Abstract

Pendekatan Saintifik sangat tepat diterapkan dalam proses pembelajaran di Indonesia Yang paling penting dalam pembelajaran saintifik adalah keilmiahan dalam proses pembelajaran karena akan meningkatkan kualitas peserta didik dengan mengembangkan unsur sikap pengetahuan dan keterampilan siswa. Metode ilmiah merujuk pada teknik-teknik investigasi atas suatu atau beberapa fenomena atau gejala, memperoleh pengetahuan baru, atau mengoreksi dan memadukan pengetahuan sebelumnya. Untuk dapat disebut ilmiah, metode pencarian (method of inquiry) harus berbasis pada bukti-bukti dari objek yang dapat diobservasi, empiris, dan terukur dengan prinsip-prinsip penalaran yang spesifik.Karena itu, metode ilmiah umumnya memuat serangkaian aktivitas pengumpulan data melalui observasi atau ekperimen, mengolah informasi atau data, menganalisis, kemudian memformulasi, dan menguji hipotesis. Sedangkan langkah langkahnya adalah: mengamati, menanya, eksplorasi, mengasosiasi, mengkomunikasikan. Penerapan kurikulum 2013 dengan pendekatan saintifik harus sudah diterapkan sejak dini mulai dari SD, karena diharapkan pendidikan ini berkelanjutan tidak putus sampai dengan SMA dan perguruan tinggi, jika penerapan kurikulum ini benar maka 5 atau 15 tahun mendatang Indonesia akan menjadi negara yang besar yang akan mampu bersaing dengan Negara manapun di dunia.Scientific approach is very appropriate to be applied in the learning process in Indonesia The most important is the scientific study of scholarship in the learning process because it will improve the quality of learners by developing the element of knowledge attitudes and skills of students. Scientific method refers to the investigative techniques on one or several phenomena or symptoms, acquire new knowledge, or correcting and integrating previous knowledge. To be called scientific, the search method (method of inquiry) should be based on evidence of the object observable, empirical and measurable with the principles of the specific reasoning. Therefore, the scientific method generally includes a series of activities of collecting data through observation or experiment, process information or data, analyze and formulate and test hypotheses. While the steps are the steps: observe, ask, exploration, associate, communicate. Curriculum implementation in 2013 with the scientific approach should have been implemented since the early start of elementary school , because education is expected to have sustained did not break up with high school and college , if the implementation of this curriculum is true then the next 5 or 15 years Indonesia will be a great state to be able to compete with any country in the world .

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to improve learning outcomes relay through a scientific approach in Class VI SDN Salaman Salaman 4 districts of Magelang regency in 2016. This study is a Class Action Research. Subjects were students in sixth grade elementary school districts Salaman Salaman IV Magelang regency amounting to 24 students. Data collection methods used were observation and tests of performance, processing data using descriptive percentage. Based on the research results in cycle 1, the cognitive aspect completed 66.6%, 34.4% did not complete, thorough afekif aspects of 20.83% and 79.16% did not complete due psychomotor aspects of incomplete 58.3% and 41.7% , student learning outcomes in classical complete 14 students (58.3%) and 41.7% did not complete the study on results in cycle 2, the cognitive aspect completely 100%, 91.66% completed afekif aspect is not finished 8.33%, psychomotor aspects completed 79.16% 20.83% is not exhaustive and completeness of student learning outcomes in the classical 21 students (87.5%), 12.5% did not complete. In this study showed that an increase in the classical mastery learning outcomes by 29.5%, from cycle 1, 58% increased to 87.5% in cycle 2. Thus we can conclude that the scientific approach can improve learning outcomes relay in class VI SDN Salaman Salaman 4 subdistrict of Magelang regency in the academic year 2015/2016.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk untuk menghasilkan model pembelajaran Atletik melalui permainan Estafet bola bagi siswa kelas IV SD Negeri 01 Genjahan dalam pembelajaran penjasorkes sehingga dapat mengembangkan berbagai aspek pembelajaran dan meningkatkan aktivitas jasmani siswa. Metode berbentuk penelitian pengembangan. Adapun prosedur pengembangan produk meliputi analisis produk yang akan dikembangkan, mengembangkan produk awal, validasi ahli dan revisi, uji coba kelompok kecil dan revisi, uji coba kelompok besar dan produk akhir. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan pengamatan di lapangan dan  kuesioner yang diperoleh dari evaluasi ahli dan hasil pengisian kuesioner oleh siswa. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah deskriptif persentase. Dari hasil uji ahli diperoleh persentase rata-rata hasil analisis produk sebesar 82,00% dengan baik. Oleh karena itu dapat digunakan untuk uji coba kelompok kecil. Data hasil kuesioner siswa pada uji coba kelompok kecil diperoleh rata-rata jawaban dengan  persentase 73,33% dengan kategori baik. Dan data hasil kuesioner siswa uji coba kelompok besar diperoleh jawaban dengan persentase 86,59% dengan kategori sangat baik. Berdasarkan  data hasil penelitian, disimpulkan bahwa permainan estafet bola efektif sehingga dapat digunakan dalam pembelajaran penjasorkes. The purpose of this research is to produce a learning model for  track and field through relay game ball for 4 th of SD Negeri 01 Genjahan in penjasorkes learning so as to develop various aspects of learning and increase student physical activity.The method of this research is the development of research. The analysis procedure includes product development product that will be developed, developing initial products, expert validation and revision, testing and revision of the small group, large group testing and final product. The data was collected using field observations and questionnaires were obtained from expert evaluation and the results of the questionnaire by the students. The data analysis technique used is descriptive percentages. From the test results obtained by the expert average percentage results of the analysis of the product by 82.00%. Therefore, it can be used to test small groups. Data results of the student questionnaire on a small test group gained an average of 73.33% the percentage of answers with the good category. And questionnaire data from a large group of students test answers obtained with the percentage of 86.59% with a very good category. Based on research data, it was concluded that the game ball relay so that it can be used effectively in learning penjasorkes. Penjasorkes expected for teachers in primary schools can use this game as an alternative model of learning, especially in learning

Abstract

The purpose of study was to get the influence of aerobic using Yospan movement toward body physiology and VO2MAX. This research used a quasi-experimental study. The research design used The Randomized Pretest and Posttest. The research subjects were Yospan dancers located at the Sports Hall of Cenderawasih University. Data analysis used descriptive statistics, normality test and Paired samples test. The results of finding show that aerobic exercise with yospan movements affects an increase in pulse rate, body temperature, weight loss and VO2Max. This has implications for the level of physical fitness and the development of gymnastics activities with the preservation of local culture.

Abstract

The aims this research to determine whether there is influence of upper extremity strength, lower extremity strength and motivation on forward roll of achievement learning. The type of this study is a correlational survey involving independent variables consisting of upper extremity strength, lower extremity strength and motivation while the dependent variable is forward roll of achievement learning. The research sample was 40 students from SMK Layoa Bantaeng who were taken by purposive random sampling. The research instrument was arm muscle strength test using push and pull dynamometer, leg muscle strength test using leg dynamometer, and motivational questionnaire as well as forward roll process instruments. The results showed that there was a significant effect of upper extremity strength on forward roll of achievement learning (p 0.05), there was a significant effect of lower extremity strength on forward roll of achievement learning 0.05), there was a significant effect of motivation on forward roll of achievement learning (p 0.05) and there is a significant effect together of upper extremity strength, lower extremity strength and motivation on forward roll of achievement learning (p 0.05).

Abstract

This study aims to determine the motivation of students to sports activities in the afternoon around the area Taman Sutera Semarang State University. The method used in the study was a survey with quantitative approach and data analysis used is descriptive percentage. The results showed that colleger motivation to do sports activities due to the physiological needs of the average values obtained by 84.27%, 87.61% safety needs, social needs 79.27%, 59.83% appreciation needs and self-actualization needs 77, 55%, while the reasons colleger choose Unnes Sutera park area on the sporting at afternoon as the potential of facilitating the environment enough to engage in sports activities such as safe, comfortable and healthy gives the feel of the availability of O2 (oxygen) and a green and clean environment. Based on the results of this study concluded that the motivation of colleger on the sporting in the Unnes Sutera park as significant because of the need for security and physiological needs, meaning that provide comfort colleger in doing sports activities and can be recommended for Unnes to improve and develop the open space special exercise around the Unnes Sutera park to provide optimal contribution in improving the culture of sports.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know the improvement of learning motivation and the result of passing down learning in volleyball game through applying cooperative learning method Student Teams Achievement Divisions (STAD) in class V SD Raden Patah. The type of research used in this study is Classroom Action Research (CAR). Working procedures taken in this PTK is a cycle, which consists of four stages, namely the planning (planning), the stage of action (action), observation (observation) and reflection stage (reflection). The result of the research shows that in cycle 1 students’ learning motivation and learning result of passing under volleyball as many as 20 students (65%) have achieved minimum mastery criteria (KKM) and the remaining 11 students (35%) have not reached KKM. In Cycle II the students’ learning motivation and learning outcomes of passing under the volleyball were 27 students (87%) had achieved KKM scores and 4 students (13%) had not reached KKM scores. Based on the results of the study of passing out learning under volleyball by using STAD type cooperative learning model can increase the interest and motivation of learning to passing learning process under volleyball so as to achieve KKM value. Improvement of learning outcomes of students of grade V SD Raden Patah Surabaya can be seen from each aspect during cycle I and cycle II. Psychomotor value in cycle I reaching KKM as much as 65%, while in cycle II reach 87%. Results of cognitive assessment during the first cycle as much as 74% and increased in cycle II to 94%. Based on the above analysis, it can be concluded that through cooperative learning model type STAD can improve learning motivation and learning outcomes passing under volleyball on subjects PJOK in grade V students Semester II SD Raden Patah Surabaya Lesson Year 2017/2018.

Abstract

Tujuan yang ingin dicapai dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui peningkatan proses pembelajaran dan hasil belajar siswa aktivitas ritmik si buyung menggunakan lagu potong bebek angsa bagi peserta didik Kelas 1 SD Negeri 1 Notog Kecamatan Patikraja Kabupaten Banyumas. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah peneliti tindakan kelas. Subyek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas 1 SD Negeri 1 Notog sejumlah 23 siswa yang terdiri dari 14 siswa putra dan 9 siswa putri. Bahwa hasil penelitian aktivitas ritmik senam si buyung menggunakan lagu Potong Bebek Angsa Kelas 1 SD Negeri 1 Notog menunjukan adanya peningkatan belajar siswa dari siklus I (61%) ke siklus II (87%), hal ini juga berarti mengalami kenaikan 26%. Simpulan dalam penelitan ini adalah metode Penjasorkes materi senam ritmik si buyung menggunakan lagu Potong Bebek Angsa dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar Penjasorkes pada siswa Kelas 1 SD Negeri 1 Notog. The aim of this research was to determine the increase in the learning process and student learning outcomes in rhythmic activity of the pitcher using pieces of duck swan song for learners Class 1 SD Negeri 1 Notog Patikraja District of Banyumas. This type of research is a classroom action research. The subjects of this study is the first grade students of SD Negeri 1 Notog number of 23 students consisting of 14 boys and 9 female student. That the results of research activity in rhythmic gymnastics pitcher uses the song Cut Duck Goose Class 1 SD Negeri 1 Notog shows the increase of student learning from the first cycle (61%) to the second cycle (87%), it also means an increase of 26%. The conclusions in this research is the method of rhythmic gymnastics material Penjasorkes pitcher uses the song Cut Duck Goose can improve learning outcomes on student Penjasorkes Class 1 SD Negeri 1 Notog.

Abstract

Kabaddi is a traditional sport that originated in India. Kabaddi sport in Indonesia has grown rapidly since the appearance of this sport for the first time at the 2008 Asian Beach Games (ABG) in Denpasar Bali. With the outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic, people's activities have been disrupted without exception for athletes' activities in exercising. Reflecting on the situation of the COVID-19 pandemic, coaches raise perceptions and concerns about the behavior of athletes who are not monitored due to the infrequent meetings that are usually held in joint training. This study aims to determine the relationship between body mass index and body fat levels on the physical fitness of Indonesian Kabaddi Athletes. The research sample consisted of 24 Indonesian Kabaddi Male Athletes. The results showed that the simultaneous relationship between body mass index and body fat content on physical fitness was not significantly correlated as indicated by the value of p 0.05. Based on this, it can be concluded that there is no significant relationship between body mass index and body fat content on the physical fitness of Indonesian Kabaddi Athletes.

Abstract

Artikel ini merupakan studi literatur yang bertujuan menemukan prospek penelitian agama dalam ilmu keolahragaan dan kesehatan di Indonesia. Artikel ini ditulis berdasarkan keyakinan bahwa hubungan antara olahraga, spiritualitas dan agama adalah subjek ketertarikan akademik dan masyarakat yang layak diperhitungkan, serta harapan bahwa pengembangan area ini akan memberikan manfaat bagi perkembangan ilmu keolahragaan. Berbagai penelitian yang pernah dilakukan di sejumlah negara menunjukkan peran penting agama dalam peningkatan performa olahraga etika dan moral atlet, peran agama sebagai faktor protektif/ pencegah perilaku menyimpang dalam olahraga, peran pengalaman religius dalam olahraga, dan keberagamaan/ religiositas atlet. Persoalan saat ini adalah minimnya ketertarikan pada bidang baru yang bersifat interdisipliner ini. Untuk itu, artikel ini berusaha memperkenalkan kepada para mahasiswa, peneliti, maupun praktisi di bidang ilmu keolahragaan tentang penelitian agama dalam ilmu keolahragaan. This article was a literature review aims to formulate research prospects of religion in sport science and health in Indonesia. This article was written based on the belief that the relationship among sport, spirituality and religion are a subject of academic and public interest to be reckoned with, as well as the expectation that the development of this area will provide benefits for the development of sport science.  Various studies that have been conducted in a number of countries indicate an important role of religion in improving sports performance, ethics and morality of athletes, the role of religion as a protective factor or prevention of deviant behavior in sport,  the role of religious experience in the sport , and religious or religiosity athletes. The issue today is the lack of interest in the new field 's interdisciplinary nature.  To that end, this article seeks to introduce to the students, researchers , and practitioners in the field of sport science about religion in sport science research
