Abstract

ABSTRACT Thisxstudyxaims toxfind out how the policyxmaking process that involves many parties to carry out a collaborative mechanism that forms relationships between politics actors in the effort to fulfill the renewable energy policy inxBali onx2019th. This study using the Policy Windows theory by John Kingdon as a formulation of the policy agenda of the problems in this study. Thexresearch methodxused in this research is axdescriptive qualitative,which is more concerned about the characteristics, xquality,xnterrelationships of activities in relation to politicsxactors and relations in the fulfillment ofx2019 renewable energy policies. Results of This research is: energy problems in the Province of Bali, which if the agenda setting through cooperation (actorxrelations) to give birth to several MoUs that become the reference for the Government ofxBali Province in formulating policies in the form GovernorxRegulation no.45 about cleanxenergy and encourage the legislature to immediatelyxdraft about clean energyxpolicy. Abstract

This study aims to determine factors that can explain Ida Sinuhun Siwa Putra Parama Daksa Manuaba's support for Koster-Ace in the Bali Governor Election 2018. Furthermore, the research is framed using Rational Choice theory of James S. Coleman and Social Capital theory from Robert D. Putnam. The research method used is descriptive qualitative research with primary and secondary data, because it describes factors that led to provision of support by Ida Sinuhun Siwa Putra Parama Daksa Manuaba in the Bali Governor Election 2018. The results of this study are: first, there is a rational choice from Ida Sinuhun Siwa Putra Parama Daksa Manuaba who has calculated profits and losses to achieve the desired goals in supporting Koster-Ace. Second, social capital in the form of longstanding friendships between Ida Sinuhun Siwa Putra Parama Daksa Manuaba and Tjok Ace is another factor in providing support in the Bali Governor Election 2018. Abstract

This study aims to provide an overview of the metamorphosis process of Garbi into the Partai Gelora Indonesia in Bali Province. The theory used in this research is the Political Process Theory by McAdam. According to McAdam, there are three factors that determine the success of a social movement, namely organization strength, cognitive liberation, and political opportunities. This study used descriptive qualitative method. The findings of this study are first, that the existence of local political elites makes it easier for these elites to organize Garbi into the Partai Gelora Indonesia. Second, Garbi success made Garbi cadres want a broader movement by forming the Partai Gelora Indonesia. The results of the 2019 Election in Bali also fostered self-confidence to form the Partai Gelora Indonesia. Third, the existence of conflict within the Partai Keadilan Sejahtera (PKS) is an opportunity for the formation of the Partai Gelora Indonesia. Abstract

This study seeks to find out how the role of Sanur Bersatu Transport in the emergence of online transportation pararem in Sanur area. This study uses Castells' theory of identity politics and Caporaso's political economy theory with qualitative research. The results of this study are in interviews with resource persons, authors find namely the role of Sanur Bersatu Transport in the emergence of pararem. The existence of online transportation in the community makes conventional transportation less attractive and feels excluded. Departing from this, Sanur Bersatu Transport also bring up a policy in their environment that is intended for online transportation. The pararem is intended for the benefit of the Sanur community, especially for Sanur residents who work as conventional transportation drivers and are members of the Sanur Bersatu Transport. The existence of pararem regarding online transportation in the Sanur area is an application of Identity Politics and Political Economy. Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the role of dramaturgy by peasant woman in Selasih, Gianyar-Bali in the topless movement that occurred in 2019. The theory of Dramaturgy by Erving Goffman is used for analysis to discuss the concept of front stage and back stage that occurs when this movement happens. Used a qualitative method through observation, interviews and documentation where the author lives in and participates in several daily activities to obtain a deeper analysis. The results of this study are: first, the author found a dramaturgy of topless movements carried out by peasant women in Selasih. Second, peasant women have a role to make the audience feel sorry and stop the evictions that have been prepared by male members of the farmers' union. Third, behind the actors and reality, there are facts that women have other interests outside of planning, that is to protect ecology by rejecting capitalism-patriachal. Abstract

This study examines the rejection and resistance movements carried out by religious-based groups against the application of halal tourism in Sembalun Lawang Village, East Lombok in the period 2018 to 2021. The theory used in this study is the resistance theory of James C. Scott and the theory of Islamic populism Vedi R. Hadiz. The results of this study indicate that the form of hidden transcripts carried out by pro-tourism groups and contra-tourism groups both depart from sentiment towards other groups, which then creates gossip and becomes an internal discourse in each group. Then Saturnalia, which became a connecting factor for the emergence of conflict, was the 2018 earthquake. Then the public transcript of the two groups was in the form of open conflict, destruction and closing of tourism destinations. Abstract

This study aims to find out how the implementation of the mayor's regulation of Denpasar No. 36 of 2018 concerning Reducing the Use of Plastic Bags in Denpasar City. This research is dissected using the theory of policy implementation by Merilee S. This approach can describe the political process, namely through the decision-making process carried out by various influential actors, while the administrative process can be seen through the general process of administrative action. This study uses a descriptive qualitative research methodology in explaining the form of data. The results show that there are several phenomena such as the existence of companies and traders who still ignore this regulation, the sanctions given are still not giving a deterrent effect because the sanctions are still in the form of reprimands, thirdly the lack of socialization and massive supervision from the government. Abstract

The research seeks to find Multitude indicators in the student movement "Bali Tidak Diam". This research uses the Multitude theory of Michael Hardt and Antonio Negri. The results of this study are first, in the singularity indicator the writer gets the results, namely the existence of various elements of society and students from various groups who participate in the "Bali Tidak Diam" movement. Second, in the indicators of democracy, the writer gets results, namely the existence of space for expression, equality, the opportunity given to each group from various elements to provide opinions or input in the movement. Third, in the organizational indicators the writer gets the result, namely the independent efforts made by students and the community to enlarge the "Bali Tidak Diam" movement. This research has answered about the creation of a movement that leads to multitude in the "Bali Tidak Diam" movement. Keywords: student movement, multitude, singularity, democracy

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the production produced by the people of Semarang City in viewing the songs of Genjer-genjer and PKI.. This study uses the theory of discourse by Michel Foucault, this theory is important to reveal the existence and relationship between knowledge and power in society so as to give birth to a discourse that is believed by the community as a truth. The author uses a qualitative research method with a Foucaultdian Discourse Analysis approach. This shows that strong cultural reproduction has shaped the memory of the people of Semarang that the song Genjer-genjer was originally a musical art, now it has become a negative song because it has always been identified with the PKI. This shows that the incident still leaves a network of fear in the community, public discourse on this topic is still polarized in a negative way. Abstract

The Regional Head Election of Labuhanbatu Regency is one of the forums for political participation for the public. The results of the independent candidate's vote in the Labuhanbatu Regency Election 2015 were able to compete with political party candidate. This phenomenon shows the public interest in choosing independent candidates. This research aims to determine how the effect of public perception on interest in choosing independent regional head candidate. Research method uses hypothesis test between X variable (perception) and Y variable (interest) and looks for the relationship between it. Population in research were voters in Rantau Utara District. Research used questionnaire distributed to 100 respondents who were selected through a sampling technique. Data analysis technique using cross tabulation, Pearson correlation and hypothesis test.
