The data collecting techniquesused are interview, observation, and document analysisbased on theme. To gain the data validity the triangulationis used. The research sample is taken by using purposivesampling technique i.e. headmaster section, vice qualitymanagement, curriculum and student affairs. The result of the research indicates that the firstcommitment of the decision maker and executivepersonnel in the implementation of SMM ISO 9001:2008is not optimal, so (a) the achievement of vision is notmade; (b) the quality target is not recapitulated based onthe schedule, it is caused by lack of executive personnel sknowledge on SMM ISO 9001:2008 and the lack ofTUPOKSI of the executive personnel which causesoverloaded works to particular executive personnel; (c)several quality targets are not reached especially atinternal student customer satisfaction on the teacher s jobperformance and extracurricular activities, it is caused byweak monitoring and being infirm of the leader towardlaw/rule-breaking; (d) the internal audit finding andexternal audit finding working on similar problems andthe awareness to follow up the finding forced. Both effortsof vice quality management are (a) monitoring is includedinto the element of quality target counting, (b) revisingVision, Mission and Target of Quality of the school, (c)doing coaching over sections completely on responsibilitytaker and executive personnel, adding information onSMM ISO by sticking banners, making proposals ontraining activity or workshop as refreshment of SMMISO. Abstract

In this paper, we design the optimal relay matricesfor multiple-input multiple-output (MIMO) relay communicationsystems with parallel relay nodes using the projected gradient(PG) approach. We show that the optimal relay amplifyingmatrices have a beamforming structure. Using the optimalstructure, the relay power loading algorithm is developed tominimize the mean-squared error (MSE) of the signal waveformestimation at the destination node. Simulation result demonstratethe effectiveness of the proposed relay amplifying matrix withmultiple parallel relay nodes using the PG approach in the systembit-error-rate performance.Index Terms—MIMO relay, parallel relay network, beamforming,non-regenerative relay, projected gradient.

Food security among senior citizen is a new phenomenon inthe caring of senior citizens. Apart from making foodaffordable with the required nutrients, sustainability of thesupply at affordable prices is of utmost importance. Relyingon government funds as in most care centers in Malaysia;and donations in providing food to enhance the better healthqualities is not sustainable. In a Laureate project involving aliving lab in the outskirts of Kuala Lumpur, we piloted acaring service to transform the well-being of the seniorcitizens. With the community assets available in the vicinityof the lab, we present a proposal on monetizing thecommunity assets available around the senior citizen’shome. Solving the food security problem will beapproached from the perspective of social entrepreneurshipwhere an initial proposal of a community based foodsecurity project is proposed, known as the Enterprise SocialPreneur Project. This paper will introduce the trends of theaging society in Malaysia and define food security in thecontext of social entrepreneurship. This will be followed bya description of the Laureate project at the Al-Fikrah LivingLab where the idea of food security started. The nextsection will discussed on the findings of the communityassets and finally propose a solution to ensure sustainabilityof the food security and caring services from among thesenior citizens.KEY WORDS: Social business, enterprise social preneur, Food Safety,Health Qualities, Senior Citizen, Al-Fikrah Living Lab.
