Abstract

Pasuruan is a fisheries potential district. One of the potential product is blue crab. Blue crab is an export commodity in United States and Japan. Now, Demands of blue crab has been increased from buyer. From this, needed improvement on technical development, fast and precise handling for stabilizing quality of blue crab. This project is planning on two home industries, Home industry (UD) Surya Abadi and Home Industry (UD) Sari Laut at Kisik and Pasinan Village. This project was doing with spacious survey, interview, and observation. The problems on two home industries is sanitation and hygiene was not appropriating with export standars and conventional manufacturing. At Now, this project give an effectiveness technology such as crab cold box, ice cruiser, shelters meat blue crab and trolleys. From this technology, expectable that home industries can produce the best blue crab from long durability, best sanitier and hygiene, increasing markets area in United States, Japan to new markets such as Korea, China, Taiwan, and can increase the home industries’s  profit. Furthermore, home industries can manufacturing blue crab with hygienic, sanitary, and live with export standart where have a correlation with effectiveness technology. Furthermore, home industries must to make the good accounting for knowing the profit and profitability of manufactures. Not only that, government can build and increase export market to all countries where have commertial relations with Indonesia.

Abstract

Post-eruption in 2010, agricultural land in the mountain Bromo covered with volcanic ash. breaktrough is needed to overcome this problem because agriculture is still the backbone of most of the population's inhabitants, Farming without land becomes a strategic solution and common mushroom (Agracius bisporus) becomes an option, considering the potential of this business is still open. The demand for common mushrooms increased with a positive growth trend in line with the growing hospitality and culinary industry in East Java. But unfortunately the common mushroom has not been much developed in Indonesia. This is an opportunity for innovative market players to monopolize agribusiness-based common mushroom. The farmer groups in Sukapura Probolinggo sub-district have tried to cultivate common mushroom through partnership pattern. IbW-CSR program that became the basis of writing this article, from the beginning is designed as a collection point to follow up the cooperation team of devotees with PKBL PT. Bank Mandiri Malang. Through this program, it is expected that vertical integration from upstream to downstream of common mushroom-based agribusiness clusters can be built so that gradually farmer groups can build product competitiveness and strengthen focal position in mushroom commodity market.

Abstract

Crispy product is one kind of snack food that is currently quite popular in the community. In the Batu City, there are some SMEs processed products of crispy such as tofu, crispy, mushrooms, chicken and potatoes. There are 2 members SMEs that manufacture processed form of crispy tofu and mushrooms with crispy are Kentaki Digadho and Crispy Mushrooms. The problem faced by SMEs partners crispy processed is still low productivity due to limited production means that the majority of the manual so that the need for the introduction of production technology can improve production efficiency. In the production of crispy tofu and mushrooms require production facilities in the form of Mechanical Mixer (Food Mixer), Spinner and Packaging Continuous Sealer to improve the quality and quantity of production of processed crispy so that production can be maximized the demand. For this time, SMEs can improve production efficiency and improve production capacity to improvement of existing production systems by facilitating machinery equipment production technology with a working system that save time, energy and production costs. In addition SMEs can improve the crispy product packaging to be more energized with the diversification of product packaging.

Abstract

Corn husk as the main raw material in making floral creations need to set its quality. UKM Garuda Jaya as a producer of floral creation handicraft from corn husk always try to get the best raw material of corn husk, so that the floral creation handicraft product is also give the beautiful one. UKM Rajawali as a supplier of corn husk, has partnered with UKM Garuda Jaya in providing quality corn husk as raw material. One of the activities in the providing the best of corn husk quality is sorting and grading activities. The goal of these activities are : to gain better and uniform quality, to provide standardization and improvement of the way of processing, and to offer some of quality to the consumer with the appropriate price. The result of two activities are manual prosedure standart for preparation and colouring of corn husk.

Abstract

The purpose of IbM program were the strengthen of technology adoption in milk coagulation, packaging and refrigeration at “Mendho Subi Rejo” farm to produce goat milk kefir and tofu thereby the production capacity were improved. “Mendho Subi Rejo” farm has produced and sold goat milk kefir and tofu with specific taste and texture.  The application of coagulation technology, continue packaging and refrigeration at “Mendho Subi Rejo” farm improved the  coagulation of goat milk tofu, the packaging of goat milk kefir and tofu, and stabilization goat milk produck during storage in refrigeration showcase. Abstract

One of the major issues often faced by private schools is the shortage of learners The minimum number of applicants seems to be a "chronic illness" suffered each before the new school year. Private schools should rise from this adversity by trying to stand on their own feet. The improvement of the quality of education services is an absolute requirement that must be met. Therefore, increasing competitiveness among other schools is a necessity.IbM Junior High School   activity is intended to improve the competitiveness of Muhammadiyah 4 and 6 Junior High School  in Malang through exposing the potential of schools in the community through the weblog of teachers and schools, as well as improving the skills of teachers and students through mastering the assembly of Running Text LED MATRIX module as a medium of information delivery.

Abstract

ABSTRACTEnting-enting Geti is one of the superior products that produced by micro and small-scale agro-industries  (SMEs) in Karangsari District Blitar City. Service activities aimed to improve the  SMEs (Enggal Jaya and Cemara Jaya) productivity in Enting-enting Geti  production through technological improvement, and the enhancement of management and production system. Application of new peanut roasters and grinder had improved production efficiency. Roasting capacity increased to 50 kg/h of 6-7 kg / h, while the milling capacity increased to 5 kg / h of 2 kg / h. The product quality Improvements are the homogeneity of size, color and texture of the peanut, as well as the improvement of hygiene and product safety since the  previous tools using corrosive materials. The advantages of using the new equipment are the energy cost savings and faster processing that had impacted on the production costs reduction, and provides the better for  quality and perfomance.

Abstract

Each company has the goal of producing quality products with lower production costs. This activity aims to improve the competitiveness of UMKM Kripik Tempe Ngawi through the implementation of cleaner production management based on value engineering, so that the production efficiency is achieved and the company's competitiveness increases. Value engineering in tempe chips production is done by replacing tempe chopping process which was done manually and rely on labor, to use automatic tempe chopper machine. The results shows that the value engineering through the use of automatic tempe chopper machine can save the production cost of Rp 287,07 for each big tempe chips pack and Rp 75,54 for each small packed tempe chips, or save production cost until Rp 44.434,73 per day. Assuming that the company's revenue is fixed, the implementation of value engineering will have a positive impact to increase of tempe chips manufacturer's profit, so that UMKM partners are advised to apply cleaner production management based on value engineering to achieve expected profit target and to improve business competitiveness.

ABSTRACTOne success is determined by the oyster mushroom cultivation baglog quality oyster mushroom growing media . Mastery practice of making baglog will greatly assist the maintenance baglog in the next phase to produce the optimal production of mushrooms . with the capability of producing baglog can be used as an alternative attempt to do in a household scale . Abstract

Pengenalan pembuatan pupuk organik cair dari limbah padat biogas yang diperkaya oleh unsur Nitrogen (N) telah dilakukan pada peternak sapi perah di Desa Tutur Kabupaten Pasuruan. Desa Tutur. Pupuk organik cair diproduksi dengan menggunakan fermentor portabel kapasitas 60 L dan difermentasi selama 21-30 hari. Bahan dasar yang digunakan adalah limbah padat biogas, air dan starter EM4. Hasil analisis pupuk cair yang dibuat dengan perbandingan limbah biogas dan air 1:5 menunjukkan peningkatan kadar unsur N dari 0,77% menjadi 1,16%. Pupuk yang dihasilkan digunakan oleh peternak untuk budidaya rumput gajah dan tanaman bungan krisan.
