Abstract

This study intends to investigate how financial distress and leverage affect managing profitability. The populationof this study includes all pharmaceutical sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the2017-2021 period, the sample was determined by purposive sampling, namely 8 companies. The data collectiontechnique uses documentation techniques, namely collecting financial reports for the pharmaceutical sub-sectorin the 2017-2021 period. This research method uses quantitative methods with descriptive and verification dataanalysis techniques and hypothesis testing using multiple linear regression analysis models. The results show thatthe coefficient of determination (R Square) indicates that financial distress and leverage impact earningsmanagement by 20.2%, whereas other factors not included in this study influence the remaining factors. Partialhypothesis testing shows that financial distress has no effect on earnings management while leverage has asignificant effect on earnings management. Simultaneously financial distress and leverage have a significant effecton earnings management in pharmaceutical sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the2017-2021 period.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and describe the effect of inventory, investment opportunity set and foreign exchange rates.The population in this study includes all automotive and component sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange for the 2018-2021 period. Determination of the sample used in this study as a representative form of the population using a purposive sampling technique. The use of data analysis techniques in this study is descriptive and verification analysis. The selected sample data in this study were then tested using a multiple linear regression analysis model.The results of the research that has been done inform that inventory has no effect on stock returns. investment opportunity set has a significant effect on stock returns.foreign exchange rates have no effect on stock returns inventory, investment opportunity set and foreign exchange rates simultaneously have no significant effect on stock returns. The result of testing the analysis of the coefficient of determination is that the value of the coefficient of determination (Adjusted R Square) This value informs that changes in inventory, investment opportunity sets and foreign exchange rates affect changes in stock returns by 13.80% influenced by other variables outside this study.

Abstract

This is motivated by the low learning outcomes of students on the material price index and inflation. This is due to a lack of understanding of the material and the limitations of the learning media used for the learning delivery process. So this development research aims to find out how Android-based interactive media can improve student learning outcomes. This R&D research uses the thiagarajan model known as 4D namely Define, Design, Develop, and Disseminate. The subjects of this research were students of class XI IPS 2 at SMAN 15 Surabaya, which consisted of 34 students. Android-based interactive media obtained a material validity feasibility value of 97% and media experts 95%, namely with a very feasible interpretation. Meanwhile, the students' responses obtained a score of 96% with a very proper interpretation. In measuring the increase in learning outcomes carried out by the N-Gain test which obtained a result of 0.69 which is included in the medium category. Therefore it can be seen that there is an increase in student learning outcomes. This increase occurred because the presentation of media designs that were developed was attractive and fun, supplemented by animated video illustrations of material, supplemented by learning evaluations with multilevel methods, ease of operation and flexible use of media, and media designed interactively to increase student motivation in obtaining better learning outcomes. better. So the conclusion that is obtained is that Android-based interactive media is recommended for use in the learning process and is able to improve student learning outcomes.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the performance of PT United Tractors Tbk through cash flow analysis that can be used as a decision-making tool by company and investors. Research approach to be used is quantitative descriptive, data used for analysis is secondary data, which is cash flow reports collected from the website of PT United Tractors Tbk. Data were analyzed using 8 cash flow ratios, namely: ration of operating cash flow, cash flow coverage ratio, interest coverage ratio of the cash, the cash coverage ratio of current liabilities, capital expenditure ratio, the ratio of total debt, the ration of net cash flow and free cash flow adequacy ratio. The results of the analysis indicate that the company's financial performance from 2017 to 2021 ratio generated tends to be deprived, where it seen from 5 ratios are on low average

Abstract

Economics learning aims to equip students with knowledge. With this goal, students are expected to be able to better understand each material taught as one of the provisions in their lives. However, in reality there are many students who have difficulty understanding the material taught in class, especially on APBN and APBD material. This is due to the lack of enthusiasm of students in teaching and learning activities. The lack of use of good learning methods also makes the classroom atmosphere monotonous and boring so that, it is revealed that the learning that has been taking place so far students are sleepy by putting their heads on the table, joking with their friends, and when the evaluation is carried out using paper tests students copy their friends' answers. So through this action research, researchers want to improve students' learning outcomes in economics learning, especially on APBN and APBD material by implementing the Quizziz application. The research subjects were class XI MIPA 3 students at SMAN 1 Ngoro, Ngoro sub-district, Mojokerto district for the 2022/2023 academic year, totaling 36 students. From the results of the learning activities that have been carried out for two cycles, and based on all the discussions and analyzes that have been carried out, it can be concluded as follows: Economic learning on APBN and APBD material with the application of the Quizizz application has a positive impact on student learning outcomes in class XI MIPA 3 SMAN 1 Ngoro, Ngoro sub-district, Mojokerto district for the 2022/2023 academic year. This is based on the post test scores which continue to increase from the first to the second cycle. This is evidenced by the increasing number of students who achieved KKM, the first cycle was 76.5% and the second cycle was 93%, an increase of 16.5%. This success was obtained by implementing the Quizizz application. By giving multiple choice questions to students through the Quizizz application, the questions will appear randomly on each student's screen so that the evaluation carried out can be purely according to the ability of the students

Abstract

This development research aims to develop Electronic Student Worksheets (E-LKPD) using the Kvisoft Flipbook Maker application in Economics Subjects, analyze feasibility, analyze learning outcomes and analyze student responses to Electronic Student Worksheets (E-LKPD) using the application Kvisoft Flipbook Maker on Economics Subjects. This R&D research uses a 4D model with define, design, develop, and disperse stages. The research subjects were students of class XI IPS 3 at SMAN 15 Surabaya. The results of the validity of the experts obtained a feasibility average recapitulation of 92.52% with a very feasible interpretation. The score obtained from material experts was 93.39% with very proper interpretation, 87.27% for linguists with very feasible interpretation, and 96.92% for media experts with very proper interpretation. The effectiveness of student learning outcomes gives an effective influence and the student's response to the product shows the criteria are very well understood with a proportion of 93.62%. The conclusions obtained refer to the results of the study that this teaching material is very suitable for use as a learning resource for students.

Abstract

Objectives The participants in this study are members of the class of 2020 at Panca Sakti University Bekasi's Economic Education Research Program. The purpose of this research is to investigate the influence that one's self-efficacy and perspective of the teaching profession have on one's level of motivation to enter the teaching profession. This study employs a survey or questionnaire approach to quantitative research with an associative approach, using multiple linear regression analysis to analyze the resulting data. A total of 104 students were selected at random for this analysis. According to the results, an individual's self-efficacy had a more significant influence on their interest in entering the teaching profession than did their perception of the teaching profession itself. If a person is interested in becoming an educator, one factor that goes into the decision-making process is how they feel about themselves in relation to the teaching profession and how confident they are in their abilities.

Abstract

True education is an absolute necessity for every human being who is carried out consciously to form self-potential. This study aims at patterns of economic education in rattan craftsman families in order to maintain business continuity. This research uses descriptive qualitative method. Informants in this study were families of rattan craftsmen in Karang Asem Village, Plumbon District, Brebes Regency. Data collection techniques in this study are observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this study are (1) The profile of the family of rattan craftsmen in maintaining the sustainability of this business there are two families, namely the two sons rattan home industry and the Nayafa rattan home industry, the business of the two families is growing more and more demand from factories and from consumers outside the city, (2 ) The pattern of economic education in rattan craftsman families in maintaining business continuity in Karang Asem Village, Plumbon District, Cirebon Regency 2 can be obtained three supporting patterns, namely: habituation, advice and training for independence, (3) Factors that influence patterns of economic education in rattan craftsman families In maintaining business continuity in Karang Asem Village, Plumbon District, Cirebon Regency, there are three factors, namely: discipline, honesty and obedience to the rules.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the perception of the majority of students, especially students of the Malikussaleh University Management Study Program, that when they own or use a device with the iPhone brand, it has a certain prestige. The iPhone is not only used as a communication tool but also used as a lifestyle symbol. So based on this, this research aims to obtain a systematic picture of the variables of service quality, brand value and lifestyle as independent variables and purchasing decisions as the dependent variable. This research is quantitative research with the research sample being students from the Malikussaleh University Management Study Program with a total of 150 students. The analysis used in this research is alternating regression analysis. The results of this research are that there is no simultaneous relationship between Product Quality, Brand Equity and Lifestyle.

Abstract

This research is motivated by Indonesia's low Global Entrepreneurship Index, which ranked 90th out of 137 countries worldwide in 2018. The study aims to investigate the influence of Attitude Towards Entrepreneurship, Subjective Norms, and Perceived Behavioral Control on entrepreneurial intention. The research employs a survey research method, with the population and sample being students of the Economics Education program at the Faculty of Economics and Business Education, Indonesia University of Education. The data analysis technique utilized is multiple linear regression. The findings of this research indicate that: (1) Attitude Toward Entrepreneurship and Subjective Norms positively influence Entrepreneurial Intention; (2) Perceived Behavioral Control does not affect Entrepreneurial Intention; (3) Attitude Towards Entrepreneurship, Subjective Norms, and Perceived Behavioral Control collectively have a positive impact on Entrepreneurial Intention.
