Abstract

Municipal Waterworks in Tomohon City is a state-owned enterprise that aim to provide service to the community, especially in Tomohon city. In the process Municipal Waterworks Tomohon city still has many fault become an obstacle  the performance of employees  have an impact on the quality of the service to customer . The aim of this study is to The Influence of  Performance  Employees on the Quality of Service in the Municipal Waterworks (PDAM) in Tomohon City.The methodology used was quantitative research. This research Municipal Waterworks used in Tomohon city . The population is all employees of PDAM Tomohon and all customers. The total sample of 145 respondents. Data analysis are validity and reliability, the classic assumption test and followed by multiple linear regression analysis. Results of this study found that a positive or significant influence on the performance of employees consisting a few of variables of quantity, quality, time, cost, and place and space to service quality in Municipal Waterworks  ( PDAM ) in Tomohon city. Simultaneously has a different effect between employee performance to service quality in Municipal Waterworks   (PDAM) in Tomohon city. It is suggested for  Municipal Waterworks   ( PDAM) in Tomohon City should increase the performance of employees consisting of quantity, quality, time, cost, and place and space so that the quality of service has increased.

Abstract

Allowance for employee performance based on efforts to increase the motivation and discipline as well as boost productivity Civil Servants in the scope of the Provincial Government of North Sulawesi . This study aimed to analyze the effectiveness of regional performance benefits of employees in the Civil Service Agency of North Sulawesi Province . By using a qualitative design , the study concluded that administration of performance-based performance benefits of civil servants in the Regional Employment Board has not efekif make employees have the ability to adjust , resulting in job performance and job satisfaction . The determination of the amount of allowances to her performance based on workload analysis not tingkaan positions and classes , tailored to the competency -based reward system . Keywords : Effectiveness, Performance Benefits, Employee.

Abstract

Employees in carrying out its duties and functions not in accordance with the vision, mission, goals and objectives of the work as a reflection of the application of the basic values ​​of work culture as the State apparatus. This research was conducted with the aim of analyzing the culture of employees working at the General Secretariat of the Regional Bureau of North Sulawesi to the design used is qualitative .This study concludes that the work culture in the agency has not fully unite the way of thinking , behaving and acting employees who look at the work discipline, openness, mutual respect and cooperation. By her need to make adjustments to the work culture of the organization working with the leader become exemplary in every execution of tasks that can be manifested in attitudes and behavior on a daily basi . Keywords : Work Culture, Employees, Public Organization

Abstract

In agricultural development, which became one of the main problems, especially for the farmers is the lack of capital. One attempt to overcome these problems the government is to provide social assistance to the petani.Tujuan of this study examines the Farmer Empowerment Through Social Assistance Fund Granting In-Cash Transfers To Farmers Group Optimization in the Context of Wetland In Minahasa.Based on the results of this study concluded that social assistance In-Cash Transfers To Farmers Group Optimization in the Context of Wetland In Minahasa can empower groups especially in strengthening capital, the provision and rehabilitation of agricultural infrastructure and facilities, institutional capacity building and human resource capacity as well as tackling poverty group of inability trying farmer so that the agricultural production process can still take place. Keywords: Farmer Empowerment Fund, Social Assistance

Abstract

This research study analyzes the behavior of students in SMPN 8 Manado. The data used in this research is secondary data is data collected from interviews with informants and secondary data is data that is collected through the article, literratur, journals and internet sites). Based on the results of the study, researchers analyzed that study the behavior of the students at SMPN 8 Manado unfavorable. Like truant, did not want to do chores, like storytelling in the classroom, nonchalance cuh to lessons, often ask permission out while studying, and do not obey the rules. The behavior of students in learning, whether it's bad behavior and bad behavior can not be separated from the role and responsibilities of a teacher as an educator. Attitudes and behavior of a student in teaching and learning activities closely related to the role of the teacher in teaching. Abstract

Participatory development model can be regarded as a form of reaction to management development paradigm or neo-liberalism is closely modeled on the many failures. The purpose of this study was to mengenalisis types of community participation in the National Program for Community Empowerment Taas Urban Village District of Manado city Tikala through the stages of planning and decision-making, implementation, utilization and evaluation of activities.The conclusion of this study is the village community Taas Tikala Manado city districts participate actively in decision-making, implementation, and utilization as well as the maintenance of the results of the activities, but still less involvement in the evaluation. It is recommended that people should take an active part in the evaluation, because at this stage is considered as feedback can provide input for the improvement of the implementation of the program / activity further. Keywords: Participation, Community Empowerment

Abstract

Analyse of local political attitude elite to major  election in Manado city depicting that positive attitude of Political Elite and also society and government to implementation of Pilkada in Manado City later. Some factor is assumed as impeller incidence of various problem at one particular area is : Collective Hardness and Mass Riot, Economics difference, political and social deprivasi, and primordialisme factor, like etnisitas and religion. There are seven strategic step in order to realizing implementation of Pilkada : Profesioalisme and Independency of KPUD, Role and Function of Parpol, Institute of Panwas, Role Of Self-Supporting Institute of Society (LSM), Reposition Role Of Government Officer Security, Role of Mass Media in Education of Politics, Sincerity and of siding Mass media. From three the finding hence can be concluded that 1)Positive attitude of Elite, Society and Government shall follow-up with existence of agreement between various side to realizing peaceful and peaceful Pilkada 2) the Various conflict that happened at area which will and have implementation of Pilkada have to anticipate early possible by approach among various side area and also always entangle society in every even and process of Pilkada as according to rule going into effect 3) Very expected by support and cooperation  from various of  side exist in area for the shake of its form of expectation with in the next Pilkada . Therefore suggested that by there is action of positive attitude of Local Elite to implementation of PILKADA Manado City.. In this case Elite becoming measuring rod in society have to really show of  good Attitude in order to implementation of the next PILKADA  because process of grab people conscience non by way of allowing all way for it

Abstract

Empowerment of rural communities in the education sector is the policy of national community empowerment program implemented by the government incessantly , especially in rural communities various sectors . Reality shows in the implementation of the program in the district of Kuala Kencana Pemberdyaan optimally yet felt by the villagers .By using qualitative descriptive approach was found that the cause of empowerment of rural communities in the education sector in the district of Kuala Kencana less than optimal due to lack of awareness of the importance of education , and the awareness of parents to send children still lacking because of the constraints of social status and economic factors of society . Empowerment requires educators who are able , followed by infrastructure , the availability and the need to implement programs for the empowerment of the education sector in accordance with the aspirations of the community to develop the potential that exists. Keywords : Empowerment , Community , Education

Abstract

Kawasi village social life before 2005 was very orderly and organized and put together in every social life. However, reality shows there are currently several changes in the value / norm is happening in the community Kawasi. By using a qualitative design of this study attempts to analyze the behavior of social and economic life of society in Region Trimega PT Bangun Persada In the village Obi Kawasi District of South Halmahera in North Maluku province.The results showed that the presence of industry which is managed by the company PT Trimega Bangun Persada (TBP) in the village Kawasi economically very helpful changes in the revenue structure of society, children were able to continue their education to university level as well as health care and transportation has been very available. However, the advances in tandem with behavioral deviation which is characterized by erosion of the value of the customs, mutual cooperation and social norms of society, so that people's lives are more likely to imitate Kawasi modern lifestyle is presented from the outside. Keywords: Behavior, Social Economy, Society

Abstract

In the city of Manado in urban poverty reduction programs have been implemented since 2004, including in the district of Singkil. Of the various program implementation still poses various problems both of implementing itself or of public perception. This study was conducted to analyze public perception Singkil District of the city of Manado on the National Program for Community Empowerment Urban. The research method used in this study is qualitative.The results showed that the public perception Singkil District of Manado on the National Program for Community Empowerment Urban has undergone a change from project orientation to orientation goals. However, changes in the public's perception is not followed by the role of the Institute for Community Self-reliance in carrying out the task of mentoring. Advised him to undertake capacity building and functioning of the Institute for Community Self-Reliance in order to carry out the task of mentoring
