Abstract

This article explains about the position of Gender in an Islamic perspective and the role of women in the pursue and develop a generation that have a strong soul, great thinking and behavior that is dignified in the life of society, nation and State.Through the study of concepts and the results of the study of some researchers who have been dipublis through journals, both national and international writers gain an overview that Gender equality is not equal rights over men and women because each has its own characteristics. But more meaningful Gender Justice, equality inherent in every employee without having to see the gender (male or sister). While the role of each in creating the development community can be taken by men and women. Islam is very appreciative of women, likewise against males. If the man is a leader (qawwamuna) over women, but heaven is located on women. To the extent that the Prophet gave illustrations of the 3:1 (three as opposed to one) among women with men in terms of the means to a child. Thus, the perception that on behalf of religion to oppress women is a big mistake.

Abstract

Leadership considered important in the organization because of two factors: the existence of the fact that the replacement of leaders often change the performance of an organization or agency, unit; and the research results that showed one of the internal factors that affect the success of the organization is leadership. Nowadays, it is not a strange thing when a woman occupied the highest office in an organization. Many women managers and emerging leadership and not a few who achieved success. The difference in the nature of women and men will take differences in the leadership of women and men. Men's leadership style is characterized by the ' command and control ' was originally considered to be the best. However, the stories of successful women as leader in an organization have proved that the leadership style of ' command and control ' is not the only way to reach the top of the leadership.

Abstract

In the view of Hinduism, women have a glorious position that is worthy of respect and domicile almost equal to men. The difference between men and women lies in guna (skill) and karma (deeds). The obligations of women in Hindu families and society are as mothers, childbearing, hereditary, husband-lovers and can free the ancestors from their misery. A woman is entitled to a decent life in Hindu families and society and gained recognition of her existence so that her standing parallels men in both law and government.

Abstract

Gender questioned for giving birth to the different roles, responsibilities, rights and functions as well as space activities between men and women in society. That difference makes people tend to be discriminatory access, participation and control in the results of development and career development between men and women. Gender equality cause no difference in the rights and obligations between men and women in the employment sector. But what about the Islamic view of equality of rights and obligations, are there any limitations for women in the work given their nature as women.

Abstract

Women who have the right to equal rights with men are regarded as individual beings who can only take care of domestic affairs. In the reality of reality in the society of many women who have been active in the public world, they are still regarded as individuals who also have to take care of domestic affairs. Moving on from the issue, issues of gender inequality in laws, regulations, and policies, the researcher is interested to examine more deeply about IAIN Antasari Rector Decree on IAIN Antasari Banjarmasin Student Rules Act. The review of the regulation is focused on chapters, chapters and verses that have relevance to the issue of gender relations and the empirical problems that may exist in IAIN Antasari Banjarmasin.

Abstract

This paper begins with the thought and assumption that the speech "wong rumah" can form the effect of kinship on one hand and the effect of subordinating to women in South Sumatra. Initial Observation results found that the language "wong rumah" is a colloquial language that has been grounded in the South Sumatra region in analyzing the explanation of wife's news to friends. Between the "wong rumah" and gender in this study are two sides that have similar implications, namely obtaining a common ground of question, "is the language of "wong rumah" a representation of the gender subordination of the Palembang community? Mapping the meaning of "wong rumah" for every society is different. It is actually in addition based on the customs, culture and the role of someone who is attached to a community. From the results of research using quantitative methods, it can be concluded that the meaning of "wong rumah" is a symbol of one's position or strata in the community

Abstract

This study aims to describe women's perception in Lahat city about the concept of gender equality and gender equality (KKG) in the social and cultural realm of society in Merapi Selatan sub-district of Lahat district. This research uses qualitative-phenomenological method. The subject of the study was not determined according to the data requirement. Data collection was done by observation method and. The results can be summarized as follows: (1) the role of farmer's wife in Merapi Selatan sub-district in economic improvement concentrated in agriculture sector. The demands of the wives to meet the family's needs are the same as for men, so they not only stay home to wait and spend their husbands' income from rice fields, kawean (coffee plantations) but also engage in making a living. either through arian (working with pay per day). (2) The participation of wives in improving family welfare in Merapi Selatan sub-district is manifested in three roles both in home environment, in economy, and in society. The role of housewives in South Merapi district because they have to do household chores and supplies for husbands against rice and kawean. They must complete all duties as mothers and wives who are naturally responsible for them and help make a living.

Abstract

The existence and position of women in classical times is very low and unlimited. The arrival of Islamic teachings brought by Rasulullah SAW has a mission that is developed is to elevate women. In the matter of inheritance, women who formerly had no part and even sick as heirs, began to get a share of inheritance. In the case of marriage too, where if a man wants to marry a woman then he must give something important from the dowry. Although the existence of a dowry is not a part of the pillars and conditions of marriage, but the dowry is a compulsory fee that must be filled by the husband. The noble purpose of this dowry price should always be monitored in order to avoid the things that will bring negative impact to the welfare of Muslims, especially for the woman as a candidate for the wife and the men as a husband candidate

Abstract

Early marriage is still common and is one of the reproductive problems facing the present. This is often caused by economic factors, education, self and parent. This research was conducted in Palembang city precisely in District Gandus. The purpose of this study is to know the views of the Gandus community, religious figures and marriage figures related to marriage at a young age, and to determine the factors causing early marriage and how the implications for the sustainability of married couples early married. By using the method of quantitative, the object of research are those who carry out the marriage of young age which amounted to 60 people. Data obtained through observation, interviews with married couples married young. From the analysis of the appointment of factors causing the high level of early marriage in Gandus District is the low economic and family education and fear parents will have sex before marriage. The perception of Gandus society related to the number of negative impacts rather than positive one cause divorce is married young, the ego of each pair is still high. In the case of early marriage, young couples should prepare them physically and mentally among them to follow religious social activities and understand the purpose of marriage because after marriage will be many problems that will be faced by the couple.

Abstract

This study discusses the Construction of Malay Woman Entrepreneurs. This research departs from the beginning of Malay Women with qualities such as self-satisfaction, lack of full, inefficient in doing things, lack of respect for time, lack of imagination and less persistent in effort. Tabrani further describes this ethnic decline caused by their characteristic that can be formulated: (1) the ability to compete in this tribe is very small, (2) Poverty is a common food, (3) Shadow of lack of quality food, replace the peat land blocking rice crops to flourish, (4) satisfaction towards the results achieved and strongly bound family groups that are difficult to develop, and (5) educational patterns that do not lead them to lead generation Problem formulation of the Women's Construction in Malay Culture on Women Entrepreneurs. Data Source is the primary source of results from interviews with some narasimber. Secondary sources are examined from the data of books relating to Women and Construction The results of this study review the values of Malay women entrepreneurs ie, diligent in running a business, have a good time management, high creativity in product development in the right. In the division of gender roles, it is seen that Malay women have no significant advantages in performing their role both as mother and wife as well as a businessman. All benefits in the division of labor are addressed wisely. Among them are caregivers at the same place in business, division of domestic role with husband and so forth. In women's capacity building and business development, Malay women mostly perform their capacities by participating in government programs and self-reliant institutions. With the development of capacity, it is easy for Malay women to formulate stratehi of business development.
