Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan membaca dan menulis melalui penggunaan model scramble pada siswa kelas II SD Brajan Tamantirto Kasihan Bantul Tahun Pelajaran 2014/2015. Penelitian dilakukan di SD Brajan Tamantirto Kasihan Bantul pada tahun pelajaran 2014/2015. Penelitian ini adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) dengan subyek penelitian siswa kelas II sebanyak 28 siswa dan objek penelitian ini adalah kemampuan membaca dan kemampuan menulis dengan model scramble. Prosedur penelitian melalui tahap perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi, dan refleksi. Analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan rumus rata-rata dan persentase ketuntasan siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah tes, observasi, catatan lapangan, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan peningkatan kemampuan membaca dan kemampuan menulis siswa setelah pembelajaran dengan menggunakan model scramble. Pada Pra siklus persentase ketuntasan kemampuan membaca 14,28% dan kemampuan menulis 14,28% dengan nilai rata-rata kemampuan membaca 56,78 dan kemampuan menulis 55, siklus I persentase ketuntasan kemampuan membaca 39,28% dan kemampuan menulis 46,43% dengan nilai rata-rata kemampuan membaca 89.28% dan kemampuan menulis 89.28% dengan nilai rata-rata kemampuan membaca 83,21 dan kemampuan menulis 80,18. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa model scramble dapat meningkatkan kemampuan membaca dan menulis pada kelas II di SD Brajan Tamantirto, Kasihan, Bantul Tahun Pelajaran 2014/2015.Kata Kunci : Model Scramble, Kemampuan Membaca dan MenulisAbstractThis research aims to improve reading and writing ability by implementing a scramble model among Class II Students of Elementary School (SD) Brajan Tamantirto Kasihan Bantul Study Year 2014/2015. The research took place in SD Brajan Tamantirto Kasihan Bantul during Study Year of 2014/1015. This research is a classroom action research (CAR) whose subjects are 28 students of Class II and whose research objects are their reading and writing skills with scramble model implementation. Research procedures are planning, action, observation and reflection. Data analysis within this research makes use of average formula and students’ completion percentage. Data gathering techniques used here are test, observation, field notes and documentation. The result of the research shows an increase in the students reading and writing ability after an implementation of scramble model during learning process. In pre-cycle stage percentage of reading ability was 14, 28% and writing ability was 14, 28% and average score in reading was 56, 78 and in writing ability was 55 respectively, within cycle I percentage of reading skill completion was 39,28% and writing skill 46,43% and average reading score was 89,28% and writing score was 89,28%, and average reading score was 83,21 and reading score 80, 18. Based on the result of this research it can be concluded that the implementation of scramble model can improve reading and writing skill among Class II students of SD Brajan Tamantirto, Kasihan, Bantul Study Year 2014/2015.Key Words: Scramble Model, Reading and Writing Ability

Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi dan minat baca terhadap pemecahan soal cerita matematika siswa kelas IV SD se-kecamatan Seyegan Sleman Yogyakarta. Penelitian dilaksanakan di SD Se-Kecamatan Seyegan Sleman Yogyakarta. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh siswa Kelas IV SD Se-Kecamatan Seyegan Sleman Yogyakarta berjumlah 645 siswa dan sampel penelitian berjumlah 230 siswa dengan teknik purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan kuisioner. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi ganda. Hasil penelitian disimpulkan (1) terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan motivasi terhadap penyelesaian soal cerita matematika, dengan diperoleh thitung = 3,290 > ttabel = 1,651 dengan p = 0,001, (2) terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan minat baca terhadap pemecahan soal cerita matematika, dengan diperoleh thitung = 4,281 > ttabel = 1,651, dengan p = 0,000, (3) terdapat pengaruh antara motivasi dan minat baca terhadap pemecahan soal cerita matematika siswa kelas IV SD dengan diperoleh Fhitung = 22,014 dan p = 0,000. Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa adanya pengaruh motivasi dan minat baca siswa terhadap pemecahan soal cerita matematika mempunyai peran penting dalam upaya meningkatkan kemampuan memecahkan soal cerita matematika.Kata kunci: motivasi, minat baca, pemecahan soal cerita matematikaAbstractThis research aims to discover any possible influence of motivation and reading interest altogether on ability to solve mathematical narrative question among Class IV Students in all elementary schools within Seyegan District, Sleman Yogyakarta. The research took places in all elementary schools found in district Seyegan, Sleman Yogyakarta. Population are all class IV students of all elementary schools within Seyegan District, Sleman Yogyakarta as many as 645 students and sample are 230 of them taken with purposive sampling technique. Data gathering technique in this research relied on questionnaire and documentation. Technique of data analysis meanwhile is based on double regression analysis. The result it is conclusive that (1) there is a positive and significant influence of personal motivation on ability to solve mathematical narrative story, shown by tcount = 3,290, > ttable = 1,651 with p = 0,001, (2) there is some a positive and significant influence of reading interest on ability to solve mathematical narrative story, shown by tcount = 4,281 > ttable = 1,651, with p = 0,000, (3) there is some a positive and significant influence coming from motivation and reading interest altogether on ability to solve mathematical narrative question among Class IV students of all elementary schools in Seyegan District Sleman Yogyakarta, shown by the obtained Fcount = 22,014 and p = 0,000. Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui 1) implementasi gaya kepemimpinan transformasional oleh Kepala Sekolah, 2) kinerja Kepala Sekolah setelah menggunakan gaya kepemimpinan transformasional, 3) kategori dari gaya kepemimpinan transformasional dan kategori kinerja Kepala Sekolah SD Negeri 1 Mergasana, Kecamatan Kertanegara, Kabupaten Purbalingga.Penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Subjek yang diteliti yaitu Kepala Sekolah. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui triangulasi teknik. Triangulasi teknik dalam penelitian ini meliputi wawancara, dokumentasi, dan angket. Triangulasi teknik digunakan untuk mengetahui implementasi gaya kepemimpinan transformasional pada kinerja Kepala Sekolah. Untuk menguji kelayakan angket menggunakan validitas isi (expert judgment) yang divalidasi oleh ahli. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dengan model Miles and Huberman terdiri dari: reduksi data, paparan data, dan penarikan kesimpulan.Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa terdapat tiga poin utama yang ditemukan dalam penelitian deskriptif kualitatif ini, yaitu: 1) Implementasi Gaya Kepemimpinan Transformasional oleh Kepala Sekolah, untuk nilai rata-rata seluruh indikatornya adalah 88,16. 2) Kinerja Kepala Sekolah setelah menggunakan Gaya Kepemimpinan Transformasional, dengan nilai rata-rata keseluruhan indikator yaitu 86,36, 3) Kategori Gaya Kepemimpinan Transformasional dan Kinerja Kepala Sekolah. Hasil penelitian menyatakan dari hasil perhitungan rumus interval ditemukan skor rata-rata untuk gaya kepemimpinan transformasional yaitu 57,5 yang masuk dalam kategori “cukup baik”, dan hasil perhitungan rumus interval untuk kinerja Kepala Sekolah memperoleh skor rata-rata 30 masuk kedalam kategori “cukup baik”. Kemudian, hasil dokumentasi penilaian kinerja Kepala Sekolah yang dinilai oleh petugas penilai, Kepala SD Negeri 1 Mergasana mendapatkan nilai akhir 87,60 dan masuk dalam sebutan “baik”, Hal di atas membuktikan bahwa Gaya Kepemimpinan Transformasional mendukung Kinerja Kepala Sekolah.Kata Kunci: Gaya Kepemimpinan Transformasional, Kinerja Kepala SekolahAbstracsThis study aims to determine 1) the implementation of headmaster transformational leadership style 2) the performance of the Headmaster after using the transformational leadership style, 3) categories of the transformational leadership style and headmaster of performance Mergasana 1 Elementary School, Kertanegara District, Purbalingga.This research was a qualitative descriptive study. Subject was headmaster. Data collection technique through triangulation techniques. Triangulation techniques in this study included interviews, documentation, and questionnaires. Triangulation techniques were used to determine the implementation of transformational leadership style on the headmaster performance. To test the feasibility by using the questionnaires content validity (expert judgment) were validated by experts. Data analysis techniques used by Miles and Huberman models consist of: data reduction, exposure data, and drawing the conclusions.The research concludes that there were three main points that were found in this qualitative descriptive study, namely: 1) implementation of headmaster transformational leadership style, to the average score of the entire indicator was 88.16. 2) the performance of headmaster after using transformational leadership style, with an overall average score of the indicator was 86.36, 3) the category of transformational leadership style and headmaster performance. The study stated from the formula interval calculation found the average score for the transformational leadership style that was 57.5 which was included in the category of "quite good", and the result of the calculation interval formula for the headmaster performance obtained an average score of 30 in the category of "quite good ". Then, the results of the headmaster performance documentation assessed by officers, headmaster of Mergasana 1 Elementary School got final scores 87.60 and was included in the term "good" it was proven that the transformational leadership style supported the headmaster performance.Keywords: Transformational Leadership Style, Headmaster Performance.

Abstract

ABSTRAKPenelitian bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan berbicara dalam pembelajaran bahasa Indonesia melalui metode sosiodrama pada siswa kelas III SD Ki Ageng Giring Gunungkidul tahun pelajaran 2014/2015. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa, penerapan metode sosiodrama terbukti dapat meningkatkan keterampilan berbicara siswa kelas III SD Ki Ageng Giring. Hal ini dapat dibuktikan dengan adanya peningkatan keterampilan berbicara siswa yang telah mencapai nilai KKM, pada prasiklus nilai rata-rata siswa 65, dengan persentase ketuntasan 25%. Pada siklus I nilai rata-rata siswa 75, dengan persentase ketuntasan 56,25%. Sedangkan pada siklus II nilai rata-rata siswa meningkat menjadi 88,75, dengan persentase ketuntasan 93,75%.Kata kunci: keterampilan berbicara, metode sosiodramaABSTRACTThe research aims to improve the speaking skill in Bahasa Indonesia lesson through a sociodrama method among 3rd year pupils of Ki Ageng Giring Elementary School Gunungkidul, during the 2014/2015 academic year. The result concludes that, the application of sociodrama method is proved to be effectual in improving the speaking skill of said students of the 3rd year in Ki Ageng Giring Elementary School. This is ascertained by an increase in students’ speaking skills that achieved KKM value, in which pre-action score was 65, with completion percentage 25%. In cycle I this increased to 75, with completion percentage 56.25%. Meanwhile within cycle II students’ average score improve to 88.75%, with completion percentage reached 93.75%.Keywords: speaking skill, sociodrama method

Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan menyimak dongeng melalui model Paired Storytelling menggunakan media wayang kartun pada siswa kelas II SD Ngebel Tamantirto, Kasihan, Bantul. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SD Ngebel Tamantirto, Kasihan, Bantul. Sedangkan waktu penelitian dilaksanakan pada bulan Maret 2015 sampai dengan Juni 2015. Jenis penelitian ini adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) Kolaboratif. Setiap siklus terdiri dari empat tahapan yaitu: perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi, dan refleksi. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas II SD Ngebel Tamantirto, Kasihan, Bantul yang berjumlah 36 siswa yang terdiri dari 16 siswa laki-laki dan 20 siswa perempuan. Adapun objek penelitian ini adalah penerapan model Paired Storytelling dengan media wayang kartun pada pembelajaran menyimak dongeng kelas II SD Ngebel. Data penelitian diperoleh dari hasil tes, observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi, dan catatan lapangan. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dengan rumus rerata nilai dan persentase ketuntasan. Indikator keberhasilan penelitian ditentukan dengan Kriteria Ketuntasan Minimal (KKM), yang harus dicapai siswa dengan nilai rata-rata kelas telah mencapai nilai 75 dan nilai tersebut telah mencapai 75% jumlah siswa dari kelas yang diteliti. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada peningkatan keterampilan menyimak dongeng pada mata pelajaran Bahasa Indonesia melalui model Paired Storytelling pada siswa kelas II SD Ngebel Tamantirto, Kasihan, Bantul. Hal ini ditunjukkan dari perolehan data nilai rata-rata kelas yang mengalami peningkatan dari pra siklus yaitu 63.41 dengan ketuntasan sebesar 22,22% meningkat pada siklus I pertemuan pertama menjadi 69.22 dengan ketuntasan sebesar 47,22% dan 74.63 pada pertemuan kedua dengan ketuntasan sebesar 66,66%. Sedangkan pada siklus II meningkat menjadi 77.27 dengan ketuntasan sebesar 72,22% pada pertemuan pertama dan 80.75 pada pertemuan kedua dengan ketuntasan sebesar 80,55%.Kata kunci: Keterampilan Menyimak Dongeng, Model Paired Storytelling, Media Wayang Kartun.AbstractThis research aims to improve listening skills through the model of Paired Storytelling fairy tales using puppets media cartoons in II class of Ngebel Elementary School Tamantirto, Kasihan, Bantul. This study was conducted in Ngebel Elementary School Tamantirto, Kasihan, Bantul. It was conducted in March 2015 to June 2015. The research was a classroom action research. Each cycle consists of four phases: planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The subjects were 36 students consisting of 16 male students and 20 female students. The object of this research was the application of the model Paired Storytelling with cartoon puppet media on learning to listen to fairy tales. Data were obtained from the test results, observations, interviews, documentation, and field notes. Data analysis techniques used the formula of mean value and the percentage of completeness. Indicators of the success of the study determined the minimum completeness criteria, which must be achieved by students with an average class has reached a score of 75 and the score has reached 75% the number of students from the class studied. The results showed that there was an increased in listening skills fairy tales on Indonesian subjects through a model Paired Storytelling. It was shown from the data acquisition score of the average class has increased from a pre cycles of 63.41 with the thoroughness of 22,22% increase in the first cycle into 69.22 the first meeting with the thoroughness of 47.22% and 74.63 at the second meeting with the thoroughness of 66,66%. While on the second cycle increased to 77.27 with the thoroughness of 72,22% in the first meeting and 80.75 in the second meeting with the thoroughness of 80,55%.Keywords: Listening Skills Tale, Storytelling Paired Model, Media Puppet Cartoon.

Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan prestasi belajar IPS siswa antaramenggunakan strategi Index Card Match dan strategi Card Sort dan untuk mengetahui lebih efektif manaantara menggunakan strategi Index Card Match dan strategi Card Sort dalam meningkatkan prestasi belajarIPS. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa (1) ada perbedaan prestasi belajar IPS siswa antaramenggunakan strategi Index Card Match dan strategi Card Sort. Diketahui dari uji t prestasi belajar siswadengan nilai sig 0.009 < 0,05. Selain itu dilihat dari nilai t hitungnya 2.711 lebih besar dari t tabel yaitu 1.999.(2) Strategi Index Card Match lebih efektif daripada menggunakan strategi Card Sort dalam meningkatkanprestasi belajar IPS. Hal ini diketahui dari hasil nilai posttest dengan jumlah rata-rata 82.88 kelompokeksperimen yang menggunakan strategi Index Card Match dan jumlah rata-rata 77.48 dari kelompok kontrolyang menggunakan strategi Card Sort.Kata kunci: strategi pembelajaran aktif card sort dan index card match, prestasi belajar AbstractAchievement used Index Card Match strategy and Card Sort strategy and to find which one is more effectivebetween them in improving the social science achievement. The research concluded that (1) there was adifferences of student’s study achievements between using Index Card Match strategy and Card Sortstrategy. It was known from the t test students achievement with 0,009 <0.05. Beside that, it is seen from thet score was 2.711 while t table was 1.999. (2) Index Card Match strategy was more effective than Card Sortstrategy to improve social science study achievement. It was known from the results of the posttest with anaverage score was 82.88 from the experimental group that used Index Card Match strategy and the averagescore was 77.48 from the control group used Card Sort strategy.

Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui upaya meningkatkan prestasi belajar IPS dan keterampilan sosial siswa dengan model pembelajaran kooperatif learning tipe Student Teams Achievement Divisions (STAD) pada siswa kelas IV SDN Terban Bambanglipuro Bantul. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai rata-rata prestasi belajar pra siklus 68 dengan persentase ketuntasan 40% dan keterampilan sosial 64,5 dengan persentase 40%, siklus I nilai rata-rata prestasi belajar 71 dengan persentase ketuntasan 70% dan persentase keterampilan sosial siswa pada pra siklus sebesar 40% berada kategori cukup, siklus I persentase sebesar 70% berada kategori cukup dan siklus II persentasenya 90% masuk kategori baik. Kesimpulan hasil penelitian ini yaitu bahwa model pembelajaran Kooperatif Learning Tipe Student Teams Achievement Divisions (STAD) dapat meningkatkan prestasi belajar dan keterampilan sosial siswa kelas IV SDN Terban Bambanglipuro Bantul.Kata kunci : Prestasi belajar, IPS, Keterampilan sosial, Student Teams Achievement Divisions (STAD)AbstractThis study aim to determine the efforts to improve social science learning achievement and students social skills with cooperative learning model of type Student Teams Achievement Divisions (STAD) in the fourth grade students of Terban Elementary School Bambanglipuro Bantul. This type of research is classroom action research which consists of four stages: planning, implementation, observation and reflection. The subjects are 10 students. Data collection technique used tests, observation, documentation and field notes. This research is conducted in collaboration with classroom teachers so that researchers directly involved in the research process from beginning to the end. Indicators of success in learning achievement is marked by the increasing of social studies by 75% and the social skills of students successfully if 80% of students are belongs to the good category. The data analysis technique used in this research by calculating the average score and the percentage of mastery learning. The results of this study is concluded that STAD learning model can improve the learning achievement and social skills of the fourth grade students. The results showed that the average score of the learning achievement of pre cycle 68 to 40% the percentage of completeness and social skills with a 64.5 percentage of 40%, the first cycle of the average score of learning achievement completeness 71 with a percentage of 70% and the average score of social skills 68 to 70% the percentage of completeness in the middle category, on the second cycle the average score of learning achievement with a percentage of 79.5 completeness 90% while the average score of social skills with a percentage of 76.5 completeness 90% in the good category.Keywords: Academic Achievement, Social Studies, Social Skills, Student Teams

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan menulis pada mata pelajaran Bahasa Indonesia dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran Scramble pada siswa kelas II SD Negeri 1 Wonosari Sadang Kebumen Tahun Pelajaran 2014/2015.Jenis penelitian ini adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) yang dilakukan melalui tahap perencanaan, tindakan, observasi, dan refleksi. Subyek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas II SD Negeri 1 Wonosari Sadang Kebumen Tahun Pelajaran 2014/2015 yang berjumlah 11 siswa terdiri atas 9 siswa laki-laki dan 2 siswa perempuan. Penelitian Tindakan Kelas ini dilaksanakan dalam 2 siklus.Data hasil penelitian diperoleh dari hasil observasi kegiatan guru dan siswa serta tes hasil evaluasi belajar siswa. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis secara kualitatif dan kuantitatif dengan menghitung rata-rata dan persentase ketuntasan siswa.Hasil penelitian tindakan kelas pada mata pelajaran Bahasa Indonesia menggunakan model pembelajaran Scramble diperoleh nilai rata-rata evaluasi belajar siswa meningkat dari 66 pada pra siklus menjadi 71,2 pada siklus 1 dan 79 pada siklus II. Ketuntasan evaluasi belajar siswa meningkat 45,45% pada pra siklus menjadi 63,6% pada siklus 1 dan 81,8% pada siklus II. Aktivitas menulis mengalami peningkatan dari 64,36% pada siklus 1 menjadi 80,1% pada siklus II. Hal tersebut membuktikan bahwa model pembelajaran Scramble ini dapat meningkatkan kemampuan menulis belajar Bahasa Indonesia siswa kelas II SD Negeri 1 Wonosari Sadang Kebumen Tahun pelajaran 2014/2015.Kata kunci: kemampuan menulis, Bahasa Indonesia, model pembelajaran ScrambleAbtractThis study attempts to improve the writing ability on Indonesia subject by using scramble learning model of II class at Wonosari I Elementary School Sadang Kebumen Academic Year 2014/2015.The kind of research was a classroom action research which is done through the planning stage: Planning, Action, Observation, and Reflection. The subject were 11 students consists of 9 male students and 2 female students. Research was implemented in 2 cycles. Data research obtained from the observation activities of teachers and students and the results of student learning evaluation. Data analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively by accounting the average and student completeness.The results of the study that the average score of student learning evaluation increased from 66 in pre cycles became 71,2 in the 1st cycle and 79 in the 2nd cycle. The evaluation of student learning completeness increased 45,45% in pre cycle became 63,6% in the 1st cycle and 81.8 % in the 2nd cycle. Besides learning evaluation, the activity of writing also has increased from 64,36% in the 1st cycle became 80,1% in the 2nd cycle. This proves that scramble learning model can increase the writing ability on Indonesia language of II class at Wonosari I Elementary School Sadang Kebumen on Academic Year 2014/2015.Keywords: Writing Ability, Indonesia Language, Scramble Learning Model

Abstract

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan berbicara siswa kelas V SDN Semawung dengan menggunakan model role playing. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa keterampilan berbicara siswa kelas V SDN Semawung mengalami peningkatan. Persentase ketuntasan siswa pada pra siklus menunjukkan hanya 40,74%, kemudian meningkat pada siklus I yaitu menjadi 62,97%. Pada siklus II, persentase ketuntasan siswa naik menjadi 81,49%. Selain itu, hasil observasi aktivitas guru dan aktivitas siswa selama pembelajaran dengan menggunakan metode role playing telah mengalami peningkatan. Persentase hasil observasi aktivitas guru pada siklus I adalah 86,67% kemudian meningkat pada siklus II menjadi 96,67%. Sedangkan persentase hasil observasi aktivitas siswa pada siklus I mencapai 74,4% dan meningkat pada siklus II menjadi 90,6%.Kata Kunci : keterampilan berbicara, role playing ABSTRACTThis research aim to improve the students' speaking skills of V class at Semawung Elementary School by using role playing. The study concluded that the students' speaking skills of V class increased. The percentage of students in pre-cycle completeness showed only 40.74%, then increased in the first cycle that became 62.97%. In the second cycle, the percentage of completeness of students increased to 81.49%. In addition, the observation of teacher activity and student activity during learning by using role playing has improved. The percentage of the observation of teacher activity in the first cycle was 86.67% and then increased in the second cycle into 96.67%. While the percentage of the observation of student activity in the first cycle was 74,4% and increased in the second cycle to 90,6%.Keywords: speaking skills, role playing

Abstract

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan membaca teks beraksara Jawa melalui media berbasis komputer pada siswa kelas IV B SD Muhammaddiyah Wirobrajan 3 Yogyakarta 2014/ 2015.Penelitian ini dilakukan di SD Muhammaddiyah Wirobrajan 3 Yogyakarta pada 2014/ 2015. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas dengan subyek penelitian siswa kelas IV B sebanyak 40 siswa. Prosedur penelitian melalui tahap perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengamatan, dan refleksi. Data yang diperoleh pada penelitian ini menggunakan rumus rata-rata dan persentase ketuntasan siswa yang diperoleh melalui tes pada tiap siklus. Indikator keberhasilan penelitian ini adalah 70% siswa sudah mencapai nilai KKM sebesar 70.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan ada peningkatan kemampuan membaca teks beraksara Jawa pada siswa setelah dilaksanakannya pembelajaran melalui media berbasis komputer. Diketahui bahwa nilai pra siklus diperoleh persentase ketuntasan 45% dengan nilai rata-rata siswa 63. Siklus I persentase ketuntasan 63% dengan nilai rata-rata siswa 73 dan siklus II persentase ketuntasan mencapai 83 % dengan nilai rata-rata siswa 81.Kata kunci: Media Berbasis Komputer, Kemampuan Membaca Teks Beraksara Jawa.ABSTRACTThis study aims to improve the Javanese script reading text ability through computer-based media in IV B class of Muhammaddiyah 3 Elementary School of Wirobrajan Yogyakarta 2014/2015This study was conducted in Muhammaddiyah 3 Elementary School of Wirobrajan Yogyakarta 2014/2015. This research was a classroom action research with research subjects were 40 students. Research procedures were planning, action, observation, and reflection. The data were obtained by using the average formula and completeness percentage of students who obtained through tests on each cycle. Indicator of the success of this research was 70% of the students reached the minimum completeness criteria was 70.The results of this research showed that there was an increasing of Javanese script reading text ability after computer based media was implemented. It was known from pre-cycle score that the percentage of completeness was 45% with an average score of 63. The first cycle, students‟ completeness percentage was 63% with an average score of 73 and in the second cycle, students‟ completeness percentage reached 83% with an average score was 81.Keywords: Computer Based Media, Javanese Script Reading Text Ability.
