Abstract

 The purpose of the study entitled "Feasibility Study Cattle with Palm Oil Waste Utilization in PT. Citra Borneo Indah Central Kalimantan" is to analyze the financial feasibility of animal feed processing business with oil palm waste material and analyze the financial feasibility of the cattle business using the feed with oil palm waste material. This research was conducted in Sulung Ranch which is a subsidiary of PT.Citra Borneo Indah engaged in animal husbandry.Object of this study is the cost of investment, operating costs, production, and reception. Captured data is monthly from 2011 to 2013. Collecting data by observation, and interviews. The analytical method used is the analysis of the table, and a financial analysis of business which include NPV, IRR, BCR, and PP. The results of this research are animal feed processing business with the use of palm oil waste to develop. Cattle business with the use of palm oil waste worth to be developed.Keyword: Waste palm oil, cattle, feasibility study

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of proactive personality and core self-assessment on employee performance in work mediation at startups in BLOCK71 Yogyakarta. The population in this study was 97respondents, which is then chosen usinga purposive sampling technique with a total sample of 78 respondents who were startup employees at Block71 Yogyakarta. This research uses quantitative methods with a questionnaire. The analytical test tool used in this study is SmartPLS v.3.0 with SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) analysis method.The results of data analysis in this study indicate that:(1) proactive personality has a positive effect on work engagement (2) Core self-evaluation has a positive effect on work engagement (3) Job involvement does not affect employee performance (4) Core self -evaluation has a positive effect on employee performance (5) Proactive personality has a positive effect on employee performance (6) Proactive personality has a positive effect on employee performance mediated by work engagement (7) Core self-evaluation has a positive effect on employee performance mediated by work engagement. Of the seven existing hypotheses, the third hypothesis is rejected and the other hypothesis is accepted.

Abstract

Brands are importance in the consumer market. Brand defined as name, term, sign symbol or design or a combination of them, intended to identify the goods or service of one seller or group of seller and to differentiate them from those competitors. Brands become interface between consumers and the company and consumers may develop loyalty to brands.This study proposes that trust in a brand is important and is key in development of brand loyalty. Trust in a brand is consumer’s willingness to rely on the brand in the face risks, hoping that the brand can give positive results to them. There were three factors hypothesized to influence trust in a brand (Lau and Lee, 1999) include a number of brand characteristics (includes, brand reputation, brand predictability, and brand competence); company characteristics (includes, trust in a company, company reputation, company perceived motives, and company integrity); consumer-brand characteristics (includes, similarity between consumer self concept and brand personality, brand liking, brand experience, brand satisfaction, and peer support).This study used simple regression and multiple regression to analyzed the data. The sample was drawn by a convenience sampling technique. The Sample was 140 passengers of Apple Computer Users were stayed in Yogyakarta. To achieve reliable and valid data we used reliability and construct validity test with confirmatory factor analysis.The results showed that not all of the independent variables from company characteristics, and consumer-brand characteristics have a positive significant effect to trust in a brand however that all of the independent variable from brand characteristics have a significant effect to trust in a brand. The findings reveal that brand characteristics are relatively more important in their effects on consumer’s trust in a brand. The result also showed that trust in a brand is positively related to brand loyalty.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of partially between leadership and organizational commitment to organizational trust and employee performance. By using regression analysis, there are two models that will do the testing, the model will first examine the effect of partially between organizational leadership and organizational commitment as an independent variable of organizational trust as the dependent variable. The second model will test the partial between organizational leadership, commitment and trust organization of employee performance.

Abstract

This research is aimed to examine the influence of family role conflict  and family role ambiguity to work-family sinergy, the influence of work-family sinergy to life satisfaction and performance, and the influcene of life satisfaction to performance.269 employees from various organization participated in this research. This research has several findings. Family role conflict does not influence  work-family sinergy, Family role ambiguity has negative influence to work-family sinergy, Work-family sinergy has positive influence to life satisfaction, Life satisfaction does not influence performance, Work-family sinergy has positive influence to performance.

Abstract

The development of democracy values in Indonesia are strongly influenced by the presence of political parties. It is because the political parties are the instrument of democracy. A political party is being one for public facilities in developing participatory culture. NasDem party is one of new party that has joined general election in 2014 with slogan “restoration” trying to build political communication with reveal himself as “party without expense/charge”. However, to achieve the success and the purpose of NasDem party, it is necessary to do political recruitment for legislative candidates. In order to create a good organization, it would be needed a good human resources in the recruitment process, transparent, and accountable. This research tries to find out how the recuitment process of human resources to become a legislative member candidate in NasDem party. The research method used descriptive qualitative method. In the determination of informants using a combination technique between purposive and snowball. Data analysis used interactive analysis technique Miles and Huberman model. The result showed that the recruitment process of human resources do not have clear benchmark, not transparent, and elite domination in determining the outcome of a selection process. The result of the recruitment process is only become an elite domain within the party’s internal but have not been able to be the result of the decision based on deliberations as an organization.

Abstract

This research aims to determine whether online transaction satisfaction and trust influence on consumer attitudes on e-commerce (Case Study of purchasing products Lazada.co.id on students in the city of Yogyakarta). This study used a sample of 100 respondents selected by Non Probability Sampling technique. Using Multiple Linear Regression analysis methodThe results of multiple linear regression test showed that the variable of satisfaction and trustworthiness significantly influence consumer attitudes of e-commerce users Lazada.co.id on students in the city of Yogyakarta. Hypothesis test shows t test (partial) that the satisfaction effect is proved (2,989)(1,660) with significant level 0,004 which value is less than 0,05, and influence belief is proved (4,283)(1,660) with significance level 0,000 whose value is below 0.05. Hypothesis test shows that the variable of satisfaction and trust significantly influence consumer attitudes of e-commerce users Lazada.co.id to students in Yogyakarta city is evidenced by the value of (15.298)(3.090) with a significance level of 0.000 value is below 0.05. Of the two independent variables, the confidence variable which is more dominant variable to consumer attitudes of e-commerce users Lazada.co.id to students in Yogyakarta city is evidenced by the standard β 0.359 ≥ 0.312 with significant value 0.000 ≤ 0.004.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of cash flow, cash conversion cycle, and networking capital on cash holding both partially and simultaneously. The population used in this study were 21 food and beverages sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the 2014-2018 period. The sample used uses the purposive sampling method. The data analysis technique used is the method of multiple regression analysis with a significant level and hypothesis testing using the F test and t-test. From the results of the study, it can be concluded that cash flow has no effect on cash holding. Cash conversion cycle variable has a significant negative effect on cash holding. The variable net working capital has a significant positive effect on cash holding. While simultaneous variables of cash flow, cash conversion cycle, and networking capital affect the cash holding of food and beverages sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the 2014-2018 period.

Abstract

This study aimed to examine the effect of mutations on work performance of employees at the Badan Pemeriksa Keuangan (BPK) Provincial Representative D.I. Yogyakarta. The samples in this study were all functional non educational employees who work in Badan Pemeriksa Keuangan (BPK) Provincial Representative D.I. Yogyakarta, which amounted to 51 employees. The sampling technique using census method whereby all existing employees into the sample amounted to 51 people. The analytical tool used in this study is multiple linear regression. The results of the analysis indicate the presence of four findings. 1)The variable of mutation had positive significant effect toward the variable of employee motivation. 2) Variable of mutation had positive significant effect toward the variable of employee performance. 3) Variable of employee motivation had positive significant effect toward the variable of employee performance, and 4) Variable of employee motivation does not mediate the effect of the implementation of variable mutation toward the variable of employee performance.Keywords : Mutation, Motivation, Work Performance.

Abstract

Menjaga sumber daya manusia agar tidak ingin berpindah kerja (Turnover Intention)  menjadi salah satu fokus utama sebuah perusahaan. Organizational Justice dan Spiritual Management merupakan faktor-faktor yang dapat menurunkan terjadinya Turnover Intention, selain itu Employee Engagement dan Locus of Control juga memiliki pengaruh terhadap  kejadian Turnover Intention di sebuah perusahaan.  Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran  Organizational Justice dan Spiritual Management dalam upaya menurunkan terjadinya Turnover Intention dengan Employee Engagement sebagai variabel intervening dan Locus of Control sebagai moderasi di Rumah Sakit Islam Sultan Agung, Semarang. Jenis penelitian ini adalah eksplanatory yang bersifat asosiatif, dan pengumpulan data menggunakan kuisioner dengan teknik proportional random sampling, dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 125 orang.  Analisis data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu menggunakan analisis structural equation modeling dengan metode AMOS.  Berdasarkan analisis data didapatkan hasil bahwa Organizational Justice dan Spiritual Management mampu menurunkan Turnover Intention, dan Employee Engagement mampu memediasi Organizational Justice dan Spiritual Management dalam mengatasi masalah Turnover Intention, namun Locus of Control tidak cukup mampu memoderasi dalam menurunkan Turnover Intention. Penting bagi rumah sakit untuk mempertimbangkan penerapan variabel dalam penelitian ini untuk mengendalikan turnover intention
