Abstract

Farmers were the main target of modernization. Capitalism dictated the physicality of women as ideal as possible by providing needs (which are actually desires) that support women's beauty. women's physical were modified according to the wishes of the market with the aim of been able to hegemony other women. Whereas female farmers were serious challengers of modernization and were considered as a barrier to an advanced society, because it did not follow the times. Actually, the main purpose of modernization was development that exploited natural resourced. When farmers did not want to leave their land, natural resourced as the main fuel for development will be threatened. Karangsewu female farmers prefer chose land as a living space rather than development offers that had the potential to threaten the living space and environmental sustainability, because the independent economic resourced of women in Karangsewu came from the land.

Abstract

This study aims to examine how much influence the lifestyle of modern female investors in the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the city of Palembang. The object of this research is the Women's Investor in the Indonesian Stock Exchange capital market in Palembang City. The sample collection method uses non-probability sampling techniques and sampling techniques based on judgmental sampling. Samples were taken as many as 150 female investors in the city of Palembang. Test data analysis using Structural Equation Model (SEM) software.The results of the tests that have been carried out show that: first, the investment variable has a positive and significant effect on the variable of modern female investors in the Indonesia Stock Exchange in Palembang City. Second, the Lifestyle variable influences the variable of modern female investors in the Indonesia Stock Exchange in Palembang City

Abstract

This journal from the study entitled Improving the Quality of Qualitative Research Methods and Study of Figures in Gender Mainstreaming Material for Strata 1 Students. The initial study of this study departs from research results that are refuted from the results of research on how to find experts in research that found two main findings, namely: First, issues that develop among students discussing lecture questions that are easy to understand but difficult to implement; Secondly, the failure of students to build motivation is closely related to systematic in the research effort. In many cases this starts from (1) the difficulty of finding the first word in each time it will write, concocting word choices and finding relationships between paragraphs; (2) developing patterns of making intuitive standard papers without reference and most extreme by learning through copy paste of papers on the internet. Therefore the contribution of the results of the questionnaire answers became the main data for the development of this study

Abstract

This research was conducted in theethnis china non muslim customers of Islamic Banks in Palembang city. The purposes of this research are to see how big the influence Religius Stimuli and Profit Sharing towards ethnis china customer’s non muslim Islamic banks. The population of this research is all the non muslim customers who financing. This research used 120 respondents and using Purposive Sampling techniques. Problem solving performed using Structural Equation Model analysis techniques or SEM. From the results of research, the writer obtained the conclution that religius stimuly and profit sharing influenced towards ethnis china Non Muslim Customer.
