Abstract

As a center of creative economy, Surakarta City has cultural diversity and creative people. This is reflected by the availability of resources and creative products in each sub-district to be further developed. The development of the creative economy of Surakarta will address the challenges of future economic development including increasing economic growth, reducing poverty, creating new jobs, and industrial competitiveness. This study aims to develop an integrated model of each stakeholder coordinated by the Regional Device Organization (RDO) in Surakarta government to support the implementation of the development of the national creative economy. The Surakarta creative economy development model refers to the 5 pillars of the development of the national creative economy. This development model has a relationship between the foundations and pillars of development, planning activities supported by stakeholders (academics, business, government, and communities), as well as markets for creative products. RDO programs and activities are prepared based on the pillars of creative economic development that are in line with the tasks and functions. The Department of Education focuses on programs and activities on the pillars of resources, creating creative people at the basic level through the school curriculum. The Department of Cooperative and MSME focuses on the pillars of resource development through training and business network development, as well as financial intermediation. Department of Industry and Labor focus on developing resources and institutions. The Department of Tourism and Culture focuses on industrial pillars. The Department of Trading focuses on industrial pillars.

Abstract

ABSTRACTPT JS Jakarta is a company enganged in the manufacturing of handbag and wallet industries experiencing problems, where employee work productivity, especially the production part is still low, where it is allegedly less conducive of work environment and workloads that are overload, which is not according to employee expectations. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of work environment and workload on employee work productivity at PT JS Jakarta Department Production 1. The population in this study all employees of the department production 1 of PT. JS Jakarta, amounting to 530 people. The sample used is 84 people, calculated based on solvin formula. The sampling method uses probability sampling with the research Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling. The method of data collections using observation and questionnaire. The data analysis method using IBM SPSS version 22. This study proves that (1) work environment have a positive and significant effect on employee work productivity, (2) workloaf have a negatif and significant effect on employee work productivity.

Abstract

This study analylizes the influence wages and working experience on the productivity ofrattan furniture craftsmen in the village Trangsan Gatak District of Sukoharjo district. The population of this study were 170 craftsmen. While the study sample was 62 respondents. This study uses a random sampling technique. The results of multiple linear regression analysis showed no effect of dominant work experience. Hypothesis test results showed a significant influence on the productivity of craftsmen and work experience. The results of hypothesis testing is influenced by other factors, such as factors of discipline, safety, and security.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the brand image, brand origin and purchase intension. The model in this study refers to the theory of country of origin, which in essence a consumer will connect the perception of a product or brand based on the origin of manufacture. Sampling method used is Random sampling, with the number of respondents a number of 140 respondents. Methods of data collection, by survey and observation. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression used to analyze the relationship between the origin of the brand, brand image, the impression of quality and purchase intention. This study confirms the influence of local origin and the impression of quality on purchasing intentions. This study also confirmed the influence of regional origin with the impression of quality. Survey results show that Solo Batik excels in brand reputation, favorite motifs and color preferences compared to other types of batik in Java.

Abstract

The Customer loyalty is absolutely necessary in this era of increasingly fierce competition, including in the health care business . Because of the absence of customer loyalty, the hospital will not grow well even be left by customers. The purpose of this study was to analyze the factors that affect customer loyalty in Clinical of Neurology RSJD Dr. RM Soedjarwadi .The total sample of 139 respondents in there with purposive sampling. Based on SEM analysis concluded that the impact of service quality on customer satisfaction. Service quality effect on patient or customer. The hospital image effect on patient or customer satisfaction. The hospital image effect on patient or customer loyalty. Patient satisfaction effect on patient or client. And the good service quality , the image of the hospital and the patient or the customer satisfaction significant effect on customer loyalty simultaneously in Clinical of Neurology RSJD Dr. RM Soedjarwadi. While based on the acquisition value of the direct effects and indirect effects of customer satisfaction can be inferred interveningvariable for the relationship between service quality and customer loyalty, while for the relationship between the image of the hospital with customer loyalty can not be termed as intermediate variable (intervening).

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the influence of the four elements in Fraud Diamond to detect possible Financial Statement Fraud. Fraud diamond consists of pressure element, opportunity, rationalization and capability. The fourth element is to be divided into seven variables: financial stability by proxy assets changes (ACHANGE), financial presure by proxy Return on Assets (ROA), external presure by proxy Leverage (LEV), the nature of  industry by proxy Receivable (REC), effectiveness supervision by proxy the number of independent directors (BDOUT), rationalization of the proxy Total acrual to Total Assets (TATA), and the capability to proxy the change of directors (DCHANGE) to detect possible financial statements fraud as measured by M Score models. This study use  purposive sampling to select a representative sample. This reseach use periode 2011-2015 as an abservation periode. The collected data is analized using logistic regresion. This study show that there are two (2) variables: the effectiveness of supervision by the proxy of the number of independent commissioners (BDOUT) and rationalization by proxy Total acrual to Total Assets (TATA) that significantly influence the possibility of financial statements fraud. While five other variable whitch consists of financial stability, financial presure, external presure, nature of industry, and the capability do not have significantin influent on financial statements fraud.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh kinerja lingkungan terhadap kinerja keuangan dengan Corporate Sosial Responsibility (CSR)sebagai variabel intervening. Populasi dalam penelitian ini perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2016-2018 yang berjumlah 430 perusahaan. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini 135 perusahaan yang diperoleh dengan menggunakan purposivesampling. Metode analisis data menggunakan analisis statistik deskriptif, analisis regresi sederhana , analisis regresi berganda dan analisis jalur (Path Analyse) dengan menggunakan SPSS for windows versi 22. Variable dalam penelitian ini: variabel dependen kinerja keuangan (ROA), variable independen kinerja lingkungan (PROPER), variable intervening CSR. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa variabel   kinerja   lingkungan berpengaruh positif   terhadap   kinerja keuangan, variabel kinerja lingkunga tidak berpengaruh terhadap Corporate SocialResponsibility (CSR), variabel Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) berpengaruh positif  terhadap kinerja keuanga dan variabel Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) tidak mampu menjadi variable intervening antara hubungan  kinerja  lingkungan  terhadap  kinerja keuangan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh 1) kualitaspelayanan terhadap kepuasan pasien, 2) kualitas pelayanan terhadap loyalitas pasien, dan 3) kepuasaan pasien terhadap loyalitas pasien. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer yang diperoleh dari jawaban 100 orang responden. Alat analisis data menggunakan analisis jalur (path analysis). Hasil pengujian instrumen menyimpulkan bahwa semua variabel valid dan reliable sebagai alat pengumpulan data. Hasil analisis data didapatkan bahwa: 1) kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pasien, 2) kualiatas pelayanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas pasien, 3) kepuasan pasien berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas pasien.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the factors that may affect repurchase intention for Go food product. Two variables suspected to affect the repurchase intention are product quality and information quality with trust as mediation. The design of this study is survery method with a population of go jek user in Solo, with sample size of 100 respondents, the sampling methods purposive sampling a questionnaire with 12 indicators questions. Test results validity, reliability and classic assumption test support for continuing research. Path analysis get the result that variable product quality not significantly affect trust and repurchase intention, but variable information quality can affect positively and significantly related to trust and the dependent variable repurchase intention. To examine variable trust can be mediator variable product quality  to repurchase intention, evidence by sobel test and get the result that variable trust significantly as mediator variable.

Abstract

The study on the effect of fuel subsidies toward oil import is a controversial topicdiscussions. This study will explore the effect of fuel subsidies on oil import by addingseveral independent variables, consist of; the number of vehichles, the exchange rateand inflation. Data use time series data from 1980-2013. The tool of analyze is OrdinaryLeast Squares Method (OLS).Based on the results show that the simultaneous testexplains that the fuel subsidies, the number of vehichles, the exchange rate, and inflationhave a significant effect on oil import. However partially, the variables of fuel subsidies,the number of vehichles, and the exchange rate have a positive and significant effecton oil import. Inflation does not affect on oil import. The coefficient of determinationuses Adjusted R-square test is about 98%. The implication of this study is governmentscan increase oil production Indonesia. The government should facilitate the licensing ofinvestment and rejuvenate the old oil wells. It aims to reduce Indonesia dependence onoil import so that it can save foreign exchange reserves.
