria with the percentage of 78%. Indicators are influence of situation is at very high criteria with the percentage of 92%. Indicators are tendency of the result is at very high criteria with the percentage of 84%. Indicators are emotional reaction is at very high criteria with the percentage of 89%. Indicators are achievement behavior is at the very high criteria with the percentage of 86%. The conclusion of this research is the factors that influence achievement motivation is a personality factor, the influence of the situation, the tendency of the results, emotional reactions, and behavioral achievement. The most dominant factor is influence the situation factor. Suggestion for the coaches continue to monitor the athlete's performance as well as providing programs that meet the set targets. Suggestions for athletes do not quickly satisfied with the achievements that have been achieved. Abstract

Ekstrakurikuler merupakan wadah bagi siswa dalam menyalurkan minat dan bakatnya diluar pelajaran akademik disekolah. Berbagai macam kegiatan ekstrakurikuler anatara lain bidang seni, kerohanian, kepemimpinan, jurnalistik dan tidak kalah populer dan hampir setiap sekolah ada adalah ekstrakurikuler bidang olahraga. Antuasias dan peminat ekstrakuler olahraga disekolah sangatlah luar biasa. Kondisi ini didukung dengan banyaknya kompetisi dan kejuaraan antar sekolah dibidang olahraga bahkan sampai pada level multi even yakni POPDA, O2SN, POPNAS, bahkan Kejurnas PPLP yang basis atletnya merupakan pelajar disekolah. Potensi yang timbul dari iklim kompetisi ini membuat keberadaan ekstrakurikuler disekolah sebagai lumbung atlet pelajar menjadi sangat sentral dan harus dikelola dengan baik, terarah serta berkesinambungan sebagai dasar pembinaan olahraga pelajar.Extracurricular is a place for students to channel their interests and talents beyond academic subjects in school. A wide variety of extracurricular activities among other fields of art, spirituality, leadership, journalism and no less popular and almost every school there are extracurricular sport. Enthusiastic and sports enthusiasts ekstrakuler school is remarkable. This condition is supported by the many competitions and championships between schools in the field of sports and even to the level of the multi event POPDA, O2SN, Popnas, even the base PPLP Championship athletes are students at school. Potential arising from this competitive climate makes the existence of extracurricular school as the granary of student athletes being very central and must be properly managed, focused and sustainable as basic sports coaching students.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan pengaruh antara latihan smes kedeng dengan menggunakan area bertahap dengan area tetap terhadap keterampilan smes kedeng. Tes yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah tes keterampilan bermain sepak takraw dari Ratinus Darwis dan Dt. Penghulu Basa. Berdasarkan tes awal (pre test) kemudian dimatchingkan secara match subyek dengan rumus AB-BA, sampel dibagi menjadi dua kelompok menjadi kelompok eksperimen 1 dan kelompok eksperimen 2. Masing-masing kelompok diberi perlakuan selama 16 kali tatap muka dengan frekuensi latihan 4 kali dalam 1 minggu. Setelah pemberian perlakuan selesai, selanjutnya diadakan tes akhir yang sama dengan pada saat pre test. Berdasarkan data tes akhir didapatkan hasil analisis data dengan rumus t-test dengan taraf signifikansi 95% alfa 5% dengan derajat kebebasan 19. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan statistik diperoleh t hitung lebih besar daripada t table (to = 2.416 > ttab = 2.093). X kelompok eksperimen 1 (area bertahap) lebih besar dari mean kelompok eksperimen 2 (area tetap) ( X 1 = 17.25 > X 2 = 16.00 ). Ini menunjukkan bahwa latihan smes kedeng dengan area bertahap lebih baik dibandingkan dengan menggunakan area tetap terhadap keterampilan smes kedeng dalam sepak takraw. This study aims to determine the effect of the difference between the exercise of kedeng smash using gradually and fixed methods of kedeng smash skill. The tests used in this study is a test of skill to play sepak takraw by Ratinus Dervish and Dt . Basa Penghulu. Based on pre-test result, the subjects was assigned into groups by using matching formula AB-BA, there are experimental group 1 and experimental group 2. Each group was treated in 16 sessions, with the frequency of exercise 4 times in a week. After administering the treatment is completed, the post test was conduct. Post test data analysed by the formula t test with 95% significance level alpha of 5% with 19 degrees of freedom. Based on the results obtained of to coeffisien is greater than t table (to = 2.416 > ttab = 2.093). X experimental group 1 ( gradually methods ) is greater than the mean of the experimental group 2 (fixed methods) ( X 1 = 17.25 > X 2 = 16.00 ). This study suggests that exercise for smash kedeng with gradual method is better than using a fixed method.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menghasilkan produk yang berupa pengembangan media pembelajaran dribble Bolabasket menggunakan job card melalui pendekatan scientific yang sesuai sebagai media pembelajaran gerak peserta didik kelas VII SMP. Adapun prosedur penelitian pengembangan produk yaitu; 1) melakukan analisis kebutuhan yang akan dikembangkan yang didapat dari hasil kajian pustaka, observasi dan wawancara, 2) mengembangkan draf produk awal 3) validasi ahli (satu ahli Bolabasket dan satu ahli pembelajaran penjasorkes SMP), 4) perbaikan draf produk awal, 5) uji coba skala kecil (20 siswa), 6) revisi produk pertama, revisi produk berdasarkan hasil dari evaluasi ahli dan uji coba skala kecil 7) uji coba lapangan (32 siswa), 8) revisi produk akhir yang dilakukan berdasarkan hasil uji coba lapangan, 9) hasil akhir berupa pengembangan media pembelajaran dribble Bolabasket menggunakan job card melalui pendekatan scientific pada pembelajaran penjasorkes bagi siswa kelas VII SMP. Dari penelitian ini diperoleh data evaluasi ahli Bolabasket 88,89%, ahli pembelajaran penjasorkes 91,30%, sehingga didapat rata-rata persentase sebesar 90,09% sehingga memenuhi kriteria sangat baik. Sedangkan data uji coba skala kecil didapat persentase 81,06% dan uji coba lapangan 86,37%, sehingga memenuhi kriteria baik. Dari data tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa pembelajaran dribble Bolabasket menggunakan job card melalui pendekatan scientific dapat digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran gerak peserta didik kelas VII SMP .__________________________________________________________________The purpose of this research is to produce a development of learning media of dribble Basketball using job card through the appropriate scientific approach as a learning media motion for seventh grade students of SMP. The procedure of research development was ; 1) conduct a needs analysis which will be developed that are obtained from the literature review, observation and interview, 2) develop a draft product, 3) validation experts (one Basketball expert and one sport and physical education and health expert), 4) improvement of the draft initial product, 5) try out the field by a small group (20 students), 6) the first product revision, revision of the product based on the results of expert evaluation and testing of small scale 7) try out the field (32 students), 8) revision of the final product is done based on the results of field trials, 9) final result is a development of learning media of dribble Basketball using learning media job card through scientific approach at learning sport and physical education and health for seventh grade students of SMP. From this research, the result of Basketball expert evaluation data 88.89%, 91.30% of learning sport and physical education and health expert, and get an average percentage of 90.09% so that it meets the criteria of "very good". While small-scale trial data obtained a percentage of 81.06% and 86.37% field trials, so that it meets the criteria of "good". From these data can conclude that learning of dribble Bolabasket using job card through a scientific approach can be used as a learning medium motion seventh grade students of SMP.

Abstract

Studi ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis modal sosial (social capital) KONI Kabupaten/Kota di Jawa Tengah yang berpotensi menunjang pelaksanaan Pasal 40 UU No. 3 tahun 2005 tentang Sistem Keolahragaan Nasional (SKN), menganalisis strategi yang relevan dalam mendayagunakan energi sosial KONI Kabupaten/Kota di wilayah Jawa Tengah, dan merancang model KONI yang diharapkan menjadi solusi mengatasi persoalan pelaksanaan Pasal 40 UU SKN tersebut. Prosedur penelitian yang digunakan bertumpu pada upaya learning from the people sebagai cara memahami realitas yang menggerakkan modal sosial komunitas KONI. Cara kerja dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan mengikuti tata aturan penelitian kualitatif. Berdasarkan analisis data, dapat disimpulkan bahwa tindakan-tindakan warga masyarakat KONI sesungguhnya berada dalam ranah modal sosial KONI. Dengan karakteristik tersebut, KONI sebagai modal sosial merupakan sebuah kebutuhan bagi terciptanya kerja sama yang produktif dalam suatu masyarakat, kelompok, komunitas, ataupun suatu asosiasi. Keberadaan Pasal 40 UU No. 3 tahun 2005 dimungkinkan akan memengaruhi karakteristik KONI sebagai modal sosial. Model Organisasi KONI sebagai organisasi masyarakat di bidang olahraga dirancang dalam lima elemen utama yang mendukung pemberdayaan KONI guna memperkuat masyarakat olahraga. Lima elemen tersebut adalah: (1) kerakyatan sebagai ideologi; (2) pembebasan sebagai tujuan; (3) pemberdayaan sebagai fungsi; (4) keadilan sosial sebagai kebijakan yang diagendakan; dan (5) diskresi sebagai metode.This study aims to analyze the social capital of KONI in regency/city level in Central Java which potentially support the implementation of the policy in Article 40 of the Law number 3/2005 about the National Sport System, to analyze the relevant strategy to empower the social energy of KONI, and to design the most appropriate model of KONI as the alternative to solve the problem of Article 40 implementation. The procedure used in this research is based on qualitative approach and the idea of learning from people. This procedure is a tool to understand the reality which moves the social capital of the KONI society. The result describes that the action of KONI society is in the aspect of social capital. KONI as the social capital is a need for the development of the productive cooperation in the society. The existence of the Article 40 might influence the characteristics of KONI as the social capital. The model of KONI as an organization in sport should be built in five potential elements: (1) democracy as an ideology, (2) freedom as a purpose, (3) empowerment as a function, (4) social justice as policy, and (5) discretion as a method.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk menganalisis tentang: (1) pengaruh latihan Plank terhadap peningkatan keseimbangan; (2) pengaruh latihan Side Plank terhadap keseimbangan; (3). pengaruh latihan Side Lying Hip Abduction terhadap keseimbangan; (4). pengaruh latihan Oblique Crunch terhadap keseimbangan; dan (5) perbedaan pengaruh latihan Plank, Side Plank, Side Lying Hip Abduction dan Oblique Crunch terhadap keseimbangan. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan metode eksperimen semu. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: (1) terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan latihan Plank terhadap peningkatan keseimbangan; (2) terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan latihan Side Plank terhadap keseimbangan; (3). terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan latihan Side Lying Hip Abduction terhadap keseimbangan; (4). terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan latihan Oblique Crunch terhadap keseimbangan; dan (5) terdapat perbedaan pengaruh latihan Plank, Side Plank, Side Lying Hip Abduction dan Oblique Crunch terhadap keseimbangan. Berdasarkan analisa di atas, dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat peningkatan keseimbangan untuk masing-masing kelompok eksperimen dan kelompok kontrol setelah diberi pelatihan Plank, Side Plank, Side Lying Hip Abduction dan Oblique Crunch dilihat dari hasil uji-t. Terdapat juga perbedaan pengaruh dari setiap latihan terhadap keseimbangan.The purpose of this study is to analyze about: (1) the effects of exercise Plank to the increase in the balance; (2) Side Plank exercise influence on the balance; (3). Side effects of exercise on the balance Lying Hip Abduction; (4). Oblique Crunch exercise influence on the balance; and (5) differences in the effects of exercise Plank, Side Plank, Side Lying Hip Abduction and Oblique Crunch towards equilibrium. This type of research used in this research is quantitative with quasi-experimental methods. The results showed: (1) a significant difference Plank exercises to increase balance; (2) there is a significant effect on the balance of exercise Side Plank; (3). exercise a significant influence Side Lying Hip Abduction towards equilibrium; (4). exercise a significant influence on the balance Oblique Crunch; and (5) there are differences in the effects of exercise Plank, Side Plank, Side Lying Hip Abduction and Oblique Crunch towards equilibrium. Based on the above analysis, it can be concluded that an increase in the balance for each experimental group and the control group after training by Plank, Side Plank, Side Lying Hip Abduction and Oblique Crunch seen from the t-test results. There are also differences in the effect of any exercise of the balance.
