Abstract

Elementary School Teacher Empowerment Arjosari Pacitan. Thesis. Surakarta, Muhammadiyah University of Surakarta, Graduate Program, 2013. To realize that schools have the advantage of the quality of education necessary for the management of the principal strategies in managing human resources. This study aims to describe the procurement teacher recruitment. Describe the formation and development of teachers, and describe the teacher control SDN Arjosari. This study is a qualitative, using an ethnographic approach. Place of execution of the research is on SDN Arjosari Pacitan. With sources: Head of School, teacher, chairman of the committee, and the school superintendent. The collection of data through observation, interviews and documentation. The validity of the data was tested by using triangulation. whereas for data analysis techniques using version Milles and Huberman. by means of data reduction, data and drawing conclusions and verification. The results showed that to meet the needs of teachers and kuantitati qualitatively as teacher empowerment has been done. (1) stats and implementation of teacher recruitment. (2) The development of (professionalism, career and welfare of teachers), and (3) control of teachers, good running order the expected goals.

Abstract

The purpose of the research was to explain and analyze the short story writing skills improvement grades X1 SMA Pertiwi 1 Padang in terms of characterization, plot, and setting. This type of research is a classroom action research that uses four stages in each cycle, including planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The research was conducted in two cycles. The data was collected through two main instruments, namely test and nontes. The test is used to collect data capability to write short stories, while the form of sheets nontes observation, field notes, and questionnaires were used to collect the data in the application of learning techniques paraphrasing poetry writing short stories. Analyzing data in accordance with the descriptive-analytical application of the concept of action research. Results of this study showed that the results of the students wrote short stories on pre-cycle obtain an average value of 58.89, cycle 1 with an average value of 77.04, and in cycle 2 the average score was 91.11.. The results showed an increase of pre-cycle students write short stories until the cycle 2.

Abstract

Differential equity is one of the applied subjects needed to solve the problem in real situation, not only in Mathematics but also in engineering, biology, physics, chemistry, medics, psychology economy and others. However, the existing approach for teaching differential equity tends to be procedural. For this reason, the class of differential equity becomes not meaningful for students. Contextual teaching is one of the approach focuses on the students? participation and process to find relation between material taught and real life. Through self discovery, it is expected that students experience meaningful learning. This research is the developing stage research by using contextual approach. The activities of students in contextual learning are elaborated in this research. The research aims at finding meaningful learning is not limited for procedural and analysis.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi perbedaan strategi pembelajaran yang digunakan oleh tiga siswa SMA N I Colomadu yang memiliki keterampilan berbicara yang berbeda (tinggi, sedang dan rendah). Penelitian ini merupakan studi kasus. Data dalam penelitian ini berupa nilai siswa dan informasi hasil observasi dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa siswa dengan nilai tertinggi (S1)menggunakan limabelas strategi yang terdiri dari tujuh strategi metakognitif, tujuh strategi kognitif dan  satu strategi sosioafektif. Siswa dengan nilai menengah (S2) menggunakan empat belas strategi yang terdiri dari tujuh strategi metakognitif, enam strategi kognitif, dan sat strategi sosioafektif. Sementara itu, siswa dengan nilai terendah (S3) diketahui menggunakan dua belas strategi yaitu lima strategi metakognitif , lima strategi kognitif, dan dua strategi sosio afektif. Dari hasil tes akhir pada than ajaran 2007/2008, terlihat bahwa S1 yang menggunakan paling banyak strategi pembelajaran memperoleh nilai tertinggi. S2 memperoleh nilai sedang sedangkan S3 yang menggunakan paling sedikit strategi, memperoleh nilai terendah dalam tes akhir. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa strategi pembelajaran berperan  dalam penguasaan keterampilan berbicara bahasa Inggris.

Abstract

This research purpose is to describe about effort to increase learning achievement giving task autonomous structure in learning electromagnet material of the student?s class IX A SMP Negeri 3 Teras Boyolali regency semester 2011/2012. Subject and data source of the research the students class IX A sum 40 students. Collecting data method uses observation, documentation and test. Analysis data uses critic and comparative. Reaching indicator uses KKM 63 and complete target 100%. Research procedure uses cycles. According to achievement of the research and review conclusion if observation result of the teacher in learning from they teach material in the class that gets pre cycle to cycle II shows pre cycle is 50%, cycle I is 74,43% and cycle II is 97,15%. From data shows advance from pre cycle to cycle I is 12,86%, so cycle I to cycle II increases 25,72% and pre cycle to cycle II is 38,58%. Hence, result observation of the teacher in learning shows advance significant. Result observation of the teacher prepares class to learning, data get pre cycle to cycle II, it get advance at pre cycle is 56%, cycle I is 80% and cycle II is 94%. From this data shows advance from pre cycle to cycle I is 24%, so cycle I to cycle II advance 14% and pre cycle to cycle II is 38%. Hence, result observation of the teacher prepares class to learning shows significant. Percentage optimum motivation pre cycle step gets 45%, cycle I is 85% and cycle II is 100%. Hence, it increases from pre cycle to cycle I is 40%, cycle I to cycle II increases 15% and pre cycle to cycle II increases 55%. Hence, motivation of the student in physics learning from pre cycle to cycle II is significant. Percentage learning complete from pre cycle gets 62,5% and cycle I is 67,5% and cycle II is 100%. Pre cycle step to cycle I increases 15% from cycle I to cycle II is 22,5% and Pre cycle to cycle II increases 37,5%. Hence, physics learning achievement of the student from pre cycle to cycle II are significant.

Abstract

This research is a quantitative research design with causal correlation to test the support of the Quality Management System, Student Discipline, Care Teacher and Headmaster of the School Performance in SMK Surakarta. Respondents in this study is the Principal of SMK Surakarta number 49 principals, the sampling technique is taken based on the table Kracjie with ? 5% by simple random sampling a number of 44 samples. The technique of collecting data using questionnaires namely Likert type scale in the form of checklist. Analysis of data using multiple linear regression analysis previously performed classical assumption. The results showed that: 1) There is significant support for a quality management system to the performance of vocational schools in Surakarta at 80.7 %, with 2.130 t-test, significance 0.039, p-value < 0.05 and correlation of test results obtained by the correlation coefficient 0.807; 2) There is significant support for the discipline of students to the school's performance in SMK Surakarta 78.3 %, with 2.094 t-test, significance 0.043, p-value < 0.05 and correlation of test results obtained by the correlation coefficient 0.783; 3) There is a very significant support services teachers and principals on the performance of vocational schools in Surakarta by 80 %, with 2,068 t-test, significance 0.045, p-value < 0.05 and correlation of test results obtained by the correlation coefficient 0.800; 4) There is a significant endorsement of the quality management system, student discipline, teacher and principal services on the performance of vocational schools in Surakarta simultaneously by 72 %, with the F-count 37.810, significance 0.000, p-value < 0.05, and the value of Adjusted R 0.720 square. The conclusion of this research is the implementation of quality management systems, student discipline, teacher and principal services provide significant support to the performance of vocational schools in Surakarta year 2015.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to obtain an overview of: planning, implementation and supervision of the production unit based product innovations developed in SMK Negeri 7Purworedjo. This research was qualitative by ethnography design. The research was was SMK 7 Purworedjo focusing on innovation sanitary napkins that can be washed and reused brand ?Siklus?. Data collection was conducted in a natural setting and techniques of data collection were through participant observation, in-depth interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques were done through four phases namely data collection, data reduction, data display and conclusion. The results of the study are (1) Planning UPJ (Unit Production/Services) consider factors: purpose, type of production, targeting, marketing, resources, sharing, managing, availability of raw materials and place of execution, (2) Implementation of UPJ includes : organizing, production, delivery and implementation prakerin students, (3) Supervision UPJ includes: the quality of the product by the management, administration by the principal, and students prakerin by tutors. This study recommends that the product innovations of UPJ SMK 7 Purworedjo are circulated out of the city product innovations of UPJ SMK 7 Purworedjo are circulated out of the city.

Abstract

This study is aimed at understanding the approprietness of writing background of the study at proposal of reserach paper that covers (1) flow of writing, (2) problem presented in the background, (3) the purpose of doing the research. Type of this research is qualitative with documentation as data collection. Data are taken from English students research proposal 2014. Data collected are analysed descriptively by using technic componensial analysis, crossing between students works and theories of writing a good background of the study. The results of the study are the students still do not understand yet how the flow of writing background of the study. The students do not present the problems of the research clearly on the background of the study. The students do not explain why conducting the research.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to describe and explain teacher perception influence about headmaster supervision, work climate, and teacher professionalism towards teacher work motivation at SMP country for area 02 muntilan regency magelang. The sample is taken with random proportional technique sampling in error level 5% with Kretcie table as big as 117 from 175 teachers. Data collecting for all variable, use closed inquiry method based on test result has tried the instrument has been declared valid and reliable. The data analysis technique for interval characteristic data, used multiple regression analysis in 5% standard signification. classic assumption for this Multiple regression applications, are normality data distribution, linearity, nonmulticolinearity test, homoscedasticity test and otokorelation test, are BLUE. The result of this research show that connection causal deliver variable that canvassed to show level significations that certifiable in ts. 5%. as to this result is braced with contribution coefficient as big as 63,9% detailed for headmaster supervision factor as big as 19,7%, work climate as big as 20,6% and teacher professionalism 23,6%.

Abstract

Popularitas pengajaran Bahasa Inggris sebagai bahasa asing untuk anak-anaksemakin meningkat di Indoesia. Praktiknya, pengajaran bahasa Inggris untuk anakanak bukan hanya tntang mengajar bahasa.guru  harus memperhatikan perkembangan dan pertumbuhan siswa disamping perkembangan pengetahuan. Secara khusus, dalam hal pengembangan bahasa, ujaran pada anak-anak yang masih terbatas dan berciri khas membuat guru harus mempu untuk melakukan manipulasi pilihan-pilihan ujaran yang sesuai dengan perkembangan kemampuan siswa. Penelitian deskriptif ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis ujaran guru dalam mengajar bahasa Inggris untuk anakanak dari perspektif aalisis sosiolinguistik. Objek penelitian ini adalah sekelompok siswa aman kanak-anak dari salah satu sekolah favorit di Surakarta.penelitian ini menemukan bahwa dalam berkomunikasi dengan siswa, guru memberikan (a) pola kalimat sederhana, (b) memperlambat kecepatan ujaran, (c) artikulasi yang jelas, (d) membatasi produksi kosakata, dan (e) jeda yang sangat jelas antara satu ujaran dengan ujaran berikutnya. Hal ini dilakukan guru untuk memaksimalkan pemahaman siswa sehingga siswa lebih mudah mengikuti kegiatan belajar mengajar. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa memodifikasi ujaran penting dilakukan agar terjadi komunikasi yang lebih baik antara guru dan siswa.
