Abstract

In the concept of Rule of Law, idealized that should be "commander" is legal and not political or economic or other matters. With the hope that: when the law serve as commander in chief, what the objectives can be achieved with good state. However, the problem is only with the existence of a good law is sufficient to state that what the objectives of the State can be achieved and the possibility of the occurrence of irregularities or violations by State functionaries can be avoided. Therefore, in order to state what the objectives can be achieved with good, there must be integration between the moral law and its implementation.

Abstract

Islam does not know discrimination between woman and men. Islam placed woman as parallel partner of men. Even so there is difference, hence that is effect of especial duties and function burdened by religion to each gender, so that the existing difference do not result which is one sense of belonging of excess for other. Both each other equip and assist to assist in playing the part of its function in life and the life. This article means to study how to domicile woman from political dimension Islam system.

Abstract

When conversing genitals problem, in syara' text by authoritative do not clearly and coherent mention boundary of women’s genitals (aurat). All sect of Moslem scholar  interpret it with tendency of each direct very barbed possible with reality of life that happened and expand. From coverage of entire relevant text with definition genitals (aurat), even from Al-Qur'an and also hadits still be common enough, so that coverage of text assumed legal for considering almost entire body of woman is genitals (aurat), in consequence there is tendency of discussion of about genitals (aurat) become limited to group of just woman. This article want to study farther how boundary of woman’s genitals (aurat) according to Islam concept.

Polygamy is one problem in marriages among the most controversial debates at once. Polygamy is rejected with a variety of arguments normative, psychological, and even always associated with injustice gander. Islam has given the conditions on the demand of a Muslim who practice polygamy is justice to himself that he would do justice to his wives in terms of food, clothing, and living (physical and spiritual). But if he is less sure of himself to be able to do justice to his wives, he was not allowed to practice polygamy.
