Jurnal Sosial, Ekonomi dan Humaniora (JSEH) adalah jurnal akademik direview dengan sistem peer review. Pertama kali terbit pada tahun 2015 di Lembaga Penelitian Universitas Mataram terbit setiap enam bulan sekali, yaitu Bulan Juni dan Desember Mulai tahun 2022 diterbitkan setiap tiga bulan sekali yaitu Bulan Maret, Juni, September dan Desember Artikel yang dimuat meliputi artikel di bidang sosial ekonomi dan humaniora serta berlaku umum untuk di dunia akademik di bidang sosial, ekonomi dan humaniora Indonesia. Kontribusi dan Bidang yang dikaji dalam jurnal ini sangat luas termasuk di dalamnya bidang-bidang yang bersinggungan dengan bidang ekonomi, manajemen, akuntansi, hukum, bahasa dan sastra, budaya, sosiologi, antropologi, politik, dan bidang yang sangat makro seperti pariwisata, ilmu keguruan dan ilmu pendidikan sosial serta kewirausahaan. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of remuneration and discipline on improving employee performance through employee commitment to the East Java election supervisory body. This research uses a quantitative approach with explanatory research. The data collection technique used in this study is the Google form. Data analysis was carried out through direct and indirect influence tests. This test was carried out using the bootstrapping method using smartPLS 3.0 and looking at the calculation of the total direct effect and indirect effect. The results of this study are in the form of a positive and significant influence of remuneration and discipline on improving employee performance through employee commitment to the East Java election supervisory body. This means that the higher the level of remuneration and discipline, the more employee commitment will increase so that it can improve the performance of East Java election supervisory body employees.

Abstract

Ornamental plants are not only a hobby, but also a commodity with a high economic value. This is in line with the increasing demand for ornamental plants at home and abroad. High demand is certainly an opportunity for cultivators who choose to make ornamental plants as an economic activity. This study aims to analyze the costs incurred and the income generated in the ornamental plant business in the city of Mataram. The ornamental plant business observed in the case study of this research is in UD. Yuka Collection. The data analysis in this research are cost, income, and R/C ratio analysis. The results showed that the income earned by UD. Yuka Collection for the period April-May 2022 from the ornamental plant business is Rp. 91,942,053,51. The value of business efficiency obtained shows a number greater than one, or equal to 1.5125. This shows that the business run by UD. Yuka Collection has been efficient and deserves to be developed.

potential for the development and welfare of the community's economic life. It is just, This potential must be managed professionally in order to achieve the goal of zakat for development  Islamic economics institutionally.  Zakat as an important aspect in economics is best when approached from the scientific and economic aspects institutionally can be a solution to alleviating poverty because it plays a role in  community empowerment, especially the poor, the poor and others. The Baznas institution as zakat manager becomes the object of this research so that this research qualitative. Interviews and observations were carried out  as a method for researchers to obtain data using the approach  qualitative. Based on the research, the researchers found that Baznas contributed significantly community empowerment through various programs that have been and are being implemented in various fields. Provision of working capital, capital or commercial equipment, capital agricultural seeds, animal husbandry capital for mustahik and others. Other help not only in the health sector, but also in education, humanity and others. All forms of assistance received by the community to meet the needs of life, improve the standard of living socio-economic life, fostering the spirit of mutual help, independence and others.  The Baznas assistance program is part of the institution's education to the community. hope, public awareness to be generous, obey the command of tithing enhancement.

Abstract

This article aims to find out the communication strategy of the Medan City Tourism Office. During the current pandemic, the tourism sector experienced a significant decline in tourists. Ironically, some tourist attractions were closed to prevent the spread of the virus. In the new normal era, tourism is currently trying to recover the number of tourists. This study uses a library approach. Data was collected through media analysis and observation. The results of the study show that the strategy implemented on the Medan City Tourism Office's social media is tourism content, events, business and organizational structure. This strategy is considered not very effective because there is no massive tourist growth yet.

Abstract

Tempe is an agro-industrial product that uses soybean as raw material. Within the framework of agricultural development, agro-industry is the main driver of the development of the agricultural sector. Agro-industry is expected to be able to produce high added value and be managed efficiently. The aim of this research is to analyze the level of economic performance and to find out the amount of added value created from the tempe agroindustry activities. The study used a descriptive method, while the data was collected using a survey technique by interviewing 15 tempe entrepreneurs as respondents. To answer the objectives of this study, the collected data were analyzed using economic feasibility analysis and Hayami. The results showed that the tempe agroindustry in Mataram City produced good economic performance and was feasible to be cultivated with the resulting R/C ratio of 2.2 and a rate of return on capital of 121%. The added value obtained from processing one kilogram of soybeans into tempeh is Rp. 5 769 with a value added ratio of 34.34%.

Abstract

Invasion of corn plantations in the Ampang KPHL area can disrupt not only the function but also the existence of the forest, so it needs to be handled comprehensively. This study aims to determine the external factors driving the invasion of corn plantation in KPHL Ampang. This research is a descriptive research, data and information are extracted through searching the key actors, online and through interviews. Data and information were tabulated and analyzed descriptively. The results show the external factors driving corn plantation in KPHL Ampang, including: Regulatory factors and implementation of regulations at the site level that support the development of corn plantation widely; The attractiveness of business profits from corn plantation; and The ease of obtaining capital assistance, training, market access, and business equipment. In relation to the forest encroachment invasion, the Government needs to consider the impact of a policy across sectors before a policy is implemented. The government also needs to provide guidance, control and assistance to farmers as implementing actors in the field.

Abstract

Tax compliance is a condition where taxpayers fulfill all tax obligations and exercise their tax rights. This research aims to identify the main factors that shape taxpayer compliance in the office of the joint Samsat Praya. This study uses primary data with data collection techniques carried out by distributing questionnaires to taxpayer respondents. The number of samples used was 150 respondents. The research method used is factor analysis using the Principal Component Analysis (PCA) approach. The results showed that the 19 variables analyzed produced five main factors that we're able to explain 61.712% of the factors causing motor vehicle taxpayer compliance in the office of the joint Samsat Praya. Of the 5 main factors formed, there are two internal factors and three external factors that affect the compliance of motor vehicle taxpayers in the office of the joint Samsat Praya. Internal factors that are formed are Knowledge and Understanding of Taxes and Awareness of Taxpayers with external factors which include Quality and Service, Compliance, and Warnings and Sanctions.

Abstract

This study aims to improve the marketing strategy of BSI Griya Hasanah products. This research is located at PT. Bank Syariah Indonesia Situbondo Basuki Rahmat branch. The research method used is qualitative case studies. Data acquisition uses observation, interview, and interview methods of branch heads, microstaff, and CBS. Data analysis procedures used data selection, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results show that the strategy applied to BSI GriyaHasanah's financing products is focused on; product, price, place, promotion, people, physical evidence, and procces. The results of this study show that. Marketing Strategy Lending improves the marketing of griyahasanah products. Marketing Lending. Strategy is a good contribution to the sustainability of BSI GriyaHasanah Products towards fierce banking competition in the global future.

Abstract

In the midst of the rampant currents of globalization, where humans are busy with modern concepts and thoughts, indigenous peoples are trying to continue to carry out and maintain their traditions, so that culture remains preserved along with the development of globalization. Dulohupa traditional house is one of the Traditional Houses in the Gorontalo area, there are local wisdom values in the Dulohupa traditional house that have meanings and principles in various aspects of the life of the Gorontalo people. The purpose of this study is to introduce local wisdom in the Dulohupa Traditional House in Gorontalo. This study used descriptive qualitative method, the subjects in this study were obtained using interview techniques to information consisting of managers and local communities. The results of this study show that the Dulohupa traditional house consists of elements that have their own characteristics in the form of a stage that describes the house as a human body. The roof part symbolizes the head, the body of the house depicts the body, and the support of the house depicts the legs. The philosophical value of each component of the building includes the value of trust, the value of responsibility, the value of unity and oneness.

Abstract

This research examines the effect of electronic word of mouth, product quality and product knowledge on purchasing decisions for BLP Beauty cosmetic products in Mataram City. The population in this research were female students in Mataram City who had and are currently using BLP Beauty cosmetic products. The data used is primary data obtained from 70 sample respondents. The sampling technique is through a non-probability sampling technique with a purposive sampling method. The analysis used is multiple regression analysis. The data analysis technique uses the SPSS version 25 program. Based on the results of statistical data analysis, the indicators in this research are valid where in the classical assumption test, the data is normally distributed and there is no multicollinearity. The results of this research indicate that electronic word of mouth and product knowledge partially have a significant effect on purchasing decisions. While product quality has no significant effect on purchasing decisions.
