Abstract

This study aims to analyze the learning process in rhythmic gymnastics courses for the Physical and Recreational Education Study Program of the Nahdlatul Ulama University Lampung as a basis for developing electronic module teaching materials for rhythmic gymnastics courses. This research method refers to the stages of the Borg and Gall development model. The data collection technique was carried out by distributing questionnaires to students and interviewing lecturers of rhythmic gymnastics courses. Data analyzed descriptively. The results showed that on average 90% of students have a high interest in learning rhythmic gymnastics courses, but students have not been well facilitated in their learning. So that 100% of students say that it needs to develop electronic module teaching materials in rhythmic gymnastics courses. Also, the learning of rhythmic gymnastics courses takes place well, but learning has not used an innovative and interesting learning model that can clarify the material presented and based on developing technology to facilitate student’s understanding of the material independently. Thus the need to improve teaching materials in the form of electrical modules in rhythmic gymnastics courses

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the contribution of leg muscle explosive power and eye-hand coordination. The type of research was correlational. The population in this study was all athletes who actively follow the training as many as 20 people and using total sampling technique. Thus the sample in this study amounted to 20 men athletes. The data were collected using the measurement test on the three variables: the leg muscle explosive power data was using vertical jump test, eyehand coordination was using ballwerfen und fangen test and smash accuracy was using smash accuracy test. The data were analyzed by product moment correlation and double correlation and then continued with contribution of the determinant formula. Based on data analysis found that there was contribution of leg muscle explosive power equal to 35,52%, eye-hand coordination equal to 20,79%, and both equal to 40,70% regarding to the accuracy smash of volleyball atletes of Universitas Islam Riau. It was concluded that there was contribution of leg muscle explosive power and eye-hand coordination to the smash accuracy of volleyball athlete of Universitas Islam Riau.

Abstract

Krisis moral dalam masyarakat antara lain ditandai oleh:  hilangnya kejujuran, hilangnya rasa tanggung jawab,  tidak mampu berpikir jauh ke depan,  rendahnya disiplin, krisis kerjasama, krisis keadilan, dan krisis kepedulian. Pembentukan karakter yang paling tepat dilaksanakan di sekolah karena tiga alasan:  Pertama sebagian peserta didik mengenal pendidikan jasmani di sekolah. Kedua usia sekolah merupakan periode yang efektif untuk menanamkan nilai nilai. Ketiga pendidikan jasmani di sekolah masih menekankan prestasi. Anak usia sekolah dasar adalah anak usia 6 sampai 12 tahun. Pada masa ini adalah masa yang paling tepat untuk mengajarkan keterampilan dan mendidik karakter anak. Pendidikan jasmani dan olahraga merupakan bagian dan pendidikan secara umum. Tujuan pendidikan adalah mencapai tujuan pendidikan melalui pembelajaran pendidikan jasmani dan olahraga. Pendidikan jasmani dan olahraga mengajarkan nilai nilai sebagai berikut : Respek, Persahabatan, Sportif, Kreatif, Kerja sama, Fair play, Kerja keras, Tanggung jawab, dan Pantang menyerah. Implementasi pendidikan jasmani sebagai alat pembentuk karakter adalah: 1) Keteladanan 2). Menciptakan lingkungan berkarakter 3). Pembiasaan 4). Menanamkan kedisiplinan 5) menyusun pedoman etika dan 6). Mendorong siswa menampilkan perilaku baik. Physical education teachers should give emphasis on what should and what should not be done students to study physical education and sport can be used as a means of forming character.

Abstract

Permainan olahraga merupakan salah satu materi permainan dan olahraga yang bertujuan untuk mengembangkan koordinasi gerak peserta didik melalui aktivitas permainan beregu. Tidak semua sekolah dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran Penjasorkes mengajarkan semua materi dalam permainan bola besar. Berdasarkan hal di atas, perlu dilakukan pengembangan permainan bola besar yang dapat mengembangkan keterampilan koordinasi gerak peserta didik.Prosedur pengembangan yang digunakan ; 1) menganalisis produk yang akan dikembangkan, 2) mengembangkan produk awal, 3) validasi ahli, 4) uji coba lapangan, 5) revisi produk, dan hasil produk pengembangan. Instrumen yang digunakan 1) data pengambilan denyut nadi, (2) kuesioner respon psikomotorik, kognitif, afektif peserta didik dengan angket, (3) pengamatan keefektifan teknik dasar yang digunakan dalam produk.Hasil penelitian ini telah ditemukan (1) produk permainan basketball and football combination, (2) keefektifan produk permainan dapat meningkatkan aktivitas fisik peserta didik, (3) permainan basketball and football combination ini dapat mengatasi keterbatasan alokasi waktu pembelajaran yang tersedia, (4) kompleksitas keterampilan koordinasi gerak.Simpulan penggunaan produk permainan basketball and football combination dalam pembelajaran memberikan pengaruh terhadap intensitas fisik, dapat mengatasi masalah keterbatasan sarana dan prasarana, dapat mengatasi keterbatasan alokasi waktu pembelajaran serta memberikan pengalaman koordinasi gerak kompleks. Saran bagi guru Penjasorkes di SD dapat menggunakan permainan ini di sekolah, dalam pembelajaran permainan bola besar.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to involve the growing sophistication of technology on education and determine the feasibility and the improvement of learning outcomes using a smartphone. This study uses a development which is the basis for developing models produced. The results of the small scale trials, improving every aspect obtained is the cognitive aspects of 59%, 49% psychomotor, and affective 0%. Gain test results criterion level of cognitive, psychomotor and the average yield was high (value ≥ 0.7). On the affective aspect, low level criteria (value ≤ 0.3). From large-scale trial found an average increase in each school obtained on the cognitive aspects of between 49% -54%, psychomotor aspects 48% -55%, affective 0%. Data validation field tests of media experts 83.33%, experts PE 85%, experts basketball 97.5% and an average of four teachers at 93.1%, as well as the responses of students amounted to 91.68%. Gain test results criterion level of cognitive, psychomotor and the average yield was high (value ≥ 0.7). On the affective aspect, low level criteria (value ≤ 0.3). Based on the above results, it can be concluded that the instructional media PE (basketball) Android-based high school students eligible for use in learning.

Abstract

Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui peningkatan kemampuan lompat dan loncat pada siswa Kelas IV SD Negeri 04 Rowosari Kecamatan Ulujami Kabupaten Pemalang Tahun Pelajaran 2013/2014 melalui pembelajaran melalui permainan tali merdeka. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK). Sumber data dalam penelitian ini seluruh siswa kelas IV SD Negeri 04 Rowosari Kecamatan Ulujami Kabupaten Pemalang Tahun Pelajaran 2013/2014 berjumlah 27 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data adalah melalui tes dan pengukuran kemampuan gerak dasar lokomotor dan observasi dari proses kegiatan pembelajaran. Prosedur penelitian ini meliputi planning, acting, observasi dan reflecting. Berdasarkan dari hasil analisis yang diperoleh, terdapat peningkatan pada hasil belajar siswa dari kondisi awal ke siklus 1 dan siklus 2, baik dari peningkatan nilai rata-rata hasil pembelajaran lompat dan loncat siswa maupun nilai ketuntasan hasil belajar dengan KKM 75. Nilai rata-rata hasil pembelajaran lompat dan loncat pada rata-rata kondisi awal (68,3), rata-rata siklus 1 (76,0), dan rata-rata siklus 2 (88,4) Sedangkan nilai ketuntasan pada  siklus 2 dari 27 siswa, tuntas semua atau  sebesar (100%). Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh ini mempunyai implikasi bagi perkembangan pengajaran pendidikan jasmani di sekolah-sekolah pada umumnya dan khususnya di SD Negeri 04 Rowosari Kecamatan Ulujami Kabupaten Pemalang tahun pelajaran 2013/2014. The purpose of this study was to determine the increase in the ability to jump and jump to 4 TH SDN 04 Rowosari Ulujami Pemalang through independent learning through play rope .This study uses Classroom Action Research ( CAR). Sources of data in this study throughout the 4 TH of SD Negeri 04 Rowosari Ulujami Pemalang. The subjects  4 TH SDN 04 Rowosari Ulujami Pemalang  year 2013/2014 amounted to 27 students.The data collection technique is through the test and measurement capabilities basic locomotor movement and observation of the process of learning activities . The data analysis technique used in this research is descriptive based on qualitative analysis . The procedure of the study include planning, acting , observing and reflecting.Based on the analysis of the results obtained , there is an increase in student learning outcomes from baseline to cycle 1 and cycle 2 , both from an increase in the average value of the learning outcomes of students jump and jump as well as the value of the KKM completeness results 75. The average value of the results learning to jump and jump in the average initial conditions ( 68.3 ) , the average cycle 1 ( 76.0 ) , and average cycle 2 ( 88.4 ) so that the increase of the initial conditions to the second cycle of ( 20 , 1 ). While the value is the thoroughness of the initial state value is only 5 students of the 27 students who completed or was ( 18.52 % ). Completeness value at cycle 2 of 27 students , completed all or by ( 100 % ). The results obtained have implications for the development of the teaching of physical education in schools in general and especially in the Elementary School District of Ulujami 04 Rowosari Pemalang 2013/2014 school year

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the level of difficulty of students in the implementation of the field experience program 2018 school year. This type of research uses quantitative descriptive research. The population in this study was all UIR FKIP health and recreation physical education students students who had finished implementing PPL 2018 school year. The sample in this study amounted to 70 students using the Slovin 10% theory formula. The research instrument used a questionnaire with a number of 58 items, a Likert scale, and analysis data with percentage techniques. The results of this study indicate that the level of difficulty of students in the implementation of PPL academic year 2018. In the components of the learning preparation plan reached 67.67% classified as moderate (few experienced difficulties) and the components of learning activities amounted to 76.18% classified as easy (not so difficult). It can be concluded that after conduction research on students who have completed the field experience program 2018 academic year in the easy category (not so difficult) by having a percentage of 71,92%.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat hubungan kelentukan togok dan power otot lengan dengan lemparan kedalam pada permainan sepak bola, penelitian ini diharapkan dapat membantu para guru olahraga dan pelatih khususnya pada cabang sepak bola, agar mampu mengoptimalkan hasil latihannya, terutama pada teknik lemparan kedalam. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode korelasi. Populasi penelitian adalah siswa kelas VIII Sekolah Menengah Pertama Negeri satu Kayuagung sebanyak 120 siswa, sampel penelitian ini sebanyak 60 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui tes fisik. Sedangkan teknik analisis data menggunakan uji korelasi menggunakan SPSS. Hasil yang diperoleh berdasarkan analisis data menunjukkan adanya hubungan positif antara kelentukan togok dengan lemparan kedalam pada permainan sepak bola, dengan hasil “r” sebesar 0.70. Artinya kelentukan togok memberikan kontribusi pada lemparan kedalam sebesar 70%. Sedangkan power otot lengan dengan lemparan ke dalam “r” sebesar 0,79. Artinya power otot lengan memberikan kontribusi 79% terhadap lemparan kedalam. Hasil pengolahan dan analisis data menunjukkan terdapat hubungan positif. Secara bersama-sama kelentukan togok dan power otot lengan dengan lemparan ke dalam pada permainan sepak bola sebesar “R” 0,90. Artinya kelentukan togok dan power otot lengan secara bersama-sama memebrikan kontribusi sebesar 90% terhadap lemparan kedalam pada permainan sepak bola. berdasarkan hasil penelitian tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang sangat signifikan kelentukan togok dan power otot lengan dengan lemparan kedalam pada permainan sepak bola siswa putra kelas VIII SMP Negeri 1 KayuagungThe purpose of this study was to determine whether there is a relationship togok flexibility and muscle power arm with a throw into the game of football, this research is expected to help teachers and sports coaches, especially at football, to be able to optimize the results of his training, especially on techniques throw into. The method used in this study is the correlation method. The study population was a class VIII student of the Junior High School Kayuagung total of 120 students, the study sample as many as 60 students. The technique of collecting data through physical tests. While the techniques of data analysis using correlation test using SPSS. The results obtained by the analysis of the data showed a positive relationship between flexibility togok to throw into the game of football, with the result "r" of 0.70. That is togok flexibility contributes to toss into by 70 %. While the muscle power arm with a throw-in "r" of 0.79. That is the power arm muscles contributes 79 % to throw into . The results of the processing and analysis of data shows that there is a positive relationship . Taken together togok flexibility and muscle power arm with a throw-in on the game of football "R" 0.90. That is togok flexibility and muscle power arm together memebrikan contribution of 90 % to throw into the game of football. based on these results we can conclude that there was a significant relationship togok flexibility and muscle power arm to throw into the men's soccer game eighth grade students of SMP Negeri 1 Kayuagung

Abstract

The objective of this study is to determine the level of shooting accuracy in handball game. The method of this research is survey research type with a quantitative descriptive approach. The research sample consisted of 15 people who were determined by using purposive sampling technique. The data collection was obtained by doing a shooting test towards the goal with a target point. The instrument used was in a form of testing the accuracy of shooting in handball game. The data analysis technique applied was the percentage formula with the help of the Software Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) version 18.0 application. The results of the data analysis show that most of the male handball players’ shooting accuracy in STKIP PGRI Sumenepis categorized‘good’ with a percentage of 86.67% and the remaining as much as 13.33% have shooting accuracy level in ‘moderate’ category. The conclusion of this research is that the male handball players of STKIP PGRI Sumenephave good shooting accuracy.

Abstract

This study aims to produce an on-field test software, android-based multistage fitness test, that is valid and reliable, to determine the feasibility level of android-based multistage fitness test software based on experts’ judgments; also to determine the effectiveness level of android-based multistage fitness test software. This research is a development by following Borg Gall design. Validity test using t paired sample t-test. Results of the study: 1) a product of android-based multistage fitness test software that serves to guide the course of the multistage fitness test in Indonesian with automatic recording of results, 2) a tester is able to supervise 7 test participants in a single test, 3) the results of the assessment of media experts, material experts and practitioners, the product is considered feasible with the average percentage of 70% (Good), 4) The effectiveness test results show that the correlation value is 0.995 and the sig value. (2-tailed) of 0.145 (p 0.05). It can be concluded that there is no difference between the results of Android-based Multistage Fitness Test Software with the results of manual Multistage Fitness Test. Android-based Multistage Fitness Test Software to measure VO2 Max is feasible to use.
