Abstract

The purpose of this study were to provide a form of interventions to increase self-confidence through imagery training in Central Java wushu athlete. The training result were influenced by the frequency of imagery exercise, and imagery exercises will be managed better if practiced every day. Athletes who are not familiar and not persevering will appear boredom, and tend to fallen asleep during training session. Athletes who are able to adjust the exercise will be greatly during the game, they are not overly trouble and confusion when faced with an opponent's attack. Abstract

This review article was conducted to provide an overview of sports activities during the Covid-19 pandemic. The method used in this study is the method of literature study or literature review. Literature study is a series of activities related to library data collection methods, reading and recording, and managing research material. This technique is carried out with the aim of expressing various theories that are relevant to the problem being studied as reference material in the discussion of research results. In a search carried out through Boolean Operators using the keyword “Sport and Covid-19” on the website produced 273 findings, then narrowed by 2020, free full text found 206 findings, then narrowed back to journal articles, human species, English language, found there are 61 findings. After that the data obtained is excluded according to the needs of researchers so that they get 5 data articles. Research results show that many large-scale sports activities must be stopped, but exercise also has a positive impact on increasing endurance or immunity so that the body can strengthen itself from viruses or bacteria.

Abstract

This study is aims to get the influence of the foot angle in soccer kick on the motion of the ball. The research was carried out by making a leg swing device such as an impact test on material testing. The independent variables include foot angle: 0o (straight to the ball), 25o, and 35o (inner and outer legs) and the angle of swing arm: 45o, 60o, and 75o. The dependent variable is the ball path observed and recorded with the camera. Experimental data was carried out on a cement floor with a length of 5 meters. Five times repetition data collection are done to get the average value. Analysis is carried out to obtain the trajectory characteristics in the form of angles of spherical trajectories. The distance of the trajectory and the time indicated on the recording data is used to calculate the ball velocity. Swing angle data is used to calculate the amount of kick force with the equation of impact energy. The results show that the angle of the foot in the kick of football affects the trajectory of the ball motion. The angle of the foot affects the angle of the ball deviation, the velocity of motion and the energy absorbed by the ball.

Populasi penelitian siswa SD Negeri 2 Ceporan Kabupaten Klaten, sampel 20 siswa usia 6-12 th yang memiliki flat foot. Teknik penarikan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling. Metode analisis data menggunakan uji t-test. Hasil penelitian untuk kelompok A (latihan keseimbangan tanpa kinesio taping) pre-test nilai min 11 detik, nilai mak 24 detik, nilai mean 18,1 detik nilai standard deviasinya 18,5444. Post-test nilai min 10 detik, nilai mak 26 detik, mean 18,3 detik  nilai standard deviasinya 28,0111. Post-test nilai min 20 detik, nilai mak 34 detik, nilai mean 24,3 detik, nilai standard deviasinya 27,3444. Dimana hasilnya latihan fleksi telapak kaki menggunaan kinesio taping lebih baik dari pada latihan fleksi telapak kaki tanpa kinesio taping._________________________________________________________________The Flat foot is a disorder that results in decreased muscle strength in the legs so that the depletion of the body's balance. The purpose of this research was to analyze the difference between the effectiveness of Thai and Sports massage against the decrease of lactic acid and blood glucose. The research was experimental laboratoris. The results showed the initial data retrieval on lactic acid level in treatment and control group ranged between between 1.30-3.40 mmol/l of lactate. Then on lactic acid level after activities on Sport massage group was 6.01 mmol/l, whereas the thai massage group was 5.72 mmol/l, and control group was 5.18 mmol/l. whereas in lactic acid levels after 5 minutes of physical activity on a group of sport massage namely 8.36 mmol/l , a group of thai massage 7.26 mmol/l, and the control group 5.83 mmol/l. lactic acid levels and then 10 minutes of physical activity on the group after group of sport massage namely 3.81 mmol/l, a group of thai massage 4.11 mmol/l, and the control group 4.62 mmol/l. While on initial data retrieval on the blood glucose levels between 75 – 91 mg/dL. then in blood glucose levels after activities on a group of sport massage namely 93.50 mg/dL, while the Group of thai massage 96.12 mg/dL, and the control group 88.75 mg/dL. While in blood glucose levels after 5 minutes of physical activity on a group of sport massage i.e. namely 89.75 mg/dL, a group of thai. massage 88.25 mg/dL and a control group of 88 mg/dL. Then blood glucose after 10 minutes of physical activity on the group the Group of sport massage i.e. namely 81.12 mg/dL, a group of thai massage 83.12 mg/dL, and the control group 85.00 mg/dL. Based on the above analysis, it can be concluded that there is a decrease in the levels of blood glucose and lactic acid for each experimental and control groups group after being given the treatment of Thai Massage and Sports Massage.
