Abstract

Enterkomputer.com is an E-Commerce website that offers technology and computer products to customers in Indonesia. In facing the rapid growth of online business and tight competition, Enterkomputer.com developers need to ensure that the website operates well, is free from bugs, and provides an optimal shopping experience for users. This can be achieved by conducting regular web testing. This study aims to compare the performance of software testing automation tools, namely Katalon Studio and Selenium IDE, on the E-Commerce websiteEnterkomputer.com using the End-to-End testing method. The study was conducted to analyze the time efficiency, reliability, and effectiveness of both tools in detecting bugs and ensuring service quality. Testing was carried out by repeating five times for each test case on the main features such as login, product search, product details, favorites list, product ordering, and logout. The test results show that Katalon Studio excels in terms of intuitive user interface and feature integration, while Selenium IDE is more flexible in supporting various programming languages. This study provides relevant recommendations for developers to choose the appropriate tool based on specific E-Commerce.

Abstract

In terms of governance, websites have a strategic function as tools that support government activities, where their existence plays a role in digital engagement with the public. One of the government agencies in Blora City, namely the Regional Development and Planning Agency (BAPPEDA), has utilized and implemented an administrative website in the field of research and development, called SIP Bro. Based on observations, after the implementation of the SIP Bro website, there are still issues or weaknesses identified. So far, there have been no efforts to conduct a minimum evaluation to assess its Usability and whether the intended goals are achieved. Therefore, this study aims to determine the Usability analysis scores of the SIP Bro website using the System usability scale method. To further enhance the effectiveness of evaluating and developing the SIP Bro website, this research also incorporates the Think Aloud approach. The research findings conclude that the Usability score of the SIP Bro website obtained a score of 61.071, which falls under the "Ok" category, supported by a grade scale value in the D range and acceptability ranges categorized as marginal low, indicating that the website is acceptable but with a relatively low level of acceptance. The final analysis of the Think Aloud method resulted in 23 recommendations for improvement. The recommendations made are to enhance and develop the SIP Bro website for better performance in the future.

Abstract

The management of State-Owned Assets (SOA) is a critical function within government organizations, with the enhancement of service efficiency for the public as a top priority. However, at Politeknik Negeri Tanah Laut, the asset loan process for SOA is still carried out manually, leading to a waste of time and energy. This study aims to address this issue by developing a web-based Asset Loan and Return Information System. The system is built using the Laravel Framework, with PHP as the programming language and MySQL as the database management system. The main actors in this system include Admins, SOA Staff, and Borrowers. The system is designed to improve the efficiency of SOA asset management. In the system's development, Admins are responsible for managing loan and asset data, while SOA Staff handle inventory management. Borrowers can access features such as viewing inventory, submitting loan requests, and monitoring the status of SOA asset loans. The methods used in this research include needs analysis, and the data utilized covers loan information and SOA asset inventory. The results of this study show that the implementation of a web-based system can enhance the efficiency of SOA asset loans and returns at Politeknik Negeri Tanah Laut, reducing the time and energy required, and providing better transparency in inventory management. Based on UAT results, the system received the highest rating in category B with 50%, followed by category A with 30%, and category C with 20%.

Abstract

This research analyzes the quality of the PKL Presence Application service used by students at SMK Negeri 1 Madiun using the SERVQUAL method. The SERVQUAL method measures service quality based on five dimensions: Tangibles, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, and Empathy. This research aims to determine students' perceptions of the quality of application services and analyze the influence of these dimensions on user satisfaction. Data was collected through a questionnaire distributed to class XII students in the Audio Video department as application users. The research results show that students' perceptions of the application are good, and the Responsiveness and Empathy dimensions have a significant influence on user satisfaction, while the Tangibles, Reliability and Assurance dimensions do not have a significant influence. Recommended improvements include improving the application interface design to make it more user-friendly and modern to increase the Tangibles dimension, bug fixes to increase Reliability, as well as implementing additional security features such as two-factor authentication to strengthen Assurance. With this recommendation for improvement, it is hoped that it will be accepted by application developers or schools to increase user satisfaction in the quality of the SMKN 1 Madiun PKL attendance application service.

Abstract

To support business strategies and maintain competitiveness, effective information technology (IT) management is very important. This research uses the COBIT 2019 framework to evaluate the capability level and maturity level of IT governance at PT ABC branch. The evaluation focuses on three main domains, namely APO03 (Managed Enterprise Architecture), APO10 (Managed Vendors), MEA03 (Managed Compliance with External Requirements). Data collection was conducted through interviews, observations, and questionnaires with qualitative and quantitative and quantitative approaches. The results of the analysis show that there are deficiencies in IT governance that require improvement with a strategic approach. The recommendations given aim to increase invasion, operational efficiency, and company competitiveness. This research is expected to be a guide for more optimal IT management.

Abstract

This research develops a cassava leaf disease classification model using Vision Transformer (ViT) to identify four types of diseases and healthy leaves. With a dataset from Kaggle (3,000 images/class), the TinyViT model was tested through parameter variations to achieve optimal performance. Results showed that the combination of SGD, 50 epochs, and batch size 32 gave the highest validation accuracy (83.16%), outperforming Adam/AdamW. Despite overfitting (100% training accuracy), the model showed good generalization with 81% precision and recall. These findings confirm the potential of ViT in plant disease detection, while highlighting the need to address overfitting through further regularization. Future research can explore dataset expansion and fine-tuning for accuracy improvement.

Abstract

The decline in rice productivity in Indonesia is often caused by drought and leaf diseases that are difficult to detect early. This condition requires a technology-based classification system that is able to provide fast and accurate diagnosis as support for decision making in the agricultural sector. This study aims to develop a rice leaf image classification model using the CSPDarknet architecture, with a color and texture feature extraction approach. The dataset used is the result of primary documentation that has gone through an augmentation process to increase the diversity of training data. The model architecture consists of a CSPDarknet backbone combined with a Cross-stage Partial Bottleneck with two Convolutions (C2f) block, Spatial Pyramid Pooling - Fast (SPPF), Global Average Pooling, and dropout to improve model generalization. Training was carried out using the Stratified 5-Fold Cross-Validation method and three optimizer variations, namely Stochastic Gradient Descent (SGD), Adam, and AdamW. The experimental results showed that the best model combination was achieved with the AdamW optimizer, with an average accuracy value of 99.72%, precision of 99.73%, recall of 99.72%, and F1-score of 99.72%. These findings indicate that the proposed classification approach is able to effectively distinguish healthy, diseased, and drought-affected leaves. In the future, this model has the potential to be further developed through the integration of Raspberry Pi-based Internet of Things (IoT) devices for real-time monitoring of plant conditions in the field.

Abstract

This research implements a web-based information system for alumni data tracking and engagement at SMA Negeri 1 Anjir Pasar. The main problem addressed is the inefficiency and data vulnerability of the previously existing manual alumni data collection system. Utilizing a Prototype model approach, this system was designed and built to provide functionalities for alumni data management, activity news dissemination, and job vacancy information display. Black Box testing results indicate that the system functions optimally and meets the defined functional requirements. This implementation successfully enhances administrative efficiency in digital data management, facilitates information access for alumni, and strengthens communication and networking between the school and its graduates. The contribution of this research lies in providing an effective digital solution for alumni management, supporting the improvement of the educational institution's image and services

Abstract

Managing asset lending is a crucial aspect of employee productivity. However, many organizations, including PT XYZ, still rely on semi-manual methods like Google Forms. This approach is prone to errors, data loss, and tracking difficulties, leading to operational inefficiencies and hampered decision-making. Specific issues at PT XYZ include poor documentation, difficulty tracking assets, and a lack of real-time access to asset availability information. This research aims to thoroughly analyze the existing problems in PT XYZ's asset lending and return process, formulate effective solutions, and design a web-based asset lending information system that aligns with the company's operational needs. The research stages include observation, interviews, system requirements analysis, and the design of the proposed system. This information system is expected to overcome the limitations of manual methods by supporting systematic record-keeping, facilitating tracking, and providing real-time access to asset information.

Abstract

The relocation of Indonesia’s capital city from Jakarta to Nusantara (IKN) has become a topic that generates various public reactions. These opinions are largely expressed through the social media platform X (formerly Twitter), making it an important data source for analyzing public sentiment. This study aims to apply the Naïve Bayes Classifier method to analyze public sentiment toward the relocation of IKN and to evaluate its accuracy using a Confusion Matrix. The data were collected through a web crawling process on the X platform using the keyword "ikn", resulting in 1,002 relevant tweets. The data were then processed through preprocessing stages using Python, including lowercasing, punctuation removal, tokenizing, stopword removal, stemming, and TF-IDF value calculation to form features. After augmentation, the number of data increased to 1,324, which was divided into 75% training data and 25% testing data. Sentiment classification was performed using the Naïve Bayes Classifier algorithm, and testing was conducted using the black-box method to ensure system functionality according to the design. Model performance evaluation using a Confusion Matrix produced an accuracy of 92.47%, precision of 93.03%, recall of 92.47%, and F1-score of 92.45%. The web-based system developed in this study is expected to help the government understand public opinion and develop more effective communication strategies related to the IKN relocation policy.
