Tohelp the health department or other parties to map thespread of the diseases as well as to broadcast theinformation easily to the citizen, thus it is important todevelop a system that able to provide data based ongograpfical. Furthermore, the data should be easily to beaccesed.To enable related parties to be able to collect,store, and analyze the spread of skin disease particularlyin Lampung Province Indonesia, a geographicalinformation system has been developed. <![CDATA[This study examines the relationship of professionalethics audittoward auditors opinion:auditorprofessionalismand dysfunctional behavior asintervening Variable. This research was conducted at thebankingindustryfirm in Bandar Lampung and auditors asthe sample. The data was collected by using aquestionnaire. This research represents the empirical testwhich used censuc sampling. Data analysis uses SEMAmos programs. Result of hypothesis examinationindicate that from three hypothesis raised, all of itaccepted. <![CDATA[This study is aimed at examining the relationshipbetween corporate governance mechanisms andearnings management with voluntary disclosure(voluntary disclosure) as a moderating variable.Corporate governance is proxied and measured byManagerial Ownership (MGR) Institutional Ownership(INST), board size (BSIZE), and the independentCommissioner (KI). Voluntary Disclosure of EarningsManagement proxied in this study uses the value ofdiscretionary accruals, and Voluntary Disclosure isproxied by the disclosure index. The population of thisstudy is all listed manufacturing companies in IndonesiaStock Exchange from 2006 to 2011.The results of this study are first, there is an empiricalevidence to suggest that there are negative effects ofdiscretionary accruals managerial ownership,institutional ownership and a positive influence on thesize of the board of directors. Overall, these results areconsistent with research conducted by Pranata (2003)and Rajgopal (1998) that managerial ownership andinstitutional ownership become a constraint on earningsmanagement practice. Second, testing the relationshipbetween voluntary disclosure mechanism betweencorporate governance and discretionary accruals indicatethat the earnings management practices will be carriedout if the company is getting a lot of information. Theseresults are consistent with the research conducted byAryati (2003). Third, the composition of theindependent commissioner was not statisticallysignificant to the earnings management measures, andvoluntary testing of these revelations on the relationshipbetween the practice of earnings management andcorporate governance mechanisms remains to show thatthe composition of an independent commissioner is notsignificant. <![CDATA[Investors often find it difficult to valuate andpurchase stocks with good performance that provideoptimum yields. Inadequate information regarding how tomake good investments is one of the main reasons whypeople lose interest to invest in capital market. Thepurpose of this research is to find a stock performancemeasurement model by using accounting and financialmanagement system that is made by using the informationfrom stocks turnover ratio and risk level of stocks. Thisperformance measurement model can be an important toolfor investors to identify the stock performance factor.Therefore, investors can valuate and purchase stocks withoptimum performance and yields.US Dollar (USD)/ Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) ratehas significantly negative influence on IndonesianComposite Price Index (IHSG) movement since adepreciation of IDR discourages investors to invest inIndonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). Therefore, the investorsdivert their investments from stock market to foreignexchange market to arbitrage. Straits Times Index (STI)has significantly positive influence on IHSG sinceSingapore and Indonesia share common investors thatcauses the movement of STI is followed by the movementof IHSG.KEYWORDS: Performance, Mutual Funds, Risk Stock.]]>

With this stock mutual fundperformance measurement model so that can be tool ofimportant information for investor, society about theinvestment will have good potency of financial and themajor elements causeof the performance of that mutualfunds in capital market. Therefore, society can value andchoose mutual fund which be able to give performance andoptimalization in benefit especially in capital market.Explanatory research, this research has the goal to explainthe relationship between the research variable through thehypotheses based on the data, such as: rotation stage andrisk stage concerning the stock of mutual fund performance.Multiple regression analysis will be used to test the effectof two or more independent variables on the dependentvariable . independent variable in this research is rotationstage and risk stage. <![CDATA[The effort of marketing strategies are meant tomaintain the compnay life, so it is necessary todetermine the right marketing strategies in order thatthe market segment of the Lampung Post dailynewspaper (SKH Lampung Post) can be maintainedor increased. The Lampung Post needs to determinethe right marketing strategies to maintain the marketsegment.The formulation of the problem in the research iswhether the special price on the Lampung Post has aneffect on the buying interest of the students of IBIDarmajaya Bandar Lampung. The research is aimedat measuring how much the special price on theLampung Post affect the buying interest of thestudents of IBI Darmajaya Bandar Lampung. Themethod used in the research is descriptive and thetype of the research is associative. The population isall students of IBI Darmajaya as 2167 students, thenthe sample is taken as 96 respondents.The result of regression equation obtained isY=0,218+1,380X which means that special pricevariable (X) has a positive effect on the buyinginterest with regression coefficient as 1.380 meaningthat if the special price variable increase 1, so thebuying interest will increase as 1.380. there is apositive and significant effect of special price on theLampung Post (X) on buying interest of the studentsod IBI Darmajaya because tcount > ttable ((7,998)>t table(1,662) nilai sig 0,000 < 0,05.KEY WORDS : Price strategy, buying interest]]>

<![CDATA[One effort to help people in continuing their education is through a scholarship program. Currently there are many scholarship programs from the government and state-owned enterprises or private. With the help of these educational, students race to achieve in order to offset the cost of education which is currently quite expensive. The number of students applying for the scholarship would require a separate time to filter out students who meet the requirements and then rank students based on the criteria of the scholarship. The complexity of the problems occur because each criterion has its own priority. Screening and grading manually would require considerable time and susceptible to human error. This research, developed automatic screening and decision support system to rank students according to given criteria. The method used is analytical hierarchycal process (AHP) to give weight to each criterion based on its priority, and the technique for order of preference by similarity to ideal solution (TOPSIS) to rank students based on its values of each criterion. By construct this decision support system, then selecting scholarship recipients can be faster and valid. The system that was built provide recommendations by rank students based on the final calculation.KEY WORDS: Decision Support System, AHP, TOPSIS, Scholarship.]]>

<![CDATA[IBI Darmajaya is one of private university that located onBandar lampung which still use manual attendance.that isuse attendance book every time student come or leave theclass. This final report has a purpose to build anattendance system prototype that use a RFID technologywhich is integrated with arduino to increase the disciplineattitude program of student s honesty IBI Darmajaya.The prototype of RFID attendance system consist ofseveral main components such as tags and card that willbe used in KTM (Kartu Tanda Mahasiswa) and reader thatwill be used to read the information related to the studentattendance. The result of this final project is a prototype ofRFID for student attendance which has a function to storestudent s attendace data, with a maximum range 5cm anda minimum read 0,7 second to do an optimalfunctionability.KEY WORDS : Student Attendance System, RFID]]>
