Abstract

The purpose of this research is to measure the influence of trust and commitment to supply chain performance of SRC’s grocery network. Two proposed hypotheses are tested : first, testing the infuence of trust to supplye chain performance; second, testing the influence of commitment to supply chain performance. This research apply quantitative method whereas the population are the network of SRC in Cikupa Tangerang, Banten Indonesia. Samples are chosen with probability sampling consist of 61 respondents. Data analized with SmartPLS 3.3.7. The result is: 1) Trust has a positive non significant influence to supply chain performance, and 2) Commitment has a positive and significant to supply chain performance.

Abstract

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises play a very large role for the Indonesian economy and indirectly support the Indonesian economy. Therefore, this study aims to identify whether supply chain management strategies have an influence on operational performance in Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises, by collecting data using a questionnaire addressed to 151 respondents. Then the test was carried out using the Structural Equation Method (SEM). The results obtained are that not all supply chain management strategies used affect the operational performance of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises, of the five supply chain management strategies used, there is one strategy that has no effect on the operational performance of a business.

Abstract

Internet users nowadays increase from time to time, COVID-19 pandemic make people get used to it with all of daily activities become digital. Therefore people must be able to keep up with the growth of the internet in all aspect, for example in marketing field. The purpose of this research is for analyze the influence of the digital marketing food product MSME on repurchase intention consumer in Sukabumi West Java, with expectation that MSME actors in Sukabumi have a desire to keep growing in digital marketing. There were 126 respondents in this study. The data analysis method in this study was descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis with IBM SPSS 25 software. The result in this study is digital marketing have a positive effect on consumer purchase intention in Sukabumi, with all four independent variable has a significant effect that is consumer expectation, marketing factors, service factors, and functional factors.

Abstract

The research was conducted with the aim of analyzing the level of influence of online customer review and online customer rating variables on purchasing decisions for fashion products at Shopee using a population of all students of the Faculty of Economics, Tidar University by taking a sample of 96 respondents with certain criteria. This research is a quantitative research that uses regression analysis with the help of SPSS to solve problems. The data used is primary data with data collection techniques distributing questionnaires to respondents. This study uses the analysis technique of the F test, t test, and determination test which then results in the online customer review and online customer rating variables having a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions. The percentage level of influence of online customer reviews and online customer ratings on purchasing decisions is 35.2%, while the other 64.8% is influenced by other factors.

Abstract

As the majority of investors in Indonesia, millennials’ decision making is often influenced by psychological biases that make their decisions irrational. For this reason, this study aimed to summarize various psychological biases on the financial behavior of the millennial generation in investing in the capital market. This study used a literature study method, whereas data were obtained through a search on Google Scholar and selected using a flow chart based on inclusion and exclusion criteria. There were five articles that were used as the main data in this study. The results showed that there were various types of psychological biases that can influence investment decision making, namely herding behavior, overconfidence, disposition effect, loss aversion, conservative bias, and regret aversion. All of these psychological biases can lead investors to make adverse decisions in the future, either because of the decisions of others, overconfidence in their abilities and information, reluctant to accept losses, or simply because they were worried that they would regret it later. These biases arised because investors were influenced by their psychological and emotional factors in making decisions, rather than basing their decision making on rational quantitative analysis. Since it could lead investors to make adverse decisions, psychological biases needed to be intervened by having good financial literacy.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui "Strategi pemasaran dalam meningkatkan penjualan Air Minum Isi Ulang Dalam Kemasan(studi kasus toko Oxygen Metro)Informan pada  peneliti ini  adalah bapak Firman  sebagai pemilik toko galon Oxygen Metro,lalu   untuk  sebagai  pembanding  peneliti  memasukkan  bapak  Edi   sebagai pemilik toko galon  Airqu Water,lalu pembanding  ke  2   yaitu  bapak  fajar selaku  pemilik toko  galon  depot Fajar.Penelitian   ini     menggunakan   analisis  kualitatif  dengan bantuan  SWOT  ,untuk  pengumpulan  data  ya  peneliti menggunakan   wawancara,observasi,dokumentasi    lalu   data sekunder  sebagai   pelengkap  alat pengumpulan  data ,hasil   penelitian   kali  ini     menggungkap   bahwa   Kondisi  toko  galon  Oxygen  Metro   berada  di   posisi  titik kuadran 1 Ini   berarti    posisi toko  galon  Oxygen   sepertinya   berada  di   posisi  yang  mengungtungkan namun   mereka   harus   segera   memanfaatkan   keunggulan  mereka   agar mereka  tidak  ketinggalan  dengan  pesaing lain

Abstract

Room layout is one of the important things in setting a strategy to increase productivity to realize the efficiency of a business. Spatial planning has a strategic impact on the competitiveness of the company in terms of capacity, processes, flexibility, cost, and quality of working life within the company. Indomaret is one of the retail companies that has become a well-known retail store and is very familiar to the people of Indonesia.In Indomaret outlets or retail stores spread across Indonesia, most of the layout applications are almost the same as one another, but with the differences in size and shape in each outlet, it becomes a benchmark again in the preparation of a more effective layout for Indomaret business actors. The method that can be applied in replanning this layout is the Activity Relationship Chart (ARC) Method which aims to optimize functionality between departments to prevent delays in the field of service and customer shopping processes.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of investment motivation and investment knowledge on the interest in investing in the z generation. This research is a type of quantitative research using a survey method given to Generation Z. Determining the number of samples in this study were 100 respondents with the sampling method used was judgment sampling. The measurement tool in this study uses an interval scale of 1-5. Respondents gave answers in the range of answers from strongly disagree to strongly agree. Then, the analysis used is Regression Analysis. This analysis is assisted by using the SPSS program. The results of this study indicate that investment motivation has an effect on investment intention, while investment knowledge has no effect on investment intention.

Abstract

Dalam beberapa tahun terakhir, industri pariwisata mengalami pertumbuhan yang signifikan. Salah satu nya yaitu implementasi ekosistem digital melalui digital tourism. Meskipun demikian, pengembangan digital tourism di objek wisata Telaga Menjer masih dihadapkan dengan hambatan tertentu. Dalam hal ini, penggunaan digital tourism dalam mempromosikan objek wisata sangat tergantung pada target konsumen yang dituju. Sebelum merumuskan strategi pengembangan digital tourism, sangat penting untuk memahami proses bagaimana wisatawan memilih objek wisata sebagai tujuan dan menciptakan permintaan.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengenali karakteristik wisatawan, mengevaluasi pengalaman digital tourism, mengukur kesiapan teknologi para wisatawan, serta mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang mendorong dan menghambat pengembangan digital tourism di Kawasan Wisata Telaga Menjer. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga akan menyusun strategi pengembangan digital tourism sebagai sarana promosi objek wisata Telaga Menjer. Dalam menganalisis data, penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis statistik deskriptif untuk data kuantitatif.Berdasarkan hasil analisis dan wawancara, ditemukan bahwa sebagian besar yh6n wisatawan siap menggunakan teknologi selama berwisata, meskipun pengalaman digital mereka selama berwisata masih dianggap rendah dibandingkan pengalaman sebelum dan sesudah berwisata. Kendati begitu, pengelola objek wisata masih menghadapi kendala dalam mengadopsi teknologi. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan kolaborasi antar stakeholder untuk memperbaiki pengembangan digital tourism sebagai media promosi di objek wisata Telaga Menjer. Penelitian selanjutnya dapat mengkaji lebih lanjut pendekatan yang sesuai untuk mengembangkan konten promosi yang dapat disesuaikan dengan perilaku ekonomi.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dengan maksud untuk menganalisis layanan darurat 112 di Indonesia melalui studi komparasi dengan layanan darurat 911 yang beroperasi di Amerika. Tujuannya adalah untuk menemukan faktor-faktor yang menyebabkan 112 masih belum begitu diandalkan oleh masyarakat Indonesia secara keseluruhan ketika situasi darurat sedang terjadi. Penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode netnografi, di mana media sosial digunakan sebagai sumber informasi utama dalam mengumpulkan opini masyarakat umum di Indonesia. Platform yang menjadi sumber utama penelitian adalah media sosial YouTube, Instagram, dan Twitter. Objek penelitian terdiri atas komentar-komentar yang diberikan oleh para pengguna media sosial pada video atau gambar yang diunggah terkait layanan 112 dan 911. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan hasil yang beragam dari masyarakat, baik positif maupun negatif dalam mengomentari layanan 112. Secara operasional, sistem layanan 112 telah berjalan dengan baik, namun masih terdapat beberapa aspek dari layanan 112 yang dapat dikembangkan lagi seperti kurangnya sosialisasi dan edukasi.
