Abstract

Taekwondo merupakan cabang olahraga beladiri, yang mengajarkan teknik bertarung dengan tangan kosong dimana kaki adalah alat serang yang dominan dipakai para Taekwondoin. Tendangan Ap Chagi ini merupakan teknik tendangan yang paling mendasar yang harus dikuasai Taekwondoin dan dapat menghasilkan poin tiga. (WTF Competition Rules Interpretation, 2012: 22).Jenis penelitian yaitu jenis penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif dan bila ditinjau dari jenis pendekatannya termasuk Action Research (Penelitian tindakan). Subjek penelitian adalah Atlet Taekwondo Junior Putra Kabupaten Lombok Timur yang terdiri dari 3 atlet. Data pengukuran diambil dari rekaman video subjek penelitian dalam melakukan tendangan Ap Chagi. Instrumen penelitian dalam penelitian ini menggunakan  Software Dartfish  Handycam dan Laptop. Analisis data menggunakan Analyzer pada  Software Dartfish  serta penilaan dari Expert Judgement yang meliputi sudut tangan, sudut kemiringan punggung, sudut bukaan kaki dan sudut putaran telapak kaki, serta kecepatan dan ketepatan tendangan. Dari 3 atlet yang menjadi subjek penelitian diperoleh satu atlet yang mendapatkan hasil terbaik, pada tendangan Ap Chagi, hasil terbaik diperoleh pada subjek penelitian AKB.Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan perbaikan gerakan berupa pendampingan dan arahan dari peneliti, pelatih dan Expert Judgement, berupa latihan fisik dan latihan teknik dasar tendangan Ap Chagi. Dan hasil tendangan  Ap Chagi yang paling baik atau efektif  terdapat pada refleksi III, dapat dilihat pada Taekwondoin AKB dengan waktu 0,34 s, jarak tendangan dengan sasaran 1,60 m, sehingga menghasilkan kecepatan 5,0 m/s. Berikutnya untuk sudut tangan 51.3°, sudut kemiringan punggung 141,8°, sudut bukaan kaki sebesar 101,0°, sudut putaran telapak kaki sebesar 50,0° dan tepat pada sasaran yang telah ditentukan.Kata Kunci : Analisis Gerakan, Teknik Tendangan  Ap Changi, Taekwondo,  Atlet Junior.

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to study was the relationship between some of the physical fitness factors and sport injuries in soccer players. 69 senior soccer players (age: 22.83±3.06 yrs.), experienced (9.45±4.56 yrs.), that play in Guilan league participated in this study. Demographic information and sport activity were collected by questionnaire and interviews. Then muscle strength by manual muscle test, flexibility by sit reach test and aerobic power by Bruce test were assessed. Hawkinz and Fuller questioner with validity of 87% was used for collecting information about risk factors. Correlation coefficient and chi square test were used to analyze data (p≤0.05). The results showed that most injuries were in lower extremity (63.8) and muscular tissue (62.3). Also significant relationship was found between hip flexors strength (p=0.042), trunk flexors strength (p=0.044), trunk extensors strength (p=0.047), flexibility (p=0.022) and aerobic power (p=0.029) with injury. But was no significant relationship between hip extensors strength with injury. There is also significant relationship between experience, dominant leg, non-dominant leg and injury rate (p≤0.05). However was no significant relationship between age with injury rate. With respect to relationship between strength, flexibility and aerobic power (in fact physical fitness) with injury, seems that coaches and players should pay more attention to factors such as strength, aerobic power and flexibility. Also skill and experience of players should be   considered carefully.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana upaya meningkatkan hasil belajar renang gaya dada melalui media pembelajaran pictograph pada anak tuna rungu kelas I B di SDLB Negeri Semarang tahun 2015. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Penelitian Tindakan Kelas. Pelaksanaan terdiri dari dua siklus. Setiap siklus dilaksanakan satu kali pertemuan dan terdiri dari empat tahapan, yaitu : perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi dan refleksi. Subyek penelitian ini adalah siswa tunarungu kelas I SDLB Negeri Semarang berjumlah 10 orang terdiri dari 4 siswa putra dan 6 siswa putri. Intrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah tes unjuk kerja siswa, lembar pengamatan siswa, dan tes tertulis. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian didapatkan hasil presentase ketuntasan belajar pada siklus I, aspek psikomotor 10%, aspek afektif 40%, aspek kognitif 40%, dan ketuntasan belajar siswa secara klasikal 30% dari jumlah siswa. Pada siklus II aspek psikomotor 80%, aspek afektif 90%, aspek kognitif 100%, dan ketuntasan belajar siswa secara klasikal 90% dari jumlah siswa. Dalam penelitian ini menunjukan adanya peningkatan ketuntasan belajar siswa secara klasikal sebesar 60%, dari siklus I 30% menjadi 90% pada siklus II. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diatas, maka disimpulkan bahwa media pembelajaran pictograph dalam pembelajaran renang gaya dada dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa tunarungu kelas I SDLB Negeri Semarang.________________________________________________________________________________The purpose of this study was to determine how to efforts to improve learning outcomes chest stroke through the medium of learning pictograph in the deaf children class I b in the state SDLB Semarang academic year 2015. This research uses research methods class action research.The implementation consists of two cycles. each held one meeting cycle consists of four phases, that is : planning, action, observation, reflection. This research subject is deaf student grade I state SDLB Semarang of 10 people consisting of 4 boys and 6 students daughters. Instruments used in this study was test performance of students, student observation sheet, and a written test. Based on the results of the study showed the percentage of mastery learning cycle I, phychomotor 10%, affective 40%, cognitive 40%, and mastery learning students in the classical 30% of the total number of students. In the second cycle phychomotor 80%, affective 90%, cognitive 100%, and mastery learning students in the classical 90% of the total number of students. In this research the results of the study showed improve learning outcomes in the classical 60%, cycle I 30 % to 90 % of the cycle II. Based on the results of research on top, it was concluded that the medium of learning pictograph can improved learning outcomes in the deaf children grade I State SDLB Semarang. expected for students to enhance the spirit of learning and discipline.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic canceled and postponed several sports events so that the targets that had been prepared and planned in the National Paralympic Committee training program were neglected. The purpose of this research is to describe the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats in the implementation of the training program at the National Paralympic Swimming Committee Indonesia 2021. These studies use a qualitative descriptive method. The research subjects were Head coaches, coaches, athletes, and administrators of the National Paralympic Committee. The data analysis technique includes data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and data conclusion. The validity of the data in this study used data triangulation. Research result. 1) Strength: the implementation of the mesocycle, microcycle, macrocycle training program, the complete composition of trainers and infrastructure affects strength in the implementation of the swimming training program at the National Paralympic Committee. 2) weakness: targets on training programs that have been neglected due to the pandemic have made sports events canceled so that the training programs are not on target. 3) opportunity: the implementation of the National Paralympic Committee swimming training program brings achievement opportunities for athletes with Tryout Results who have reached the target. 4) The delay of several events can affect the athlete's mental state so that it poses a threat to the athlete during the competition. The recommendation from the results of the SWOT analysis is that the Swimming training program at the National Paralympic Committee has been measured and structured based on existing training theory. Although the targets in the training program had not been realized due to the Covid-19 pandemic, it is hoped that the National Paralympic Committee's Swimming athletes and coaches can prepare the athlete's condition for the upcoming event. So that athletes can readjust mentally back to the next competition.

Abstract

Futsal is played with high intensity (indoor version of football played by 5 people per team). With the dimensions of the playing field 40 x 20 m and the infinite turnover, as well as the task of defense and attack constantly, futsal players perform activities with high intensity such as sprints, acceleration, deakselation and changes in the direction of the game, creating a separate burden to the body's physiological processes involves the aerobic and anerobic metabolic systems. With the fact this game is played with high intensity then the research data found the average pulse rate (HRaverage) reached 174 times per minute, so that it can reach 90% of the maximum pulse rate (HRmaximum) for 72% of game time. This exercise also requires cardiovascular adaptation of 85-90% of the maximum pulse rate per individual. As for aerobic capacity to fulfill oxygen availability alone, the recommended VO2 max value is in the range of 50-55 ml / kg / minute is the recommended range for a minimum of professional futsal athletes. With more and more playing experience, the knowledge and training patterns practiced by futsal athletes make physical and physiological needs to support the performance of the game be fulfilled.

Abstract

The aim of the research was to know the physical condition of female Hockey athletes of Central Java especially in cardio capacity endurance to participate in PON XIX West Java, 2016. The type of this research was quantitative descriptive, with 22 female athtletes as the population. The technique in data collection used was population research that is all samples in this study were taken all. The sampling method used was quantitative technique with descriptive approach. The result of this research was the average physical condition especially in endurance was tested using the MFT in the degrees of being. It was proven that the average VO2max of female Hockey athletes of Central Java was 39.6 ml/kg/min or 8.5 in MSFT reverse. The conclusion was the physical condition of the female Hockey athletes of Central Java who would attend PON XIX 2016 in West Java was in moderate level.

Abstract

Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hasil model pembelajaran penjas adaptif melalui media permainan edukatif Rainbow Flag pada siswa tunarungu di SMPLB Negeri Semarang. Permainan Rainbow Flag merupakan pengembangan dari permainan edukatif untuk anak berkebutuhan khusus.Berdasarkan analisis data uji coba diperoleh data evaluasi produk awal yaitu, ahli penjas 70,7% (Baik), ahli pembelajaran I 72,0% (Baik) dan ahli pembelajaran II 86,7% (Baik) uji coba kelompok kecil 88,4% (Baik) dan uji coba lapangan / kelompok besar 92,9% (Sangat Baik). Dari data yang ada dapat disimpulkan bahwa model pembelajaran penjas adaptif melalui permainan Rainbow Flag dapat digunakan pada siswa tunarungu SMPLB Negeri Semarang. Berdasarkan data yang ada, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa pengembangan model pembelajaran Penjas Adaptif melalui media permainan Rainbow Flag pada siswa Tunarungu SMPLB Negeri Semarang efektif dan layak digunakan pada pembelajaran materi kebugaran jasmani. Bagi guru SLB dapat digunakan sebagai referensi atau alternatif sederhana untuk mengembangkan permainan pada saat proses pembelajaran.The purpose of this research was to determine the result of an adaptive physical education model of learning through media educational games Rainbow Flag on deaf students in the SMPLB of Semarang State. Rainbow Flag is the development of educational games for children of disability. Based on the data analysis of the trial data showed that initial product evaluation, physical education specialists 70.7% (Good), learning experts I 72.0% (Good) and learning experts II 86.7% (Good) testing a small group 88.4 % (Good) and field trials / large group 92.9% (Very Good). From the available data it can be concluded that the model of adaptive physical education learning through play Rainbow Flag can be used deaf students in SMPLB of Semarang State. Based on existing data, it can be concluded that the development of adaptive learning model Penjas through the media game Rainbow Flag on Deaf students SMPLB of Semarang State effective and feasible to use the learning material physical fitness. For SLB teachers can be used as a reference or a simple alternative to develop the game at the time of the learning process.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to assess and prove the application of plyometrics training methods to improve limb muscle power athletes PPLM Bali. The research method using a quasi-experimental methods. The results showed that: (1) there is a significant improvement between the initial tests and final test against power leg muscle with a test jump upright, (p 0.008), (2) there is a significant improvement between the initial tests and final test against power leg muscle with a test jump upright, laboratory tests (p 0.003), (3) there is a significant improvement between the initial tests and final test against power leg muscle with a test jump upright, field tests of 8.64%, (4) there is a significant increase between tests initial and final test against power leg muscle with a test jump upright, laboratory tests for 5:04%, (5) there is a significant improvement between the initial tests and final test against power leg with a test jump without prefix / standing broad jump (p 0.000), and (6) there is a significant improvement between the initial test and final test against power leg with a diving tests without prefix / standing broad jump of 23%. Concluded there is a significant improvement between the initial test and final test against leg muscle power.

Abstract

Dunia anak adalah bermain, sedangkan permainan adalah aktivitas yang dilakukan oleh semua orang termasuk anak-anak. Anak-anak menyukai jenis permainan yang menantang dan melibatkan banyak teman sebagai bentuk interaksi sosial dengan teman sebayanya. Kids’ athletics adalah suatu bentuk permainan yang berasal dari pengembangan atletik yang dilakukan oleh orang dewasa, kemudian di kembangkan sebagai model permainan anak-anak untuk mengenalkan atletik sesuai dengan usia pertumbuhan dan perkembangan anak. Melalui berbagai model pengembangan permainan atletik inilah maka anak-anak akan menyukai permainan Kids’ athletics yang disesuaikan dengan peralatan dan kebutuhan anak-anak. Peralatan yang digunakan juga mudah didapat di sekeliling kita, sehingga permainan ini dapat dilakukan dimana saja dan dengan berbagai peralatan yang ada di sekitar kita, murah dan menyenangkan bagi anak-anak. Playing is naturally a childrens’ world, while the game is an activity that is done by everyone, including children. The kids love type of games which is challenging and involves a lot of friends as a form of social interaction with their peers. Kids’ athletics is a form of the game developed  from  track and field which is usually done by adults. Kid’s athletics  of children's games to introduce age-appropriate athletic growth and development of children. Through various athletic games development model of this that the kids will love playing Kids' athletics and equipment tailored to the needs of children. The equipment used is also easily available all around us , so the game can be done anywhere and with a variety of equipment that is all around us , cheap and fun for children .

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic that hit Indonesia, made people have to limit activities outside the home, including athletes who have to maintain their physical quality. With the implementation of large-scale social restrictions, all athletes are required to continue training even though it is done at their respective homes. Training from home is a way for athletes to maintain their condition at home. This study aims to determine the effect of plank training through the concept of training from home which is carried out on athletes who come to the provincial sports week (Porprov) in Tuban during the Covid-19 pandemic. The method used was an experimental design with a randomized control group pretest-posttest design, the sample of this study involved 24 male athletes who were born in Tuban porprov which were divided into two groups, namely the treatment group and the control group. The results of the data analysis showed an increase by an average of 3.84 meters in the treatment group and 0.02 meters in the control group. Based on the results and discussion, it can be concluded that plank training using the training from home concept has a significant improvement
