Abstract

ABSTRACT This research using qualitative descriptive method and purposive sampling technic approach. The successful of ForBALI social movement within revocation of SK number 2138/02-CL/HK/2012 about UtilizationwPlanning and Development of Benoa Bay Aquatic Area are using one theory: Charles Tilly Social Movement Theory. The theory of Charles Tilly’s Social Movement had been facilitating the ForBALI’s advocation about Benoa Bay reclamation policy. Discovering ForBALI advocation movement within Charles Tilly social movement namely campaigne and WUNC Display was the purpose of this research and furthermore been succeeded to urge the Governor of Bali for immediately to revoke SK of reclamation permit. The finding of this research was first, Timeline of SK number 2138/02-CL/HK/2012 had proven to violate the procedure. Second, the inconsistency act carried out by the Governor of Bali towards the SK about reclamation permission. Third, the accomplishment ForBALI’s advocation movement had been done through social process involving campaign and WUNC Display. Abstract

ABSTRACT This research have the purpose is to find out the comparison between Tabanan Regency which is dominated by a particular party and Klungkung Regency which is not dominated in the process of determining the APBD to find out how the debate during the process of determining the APBD takes place. Descriptive qualitative research methods used in this research with purposive sampling technique. The findings of this study are that Tabanan Regency is dominated by a dominant party system. This condition causes the determination of APBD in Tabanan Regency without experiencing significant obstacles and debates. Determination of APBD in Klungkung Regency is still multi-stakeholder and experiences quite a lot of debate and the dominant party system and polarized pluralism system directly affect the process of determining the APBD in Tabanan and Klungkung Regencies. Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the recruitment patterns of the three parties in the city of Denpasar who participated in the 2019 elections, namely PSI, PDIP and NasDem using the rational theory of Barbara Geddes: partisanship, meritocratic, survival and compartmentalization. The three parties also have differences in determining the recruitment of legislative candidates for the Denpasar City DPRD. This study uses qualitative methods with comparative characteristics, theory of Barbara Geddes, is that PDIP Recruitment is more directed towards partisanship, The NasDem Party leads to meritocratic, while PSI leads to survival, the goal is that cadres or legislative candidates from PSI are completely new or ways think it is not contaminated with the previous party. Abstract

ABSTRACT The role of the Gus Cilik's Elite in the Padang Sambian Bersatu became interesting in this study by explaining the role of Elite Gus Cilik and Padang Sambian Bersatu in Pakraman Village of Padang Sambian. The theory used by the author owned Elite theory by Suzanne Keller. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative, while data collection techniques are through observation, in-depth interviews and documentation. In this study concluded that Gus Cilik one of factor existence as a political elite will be the result of the support Paguyuban Sambian Bersatu is also influenced by his background as a traditional elite and local elite. Abstract

ABSTRACT This research aims to know the form of coalition that made of PSI towards Bali Governor Election in 2018.. This theory used is Coalition Theories by Arend Lijphart. This research uses qualitative methods with descriptive explanative type. This research find out that, coalition will form that are both connected that is, composed of parties that are adjacent on the policy scale and devoid of unnecessary partners. PSI formed a coalition by considering personal networks between political party elites where they helped communicate the party politics to form a coalition and carry Rai Mantra as a candidate for Bali Governor Election. Second, the harmonization of the DPP and DPW, where the coalition itself could not be possible if it did not get approval from DPP. Keywords : PSI, Coalition, Governor Election, Political Elite

Abstract

ABSTRACT This research aims to know the form of Social-Politic Movement of Teman Ahok towards Province of Jakarta’s Election in 2017. This research uses theoryl of New Social Movement by Nelson A. Pichardo and uses qualitative descriptive method. Sampling technique that is used is purposive sampling. This research shows that the form of Teman Ahok Social-Politic Movement are : first , Teman Ahok arranged a movement called Satu Juta KTP Untuk Ahok to support Ahok for Jakarta’s Election in third quarter of 2015. Teman Ahok was collecting KTP of Jakarta’s people and the target is finished. Second, Teman Ahok uses Social Media to gained peoples who want Ahok to becoming Governor of Jakarta. Third, Teman Ahok was connected with four political parties such as Golkar, Hanura, PSI, and Nasdem while collecting KTP in DKI Jakarta. Abstract

ABSTRACT The involvement of head of district often occurs in every general election indicates a violation against the law of election. In Bali’s Province general election in 2018, found an indication that Badung Regent Nyoman Giri Prasta had already inside one of the campaign structure of Wayan Koster-Cok Ace, who became their head of the campaign. This research examines the effort of Bawaslu to proceed against this case. New Separations of Power and State in Society was a theory in this research which occur the effort of Bawaslu as state support institutions.. This research explains that Bawaslu effort in proceeding a violation against election law in administrative and ethical codes. Balinese Bawaslu couldn’t proceed the allegation findings, showing that Bawaslu has no authority to proceed this case due to their existence only as state support institutions that require aid from other relevant institutions which handle the violation against election law. Abstract

ABSTRACT Political participation is the activity of a person or group of people in influencing the general policies to be taken by the government. Political participation of the people in North Sumatra has decreased from several elections that occurred. This study aims to determine the effect of voting behavior on decreasing political participation. This study uses data collection techniques with a survey method using a questionnaire as the main instrument. The results of this study note that the influence of voting behavior on the decline in political participation. The most significant factor influencing voting behavior is the religious factor. Abstract

ABSTRACT Commission on Elections General as the body organizing the elections that have the authority to carry out ranging from planning to implementation has been duly guarantee in full the political rights of every citizen the country without exception for persons with disabilities in the implementation of the election general. This study aims to describe accessibility of elections for persons with disabilities in the province of Bali, map the perception of the disability in its participation at the time of the election, describing the implementation of CRPD towards the fulfillment of the political rights for persons with disabilities in the province of Bali. This study uses a qualitative approach in explaining the fulfillment of rights Politics for Persons with Disabilities in Bali Province through the Implementation of CRPD. Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to find out how conflicts over land ownership in Kampung Bugis can occur. This study uses conflict theory by Lewis A. Coser and uses descriptive qualitative methods.The results of this study indicate that: first, the conflict between the people of Kampung Bugis with the heirs has occurred since 2008 and re-emerged in 2012 after the ruling from the Supreme Court (MA) cassation No.3081/PDT/2012 for ownership of the land. Secondly, the conflict occurred due to unclear ownership status and land boundaries, differences in the purpose of land use and the lack of community knowledge regarding laws and regulations regarding land issues, especially regarding the procedure for making land certificates. Third, efforts to resolve it through dialogue with related parties have been made but there is no agreement yet. Settlement efforts came from the Bali Turtle Island Development (BTID) as the developer of the Serangan Island area. Keywords : Conflict, Society, Conflict Resolution and Impact
