Abstract

This research aims to know the influence of leadership against the leadership, the influence of organizational culture on quality of service, leadership influence towards customer satisfaction, the influence of organizational culture on quality of service, the influence of organizational culture towards customer satisfaction, influence the quality of service towards customer satisfaction. Research methods using this type of quantitative research. Analysis tools using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The conclusion that the leadership will have an impact on the high culture of the Organization and influence on quality of service, but not directly influential leadership towards customer satisfaction, organizational culture influence on quality of service and customer satisfaction, and quality of service to customer satisfaction in the PT. Abstract

Effort to organize street vendors conducted by the City of Manado rated yet able to provide maximum results in the effort to organize the city, increasing the infestation area and foster the creativity of the local economy. By him the necessary arrangement of vendors who carried through the arrangement of Human Resources, Organizational Structure and Design, and Culture or culture. This study concluded that the arrangement of street vendors in the city of Manado has not been done properly by the arrangement of resources and vendors implementing agency, the lack of proper structuring strategies of Manado City Government and has not been supported by good work culture.

Abstract

The aims of this research are to examine and analyze the part of government employee performance based on the side at work motivation, the ability to work and the labor discipline on the part of Government Employees In Northern Gorontalo District Secretary. This is in accordance with the theory used by Keith Davis which states some factors affecting the achievement of performance such us ability, motivation and discipline. The result of interview should that the general performance of employees on the part of government secretariat district in northern Gorontalo is good enough and it is seen from various aspects of employee performancenamely factor work ability, work motivation and labor disciplin. Abstract

A political party is one of the pillars of democracy and political means to facilitate the political elite in order to achieve a power. Political parties as a container dealer aspirations of the people is expected in the effort to build democracy procedural even the goal with a substantial build democracy. Recruitment is one of the functions of political parties to select figures who have the willingness to participate actively in politics and have the potential to establish a political party and to dedicate themselves to the development of the nation. Recruitment is on the approach to capture political party members and cadres to fight for the partys vision and mission to actualize roles to fill public office gradually and selectively. This study aims to analyze the processes and mechanisms undertaken by the Indonesian Democratic Party of Struggle in determining candidates for regional head in North Minahasa Regency. This study used a qualitative approach. Abstract

Empowerment is an effort to improve the capabilities and potential of the community, so that people can realize the identity, status and dignity to the maximum to survive and develop themselves independently in economic, social, religious and cultural. Government officials today are required to provide the best service for the community, especially in the public service, but the reality in some places one in the village Malalayang Dua subdistrict Malalayang, resource quality apparatus is still questionable it is certainly an impact on excellent service.This study reviews the empowerment for the apparatus in two districts Malalayang Malalayang village, using qualitative research methods, the results of research low levels of education and infrastructure are less likely to cause low quality of village officials so requires empowerment of the above organizations.

Abstract

Students in many learning activities are faced with learning difficulties, family economic problems, problems with school friends and adjustment problems with the applicable regulations. Required by her role and responsibility of parents to support the success of Siwa. This research using qualitative methods seek to reveal the phenomenon behind the role of family communication in the learning success of junior high school students in the city of Manado. From research conducted revealed that family communication that goes well show openness children to parents so that enhance the spirit of the child to learn and excel. However, family communications that do not go well make children have difficulty to deliver all the needs and problems encountered in the study. In such a situation makes the lack of support from parents in supporting children's learning achievement. Keywords: Family Communication, Success study, Students.

Abstract

Implementation of development in the district of Puncak Jaya regency Yamo still found the existence of some constraints affecting the effectiveness of work among employees. Constraints in question concerns the improvement of the quality of personnel resources that are not optimal so that needs to be improved through education, training and staffing in order to perceive the efforts made in the quality of personnel resources to achieve development goals Yamo District of Puncak Jaya. Type of study used a descriptive study using informants determination by purposive sampling, and data collection techniques done in the form of interviews, and literature. Data analysis techniques used qualitatively to make the transcript then arranged in a matrix form and then analyzed using content analysis method of data reduction. The results showed that the quality of personnel resources on civil servants in the District Yamo Puncak Jaya regency is very low resulting in productivity did not correspond with the expectations of society that need special attention from the local government through the development of education, training, and placement of the right employees to improve the quality of the source human.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui dan menganalisis perspektif pemrakarsa kebijakan (the center), pejabat-pejabat pelaksana dilapangan (the periphery), dan kelompok sasaran kebijakan (target group) dalam implementasi kebijakan relokasi pedagang kaki lima kota Manado. Metode yang digunakan oleh peneliti adalah metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Sumber data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Teknik pengumpulan data mencakup wawancara mendalam, observasi dan dokumentasi.Teknik analisis data yang dipakai yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data, serta penarikan kesimpulan dan verifikasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa, kebijakan relokasi pedagang kaki lima (Perda Kota Manado No. 18 Tahun 2002) tidak sesuai lagi dengan Perpres No. 125 Tahun 2012 dan Permendagri No. 41 Tahun 2012, kemanfaatan sosial yang masih belum proporsional, sikap inkosistensi PKL terhadap aturan, serta perilaku aparat pelaksana lapangan yang cenderung transaksional. Dari penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa, implementasi kebijakan relokasi pedagang kaki lima di Kota Manado (Perda Kota Manado No. 18 Tahun 2002) sudah tidak sesuai dengan peraturan di tingkat nasional. Disarankan,  Perda Kota Manado No. 18 Tahun 2002 perlu di tinjau kembali , juga perlu adanya penerapan zonafikasi, desiminasi kebijakan, serta pengawasan dan evaluasi secara berkala oleh Pemerintah Kota Manado. Abstract

Organizational climate becomes very important because it is a place everyone to run its activities. It is undeniable that modern humans became a member of various organizations, all of which are intended to facilitate the achievement of objectives, interests and personal needs are becoming increasingly complex, especially physical needs. In an attempt to fulfill the needs of a physical nature, humans make a living through the efforts of an employee in something specific organizations, both within the government and among private. This study examines the influence of organizational climate and organizational culture on employee satisfaction, this research is located in the Office of Manado City, this is because the land office clerk in the city of Manado utilize organizational climate is not so disciplined and cause its impact on service to the community. This study uses a quantitative method used to test the theory.
