Abstract

Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) merupakan segmen terbesar pelaku ekonomi nasional dan berperan penting bagi masyarakat dalam menghadapi krisis ekonomi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peranan variabel kapabilitas inovasi dalam memediasi pengaruh orientasi pasar terhadap kinerja pemasaran, studi pada UMKM makanan dan minuman (kuliner) di Kota Cilegon. Data responden yang akan menjadi sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah UMKM makanan dan minuman (kuliner) di Kota Cilegon dengan metode observasi, wawancara, dan kuesioner, sedangkan teknik pengolahan dan analisis data menggunakan SEM dengan software smartPLS versi 2.0.m3. Temuan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara langsung orientasi pasar tidak berpengaruh signifikan dalam meningkatkan kinerja pemasaran, namun jika melalui variabel mediasi kapabilitas inovasi maka orientasi pasar berpengaruh poisitif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pemasaran, dengan demikian maka variabel kapabilitas inovasi mampu memediasi pengaruh orientasi pasar terhadap kinerja pemasaran. Implikasi manajerial juga dibahas dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

In the reformation era is signed by shifting role policy from central government to local government. South Sulawesi is one district at east Indonesia have so many potensial resources to increase the economic welfare. But in the other side they have several problem and constraint to utilize the natural and human resources. One of the main problem to promote east Indonesia economy is how to increase economic potential such as small business enterprise (SBE), informal economic sector, cooperative, agriculture, trade, and any others. Investment is the machine to generate the Indonesian economy. The policy to promote investment is caused with political will and public administration. To promote foreign and domestic investment in province south Sulawesi facing plenty of factor mainly social politic condition, sufficiently of economic infrastructure, employment and taxation problem, ect. Investment in south Sulawesi is also caused by consistenly interaction between local government and central government and among government institution. The aim of this research is to identify and analyse the potensial sector at province south Sulawesi. This research is identify and compare the impact of public policy to economic performance at province south Sulawesi. The research use multimethod analysis to answer the goals of this research. The conclusion of this research that there are several economic that have many constraint and problem. The main problem to promote economic performance at provinsi south Sulawesi mainly infrastructure, financial assestment, managerial skill, marketing, quality control and networking. The suggestion of this research is how to promote the condusive circumstance with comprehensive economic policy and also support with keeping social politic stability, sufficiently of economic infrastructure and the wholism policy between central and local government and others government institution.

Abstract

This research aims to know and analyze whether transformational leardership, motivator factor, and hygiene factor influence job satisfaction to the employee of Balai Besar Latihan Ketransmigrasian Yogyakarta. It is also objected to know variable and factors having an effect on most dominant to employee`s job satisfaction at Balai Besar Latihan Ketransmigrasian Yogyakarta. The research method applied is descriptive analiytical method and multiple regression analytical method and using the SPSS version15.00 software as processing data. Primary data are acollected by distributing questionnairesin which variables are measured by Likert scale. The result of this research indicates that independent variablese.g  transformational leardership, motivator factor, and hygiene factor are simultaneously and partially having significant influences to variable dependent that is job satisfaction. The result of this research also indicates that hygiene factor is the most dominant variable that influencestheir job satisfaction. Based on determinant identification, it shows that adjusted R²  is 72,5%, meaning that employees’ job satisfaction of Balai Besar Latihan Ketransmigrasian Yogyakarta is affected simultaneously and partially by transformational leardership, motivator factor, and hygiene factor and 27,5% effected by other variables that have not been used in this research.

Abstract

This study examined the influence of creative advertising, endorser, and advertising time to advertising effectiveness and its impact to consumer purchase intention. 100 university students who have ever seen shampoo advertisements on television participated in this reseach. There are several findings in this study. First, creativity in advertising has positive effect to advertising effectiveness. Second, endorser has positive influence to the advertising effectiveness. Third, advertising time has positive effect to advertising effectiveness. Fourth, advertising effectiveness has  positive effect on consumer purchase intention. Fifth, advertising effectiveness perfectly  mediate the effect of creativity in advertising, endorser and advertising time to the consumer purchase intention.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of job involvement toward job performance through organizational commitment in BAPPEDA (Badan Perencanaan Pembangunan Daerah) of Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta. The subject in this study was all employees at BAPPEDA DIY. In this research, the sample of 102 respondents was selected using census technique. Analysis tool used in this research is SEM (Structural Equation Modeling).Based on the analysis, the results were the job involvement is positif and significant to the job performance and organizational commitment does not infuence significantly to the job performance. Moreover,organizational commitment is not mediated the relationship between job involvement and job performance.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze how much influence of job satisfaction on performance with organizational commitment as intervening study variable on nurses at PKU MuhammadiyahGamping Hospital. This research was conducted at PKU MuhammadiyahGamping Hospital and the respondent in this research is all nurses who work in PKU MuhammadiyahGamping Hospital.            The number of respondents used in this study was 138 nurses. Types of data used are primary data and data collection techniques using survey techniques with questionnaires. Data analysis in this research using SEM (Structure Equation Modeling) which operated with Program AMOS 22.0.            Based on the result of the analysis, the result shows that job satisfaction has significant effect on organizational commitment, job satisfaction has no significant effect on employee performance, organizational commitment has significant effect on employee performance, job satisfaction has significant effect on employee performance through organizational commitment as intervening variable.

Abstract

This research aims at analyzing the infuence of intrinsic and extrinsic motivation toward work satisfaction and staff performance. The information gained from this research is crucial for the institution as a consideration to apply the increase of staff’ performance. The subject of this research is the permanent educational personnel staffs of universities in Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta. The technique of sample collecting applies the census method. The method of data collecting using survey method by distributing the questionnaires involves 104 respondents. The data is analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) which is run through AMOS 21 program as the analysis tool. The research findings show that intrinsic motivation and extrinsic motivation have positive influence toward the  work satisfaction. Then intrinsic motivation has a positif effect toward the work satisfaction, meanwhile extrinsic motivation does not have influence toward the work satisfaction, and the work satisfaction has a positive influence toward the work performance. Generally, this model is supported in field.

Abstract

The aim of this study is to find out behavior institutions in using information and communication technology among Micro Small Medium Enterprise (MSME) in Yogyakarta. Based on unified theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) model. This study examine whether performance expectancy, effort expectancy, and social influence are the importance antecedent to explain intentions in using ICT (Information and communication technology) among MSME. This study also examine the effect of propensity to act as the moderator in model. There are 164 MSME owners in Yogyakarta as a sample of this study which used purposive technique  and analyzed by SEM. The result of this study showed that the performance expectancy and effort expectancy are supported to explain intention use ICT in MSME. Therefor, social influence does not has significant to predict intentios use ICT. The other findings showed that propensity to act has moderation effect on the relation between performance expectancy, effort expectancy, and social influence and behavior intentions.

Abstract

Main focus of this research is how business could predict amount of money supply in the market. Bussiness interests are depend on inflation rate in the macro economy. Money supply plays important role to determine of inflation rate in the region or country. When money was over supply than availability of good and services, demand of good and services would stress the market price (inflation). Otherwise, when money supply was less than availability of good and services, demand of good and services would be decreasing (deflation). Bank Indonesia as a monetary authority had the monetary policy to stabilize amount of money supply.   ARIMA or Box Jenkins approach has been chosen as research method in this research. Estimation of ARIMA model is just based on secondary data of single variable which is analyzed. The data of money supply was collected based on publication of Bank Indonesia. ARIMA model is a method to form regression estimation model based on serial of data itself.  ARIMA method had standard procedures to develop the model estimation. Four standard procedures are identification, estimation, diagnostic checking, and forecasting. Final result of this model is regression estimation which consist of money supply as dependent variable and autoregressive of data itself and error term (moving averages) as independent variables.Based on the analyzes shows that best model is DLM2 as dependent variables (money supply after second deferenciated) and independent variables that consist of autoregressive (AR) on fifth order or AR (5) dan moving average (MA) on fifth order or MA (5). Therefore, estimation of money supply model is ARIMA (5,1,5) and this model is sufficient to forecast money supply in the future because it has low rate of RMSE. Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji dan menganalisis kepribadian proaktif, kinerja kerja, dan promosi diri terhadap kesuksesan karir pada Pondok Pesantren Mahasiswa Stikes Surya Global Yogyakarta. Data yang diambil dari penelitian ini didapatkan dari wawancara kepada 3 responden serta melalui kuesioner yang berdasarkan skala Likert 5 poin, penyebarannya menggunakan 120 sampel karyawan yang berstatus sebagai karyawan tetap di Pondok Pesantren Mahasiswa Stikes Surya Global disebut dengan penelitian sensus, kuesioner yang kembali hanya sebesar 109 kuesioner. Alat bantu analisis yang digunakan adalah SmartPLS v. 3. 0. Dengan metode analisis SEM (Structure Equation Modeling). Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah kepribadian proaktif tidak memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap kesuksesan karir secara langsung namun memiliki pengaruh positif yang signifikan terhadap kinerja kerja yang mana kinerja kerja ditemukan memiliki pengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kesuksesan karir, selain itu promosi diri juga ditemukan memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap kesuksesan karir.
