Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Bid-Ask Spread, Market Value, Variance Return, dan Dividend Payout Ratio Terhadap Holding Period Saham (Studi Pada Indeks Saham IDX30 Yang Terdaftar Di Bursa Efek Indonesia Tahun 2018-2021). Pendekatan menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dan asosiatif. Populasi pada penelitian ini sebanyak 47 perusahaan dengan sampel sebanyak 16 perusahaan sehingga diperoleh hasil observasi sebanyak 64 data observasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi data panel. Hasil penelitian secara parsial menunjukkan bahwa bid-ask spread berpengaruh secara negatif terhadap holding period saham, sedangkan market value berpengaruh positif terhadap holding period saham. Variabel variance return dan dividend payout ratio menunjukkan hasil tidak berpengaruh pada holding period saham. Secara simultan bid-ask spread, market value, variance return, dan dividend payout ratio berpengaruh terhadap holding period saham.

Abstract

TikTok has launched an online shopping feature called TikTok Shop in Indonesia in April 2021. In October 2022, TikTok launched another online shopping feature called Shopping Center which allows users to make transactions more easily. This article presents the results of implementing the UTAUT model on seller intentions to use the TikTok Shop. The population in this study is the unknown number of sellers in the TikTok Shop. Therefore, the sampling technique uses non-probability sampling. The number of samples that were successfully collected and used were 230 respondents. We use the PLS-SEM analysis technique. The effect of performance expectations on behavioural intention is significant. The effect of business expectations is also positive and significant. Likewise, the influence of social influence on the seller's intention to use the TikTok Shop is relevant, and the effect of facilitating conditions is positive and significant.

Abstract

Investigasi yang dilakukan memiliki tujuan untuk memberikan pemaparan dan analisis mengenai celah keamanan sistem informasi pada perusahaan berbasis subscription video on demand (SVOD) yaitu Netflix serta memaparkan solusi yang seharusnya dilakukan untuk meminimalisir celah tersebut sehingga para penjual akun Netflix ilegal dapat dikurangi jumlahnya. Jenis penelitian yang dilakukan menggunakan jenis kualitatif dengan mengamati pula fenomena yang terjadi di tengah masyarakat. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah netnografi. Berbagai data dikumpulkan oleh peneliti lewat pengamatan dan dokumentasi pada media sosial seperti Twitter, forum, wawancara pada narasumber, menggunakan jurnal yang telah diterbitkan, dan berita daring yang ada. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pada aplikasi Netflix masih banyak sekali celah yang dapat dimanfaatkan oleh oknum nakal dan terdapat beberapa solusi yang dapat dipertimbangkan oleh Netflix untuk dikembangkan baik dari Netflix dan juga peneliti.

Abstract

Seiring dengan pertumbuhan industri fashion yang semakin pesat, hal tersebut menimbulkan persaingan pada bisnis fashion di Indonesia. Adanya persaingan yang ketat tersebut mengharuskan para pebisnis atau yang memiliki bisnis di industri fashion harus selalu memperhatikan dan memenuhi kebutuhan pasar, hal tersebut guna tercapainya competitive advantage di tengah ketatnya persaingan di industri tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui keefektifan strategi yang digunakan oleh Clothessure. Untuk memenangkan persaingan dagang bersama kompetitor lain, Clothessure tentunya harus memiliki strategi pengembangan yang tepat untuk keberlangsungan perusahaan. Strategi pengembangan yang dimaksud dapat dilakukan dengan beberapa beberapa analisis diantaranya adalah analisis faktor internal dan eksternal, analisis IFE Matrix dan EFE Matrix. Jenis metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah kualitatif deskriptif dengan jenis data primer yang didapat dari pihak internal perusahaan bisnis Clothessure.Kata kunci: Analisis SWOT, IFE, EFE Matrix, Industri Fashion

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of Beauty Influencers and the Korean Wave on purchasing decisions for Korean Skincare products in the people of Medan Sunggal District. The population in this study was the people of Medan Sunggal District with a total of 131,741 people. The sampling technique in this research was carried out by distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents. Data processing was carried out using multiple linear regression tests, validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, hypothesis tests and coefficient of determination using SPSS 26. The results of the study showed that Beauty Influencers had a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions and the Korean Wave had a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Beauty Influencers and the Korean Wave jointly influence purchasing decisions.Keywords: Beauty Influencer; Korean Wave; Purchasing Decisions

Abstract

This study aims to determine the factors that affect employee productivity. The research was conducted at the Kantor Pelayanan Kekayaan Negara dan Lelang (KPKNL) in Pekalongan City. The research respondents were 32 KPKNL employees taken based on the survey method using a questionnaire instrument. Data analysis using Multiple Linear Regression. The results showed that the training and skills variables positively affected work productivity, while motivation did not affect work productivity.

Abstract

The purpose of publicly traded companies (companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange) is to generate profit in order to enhance their firm value. This research aims to analyze the influence of profitability, dividend policy, and growth opportunity on firm value. The study was conducted on property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period of 2020-2022, using purposive sampling method, with a selection of 10 sample companies. Data collection in this research employed a non-participant observation method. Data analysis techniques in this study utilized multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the analysis indicate that profitability and dividend policy have a positive impact on firm value, while growth opportunity has a negative impact on firm value.

Abstract

Badan Peningkatan Penyelenggaraan Sistem Penyediaan Air Minum (BPPSPAM) mengumumkan bahwa sebanyak 380 PDAM diseluruh Indonesia yang telah dinilai kinerja pegawai dalam penilaian kinerja tersebut sebanyak 157 PDAM keadaan kurang sehat atau berkinerja buruk. Jenis penelitian dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitaif menggunakan tipe kausal digunakan untuk membangun hubungan kausal antara Budaya Organisasi,Kompetensi terhadap Kinerja Pegawai. budaya organisasi (X1) terhadap kinerja pegawai (Y) menunjukkan nilai thitung 2,040>ttabel 1,672, dan nilai sig sebesar 0,046<0,05.kompetensi (X2) terhadap kinerja pegawai (Y) menunjukkan nilai thitung 4,223>ttabel1,672, dan nilai sig sebesar 0,000<0,05. Fhitung sebesar 10,140>Ftabel sebesar 3,16 dan nilai sig sebesar 0,00<00,05.

Abstract

The article explores the potential relationship between motivation and spiritual values in Islam in an organizational setting. Spirituality is a factor in shaping the personality and behavior, so it is not an exaggeration that spirituality as a subject in the study of business management and organizational behavior. Study of motivation based on Islamic spiritual perspective is necessary to find a balance and development of existing theories of motivation. The level of motivation in the perspective of Islam, which started in the Middle Ages are a completely different understanding of thoughts that have been used in the context of human psychology and organizational management. Motivation in spirituality of Islam composed of four levels conditions: (1) Sawala; drive by a physiological and material motivational impulse, (2) Amara; drive by physiological, psychological and material motivational impulse, (3) Lawama; drive by physiological, material, psychological and intellectual and involve a bit of spirituallty, (4) Mutamainna; drive by the stimulation of all needs based on the value of spirituality as the primary basis. At the stage of Mutamainna, it reflects a harmony between all needs, and has major implications for the organizational and business management practices and behavioral to achieve the organizational performance.

Abstract

This research aims to develop a demarketing model that directly tests the influence of various factors on smoking behavior and formulate various strategies to reduce smoking behavior based on the model. The field of Marketing Science is typically employed to support or enhance the marketing of a product. The research on Demarketing Tobacco Use has evolved from using only one variable in the marketing mix to using all or four variables in the marketing mix. However, the existing Demarketing Tobacco Use or cigarette strategy still has limitations and needs to be further developed. The current Demarketing Tobacco Use strategy only tests the intention to quit smoking. This research is more accurate because it directly tests various factors that influence smoking behavior, not just testing the intention to smoke. The questionnaire was distributed to active smokers with a total of 595 respondents. The collected data was then analyzed using SEM. The findings of this study indicate that product, price, and promotion of cigarettes influence smoking behavior, while distribution does not. Based on these findings, several strategies can be formulated to reduce smoking behavior.Keywords: Demarketing; Marketing Mix; Smoking Behavior; Strategy
