Abstract

The interaction between man and man became a necessity to make ends meet. This study was conducted to determine and analyze the social interaction that occurs in the community in the Village of Central District of Matuari Manembo Nembo Bitung as a scientific development, especially the development of power cracked management science in the study of resource management. This study used a qualitative method with the main data comes from interviews with informants is a representation of the village government, environmental coconut, minahasa ethnic communities, ethnic communities Sangihe, Javanese ethnic communities and ethnic communities Gorontalo and other supporting data obtained through direct observation and the use of related documents . The conclusion of this study is the social interaction that occurs in communities in Sub-nembo Manembo Middle District of Matuari Bitung relating to cooperation seen in everyday life, birth, marriage and kinship systems. Abstract

Government decentralization implementation is realized by granting autonomy to the region aims to enable the region to improve the effectiveness and efficiency in governance in the context of public service and implementation of development. Reality shows government officials have not been able to provide a quality service to the public in accordance community expectations. Abstract

Sam Ratulangi University as one of the major universities are very concerned will be given public service employees, to the competence of the employees is a problem that is considered by the leadership, because without a good employee competence given the public service will not be maximized. The research methodology used is that while the survey is descriptive analytical method. The target population in this study is that there are employees in the Central Office and the University of Sam Ratulangi University Students Sam Ratulangi, with a total sample as many as 113. The data were analyzed by using multiple linear regression statistical correlation. From this study it can be concluded that Altogether employee competence, namely the concept of self (Self Concept), the competence of employees that employee knowledge and competence of the employees that employee skills a positive effect on improving the quality of public services in the Central Office of Sam Ratulangi University. Abstract

One of the efforts to achieve the goals in an organization is the implementation of an efficient public relations and effective. The purpose in this paper is to analyze the role of Public Relations at PT. Telkomsel Grapari Branch Manado. The methodology used is qualitative, data were collected through observation, interviews and literature studies. The number of informants 17 people. The data obtained were related to the role of public relations then analyzed through categorization and data reduction. The final conclusion is that the role of public relations in Grapari Telkomsel Branch Manado, in this case has not been running with good views of the function as a communicator and as a relationship. So that should make improvements human resources through training, as well as in the form of the existing service system in Grapari Telkomsel Branch Manado. Abstract

Human resource development that occurs in pemerrintah personnel and the general public can not be separated from factors outside or from within. Homeyo District is one of the names of the seven district in Intan Jaya district. Human resource development that occurs in the government and public officials Homeyo District mainly because of education, knowledge. Factors driving force includes contact with the culture that comes from the West, another public system open, heterogeneous population consisting of several genera such as Bagubau, Bagau, Belau, Kobogau, Selegani, Tipagau, Mayani, Hagimuni, Miagoni, Migau, Wandagau, Japugau, Duwitau, Zanambani, Wamuni, Jagani, Holombau, as well as future-oriented society, but other things, that hinder the process of development of human resources, among others, is to have a level of education and knowledge are low both education and nono fromal fromal.   Keywords: Development, Human Resources, Education, Training

Abstract

Employee welfare is a form of welfare services provided by the company to the employees who have given power, mind and their services. Company Parties have an obligation to make efforts to motivate employees to provide benefits that can improve employee productivity. Welfare programs provided by the company to employees of PT. Royal Coconut North Minahasa yet either. Using qualitative methodology, research results show that the well-being of employees is not a good idea due to the PT. Royal Coconut not impose the maximum employee welfare services in terms of economic, facilities, and welfare services. Key Words: werlfare, imployee, economis, service, and facility

Abstract

This study aims to peel identifier factors of employment status on the educated working age population in North Sulawesi. Moreover, in this paper also calculated the deficit of decent work opportunities in North Sulawesi in 2015. Sources of key data used in the analysis and calculations using secondary data Sakernas 2013. Methods of analysis using multinomial logistic regression. Processing results obtained three significant variables: age, number of household members who work, and gender. Logistic regression models were obtained form 68.6% concordance rate. For a decent amount of work that needs to be createdat least 107 thousands between 2012 and 2015 or 35 thousands per year, if the target of 6.62% poverty rate and unemployment rate of 3.94% in 2015 to be achieved. The study recommends further research by incorporating several new variables among household income. Government needs to empower the productive population and women. Other decent employment targets also need to be developed such as a decrease in youth unemployment.   Keywords: Labor, Population of Working Age

Abstract

Indigenous peoples Togutil tribe in East Halmahera, categorized primitive tribes but why can soidaritas well maintained compared to modern society in identical scientific community. This study used a qualitative descriptive method. This study aims to describe and understand the behavior patterns of public interest as it is in the context Togutil intact so as to describe the properties Togutil public interest in life activities. Based on the research results can be concluded that the customs of the strong role that social solidarity terbentiknya Togutil in the District of North Maba. For Togutil tribe who remained in the forest or in the three villages namely in Forest Tribe Togutil is keeping customs, strong solidarity with others around the settlement. So the authors suggest Togutil tribal communities in the District of North Freshmen need to keep the preservation of culture / customs and leave the lifestyle that can not accept social change. Abstract

Implementation of Developments Strategic Plan through the village in the district of North Aifat Maybrat - West Papua has not been effective when linked to the aims of the RESPEK program itself that is the creation of an independent village prosperous society. RESPEK implementation will work well if starting from the planning, implementation and supervision of running well. The method used in this research was qualitative. Data obtained by using three ways: interviews, observation and documentation. The informants determined by purposive in total amounting to 23 peoples. Data were analyzed descriptively. From these results of this research it can be concluded that the ineffective management of RESPEK in the district of North Aifat Maybrat caused by (1) the ineffective planning, notimplementeddeliberationsvillage by the Village Council Head to plan what needs to be built, there was no public participation in the formulation of things what will be built using funds of Respect, the reason people do not participate because there is no consensus that done by the village government. (2) The implementation of development which uses a source of funds of RESPEK misses the point and not in accordance with the operating instructions of activities. Education, women's credit (SPP) and the infrastructure was not running optimally. (3) Supervision, no oversight of the government's RESPEK program management, while people also keep an eye on but no socialization of the government about how the flow monitoring and reporting on violations found, so that peoples often fight with TPKK. Abstract

One of the survey elaborated on teenager dating behavior is youth RPJMN. Respondents in this survey are unmarried teenager on the range age between 15-24 years old who are selected in the family’s survey. Analyses are needed in order to make this survey being useful. The data resources used in this analysis are the results from 2013 RPJMN. The results stated 95% had handrails, 63% had kissed, and 24% had touched/stimulate their couple’s body. All of these percentages are above the national average. Furthermore, for the teenager percentages who had sexual intercourse both man and women are also above the national standard. In details, 13 % man teenager and 7 % women teenager had sexual intercourse. Based on those survey, there are some suggestions, firstly, the attendance of PIK R/M on schools or universities must be more active. It is necessary to socializing the genre with proactive system from BKKBN coordinate with the Department of Education. The may come to the schools coupled with utilizing counseling teachers who have been trained by BKKBN. The existence of religious leaders, community and traditional leaders who have been trained in the KKB program and PK BKKBN program should be empowered, because they are figures whose close to the people (teenagers and parents).
