Abstract

Abstract

Municipal Waterworks in Tomohon City is a state-owned enterprise that aim to provide service to the community, especially in Tomohon city. In the process Municipal Waterworks Tomohon city still has many fault become an obstacle the performance of employees have an impact on the quality of the service to customer . The aim of this study is to The Influence of Performance Employees on the Quality of Service in the Municipal Waterworks (PDAM) in Tomohon City. The methodology used was quantitative research. This research Municipal Waterworks used in Tomohon city . The population is all employees of PDAM Tomohon and all customers. The total sample of 145 respondents. Data analysis are validity and reliability, the classic assumption test and followed by multiple linear regression analysis. Results of this study found that a positive or significant influence on the performance of employees consisting a few of variables of quantity, quality, time, cost, and place and space to service quality in Municipal Waterworks  ( PDAM ) in Tomohon city. Simultaneously has a different effect between employee performance to service quality in Municipal Waterworks   (PDAM) in Tomohon city. It is suggested for  Municipal Waterworks   ( PDAM) in Tomohon City should increase the performance of employees consisting of quantity, quality, time, cost, and place and space so that the quality of service has increased

Abstract

The presence of aberrant behavior by individuals in the organization of the bureaucracy is the actualization of attitude and action because of the particular motivation. Even poor behavior in the service of long standing and alleged bureaucratic apparatus, both individually and through the existing structures. This study aims to explore the meanings associated with the behavior of employees in the Ministry of Religious North Sulawesi to the scientific development in the field of resource management.Based on the results of research and discussion, the conclusion of this study is that the behavior of employees based on ability, attitude and motivation are not yet fully realize the excellent religious services to the community at the Regional Office of the Ministry of Religious North Sulawesi. So the need to improve employment through the creation of minimum service standards and standardized procedures Operations which are specified at religious services, equip employees with the ability to cultivate empathy through training service excellen, increased activity of togetherness that involves all elements of employee for strengthening attitudes that support the smooth working, increase the motivation of employees to openly implement a promotion based on merit and strict monitoring in the promotion and provision of benefits to make work motivation of employees focused on improving the performance and image of the institution. Keywords: Behavior Ability, Attitude Motivation

Abstract

Finance Division Headquarters Sam Ratulangi University has the responsibility to work in the financial management of operational support work in both the revenue and expenditure in the financial by fourteen honorary workers. But the execution of the work contract officers confronted a lot of work on the implementation of exceeding hours of work , are not provided with the training , the lack of support means of supporting employment , work does not match the job description , frequent transfer of jobs from permanent employees . This fact clearly indicates undescribed empowerment carried out by elements of leadership and organization to the temporary employees . By him this study aims to analyze the causes have not progressed empowerment of temporary employees. The study concluded that the cause has not progressed empowerment honorary staff in the Finance Department Headquarters Sam Ratulangi University because it is not the function of enabling, facilitating, consulting, collaborating, mentoring and supporting of the elements of leadership as the party who perform the function of empowering the temporary employees are empowered. By it needs to make improvements through the provision of training in financial management for the field work in both pre-employment and a way to involve the training activities carried out by institutions, complementary means of employee by way of structuring the workspace, increase the number of computer and move the file documents / asrip finance, sanction civil servants who deliberately delegate work that is beyond the authority of the honorary workers and facilitate labor fees for menjadaptkan salary according to standard provincial minimum wage, overtime and fight for the benefits of other health insurance. Keywords : Empowerment, Honorary Staff, Finance

Abstract

villagers with PT Gane Permai Sentosa Company.The aim of research to describe and analyze the implementation of community empowerment through its Corporate Social Responsibility PT GanePermai Sentosa company Kawasivillage Obi districts of South Halmahera regency North Molucca province. This study used qualitative methods. The data can be used that interview and documentation of observations.This study aims to describe and analyze the community development through Corporate Social Responsibility ProgramPTGane Permai Sentosa. Research result in Kawasi village of Obi district South Halmahera. The company has not acted upon that community empowerment is Fisherman's Village of Kawasi, Garden Road 1500 Meter, Making concrete fence, Drenase Making, Making Harbour Bridge. While community empowerment that has been undertaken by the company, but has not fulfilled properly, namely: Farmers, Building 93 Housing, Giving scholarships to children who went on Bachelors Degrees and Masters, Building worship places of Muslims (Mosque) and Christian worship places (Church) and Junior High School. Abstract

Indonesia adopts a democratic system in  goverment. Some issue from useing democracy system in Indonesia which is the Regional Heads Electing (Direct electing). Although  Religion was a  vehicle to achieve purpose of these  groups. Purpose to analizing  the occured  from the impact of Internal Conflict  in Evangelican Christian Church in 2013. The result of this research indicate social conflict in  Evangelican Christian Church post North Maluku Governors electing  in 2013, explicity and clearly commited by BPHS result in dorume  that GMIH reform movement arose by elments of regional heads who lost in governor direct electing battle in North Maluku with utilised constituent to breakdown the solidarity in GMIH life. The suggestion of this research would give an impact toward church organisation included the pastors and church commitee should not engage into  practically politics activity or become politics commitee. Pastors who had structurally ocuppation should not involved in  the pratical politics ( take care the Party, to be a candidate of Council, KPU, and Regent /Vise Regent, Governor/Vise Governor). Local Goverment in this case North Halmahera Regent and Local Citizen Council Delegation (DPRD) must quick respons to watch Church complication problems and find out the right solution. Abstract

Satu hal yang tidak dapat dipungkiri bahwa dalam sebuah negara yang percaya dan menganut system demokrasi peran dan partisipasi masyarakat merupakan sebuah indikator penting.Demikian juga bagi Indonesia yang kini menggunakan praktek demokrasi perwakilan, sangatlah memerlukan peran dan partisipasi politik secara signifikan dari masyarakat.Ironisnya hal yang diharapkan tersebut belum dapat diwujudkan.Hal itu terbukti bahkan hingga era reformasi telah bergulir satu decade lebih persoalan partisipasi politik masyarakat terus mengalami fluktuasi yang tidak bisa dikatakan membanggakan.Bahkan dia terus menjadi persoalan dalam pelaksanaan berbagai progam dari pemerintah, termasuk dalam penyelenggaraan pemilihan umum (pemilu). Komisi Pemilihan Umum Daerah Kota Bitung sebagai lembaga yang berwenang menyelenggarakan pemilu berdasarkan UU Nomor 15 tahun 2011, secara jujur telah mengaku dalam menjalankan tugasnya masih banyak mengalami hambatan walaupun berbagai upaya telah banyak dilakukan. Upaya dimaksud diantaranya adalah terus mensosialisasikan pelaksanaan pemilu kepada masyarakat pemilih dengan harapan masyarakat agar turut berperan aktif dalam proses demokrasi tersebut.   Kata Kunci : Evaluasi, Partisipasi Politik, Pemilihan Umum Legislatif.

Abstract

Traditional ceremony in public life has a purpose to establish the relationship between human beings , between man and nature and between man and God . CokaIba is a traditional ceremony performed by people in these three areas in the district Halmahera Tengah are Patani, Weda and Maba. This is ceremony held on eachcommemorate the great day of Islam is Prophet Muhammad 'sMaulid. This study used qualitative methods. Data obtained by the observation and deep interview. The research aims to describe the process of the ceremony, analyzingmeaning of symbols and changes in the CokaIba ceremony. The research carried in Weda district Halmahera Tengah by focusing on the implementation process of the ceremony and symbolic meaning of CokaIba ceremony for Weda society. The research, researchers conducted observations, documentation and interviews with key informants know about the object of research .IbaCokaceremonywasconductedbyWeda societyuntil now. Abstract

Modernization of a society can occur if a positive impact for instance on modern settlements, life and technological equipment. Changes among Bajo North Sanana especially at customs due to the absence of delivery systems in the form of inheritance from generation to generation to the younger generation, other factors that could be habituation concept of education and the economy. So as to change the lifestyle of the people of North Sanana of  Bajo from the traditional to the modern lifestyle. The results showed that the modernization of the general public in Bajo in North Sanana is affecting the change of the customs that have been used since. As for some of the factors triggering the change are as follows: The modern settlement could lead to competition among North Sanana of Bajo community in terms of building their homes, Economic Improvement is helpful to community`s income of Bajo community in North Sanana, because now people are able to live independently in Bajo as traders, as well as opening other small businesses, With the North Sanana Bajo village education so that they can help their children to attend school and continue on to Higher Education, The means of modern life, especially in the fishing equipments that can help the village of Bajo in North Sanana ease when searching for sustenances in the sea, because the work average in Bajo are as fishermen. Abstract

District of Airmadidi is one of North Minahasa District in the construction while the major project where the role of the community is expected to support the development programs that exist, one of which development planning. The purpose of this study was to determine the Community participation in activities musrenbang in villages / wards in District Airmadidi but in reality people's participation is still low recorded in the documents of Villages of the activities that brought the level of the District Musrenbang then District only a small portion can be realized. This is causing apathy and skepticism of some people to engage in Musrenbang. This study used qualitative research methods, by conducting interviews, observation and use of documents that are directly related, with a sample of two villages and two villages in the District Airmadidi. Results of research on the level of community participation in Development Planning Village / wards in District Airmadidi North Minahasa Regency, it can be concluded that there are differences in the participation of rural communities and communities that exist in the village where the people in the village a more pro-active in Musrenbang compared to existing communities in the Village District of Airmadidi that apathy toward musrenbang activities based on the information obtained through interviews in several informants in the village and village.
