Abstract

Tenaga kesehatan merupakan suatu pekerjaan dimana  seseorang harus mengabdikan diri dalam bidang kesehatan, termasuk profesi dokter gigi. Standar Kompetensi Dokter Gigi menjelaskan bahwa seorang dokter gigi dalam menjalankan tugasnya dituntut untuk bersikap profesional. Dokter gigi diakui sebagai profesi yang penuh tekanan serta merekapun menganggap profesi mereka lebih stres daripada tenaga kesehatan lainnya. Stres dikaitkan dengan penurunan kinerja, dalam profesi terkait kesehatan tentunya akan mempengaruhi pelayanan kesehatan terhadap pasien. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengulas faktor-faktor apa yang menjadi pemicu stres kerja pada dokter gigi, sehingga pelayanan terhadap pasien memiliki kualitas dan mutu yang baik. Berdasarkan studi literature didapatkan  hasil  bahwa factor yang paling sering membuat dokter gigi stress yaitu lingkungan kerja dan konflik dengan rekan kerja, serta faktor faktor lain yang juga berpengaruh yaitu tuntutan kerja,  keadaan organisasi,  finansial, dan dukungan sosial.  Sangat penting bagi dokter gigi untuk bisa mengidentifikasi level stress untuk bisa memberikan pelayanan yang baik dan memberikan performa maksimum dalam berkerja.

Abstract

This study discusses the presence of: (1) The influence of emotional intelligence on performance management master program management graduate Master of Management, University of Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta, (2) The influence of situational leadership skills to the performance of business Master of Management Graduate Program, University of Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta. The population in this study was student of class 34, class 35 and 36 as well as faculty and staff Master of Management Graduate Program, University of Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta. In this study using survey method is the method of collecting primary data by asking questions to respondents and data collection tool was a questionnaire with a population of 60 respondents / person. Tests conducted on questionnaires filled out by respondents using tools SPSS version 15.00 for windows.The results of this study incluaded that there is no significant relationship between emotional intelligence to the business performance of the Master of Management, University of Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta. and there is a significant relationship between situational leadership skills to the performance of business Management Master of Management University of Yogyakarta. In this study of emotional intelligence variables that affect the performance of business most dominant Master of Management, University of Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta.Keywords: emotional intelligence, situational leadership skills and performance

Abstract

The development of technology had a great impact on the company in introducing or marketing their products to consumers, marketing has become the world's interest. They market of goods, services, property, people, places, events, information, ideas, and organizations. In order to maintain its position in the eyes of consumers, marketers strive to create an ideas and innovation that can attract the interest of market participants. The purpose of this research is done in order to examine the information of variable quality, assurance and responsiveness to the quality of relationships that affect consumer promotions lazada mouth to mouth in Semarang. This data research using questionnaires with a sample of 148 respondents in the city of Semarang. The sampling technique is to use probability sampling, with one of the methods used is purposive sampling. The data obtained and analyzed by Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with AMOS application 21. The results of this study are: (1) the quality of information, assurance and responsiveness positive and significant impact on the quality of the relationship. (2) the quality of information, assurance, responsiveness and quality of the relationship positive and significant effect on word of mouth.

Abstract

The study analyzed the effect of business environment factors on manufacturing strategy. Data was collected from 43 organisations in Bantul, Yogyakarta. The analyses using Multivariate Multiple Regression Analysis (MMRA) found the results that simultaneously the factors of business environment effected manufacturing strategy. But, partially they did not. Only business cost, labor availability, and market dynamism significantly influenced manufacturing strategy.

Abstract

Managing people in the workplace is an integral partof the management process. To understandthe importance of people in an organization is to recognize that the person is an element of an organization.An effective organization is an organization that will always ensure that the spirit of cooperation and commitment and a sense of satisfaction in employees. In order to make employees satisfied and committed to their work. Based on the results observed in several studies as described in this article have not shown consistent results, and the lack of clarity constructs related to motivation, satisfaction and performance, and a greater variety of variables that may moderate between satisfaction and performance. The findings of several studies relating to motivation, job satisfaction and performance, the results of research that shows motivation, satisfaction and performance possible is highly dependent on certain conditions, such as differences in personal needs, values, attitudes, interests and ability his task. Based on the characteristics of the job, there are some aspects of the job positions that impose limits or opportunities. Various practices of organization such rules, human resources policies, managerial policy, organizational reward system, as well as the factors interaction among employees that will affect the performance of the employees.

Abstract

This study discusses the organizational justice include distributive justice compensation and procedural justice compensation to employees performance both directly and indirectly influenced by job satisfaction. The populations in this study were all para-medic employees in RSJ Prof. Dr. Soerojo Magelang totaling 142 people. Data were collected by survey method is to provide a list of questions or questionnaires directly to the respondent. Data analysis techniques in this study using analysis of SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) program operated by AMOS 21. The results showed that distributive justice compensation significant positive effect on job satisfaction; procedural justice compensation significant positive effect on job satisfaction; distributive justice compensation are not significantly to employees performance; procedural justice compensation are not significantly to employees performance; job satisfaction significant positive effect on employees performance; job satisfactions as a mediating influence of distributive justice compensation and procedural justice compensation to employees performance.

Abstract

Members in cooperative enterprises have multiple roles, as owners and customers or users, so that the sustainability of cooperative business is dependent on the participation of members. Cooperative education and organizational commitment for most cooperatives have not been considered as an important role to increase member participation. This study aims to determine the influence of cooperative education on the participation of members and the influence of organizational commitment to member participation.Sampling technique in this research use accidental sampling technique with questioner. The analysis used is structural equation modeling (SEM). The population is a member of Cooperative CU Pundhi Arta with a total of 109 respondents. The results showed that cooperative education and organizational commitment had a positive and significant effect on the participation of members in Cooperative CU Pundhi Arta.

Abstract

Many traditional markets in the Sukoharjo regency are not used by tenants to sell, because the visitors who want to shop are quiet. This study is to see whether risk factors, social beliefs, perceived benefits, perceived ease of use, perception of reputation, and trust, influence the willingness to shop in traditional markets. Population and research sample are people in Sukoharjo Regency. Data analysis in the study was carried out using AMOS (Analysis of Moment Structures). Research respondents were 150 respondents. This research involves students in data collection and in other implementation processes. Based on the results of the study showed that the benefits, perceived ease of use, perception of perception, risk perception, perception of social trust, perception of reputation, did not have a positive effect on the willingness to shop in traditional markets. Consumer attitudes positively influence the willingness to shop in traditional markets. Perceptions of benefits have a positive effect on perceptions of social trust. Perceptions of social trust have a positive effect on perceptions of reputation. Perception of benefits does not have a positive effect on perceptions of reputation. Perception of reputation does not have a positive effect on perceptions of trust. Perceptions of social trust do not have a positive effect on perceptions of trust. Perceptions of trust have a positive effect on consumer attitudes in traditional markets.

Abstract

The writer wants to know the factors that influence OCB in BUMDes Panggung Lestari Panggungharjo Village Sewon District Bantul Regency. The analytical method used is the classical assumption test, t test and sobel test. Based on the results of this study note that, individual characteristics and affective commitment have a significant positive effect on intrinsic motivation, intrinsic motivation has a significant positive effect on organizational citizenship behavior, individual characteristics have a significant positive effect on organizational citizenship behavior, affective commitment has no significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior and individual characteristics, affective commitment has a significant positive effect on organizational citizenship behavior with intrinsic motivation variables as intervening variables. It is hoped that this research can be used to measure individual character, commitment and motivation towards organizational citizenship behavior.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the impact of service quality dimensions consisting of tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy towards customer satisfaction on modern stores in Yogyakarta.      The population in this study are the customers who purchases on modern stores in Yogyakarta. While the samples taken are customers who purchases at Indomaret, Alfamart and Pamella. Sample in this study amounted 100 people.This study used a convenience sampling technique that is because of the ease of sampling and purposive sampling, criteria have customers who make purchases in a modern stores. At least customers have ever purchase in a modern store is considered to have be able to evaluate the services provided in the modern stores.Based on testing using multiple regression dimensions of tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy simultaneously influence on customer satisfaction on modern stores in Yogyakarta. Partially tangibles no effect on customer satisfaction on modern stores in Yogyakarta. While reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy in partial effect on customer satisfaction on modern stores in Yogyakarta.Keywords:Bukti Fisik, Kehandalan, Daya Tanggap, Jaminan, Empati, kepuasan pelanggan.
