Abstract

Teknologi dapat diterapkan dan dimanfaatkan dalam berbagai bidang serta dapat digunakan untuk meningkatkan perekonomian Rakyat NKRI berbasis Kemaritiman dengan melakukan proses lelang ikan secara online. Selama ini proses pelelangan hasil laut sangat sulit dikelola antara lain hasil tangkapan ikan kurang terdata sehingga sulit mendeteksi komoditas yang ada, kurangnya informasi mengenai komoditas hasil laut. sistem  dikembangkan untuk memberikan informasi komoditas hasil tangkap nelayan serta proses lelang secara modern. Manfaat dari pembangunan sistem ini yaitu dapat mempermudah proses perdagangan dan proses pelelangan hasil laut. Pembangunan aplikasi dengan metode pengembangan perangkat lunak waterfall dan menggunakan konsep Unified Modelling Language (UML) yaitu menggunakan diagram usecase, diagram sequence, class diagram. Hasil penelitian yaitu  mempermudah proses pelelangan hasil laut, membantu meningkatkan daya saing perdagangan sektor kelautan melalui proses pelelangan yang lebih modern dan realtime, membantu memproses pemerataan distribusi hasil tangkapan ikan dikarenakan proses lelang dilakukan secara terbuka.

Abstract

The selection process of the new students at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 2 Banjarnegara aims to get the best prospective students to improve the quality and quantity of the achievement of Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 2 Banjarnegara they needs to know the qualifications of the applicant. To help the school to know the qualifications of prospective students required an application that is able to analyze the ability of prospective students, that will assist the school in predicting the qualifications of prospective students. The application is designed using artificial neural network processing with backpropagation learning algorithm. From the experiments performed 6 times used parameter : target error 0,001, the maximum epoch 10000 and learning rate from 0,3 to 0,8 obtained satisfactory results with 64 kinds of patterns tested system can recognize 100% patterns with MSE smaller than 0,001 and when they tested with 100 students sample data that they got from the documents the school system can recognize 100% of the data. Based on the experimental magnitude of learning rate affects the number of iterations to get the MSE, the greater the learning rate value the smaller value of iterations required to obtain a smaller MSE than the target error

Abstract

Bukti digital sangat penting dalam pembuktian kasus kejahatan komputer yang melibatkan perangkat penyimpanan. Salah satu media penyimpanan terkini saat ini adalah SSD NVMe, secara default sistem operasi Windows 10 terpasang TRIM dengan mode enable, fungsi TRIM mengoptimalkan kinerja kecepatan SSD NVMe dengan cara menghapus otomatis data lama pada sebuah sektor sebelum ditempatkan data baru sehingga menjadi tantangan investigator untuk mengembalikan bukti digital. Tujuan penelitian melakukan analisis bukti digital yang terhapus dengan metode penghapusan permanen dengan cara shift delete dan delete, delete recycle bin menggunakan tools forensics yang berbeda untuk mengembalikan bukti digital pada SSD NVMe TRIM enable. Metode yang digunakan static forensics sedangkan tools yang digunakan FTK Imager, Autopsy dan Recuva. Hasil analisis TRIM enable metode penghapusan shift delete tidak ditemukan bukti digital yang sesuai nilai hash dengan bukti digital asli. Sedangkan metode penghapusan delete, delete recycle bin bukti digital dapat dikembalikan dengan  prosentase keberhasilan menggunakan  tool Autopsy sebesar 90% dan 10% nilai hash bukti digital tidak valid, sedangkan tool Recuva 80% bukti digital berhasil dikembalikan dan 20% tidak berhasil dikembalikan, dapat disimpulkan hasil recovery penghapusan delete, delete recycle bin pada SSD NVME TRIM enable dapat dijadikan bukti digital yang sah menurut hukum.Kata-kata kunci: Forensika digital, Restorasi, Hapus Permanen, NVMe, NIST

Abstract

One kind of information technology for SMEs to expand business networks and marketing is an e-Commerce. Benefits and actual maturity level of IT management becomes a benchmark towards the development and utilization of e-commerce strategies for SMEs. The purpose of this study was to assess the position of Etsa Luhur SMEs related implementation of e-commerce and targets to be achieved in the future in the use of e-commerce. Results of the assessment of the level of maturity (maturity level) position of IT management today (existing). The next will be determined targets for each IT process maturity was elected to serve as a guide for a group of SMEs etching Sublime in the use of  IT. Assessment of the level of maturity using the domain Plan and Organise (PO). Domain PO cover includes strategies to determine the direction of development of ICT best support the achievement of business goals. Results of the assessment related to the maturity level of IT development strategy at the level of 0 (0.499), which is non-existent. Abstract

Sign language is used as a communication tool for deaf children. It is also used by non-disabled as a way of communicating with them. However, not all non-disabled understand sign language since knowledge of sign language is required. Based on interviews among non-disabled and deaf people, including relatives and teachers, they experience miscommunication due to the lack of communication skills using sign language and rely only on lip movements. Sign language is applied to a subject in the State Special School of Banjar City, consisting of BISINDO and SIBI with conventional learning. This research to produce game products for learning sign language can help deaf children learn sign language in schools, especially non-disabled who want to learn sign language. The method used for developing games sign language education uses the SCRUM-Game approach, UML models, BlackBox testing, and usability testing. The sprint iteration consists of two sprints that produce educational sign language games: Alphabet SIBI and BISINDO. Educational game testing uses BlackBox testing with the conclusion that all functionality valid. Usability testing of student deaf responders and non-disabled respondents for efficiency, memorability, and errors is categorized as good. Aspect satisfaction and learnability get an excellent score. Overall, the resulting educational games get a good score. Therefore it is proper to be used.

Abstract

Kabupaten Banyumas merupakan salah satu Kabupaten yang terdapat di Provinsi Jawa Tengah. Letaknya yang strategis, yakni termasuk dalam segitiga emas antara Semarang dan Solo, membuat daerah Kabupaten Banyumas berpotensi membangun sebuah industri Kepariwisataan. Banyaknya lokasi wisata yang ada belum ditunjang dengan proses penyebaran informasi secara maksimal membuat kurangnya kunjungan ke lokasi wisata. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sistem informasi geografis tempat wisata di Kabupaten Banyumas berbasis Android. Metode pengembangan sistem dengan menggunakan model watter falls. Aplikasi sistem informasi geografis tempat wisata dibangun untuk memaksimalkan proses penyebaran informasi lokasi wisata kepada masyarakat. Aplikasi menerapkan teknologi web service, sehingga informasi tentang wisata selalu terbarui. Dengan layanan berbasis lokasi, membuat pengguna lebih mudah dalam menuju lokasi wisata.

Abstract

Equitable distribution of electricity needs a framework of PT. PLN (Persero) Manado region in an effort to improve the quality of customer service. To improve the service developed a WEB based information system that supports the activities of PT. PLN. Information systems processing and customer service PT. WEB-based PLN was built to serve the customers and the general public in terms of obtaining information, applying for the installation of electrical, power changes and other information. Its use is intended for the public, especially our customers to communicate with PLN Region Manado. System development process begins with the stage of analysis then perform design, including process design and database design. The design process is done by using the Use Case Diagram. From the use case then transformed into the program modules for implementation. While the database design was done by the method of modeling an Entity Relationship Diagram (ER-Diagram). Implementation of this information system development using Dreamweaver MX, PHP as the interface system and uses MySQL as its database. Web server used is Apache and the browser using Mozilla Firefox for Web applications.

Abstract

Competence of lecturer is one of the factors that influence the achievement of learning and education, but the competence of teachers or lecturers do not stand alone, but affected the educational background, teaching experience, and length of teaching. These competencies include pedagogic competence, professional, personal and social. To perform   the analysis in this case using Fuzzy Quantification Theory I (FQT) is a qualitative assessment of the relationship between the factors of professional competence of students to faculty and student attendance for the graduation of students. The results of this study demonstrate that the professional competence of lecturer who most influence on the final value of students is the ability to give relevant examples of the concepts being taught, which has a  value of 3.2717 weight category with a contribution of 1.1255

Abstract

Saat ini komunikasi menggunakan telepon seluler tidak hanya melalui komunikasi suara antar pengguna telepon seluler tetapi komunikasi antar pengguna telepon seluler dapat menggunakan tulisan singkat yang biasa disebut Short Message Service (SMS). Media komunikasi SMS merupakan salah satu media yang paling banyak digunakan oleh masyarakat sekarang ini, karena SMS memiliki tarif yang sangat murah dibandingkan dengan komunikasi suara. Dengan menggunakan media komunikasi SMS maka akan dibangunnya Sistem Informasi Publikasi Berbasis SMS Gateway yang mudah dan cepat dalam memberikan informasi kepada anggota MGBK (Musyawarah Guru Bimbingan dan Konseling) berupa informasi jadwal waktu dan tempat publikasi UMP disetiap kabupaten yang langsung ke Guru BK
