Abstract

The purpose of  this research is to understand the concept macroeconomic policy effectiveness, fiscal policy in particular using the rate of crude palm oil (CPO) tax  in Indonesia.  The method used is classical welfare analysis (CWA) through market demand and supply analysis approach.  The results using the rate of crude palm oil (CPO) tax and the exchange rate of US dollar showed that an inreasing in the CPO tax will decrease in surpluss consumers loss.  On the other hand, a change in export tax will reduce the pruduser surpluss, while the goverment revenue will increase in line with an increase in export tax between 5% to 15%.  Never the less an icreasing in the CPO tax at from 5% to 15% will reduce a net social welfare. Abstract

The research was carried out at the Laboratory of Plant Disease, Faculty of Agriculture, Tadulako University.  A various number of Trichoderma spp tablets was diluted into 10 ml of sterilized water in accordance with the treatment dosages, namely 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 and 7 tablets to form suspension. Each Trichoderma spp suspension mixed with P. palmivora suspension (3 ml) were invested into 30 g of soil, then incubated for 0, 3, 6, 9, 12 and 15 days.  As much as 5 g of the soil was inserted into a hole made on cacao and incubated for 3, 6, 9, 12, 15 dan 18 days in a series.  Then the size of spotted area on cacao was observed in accordance with the day of incubation period. The research result indicated that the treatment of 4 tablet Trichoderma spp has the largest inhibiting power (99,99%), but it was not significantly different with the treatments of 5, 6 and 7 tablets.

Abstract

An experiment was done to study the effect of fermented cocoa pod shell flour on body weight, dry matter consumption, and feed efficiency of local sheep. The fermented flour was mixed in concentrate given to the sheep. Details of the feed ration were as follows : i) 0% fermented cocoa pod shell flour (CPSF) in concentrate + maize silage (ad-libitum), ii) 10% fermented CPSF in concentrate + maize silage (ad-libitum), iii) 20% fermented CPSF in concentrate + maize silage (ad-libitum). The was indications that the fermented CPSF concentration gave significant effect on feed efficiency (P=0,01). Higher concentration of fermented CPSF tended to be followed by higher body weight, dry matter consemption and feed efficiency. Key words : Cacao skim flour fermentation, concentrate and feed efficiency.

Moreover, coordination, information, transaction, institutional capacity, and government weakness became an inefficiency indicator in governance resources management system. According to the result, it is highly recommended to: (a)  law enforcement on community rights and formal acknowledgment to custom institution; (b) stakeholders capacity building by training and intensive advocation; (c) make a partnership with independent party; (d) follow up of community refusal action toward to gold mining in Poboya and; (e) increase coordination, information and transaction between stakeholders, improve of governance resources system and capacity building of regional institution as well as (f) establish regional regulation for Grand Forest Park (TAHURA) management including its supported infrastructure. Keywords: access analysis, kaili localcommunity, natural resources, Central Sulawesi grand forest park, ‘3R’ analysis.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the effect of extract tuba root (Derris elliptica) the length of time anesthesia carp (Cyprinus carpio). This study was conducted in March 2016, using the research material 180 carp fry and given a dosage of different tuba root extract, namely A (0.8 ml / 5 L of water), treatment B (1 ml / 5 L of water) , treatment C (1.2 ml / 5 L of water). Parameters measured were anesthetized seeds start time and duration anesthetized goldfish carp seed. Analysis of data using analysis completely randomized design (CRD) with a further test Significant Difference (LSD). The results showed that higher doses of tuba root extract the faster start time sedated and the longer duration of anesthesia seed carp. Treatment C (1.2 ml / 5 L of water) to give effect anesthetized fastest start time (28.25 minutes) and gave effect anesthetized longest time (205 minutes), whereas treatment A (0.8 ml / 5 L of water) to give influence anesthetized longest start time (41.10 minutes) and gave effect anesthetized fastest (111.17 min). The higher the dose of tuba root extract the faster start time sedated and the longer duration of anesthesia seed carp.Keyword: anesthesia, extract, tuba root, hatchery

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine effect of young corn cob meal as a product of mushroom oyster white (pleurotus ostreatus) biodegradation and breaking fiber enzyme were added in the ration to broiler carcass. This research was implemented in Sigi districts central Sulawesi from June 11 to November 27, 2016. The used chickens is were 175 DOC. This study used a completely randomized design (CRD) with 7 treatments and 5 replication as follows: R0 = 100% control ration, R1 = ration + 5% TTJMF, R2 = ration + 10% TTJMF, R3 = ration + 15% TTJMF, R4 = ration + 5% TTJMF + 7,5% units/kg breaking fiber enzyme, R5 = ration + 10% TTJMF + 7,5% units/kg breaking fiber enzyme, R6 = ration + 15% TTJMF + 7,5% units/kg breaking fiber enzyme. The results of this study showed that the treatment highly significant (P<0.01) to slaughter weight. The treatment showed non significant effect (P>0.05) on carcass percentage as well as the very significant effect (P<0,01) to abdominal fat. It caused of the basic materials used with high fiber feed affected to reduce slaughter weight and abdominal fat. It was concluded that used of TTJMF and breaking fiber enzyme in the ration to the extent 15% + 7.5% units/ kg gived the lowest result on abdominal fat but can not increase the slaughter weight and carcass percentage. Keywords: Broiler, corn cob, breaking fiber enzyme, carcass percentage.
