To obtain theconformity level between TI goal and institutional goal, itneeds a measurement of conformity level between the twogoals by using COBIT 4.1.The result finding of the research is the conformity levelbetween TI goal and institutional goal is obtained andstands at Defined level because the average of TI processeshas been above the international level standard as 2.5(Guldentops, 2000). Even though the average of TIprocesses has been over the international level standard, there are still some TI processes below the internationalstandard, so it requires recommendation to increase theconformity between TI goal and institutional goal to reacha higher level.KEY WORDS: Maturity level, Expected, InformationSystem, Asset Management, COBIT

Abstract

In this paper, we study the zero forcing (ZF) algorithm fora two hop multiple-input multiple-output (MIMO) relaycommunication system consisting of one source node, onerelay node, and one destination node. We consideramplify-and-forward (AF) strategy at relay node anddestination node, respectively. We propose Pre-ZFequalization on the transmitter side. We have evaluatedthe proposed system by comparing with existingalgorithms. The proposed Pre-ZF equalization algorithmhas a significant improvement in the system bit-error-rate(BER) performance.Key words: multiple-input multiple-output (MIMO),MIMO relay networks, relay system, beamforming, zeroforcing.

Abstract

Fuzzy inference system is a computing framework basedon fuzzy set theory, fuzzy rules in the form of IF-THEN,and fuzzy reasoning. Fuzzy inference system receivesinput crisp. This input is then sent to a knowledge base thatcontains fuzzy rules in the form of IF-THEN. Fire strengthwill be sought at every rule. If the number of rules is morethan one, it will be the aggregation of all the rules.Furthermore, the aggregation results will be defuzzy to getcrisp value as output system (Kurniawan, 2004).The method used in building this system is the method ofTsukamoto fuzzy inference system. Tsukamoto method isan extension of the monotonous reasoning. In Tsukamotomethod, each consequent upon the rules that forms If -Then shall be represented by a fuzzy set membershipfunctions are monotone. The results of this study are to predict number ofinformation systems on corn production in the SPSS SouthLampung District Court and to get the desired resultsKEY WORDS: corn production information system, theprediction system
