Abstract

ABSTRAC This research aims to analyze (1) Parents' attention to students' self-concepts (2) Parents' attention to learning achievement (3) Self-concept towards learning achievement. This research is quantitative associative. The population of this research is Al-Watoiniyah Junior High School in Bekasi city which is registered in the 2019/2020 academic year, totaling 75 students, then a sample of 30 students is taken, this sampling uses data analysis techniques using testspath hypothesis and hypothesis testers.The results of the research conducted: (1) Significant parental attention to the self-concept of Al-Wathoniyah Junior High School students in the city of Bekasi in Integrated Social Studies subjects (2) Significant parental attention to learning achievement in the city of Bekasi in integrated Social Studies subjects (3) Concept influential selfsignificant effect on learning achievement in Integrated Social Studies subjects.Key: Parental Attention, Self-Concept, Learning Achievement Keywords: Parental Attention, Self-Concept, Learning Achievement

Abstract

Objectives The participants in this study are members of the class of 2020 at Panca Sakti University Bekasi's Economic Education Research Program. The purpose of this research is to investigate the influence that one's self-efficacy and perspective of the teaching profession have on one's level of motivation to enter the teaching profession. This study employs a survey or questionnaire approach to quantitative research with an associative approach, using multiple linear regression analysis to analyze the resulting data. A total of 104 students were selected at random for this analysis. According to the results, an individual's self-efficacy had a more significant influence on their interest in entering the teaching profession than did their perception of the teaching profession itself. If a person is interested in becoming an educator, one factor that goes into the decision-making process is how they feel about themselves in relation to the teaching profession and how confident they are in their abilities.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi digital berpengaruh pada pola pengasuhan anak usia dini, khususnya pada ibu milenial yang akrab dengan media digital. Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan peran media digital dalam parenting ibu milenial untuk menstimulasi perkembangan kognitif anak usia dini, berdasarkan perspektif ibu dan guru PAUD di SPS Baitul Haq. Metode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi nonpartisipan, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa media digital, terutama YouTube, dimanfaatkan sebagai sarana edukatif untuk mengenalkan huruf, angka, warna, serta cerita islami yang mendukung kemampuan berpikir, bahasa, dan kreativitas anak. Namun, penggunaan tanpa pendampingan menimbulkan risiko menurunnya fokus anak. Oleh karena itu, peran orang tua dalam memilih konten, membatasi durasi, dan meningkatkan literasi digital sangat penting agar manfaat media digital dapat dioptimalkan serta dampak negatifnya diminimalkan.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of entrepreneurship practice on the entrepreneurial interest of grade XII students at SMK Islam Al Amin Cikarang Utara. The research population consisted of all grade XII students totaling 162 students, with a sample of 62 students determined using the Slovin formula. The research method employed a quantitative approach with data collection techniques through questionnaires. Data analysis used descriptive statistics, prerequisite analysis tests (linearity and normality tests), simple linear regression, partial statistical test (t-test), and coefficient of determination (R²). The research results show that entrepreneurship practice has a positive and significant influence on the entrepreneurial interest of grade XII students at SMK Islam Al Amin Cikarang Utara. This is evidenced by a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05, indicating that linearity is fulfilled. The normality test shows normal distribution for both variables with significance values of variable X at 0.084 > 0.05 and variable Y at 0.068 > 0.05. The simple linear regression equation Y = 30.897 + 0.469X indicates a positive influence. The t-test results obtained t_calculated value of 3.874 > t_table 2.003, thus H? is rejected and H? is accepted. The coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.200 indicates that entrepreneurship practice contributes 20% to entrepreneurial interest, while 80% is influenced by other factors. In conclusion, the better the entrepreneurship practice is implemented, the higher the students' entrepreneurial interest
