Abstract

Pasar Obligasi memainkan peranan penting sebagai alternative pemenuhan sumber pendanaan perusahaan. Obligasi juga  merupakan bagian dari instrumen investasi bagi investor. Investor bersedia menginvestasikan dananya pada obligasi untuk mendapatkan return atau yield. Yield to Maturity (YTM) merupakan tingkat return yang akan diterima investor jika membeli obligasi pada saat harga pasar saaat ini dan menahan obligasi tersebut hingga jatuh tempo. Yield Spread adalah perbedaan antara nilai nominal yang dihasilkan oleh Yield To Maturity (YTM) dua obligasi yaitu obligasi korporasi dan yield to maturity obligasi bebas resiko yaitu obligasi yang dikeluarkan pemerintah. Yield spread mencerminkan resiko obligasi. Pada penelitian ini menguji factor mikro dan makro yang mempengaruhi yield spread obligasi. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan yang mengeluarkan obligasi periode 2012 hingga 2019. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa varibel makro meliputi Credit Default Swap (CDS),  kurs, inflasi, dan variable mikroekonomi meliputi maturitas, profitabilitas dan likuiditas menunjukkan factor yang berpengaruh signifikan terhadap yield spread obligasi, dan Indeks Harga Saham Gabungan/IHSG menunjukkan factor yang tidak signifikan mempengaruhi yield spread obligasi korporasi di Indonesia.

Abstract

This study examines the analysis factors that influence lecture’s performance at Kopertis V Yogyakarta.  Based on theory, several variables has been constructed. They are motivation, competency, leadership, and work environment justice are predictors of performance. This research was executed in Kopertis V Yogyakarta with 150 participants. The results supported motivation, competency, and leadership justice has strong predictive to lecture’s performance, but work environment has not influence to lecture’s performance at Kopertis V Yogyakarta.

Abstract

The study aimed to investigate: (1) the influence of entrepreneurship knowledge, family support, soft skill and learning achievement on the students entrepreneurship readiness, (2) the influence of entrepreneurship knowledge on the students entrepreneurship readiness, (3) the influence of family support on the students entrepreneurship readiness, (4) the influence of soft skills on the students entrepreneurship readiness, (5) the influence of learning achievement on the students entrepreneurship readiness. The population of this research was all students of Mechanical Engineering, Faculty of Engineering, Muhammadiyah University Yogyakarta in the academic year of 2011/2012 who had taken the entrepreneurship course. Therefore, the subject of this research was 106 from the academic year of  2006 – 2008.The research finding follow: (1) there are influence of entrepreneurship knowledge, family support, soft skills and learning achievement on the students’ entrepreneurship readiness, (2) there are influence of entrepreneurship knowledge on the students’ entrepreneurship readiness shown by the partial correlations result, (3) there are influence of family support on the students’ entrepreneurship readiness, (4) there are influence of soft skills on the students’ entrepreneurship readiness, (5) there are influence of learning achievement on the students’ entrepreneurship readiness.

Abstract

The objective of this research is to find out these following matters: the influence perceived organizational support toward job performance, the influence psychological empowerment toward job performance, the influence perceived organizational support toward OCB, the influence psychological empowerment toward OCB, also the influence perceived organizational support and psychologival empowerment on Job performance mediated organizational citizenship behavior in Badan Pusat Statistik Provinsi Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta, data collected from 77 employe.This research  uses survey and questioners as the tools in collecting data. The data were obtained from 77 employee. Data analyzed using multi regression with SPSS 17 program and path analyzed. The result of the research showed the following result:  perceived organizational support haven’t positive significant effect on job performance, psychological empowerment has positive significant on job performance, perceived organizational support has positive significant effect on OCB, psychological empowerment has positive significant on OCB, also OCB has positive significant effect mediator for perceived organizational support and psychological empowerment toward jop performance.

Abstract

Dinas Pertanian Kabupaten Bulungan di era globalisasi ini dituntut untuk tetap eksis. Penyuluh sebagai penyelenggara pelayanan bagi petani diharapkan memiliki kinerja yang baik sehingga mampu memberikan kualitas pelayanan kepada masyarakat khususnya petani dengan lebih baik. Oleh karena itu masalah kinerja penyuluh sangatlah penting untuk diperhatikan oleh Dinas Pertanian Kabupaten Bulungan Provinsi Kalimantan Timur.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui ada tidaknya pengaruh motivasi berupa kebutuhan berprestasi, kebutuhan berafiliasi, dan kebutuhan kekuasaan terhadap kinerja Penyuluh Pertanian Lapangan di Dinas Pertanian Kabupaten Bulungan Provinsi Kalimantan Timur. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh Penyuluh Pertanian Lapangan Dinas Pertanian Kabupaten Bulungan yang berjumlah 50 orang. Semua unit populasi tersebut dijadikan sebagai sampel. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa : (1). Motivasi secara parsial tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja penyuluh pertanian lapangan (2). Motivasi berupa kebutuhan berprestasi, kebutuhan berafiliasi, dan kebutuhan kekuasaan secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja penyuluh.Berdasarkan penelitian ini diketahui bahwa kinerja penyuluh menjadi hal yang penting untuk diperhatikan oleh pimpinan Dinas Pertanian Kabupaten Bulungan dan penyuluh guna meningkatkan mutu pelayanan kepada masyarakat khususnya petani dengan memperlihatkan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja penyuluh.

Abstract

Social Capital is a broad concept and often defined ambiguously. A number of literatures indicate that social capital can be seen at various levels of analysis, either at macro, organizational, group or individual level. This study sees that social capital is a concept that becomes an individual property. The purpose of this study was to operationalize social capital into dimensions and indicators at the level of individual analysis. This study starts from a literature study followed by a focus group discussion involving four graduate master of science in Organizational Psychology. The next stage is to test the instruments to the field by involving employees. The results show that social capital includes 3 dimensions (structural, relational and cognitive) and 12 core indicators.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to look at the effect Quality of Work Life,  Need for Achievement,  Need  for Affiliation, dan  Need  for Power, on the performance of the employees subdistrict of Kulon Progo regency Special Province of Yogyakarta.The data collection was conducted by distributing questionnaires addressed to the 267 employees,  to obtain an answer for each item of respondents' perception of the research variable statement. Of the tota questionnaires distributed, 214 questionnaires were returned and readily processed. The data analysis method used was multiple regression analysis to examine the effect Quality of Work Life,  Need for Achievement,  Need  for Affiliation, dan  Need  for Power, on the performance.The test conducted partially showed that Quality of Work Life,  Need for Achievement,  Need  for Affiliation  have a significant positive impact on the performance of  the employees subdistrict of Kulon Progo regency. On the other hand, Need  for Power  does not affect the performance of the employees  subdistrict of Kulon Progo regency. While the test conducted simultaneously showed that Quality of Work Life,  Need for Achievement,  Need  for Affiliation, dan  Need  for Power  have a significant positive impact on the performance of the employees subdistrict of Kulon Progo regency.

Abstract

This study examined the influence of instagram online store, conformity and television ads to consumptive behavior and its impact to student hedonic lifestyle. This study is the integration of previous studies to determine the effect of simultaneous  between variables. Respondents of this study were 142 university students respondents who have used social media instagram for online shopping, have a strong group of friends and know the television ads of fashion products. There are several findings in this study. First, instagram online store has positive influence to the consumptive behavior. Second, conformity has positive effect to consumptive behavior. Third, television ads has no effect to consumptive behavior. Fourth, consumptive behavior has  positive effect to student hedonic lifestyle.

Abstract

Pemberian tunjangan kinerja di organisasi Polri bertujuan untuk memotivasi aparaturnya dalam bekerja. Tunjangan kinerja sendiri merupakan imbalan yang diberikan berdasarkan usaha, jerih payah dan kontribusi pegawai yang diberikan pada organisasi yang terangkum dalam penilaian kinerja bukan berdasarkan pangkat dan golongan saja.  Selain itu tunjangan kinerja pun harus menganut prinsip keadilan dan kelayakan, oleh karena itu dalam pelaksanaanya diperlukan strategi yang tepat untuk bisa menerapkan prinsip tersebut. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode pengambilan data menggunakan mixed methode melalui survei dan wawancara mendalam. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa tidak ada perbedaan persepsi pegawai mengenai keadilan dalam pemberian tunjangan kinerja. Selain itu strategi yang dapat dilakukan adalah dengan mengacu pada  kehadiran, kinerja, beban tugas, tanggung jawab serta resiko pekerjaan dari anggota yang dilakukan sehari-hari.

Abstract

This research is related to how the effect of reward and performance on employee performance with work discipline as an intervening variable at outlets of Waroeng Special Sambal in Yogyakarta. The purpose of this research is to know the effect of reward to work discipline, the effect of punishment to work discipline, the effect of work discipline to employee performance, the effect of reward to employee performance, the effect of punishment to employee performance, the effect of reward to employee performance with work discipline as an intervening variable, and the effect of punishment to employee performance with work discipline as an intervening variable at outlets of Waroeng Special Sambal in Yogyakarta. Respondents of this research were 117 outlet employees of Waroeng Special Sambal Yogyakarta. The data collecting method used is using a questionnaire then analyzed by regression analysis and path analysis. The results of this research show that reward has a positive and significant effect on work discipline and employee performance, then punishment also has a positive and significant effect to work discipline and employee performance. Besides, there is the indirect effect of reward on employee performance through work discipline, and also the indirect effect of punishment on employee performance through work discipline.
